621 tapped his foot as he listened to his music on the karaoke when the karoke began to play "A Tale Told" from the Count of Monte Cristo. 621 smiled and began to sing.

"We are friends, are we not?" 621 sang.

627 got what 621 was doing and grinned.

"And our interests are the same." 627 sang.

Leroy also got what the other two were doing and joined in.

"We collaborate." Leroy sang.

"And trust in fate to parcel out the blame." 627 sang.

"There are ends we've all got that can justify the means." 621 sang.

"We negotiate." 627 sang

"Then fabricate the facts behind the scenes." Leroy sang.

"Keeping all the details vague and secrets hidden." 621 sang.

"Safe from the balanced sheet of those you trust. Because history is a story told by the winners of the fight. You imply a little." 627 sang, hooking both of the other experiments with his arms.

"Lie a little. Testifying." 621 sang, ducking under 627's arms.

"Try a little." Leroy sang.

"Sailor!" Both 621 and Leroy sang.

"Who's gonna question what goes on in the middle of the night? Not a tinker." 621 sang.

"Not a tailor." 627 sang.

"Not his father or Angel." 621 sang.

"Or a jailer." Leroy sang, giggling.

621 gave Leroy a harsh look.

"So we all are agreed. Let's be vigilant and wise." 621 sang.

"We must all pretend our naïve friend was caught in his own lies. For our plan to succeed we must share but one belief: 626 stays and ends his days inside the Chateau d'If!" 627 sang.

"Where the softest things he'll touch are stones and darkness. Deep in a craggy isle and dungeon's keep." 621 sang.

"Because history's a story told by the men who make the laws." Leroy sang.

"We supply a little lie." 627 sang.

"To help the gullible to buy a little fable." 621 sang, holding up a bag filled with money.

"What will become of the righteous men who fashioned 626's flaws?" Leroy sang.

"The rich." 627 sang.

"And well respected." 621 sang.

"Are no more to be rejected at our table!" 627 sang.

"I'll be a comfort in her time of grief and anguish. I'll be Angel's ever faithful acolyte. Every night." 621 sang.

"And part of me wishes 626 didn't have to languish." 627 sang.

"But I can see it's him or me." 621 sang.

"Let him sit there and rot until he's forgot!" 627 sang.

"Let him rot!" 621 sang.

"History's a story told by the people who survive!" all three of them sang.

"Let me sign and then initial." Leroy sang.

"It's the truth if it's officially the story." 627 sang.

"What if it cost us one young experiment so three more experiments can survive?" 621 sang.

"He's a price we have to pay." Leroy sang.

"So live and fight another day for love and glory!" 621 sang

"He was standing in the way of precious justice. Set on sail!" 627 sang.

"So goes the story!" Leroy sang.

"Stick to the story!" 621 sang

"Here ends the story!" All three of them sang together.

All three of them began to laugh manically. 625 rolled his eyes.

"You guys are nuts." he mumbled.
