This sounds like it is going to be a wonderful story and I like that you are writing it from Neal's point of view, although it would be great if we could see some of Peter and Elle's thoughts about why they want to take Neal in. I'd also like to see what actually happened to land Neal in the hospital, maybe a flashback or Peter asking him or something. Great start!

Our to be your first story is very good, I love fics with little Neal Caffrey especially when Peter and El have to take care of him, I hope that Mozzie go do part of their lives too, even though I did not understand if Mozzie is adult or child. Looking forward to continuing.
