Welcome back everybody! Who's ready for day 3?

Everyone: NO

NM: Why?

Hitomi: I killed someone…how could I- (Gets shoved by NM)

NM: You can't do that stuff yet! You have to wait for later!

Yuno: I'm still mad about Yuki

NM: Well, my friend is still mad about Sailor Moon

Lelouch: So who's dying this time?

NM: I'm seriously considering-wait! No spoilers you horrible people!

Let's get started! But before we do, don't forget! You can sponsor one of our lovely characters following the format from the last chapter! We actually got an item this time, but you'll read about that later!

Here we go!

Rin, Shemi, and Asuna sat in a makeshift camp near the cornucopia. They had no food and were seriously starting to feel the effects of fatigue wear them out. Even though Rin was a demon and didn't need things like food and water as often as humans did, it was starting to take a toll on him too. Then as the sun began to rise a box tied to a parachute fell from the sky and landed next to them. Rin walked over to it.

"What the hell is this?" He asked no one in particular. There was a note on the box. He grabbed it and read it.

Dear Rin:

Many tributes die because they lack food, which makes them very weak and vulnerable. Good thing you don't have to worry about that, isn't it? Enjoy!

Love- 3DPhantom

He opened the box.

"We're saved!" He said. "Shemi, Asuna, we got sukiyaki from some person!" He went over to the girls and showed them the note and the gift of food.

Stein rolled around in his chair aimlessly. He came across another person in a lab coat.

"Come on, the friction should be enough to cause the wood to ignite!" The man said. He had brown messy hair and was wearing a dirty lab coat.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." Stein said and the man flipped out.

"Who are you?!"
"Don't worry, I'm not here to kill you. Think of it as advice from one mad scientist to another. You are a mad scientist, right?"

"Of course!"

"Then don't try to start a fire, there are several people here who kill mercilessly on the spot. They've probably taken countless people's lives before without batting an eye. Don't try to attract those people to you, it'll only end badly." Stein said before rolling away.

Saber and Shiro were sitting on the ground staring at each other.

I want to tell her, but only one of us can live, if either of us live!

Shiro thought.

"Shiro." Saber said.

"What is it?"
"I'm sorry my master, but I might not be able to kill someone. If it is to save your life I will, but just killing is wrong."

"I understand. I wish I knew why these games were created. Death isn't the answer. It should never be the answer. So why did they do it?" The two sat in silence for a few seconds. "Saber, there's something I need to tell you." He said before a rustling of some nearby bushes was heard.

"What was that?" Saber asked and put her armor on. She heard a faint cry of pain and turned to look at her master.

"Sa…ber…" He said before falling over.

"Shiro!" She looked at him and saw a small stab wound in his side. "No, I'm sorry, if I paid more attention to you-"He shushed her.

"It's okay…" He said softly. "But they're still here, be careful…" His breath was becoming fainter. "Saber…I have to tell you something…" He clearly became more pained with every word. "I-I love you…Saber…" She looked at her dying master with shock.

"Shiro, don't go, please!" She begged, but it was too late.

He was gone.

A cannon was heard throughout the arena and the duo came out of the bushes to fight Saber. It was Kallen and Lelouch.

"Should we fight her?" Lelouch asked Kallen. Saber gripped her sword even tighter.

"I don't know, she could probably overpower us both." Saber charged at Kallen but Lelouch blocked the deathblow with his sword. Lelouch smirked and the familiar bird-like symbol appeared in his left eye.

"Die." Saber tried to fight the order, but couldn't.

"Of course." She took Excalibur and slit her own throat. Another cannon was heard as the two searched the small camp. They only found a dirty sleeping bag and half empty water bottle. Kallen grabbed the bottle and they left.

Hitomi wandered around the arena without any general direction in mind.

"I-I killed someone…" She kept muttering to herself. "I'm sure that I could've left him alone and we both could've lived…but no, I murdered him with my own hands!" She yelled, without caring that someone could've heard her. "Who would force us to do something so barbarous like murdering each other?! What's the point to all of this?! What happens if I win?!" Her hands were shaking and the scythe in her hands was wobbling and almost fell out of her grip. "Do I even deserve to live? Or to win? I just killed someone with my own hands!" The scythe blade became increasingly close to her soul gem. "I don't care anymore!" She yelled. She ripped the daisy necklace off of her neck and threw it to the ground. She sent her scythe blade flying towards the gem and watched the evergreen shards fly in several directions.

A cannon rang out through the arena to signal another fatality.

A small girl looked at a huge screen.

"Well boss, there goes another one."

"So it seems. They're dying rather quickly, this never happened in any of the other worlds but I think it's more effective for finding a replacement quickly."

"Whatever you say boss."

"I have an idea for the finale, but we won't need that for a day or two." The mysterious figure said while handing the girl something.

"Intriguing, I'll get working on it right away!" The girl said and she ran off.

The sun had just set and all of the remaining tributes looked up in the sky to see who had died.

The Anime Game

Day 3 Fatalities

Killed by: Kallen

Killed by: Lelouch

Killed by: Hitomi

When the final name flashed the other tributes became confused. Was it a typo or had the games finally gotten to her?

Either way, half of the tributes were now dead and eleven more should soon follow them.

Woo! Chapter three, done!

Rin: Wow, half dead?

NM: Rin, I already know of a few characters that are on the defiantly going to die list

Rin: Am I one of them?

NM: Only time shall tell Rin

Lelouch: Who were those people?
NM: Oh, near the end you mean? (Insert spoiler here)

Also, from now on there are going to be some serious Future Diary spoilers. Like, the biggest plot twist in the show spoilers. Just a warning!

Thanks for reading and remember that you can sponsor any of our lovely tributes, just like my sis and 3DPhantom did, through the format in the last chapter!

See you next time, bye!
