This sounds amusing. Such over-the-top reactions. And Poseidon's only-partially-internal flailing! XD At least he can defend that i/his/i Percy is only an adorable and innocent 6-year-old (apparently)? Far too tiny and innocent to be punished for something that hasn't even happened yet, especially as the book makes clear that he didn't do the "unforgivable" theft. Poseidon's inability to articulate aloud at the moment is probably for the best, though, so they can read until the book reveals his parentage before that gets dropped. It's fun that they aren't even phased by his reaction, either, just mildly curious or annoyed. XD
