This is an interesting story. I always wondered what Takashi and Saya would have been like growing up together since it was clear that they were close. I also wondered why he never made a move on her. As far as options go I would go with option C since his desire to have Saya at his side is going to change things and might even change whether or not the cast assembles as they did in the series. There are not a lot of Taka/Saya fics out there that aren't either A) Saya as part of the harem or b) flat out smut. So please keep this story running.

Not gonna lie I kind of like a B and C combo, go with either...I just don't like short stories but in the end do what ever floats your boat because at the end of day its your story :)

I like the idea of them togherer... and indeed...Rei is just...weird considering what happend before the zombies...Seako yeah that is reasonble but Rei. Takashi has more reason to be with Saya than her
Just one slight comment on this chapter... its bit confusing without a reference to years with the timeskips you had in this chapter..

Excellent start to an amazing story. Let's go with option B. I know the feeling of wanting to start a story but it suddenly goes on Hiatus. But forgetting shouldn't be a problem with readers reviewing or messaging you about the story.
