im going to sleep i havent had sleep for over 16 hours. other then my sleepieness i really like the affectiong that astrid is getting to hiccup and all that im too tired to think of anything else oh well have fun.

Writing a review here brings me back a very good memories, it is somewhat nostalgic.
This is one chapter that I was expecting for a long time, with this chapter now we know how everything in the story started but not only that but also the start of the relationship between several characters, it show us how the relationship between Val and One eye started, it show us how she met the king and how she started her relationship with him.
Now I Must say that the naming was really unexpected, you know I believed for all the story that "Dead wings" was a name that Val chosen because it was a mean to inspire respect and fear, but now I see that that name comes from a very different source, a very cute and innocent one, not only that, it was One Eye who suggested that name, that was something that I never had imagined.
Definitely I really enjoyed this Bonus chapter, it is short but when I finally end it I felt a lot of emotions thanks to it.
Again thank you for this bonus, it was very entertaining and I enjoyed a lot.

An epic story you shared here. I am soo going to read the sequel now. I just missed one scene: Hiccup never followed Thuggory's invite to visit the library. After the full transformation that could have turned out to be interesting, to say least. Hey, maybe you worked it into the sequel, so I will have to read it now.

Did anyone else notice how the outcasts "dragons" were acting? I am highly suspicious of them being outcasts turned dragons, curtsy of a certain exterminator who deserves a chaos spear through the face.

Prophecies and cryptic advice...those are always good }:D The first part I have at least one guess, I get the feeling that Alvin's spear is the Fang of Divinity in One Eye's little spout of prophetic crypticness and Hiccup or Toothless will probably wind up being the one referred to as being with the golden heart and repairing it, it did sound like it was broken or damaged in some way from the way it was described...that line about a Guardians roasting a Corrupt One's heart, eh, I got nothing. I have no idea what that could mean, way too many different ideas to even have a guess at narrowing it down }_}
