decent story, but you clasped horribly with Kagome's atrocious comparison of whiny Inuyasha and badass Yusuke. Saying they're alike is like saying Ichigo and Inuyasha are alike and Natsu and Yusuke are alike. Please respect Yusuke's mature character and stop with the silly comparisons to him with childish characters.

coming up on 4 months without an update... but i'm still hopeful. i need a good yusuke/kagome in my life, and i know this could be it. i loved the flow of the story so far, and i think everyone was marvelously in character. you honestly are a good writer. i hope you update again.

I really enjoyed this first chapter. I like how you made Kagome wary with Kurama, like she knows there's something going on with him and his group. Her rudeness made me laugh, maybe she spent too much time with Inuyasha lol. I wonder who that demon was hmmm... well I can't wait for your next update! :)

Wow, this story has such great potential! I never really noticed how similar Yusuke and Inuyasha are, but wow you're right. Kagome seems to be able to get along with him so much better than with Kurama. So many ff authors pair her up with Kurama and have her as so immediately open and friendly, but that's not really in character. Just because Kagome was nice doesn't mean she's willing to open up to everyone, especially if she knows he's a demon. u_u
(Btw I'm really tired as I write this review, so if it's full of contradictions and repetition and typos etc, know that I'm not usually like this.)
Anyway, I really look forward to seeing this continued! Know that you've got interested followers, and be sure to update! :D
