SQUEE! Ok, I literally giggled out loud when he came back dragging the tree. That was too cute for words, and (need I say it?) such a Ronon thing to do. :) This was a really adorable story, and again, I love the subtlety between the two characters. I mean, they're both tentative in their own way, and I think that fits them well. I like how you're painting him...make that everyone, actually. Very good stuff! Thanks for posting!

Wow, there were many great stories I missed when I didn't log on for awhile!
Ronon just captured my heart here. I could imagine him glaring at everyone while he hauled it in.

Lovely little fic, Bailey. I like that Ronon noticed something about Jenn that nobody else had. It made me laugh that John had made Ronon get a much smaller tree. It seems to me that people always end up getting a tree that is far too large. :-)

Aww - this is so nice! Lots of lovely gems in there too, like Rodney's "What, he can't hold it until we get home?" LOL. Fav was Ronon telling Jenn he only noticed her ... so sweet and I can just see Ronon saying something like that, to the point but meaningful. Well done you! *hugs*

What a wonderful Birthday surprise this morning to see your story posted ... I loved it! Christmas is such a magical time and a perfect setting for the two of them to take notice of each other. Loved Ronon's thoughts about mulling over the affect she had on him. I'm thinking this might be the perfect start to a longer story. :D

I know you intended this to be a one-shot, but it could be so much more! A sweet Christmas romance for Jennifer and Ronon, one where Ronon learns about Christmas in a different way: from the woman he's coming to love.
Just my two cents. I liked this story more than most Ronon/Keller stories because it was so sweet and soft, for lack of a better way of saying it. Ronon noticed a wish that Keller had, and he tried to fulfill it.
Now, I just want to see what Keller will do with Ronon's assertion that the tree reminds him of his childhood home!
