Wait, wait, wait, pause. Kuro shouldn't be with his crew. In the anime, 3 years before canon Kuro joins Kaya's family. Thus since Luffy was almost 15 years old, he should be with them. It's not a detail that I mind that much, but I thought I'd let you know. Awesome story by the way, love it, and I hope you update!~

Hmmm. I really hope you do update this one. It's got a great start. A good flow so far.
A little sad to see that Luffy won't meet Kuro, that was a good experience for him, but maybe Arlong will still give him everything he needs in terms of a bloody, traitorous pirate.

You know... I just had a hilarious vision in my head of Garp arm wrestling Hashirama...
Garp-"You sure? Your a little tiny..."
Hashirama slams elbow into the table"Who're you calling tiny!"
Garp grins as he sits down and locks elbows. "Well, whaddaya packing tiny?"
Hashirama eyes flare silver. "PACKIN? IM PACKIN YOU!" Slams Harps arm through table, launching him through a wall...
Couldn't resist the Small Soldiers joke... And Hashirama acting like that would be really hilarious...

You're laying it on too thick dude. Please don't push it so far overboard with Naruto's power level. You can give him rinnegan and some perks but don't bend the stick over too much. And making person immortal ain't some sort of charity for them, more like a curse. And now he is taking immortal sacks of flesh on voyage with him?
A very good advice, if you want to make a good crossover story and be sure that it could continue then a good way is to make the strawhats and narutos storyline go separately from each other. Their own crews and adventures so they wouldn't always end up bumping in each other. If they do then then the story is going to lose it's purpose.
