Very interesting, there are so many ways you can take this.
1. Let events unfold and raise Harry better and as her own.
2. Warn the Potters. Wow that opens a whole can of worms and so many different paths you could take.
3. Divorce Vernon right after Dudly is born then wait and raise him and Harry as brothers. I mean come on it would be cruel to take her one happiness from her if she is going to be a part of you still. Unless you take over completely.
So I think that's a yes I would like you to follow up on this if only to see what you do different from what my crazy brain is cooking up. And I just listed 3 of my crazy ideas...

It's been a while since this is posted, so I don't know if you are planning to continue but it sounds good.
I like the idea of Arabella Figg going back in time only to possess a younger Petunia. We see self-inserts, OC's and even characters from other universes (like Harry from Dresden Files) being thrown into the HP-verse and put into the bodies of canon characters but this is first time I've seen taking a canon character throwing them into the past and into the body of someone else. Very unique
The only mistake I saw was the "Petunia Evens nee Dursley", it should be "Petunia Dursley nee Evans (married, followed by maiden name)

I for one would like to see more chapetrs of this. I am all for Au stories and have not seen this type of idea aroud here. So yes please do try to write more and update.
