Wah! *squeals with delight* This was a wonderful piece of fiction! There just aren't enough Lestrade fics out there. Yours was beautiful. The depth of emotion you managed in such a short story is amazing! I loved how you portrayed their friendship! Absolutely brilliant!

Interesting look at Sherlock's pre-series days. I like stories that focus on Lestrade and Sherlock before the series began. It seems obvious to me from watching their interaction in Study in Pink that there is something beyond mere acquaintance between them, even if it isn't quite friendship. Nicely done.

I really adore Rupert Grave's Lestrade and his relationship with Sherlock. You did an amazing job capturing that. I particularly enjoyed Sherlock's response to Lestrade's heartbroken little rant.
