While I do typically prefer the English titles such as "Lord" over the various suffixes because it often gets excessive with the amount of "-kun," "-chan" and what not...you've done a great job of incorporating the terms while not going overboard. I feel the switch is a bit...off putting? We're 20 chapters in so it is just a really strange feel to switch it up now. Since you started with the Japanese suffixes, and used them well, stick with that. Or don't. The story is great either way.
Though on the English vs. Japanese topic: thank you for using English terms for attacks and abilities like Mito's chains. I never understood why authors were so opposed to the English. How many readers going through the English archives speak Japanese? Why not use the language your readers understand when you are writing? Online translations are not very reliable, ya know.
Anyway, on the overall story: I like how things are progressing and look forward to the first chapter of the new year.
