I see a family reunion coming. Maybe not in the nearest future, but I'm sure this will include Mozzie, right? Hopefully Neal will learn to trust Peter and El enough to talk to them instead of doing such foolish things. I love your story and can't wait for more.

Thank goodness Neal was found and is on his way to the hospital...it would have been so much easier if Neal had told them about his brother, Mozzie...great chapter

This is very hard to follow - maybe you need more dialogue. I think you've tried to cram too many ideas into each paragraph. Try and lighten the load, luv.
