It would be very ironic if Hiccup became a Monstrous Nightmare. Most TF stories have Hiccup as a Nightfury, but not nearly enough have him as being another type of dragon. Either way, Looking forward to the next chapters!

A very well done first chapter if I do say so. The characters are so well done and fitting of their official movie personalities and I found myself grinning at the bit with the twins. This story so far seems interesting and unique with its framework laid down. I hope to see great things come from this and await the second chapter. Keep up the good work.

I like how you are starting off this story. That black book seems really suspicious.
I also like how you are establishing the dragon society. Keep at this, as I personally find it interesting.
