So sad I would be devastated if I found a dead frozen kitten on the road

*quiet for a bit* ...they're just raindrops on my face. Not me crying. Nope.

I remember that there was a beautiful white cat that showed up on my porch one day and I begged my mom to feed it; it was January/Feburary, and it had been really cold for the weeks. She finally gave in and in about two week's time, the cat grew friendlier and wasn't on the verge of dying. I only wish that some people may show other cats and animals the compassion they need. 3

A similar thing happened to my own cat. He had been lost and on November 25th last year we found him on the road. Whether he had frozen or been run over, i dont know. This story made me cry, because it is pretty sentimental for me as well. You are such a fantastic writer :)

The feels. I did indeed start crying. A little story of my own, if you don't mind. Three years ago, my Grandparents found a stray grey she-cat. They put food outside for it, and got a little pet igloo with soft bedding for it. Later, the she-cat they named Lilly had around 5 kittens. She didn't have enough milk for all of them, so she abandoned three. A black she-cat, a dark brown tabby tom, and a light brown tabby tom. Lilly kept two or one kit(s). My grandparents were refilling the food when they noticed the three, far away from the mother. Whenever they tried getting the kits back, the mom rejected them. So, they took them in and since they already had three indoor cats, they called my mom and we fostered them. After looking at them, we named the she-cat Stella Luna after the book, the dark brown tom Zipper because he loved jeans, and the light brown tom Pepper because he was black and tan. My sisters and I begged my mom to let us keep one, and finally we were allowed. We picked Zipper and soon found homes for the other two to my sister's friends. Over the time, my grandparent's outdoor cats attracted a few more and I have plenty of more stories about kits. Some that died, some that lived. It's really sad. But we help a lot to take care of them. And I'm glad we do. Your story touched me so much and next time I ever see a lost stray, I'm saving him/her.
