Interesting story. The writing and spelling could use some improvements but the plot looks good. Though the fight was kind of short, Luffy should have had some trouble with Jose.

Honestly one of the best One PiecexFairy Tail cross overs I have ever read. Saw this a couple months ago, and then came back to read it again now and it's still awesome. It's really funny and the writing style is very intricate. The shift in PoV is nice as well, as it offers a whole new perspective to the plot.
I could tell you really understand the characters well, especially Luffy. I can just see in my mind all these things happening if Luffy was actually there (his actions, reactions, and just being Luffy).
I hope you could keep writing more for this! It's really awesome.
