Good. While I won't get into an argument about how Tien can't be stronger than full-power Frieza because that would mean he's stronger than base form Saiyans, I will say that I like this version a lot better than the last.
Although, the part where Gohan happens to have all those capsules, the capsules that he needs, is a bit...coincidental. I mean, he gets a ship, a gravity chamber and house Capsules just as he's about to go to another universe? *shrugs* whatever.
But, the fic's still good.
Typical Batman. He's a threat. He's lack of trust in people is disturbing.
If you're planning to pair Gohan with someone and if that person happens to be Artemis or Zatanna, instead of having them act like idiots-falling for a guy just based on looks, just say that they have no established relationship. So, Artemis won't be dating Wally or Zatanna won't be dating Robin. It's better that way.

I know this is random but let me show you my logical version of how much kili equals power level. In the begining of the buu saga. Amount of Kili x 300,000 equals power level. For example, Yakon had a Kili of 800. 800 x 300,000 equal 240,000,000. Yakon would have a power level 240,000,000.
Super Saiyan Goku: 3000 kili/ 900,000,000

The super saiyan tranformation multplier get lower abd the base form get stronger as the saiyan trains and new super saiyan forms are introduced. This applies to anime .
Base form goku: Range from 600 to 1000 Kili/ 180,000,000 to 300,000.000.
Super Saiyan 2 Goku: 6000 Kili/1,800,000,000.
Super Saiyan 3 Goku: 24,000 Kili/7,200,000,000.
Dabura: Over 4000/Over 1,200,000,000
Super Saiyan 2 Adult Gohan: Over 4000/Over 1,200,000,000
Super Saiyan Adult Gohan: Over 2000 Kili/Over 600,000,000
Base form Adult Gohan: Range from 400 Kili to over 667 Kili/120,000,000 to Over 200,000,000.

Acually vegeata surpassed gohan over the 7 years and need to bababi to unlock more of his potential to fight evenly with goku .

I was about to say that gohan should not have any broken bones, however he was caught off guard and probably had his power suppresed. Not bad.
