Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Well, here it is, the finale of The Child of Mew Book 1 and of The Child of Mew: The Great War.

DarkFoxKit 'Hamsuke': Why am I a giant hamster for the finale? This is just embarrassing!

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': If you want to be back to your normal self, just say so.

Mew: Yup! *Touches Hamsuke's head, and transforms her back to her little dark fox kit self* There we go, now you're more proper.

DarkFoxKit: Finally! *Clears throat* Readers, old and new, and somewhere in between, it's been awesome writing all of this for you. There were times where I wanted to quit, or perhaps reboot and rewrite the series, especially when I got to the end of the first arc, but I'm glad I was able to stick through it until the end. You can thank Onyx for that, if it weren't for her, likely this story would've been on hold indefinitely during the New Island tournament. But now that we're here, it's also kind of sad, while yes we are planning a sequel, it's not going to be written or posted in a while. We've got other stories we're writing too, and want to post as well. We also have We Are Phantoms to focus on. I thank all of you for sticking by this story to the end, however, it was great to see all of your reviews, even if it some of them did rush us, we knew that meant that the readers just wanted to see more and are worried about the long hold on the posting.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': If you want to reach out and ask us any questions, not pertaining to the next book, then feel free to PM us. We might try to respond to the reviews left on this chapter via PMs, so make sure to make an account for yourself or sign in if you want us to respond.

DarkFoxKit: We honestly rather not post a 'new chapter' just to respond to all the reviews. But feel free to leave your thoughts in the reviews on the story overall. This last chapter is longer than usual due to fusing two chapters at once, and also because it's the finale, there were a lot of things we wanted to tie up, as well as giving it a satisfying conclusion, and a bridge leading into the sequel. We hope you all enjoyed the story, and we look forward to seeing you all again in the future. If you're interested, you can try reading some of the other stories I've written, as well as the new stories we'll write and post later on. But for now, we'll be closing the Child of Mew's book.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Thank you once again for all your support during the run of the first book and thank you for welcoming me as Fox's most recent co-writer. I hope you all have a fun time reading the finale and I can't wait to see your reviews.

Mew: Oh and just so you all know, I'm dealing with Onyx's punishments off camera, so if you want you can use your imaginations to think about what I'm doing.

Chapter 79-80: Completion

Ash was sitting on the rest island, seeing the sun shining brightly. He felt exhausted. Ash laid on his back, staring up at the clouds passing by in the sky. That… should be… the last of them...

Storm looked over at Ash, seeing the exhausted little blue Mew boy.

"If that's the case, then you should come on up and relax in the sky, Ashy~" Mew giggled telepathically.

"I don't want to fly right now. I don't wanna do anything right now," Ash moodily replied back.

"You don't even want to lay on some clouds?" Mew asked. "Fiiiiiiine… but if you change your mind, I'll be up here for a couple hours."

"I don't think I've ever seen you this exhausted before," Storm commented. "Perhaps you overdid it a little bit with that last batch."

"I was close to being finished, but I still had to be careful. So yeah, I probably overdone it a little bit," Ash responded back to the Pikachu.

Jayden, in her Sky Forme, walked over to Ash. "Would you like some Aromatherapy to get you back on your feet? I ask because right now you look like someone who has been trampled by a Tauros stampede."

"I would appreciate it," Ash answered with a small smile.

Jayden closed her eyes for a minute before she began to release a sweet smell over Ash. The sweet smell came with a green-like sparkling spore. Storm sniffed it and felt relaxed. Ash allowed himself to close his own eyes as he took in the Aromatherapy.

"In a few moments you'll feel re-energized," Jayden informed.

Just as Jayden had said, Ash felt rejuvenated not long after. He smiled as he sat up and stretched out, feeling like he just woke up from a great nap.

"Thanks, Jayden, that really helped," Ash said gratefully.

"No problem." Jayden chuckled as she playfully bumped shoulders with Ash. "So, how close are you to finishing your task? Everyone else has been done for a couple days."

"I just finished," Ash answered. "That's why I was so exhausted. I wanted to get done as quickly as possible, but also didn't want to mess up the Pokemon I was making. This region now has 105 new Pokemon."

Jayden whistled. "105, huh? That's pretty impressive. Everyone had some ideas on what the grand total would be and the only one who got close was Don, but we disqualified him because he probably saw into the future."

Ash chuckled at that. "So now that we're all done, does that mean we're to go back into the future to see how it all turned out?"

"Hmm, you might have to ask your Memma on that one," Jayden replied.

"Yeah, considering she has all the experience," Storm agreed.

Ash nodded before he floated up. "I'll go do that."

Ash began to fly up to the sky, hoping to find Mew in the clouds. As he flew up, he looked down at the region they just finished, as well as the rest island, seeing those who worked with him and Mew were all chatting or playing with each other. Ash smiled, happy to see everyone was not only working together, but were also making up and getting along.

Ash soon found Mew laying on one of the bigger clouds. Ash blinked for a second. Aren't clouds made of water? How is Memma laying… right, she's Mew.

"Memma, everyone's done now," Ash spoke up. "So should we head back to our present timeline to see how it came to be?"

"Nope," Mew replied as she patted the cloud beside her. "Sit down and I'll explain the final stage of the test."

Ash flew over to Mew and plopped down on the cloud beside her. Wow, it's really soft.

"So, now that you've finished creating the last of this region's new Pokemon, we'll be getting Celebi and Don to open a window into the future so we can see how the region turns out," Mew explained. "This way we can make any changes now before we return back to the future. It also helps to stop paradoxes from happening."

"Oh, that's a good idea." Ash nodded in agreement. "Prevent what could be a disaster in the future. Where are Celebi and Don now?"

"They should be at the rest island," Mew said, pointing down at the island below.

"Oh, okay, then I'll go ask them now," Ash stated.

"Wait, before you do…" Mew spoke up.

"Hmm?" Ash looked at Mew.

"You should probably go talk to Celeste first," Mew suggested. "That way everyone can be there when Celebi and Don open up the window."

"Oh, right." Ash nodded. "Okay, Memma."

Ash floated up from the cloud before he flew down to the rest island, heading to Celeste. Leo and Luna cheerfully greeted Ash as they bounced around. Ash giggled at them before he flew over to the Jirachi hybrid.

"Celeste, could you call everyone for a meeting?" Ash requested.

"Hmmm? Ahh, yes, of course," Celeste acknowledged. "You must be wanting to inform everyone that you've completed all the new Pokemon. I'll gather everyone up right away."

"Thank you." Ash grinned.

Celeste used her telepathy to tell everyone to gather around. Ash watched as all the children and their memmas gathered to the center of the rest island. Some of them, however, had to stay in the water or in the sky due to how big they were or how they couldn't stay on land. Nevertheless, everyone had gathered and were ready to listen.

"It appears that Prince Ash has an announcement to make," Celeste stated to everyone before she gestured to the little blue Mew, who had been floating beside her.

Ash cleared his throat. "Congratulations everyone, we have completed a new region. I had just finished my last batch of new Pokemon and figured out where they would live on the islands."

Everyone all smiled and gave claps to each other at a job well done.

"I can't wait to see how this new region turns out." Blue smiled. "Grandpa would have a heart attack if he knew I was involved with helping make it."

"I can't believe we made a whole region," Zach remarked.

"Well, we did," Terra chuckled before grinning. "Though it was mostly thanks to me~"

"Everyone had their part in making the region," Yellow pointed out.

"She was joking, Yellow," Tyra informed. "She knows that this region wouldn't have been made without everyone's hard work."

"I had to do double the work on both land and sea," Jayden sighed. "That was quite the chore, but I think I liked how it turned out. You and Blue really helped me out with that, Yellow."

"You weren't the only ones that worked on land and sea," Rose huffed. "It was extremely uncomfortable for me to be underwater like I was."

"At least we've learned to endure water a bit better," Pyra chuckled.

Storm had Leo and Luna sitting beside him. "I like to think that I had helped a little bit with scouting and babysitting."

"So does this mean we can go back to our present timeline?" Don asked.

When everyone calmed down, they all looked to Ash and Celeste for the answer to Don's question.

"We could go back to our present timeline, however, it would be best if we could see into the future of how our region turned out," Ash answered. "Don, Celebi, would both or either of you be able to show us how our region will turn out in the future?"

"Ahhhh, I was wondering if Mew was going to bring us to this timeline," Celebi giggled. "Don and I would be happy to open a window into the future of this region."

"I don't usually bring up a window into the future," Don muttered.

"I've seen you do it all the time when you think you're alone, Don," Celebi remarked, crossing her arms at the smaller, pink Celebi.

Don gave a sheepish grin. "Err… so Prince Ash, how far into the future do you want to see into?"

Before Ash could answer, Celeste spoke up. "If I may make a suggestion? Perhaps instead of just seeing 2000 into the future of how this region will turn out, you two show us how it progresses? Like show us how it would look 50 years from now, then 100, 250, and so on until it reaches our present day. That way we get to see glimpses of how it will turn out. Is this okay with you, Prince Ash?"

Ash thought about it for a moment before nodding. "Yeah, I agree with Celeste. That would be a more beneficial way of seeing how the region will turn out."

"Okay, Donny, just like we practiced, we'll open up a window together into the future and have it show the targeted time frame," Celebi instructed.

"Memmaaaaa, don't call me 'Donny' in front of everyone," Don whined, feeling a little embarrassed.

"But it's such a cute name, Donny," Celebi responded with a small pout.

Everyone was trying not to laugh, though a few did let out a snicker.

"Let's just get this over with," Don grumbled.

Celebi and Don held up their hands, before a psychic aura surrounded their bodies. A hole appeared in the air a few feet away from Celebi and Don, becoming bigger and bigger, until it was large enough for everyone in the area to be able to see what was in it. They saw the islands of the region they made.

"This is the region 50 years from now," Celebi explained. "Humans haven't yet discovered the region, but the Pokemon population are growing and thriving."

Ash watched in fascination as the years went by quickly in the window of time they were watching in. The region changed little by little, until Ash spotted several Alomomola swimming towards the islands with humans on their backs. Not long after that, he could see that structures were beginning to form on the islands, like small houses and huts. Soon, those evolved into buildings, and the buildings grew, while Jayden's nature started to get less and less.

"500 years into the future, there was a shipwreck, and the humans were carried to the region by a school of Alomomola to the region, and started a settlement there. 750 years into the future, the settlement had grown into more of a town, and then, into a city," Don narrated. "And… 1000 years into the future…"

"Oh dear…" Celebi frowned.

Most of Jayden's nature was replaced by large buildings or factories. Jayden looked rather horrified at this.

"Tourism had taken over the region, and the human put in charge began building factories. It seems that Princess Diancie might've done too good a job, as humans find them too valuable a resource to ignore." Don frowned.

The further on into the future the window showed, the more horrified Ash and the other children became of the changes.

"1500 years into the future…" Celebi spoke up. "There's barely any signs of Jayden's nature left. The factories have polluted the islands. There are some humans protesting against these factories, trying to replant the trees that were lost."

"But…" Don added as time passed on in the window. "2000 years into the future, our present, the humans who fought to bring nature back had lost. The entire region is nothing but cities and factories."

Ash couldn't even recognize the region anymore.

"There only seems to be one final source of nature, one safe harbor for the Pokemon of the region," Celebi noted as the window zoomed in on a lone looming tree that seemed to be complete encased in crystals. "No human can get close to that giant crystal tree. Everyone who has tried has ended up losing their lives, either trapped and consumed by the crystals, or simply impaled by crystal vines."

"What kind of tree is that?" Tyra asked, looking at Jayden.

"I didn't plant that," Jayden quickly said as everyone else started looking at her.

"It's nothing short of a miracle," Ash remarked with a frown. "But even then… this is what will become of all our hard work? Just a place for cities and factories, polluting everything?"

"We need to figure out a way to stop that from being the future!" Terra stated firmly. "We didn't work our butts off just to have all our hard work trashed!"

"What can we do though…?" Yellow softly questioned. "Is there anything we could do that will definitely solve this problem?"

"We don't even know what the problem even is. Humans showed up, that's good, it's what we want, but then… they just decided to take the region's resources and build up all those factories?" Blue frowned, feeling annoyed by the results.

"It's my fault, isn't it?" Rose asked quietly.

"No, no, it's not your fault," Pyra quickly comforted.

"It might be," Celeste said. "But I doubt it's any one person's particular fault, everyone may have had a part to play. I'll have to come up with some theories to be sure, but I have some ideas of what happened."

Ash looked at Celebi before tapping on her arm.

"Could you come with me, please?" Ash whispered while everyone else were busy discussing on what to do.

"Of course, Prince Ash," Celebi whispered back.

Ash lead Celebi up into the sky while everyone was distracted. When Ash was sure nobody else was around, except for maybe Mew, Ash looked at Celebi. "Can you show me the catalyst of how all that happened?"

"I can, but shouldn't we show the others as well?" Celebi asked in response. "This isn't something you should shoulder yourself."

"I… just don't want to worry everyone else. I at least want to see what it is before I decide if we should show everyone else," Ash replied. I hope it doesn't have anything to do with Origin's child… I'm supposed to keep it a secret right now.

"I guess you have a point, Donny and everyone else seemed heartbroken and hurt that the region turned out like it did," Celebi noted before she started to glow. "I'll create a small window so just you and I can see, and I will start it around the time humans settled in the region and work my way forwards. The region wouldn't have turned out the way it did if it wasn't for the humans."

"Thanks, Celebi," Ash said gratefully as Celebi opened a small, personal time window and began showing a certain time of the region.

Ash and Celebi watched intently as the Alomomola were bringing the humans to the region since it was at that point in time humans arrived there. Since Celebi having time fast forward, Ash could watch the people looking around, and began to build things like huts and straw houses. At first, it seemed like all was going well. Humans seemed to be getting along fine with the wild Pokemon in the area.

Then Ash noticed that some of the humans were harvesting wild fruits and veggies bringing it back to their group while others went out and explored or hunted. One day a group of the explorers came back with some crystals of different colors. The tribe gathered around and looked at the crystals before trying to use it for different things. After a while, some of the tribe fashioned crystal tipped weaponry, sharper than any rock and very hard and unlikely to break.

"Shall I fast forward?" Celebi asked. "Right now it seems the humans are still coexisting with Pokemon and still respecting nature."

"Yeah, at least until it looks like it's starting to look more… industrious," Ash answered.

Celebi nodded before she fast forward the window of time, before slowing down when it looked like the huts were turning into buildings.

Ash saw that more humans were starting to come to the region on old fashion boats or Water Pokemon. The humans were going to what Ash assumed might be some kind of old fashion store in that day and age. The store was filled with people, lining up. Celebi had the time window zoom inside the store building, seeing people were selling crystals of different colors for a lot of money. There were other shops selling different things as well, such as the region's berries, soils, and vegetations.

"It looks like they're even starting to develop jewelry here," Celebi noted. "It's a small bit concerning that it seems almost everyone has crystals on them. I say that because if their economy is based on crystals, the more their economy grows the more crystals they will have to harvest."

Ash frowned more about that as Celebi fast forward the time window a little more. The more money the humans made with the region's resources, the more people came to move in, and the more factories that began to be built on the islands.

"So it's… human greed that brought this future?" Ash asked. "Rose's crystals, Terra's ores and minerals, and Jayden's plants are what's going to cause this outcome?"

"It would seem so…" Celebi softly answered. "One of the islands seems to be getting levelled in the future by a massive digging machine. It looks like they tried to build another on the island with the giant tree, but crystal roots popped out of the ground and destroyed all the equipment."

"Could Rose, Terra, and Jayden change what they put on the islands?" Ash questioned.

"They probably could, but that would mean having to get rid of the islands and restart from scratch," Celebi explained.

Ash frowned before shaking his head. "We've already come so far… isn't there any other way…?"

"I'm not sure," Celebi sighed. "This is something you should talk to your memma about. I can only tell you that something needs to be done to prevent that from becoming the future."

Ash sighed. "Thanks, Celebi. I'll go see if we can figure out a way to prevent this future for our region."

With that said, Ash flew around the clouds, searching for Mew. Ash didn't see Mew anywhere, and decided to go back down to the rest island, flying into his shelter. Storm was there, looking a little troubled.

"Oh, there you are, Ash," Storm greeted. "Mew is playing with Leo and Luna right now. Meanwhile everyone else are racking their brains trying to figure out how to prevent this beautiful region from becoming nothing but factories."

"Same here," Ash sighed as he sat down beside his partner. "I just don't know what to do."

"Perhaps you could do something that scares away the humans?" Storm suggested. "Or something that stops them from taking too many resources."

"Like what?" Ash asked.

"Well… maybe you could make more Legendaries? Mew never said you could only have two, did she?" Storm pointed out. "She has the Regis in the Tree of Beginning to make sure no human could enter the place, and you know, the whole antibody thing."

"That wasn't our goal when we made the region, Storm," Ash sighed. "We didn't want it to become inaccessible for humans. But…"

Ash's eyes widened as sparks of an idea flashed in his mind. "You may be onto something with the whole 'make more Legendaries', Storm."

"Of course I am!" Storm grinned.

"I could make more Legendaries, but instead of using them to scare away the humans, I could use them to teach the humans," Ash declared.

Storm blinked at that. "Teach the humans?"

"Of course. Legendary Pokemon have always been hidden from people, most of the time people see Legendary Pokemon as deities, folklore, myths, and legends, hence the term 'Legendary Pokemon'. So who would better teach humans to respect nature and co-exist with Pokemon than Legendary Pokemon?" Ash explained.

"So you are going to create Legendary Pokemon that live among humans or at least live nearby?" Storm inquired. "That's… actually a really good idea."

"What do you mean 'actually'?" Ash pouted.

"Oh… nothing~" Storm smiled innocently.

Ash narrowed his eyes a little, but then just smiled. "Then I'll talk to Memma about it. I don't want to make more Legendary Pokemon without at least informing her about it first."

Ash closed his eyes and sent out a telepathic message to Mew. "Memma, would it be okay for me to create more Legendary Pokemon that would help teach humans to coexist with nature and Pokemon?"

Ash suddenly sound himself floating in front of Mew, Leo, and Luna.

"Did I hear you right?" Mew asked. "Did you really say you want to make more Legendary Pokemon?"

"Well, Storm and I were talking about how we could possibly prevent that future we saw of what will become of our region, and we thought having Legendary Pokemon around who could teach the humans not to be so greedy, would probably help with that?" Ash explained in a somewhat timid tone.

"So… yes is the answer to my question," Mew chuckled.

"Is that okay or should I try something else?" Ash questioned.

Mew gave a thoughtful, serious expression for a few moments before she smiled. "I think that's the best plan we have. Though I think instead of making one super powerful Legendary, you should probably make a lesser powered Legendary for each island. Perhaps they can each be the 'embodiment of the island's spirit' or something like that. Lore is as important to creating a Legendary as giving them powers."

"You're going to be making more of us?" Leo asked excitedly.

"Well, no, not exactly like the two of you," Ash answered the little Cosmog. "But… maybe something similar."

Ash was having a discussion with the other children after he told them about his idea.

"You really think that these new Legendary Pokemon will keep people's greedy hearts from taking over?" Yellow asked.

"It's the best idea we've got, unless you're all willing to take down what we've made and start over from scratch," Ash stated.

"Nope," Terra declined. "There is no way I'm starting from scratch."

"I'd rather not have to make more plants again, especially underwater," Jayden mumbled.

"It would be too hard on everyone to have to start over now." Blue frowned.

"Then we're all in agreement with this plan?" Ash asked, looking around.

"Before anyone says yes, let me lay it out plainly," Celeste spoke up. "Ash, you will be creating 4 new 'lesser' Legendary Pokemon, one for each of the main islands. They will each stay to their own islands and protect the ecosystems from being destroyed. When humans finally settle down, the 4 island Legendaries will teach the humans how to coexist with nature and not take more than they need. Is there anything I've forgotten?"

"I think that's about the gist of it," Ash replied.

"Do you even know what kind of Pokemon you'll be making?" Tyra questioned.

"No… that's why I wanted to talk to all of you about it. Making regular Pokemon is one thing, but Legendary Pokemon is something I want to be extra careful with. I accidentally made Leo and Luna, but this time… I think we could all pitch in on what the 4 new Legendary Pokemon should be," Ash informed with a small smile.

"Hmmmm… well I think they should each represent their respective island in one way or another," Zach remarked.

"They could each represent an aspect of nature," Tyra offered. "While being based off their islands is a good idea, they will be serving to teach humans about nature. So what better way for them to teach people about nature than to be based off different aspects of it."

Zach gave a nod. "That might actually work better. Since there are 4 islands, we should decide what what aspects of nature the Legendaries should be based on."

Ash pulled out his notepad from his pocket dimension. "They shouldn't be too big, but they could be based off of something from another island-like region. Each one could have a different type, maybe based on the majority of flowers Jayden put on the islands to represent the theme better."

"I've read a long time ago that islanders used totems to bring good fortune or to ward off evil," Yellow suggested. "I should know, I lived on an island."

"How about for the island with all the yellow flowers, the Legendary is Electric type?" Tyra suggested. "It can be the weather aspect of nature. Perhaps give it the ability to summon small thunderstorms or lightning bolts."

Ash began to draw a Pokemon that would be an Electric type totem creature.

"On the second island, personally my favorite, I remember a lot of the sweet scent filled flowers I made there," Jayden spoke up with a proud smile. "Maybe something playful, pink, and sweet smelling could be the guardian there. Maybe it could be a Grass type? Or maybe a Psychic type… yeah, I think a Psychic type might be more fitting considering it could be as playful as Mew, but to a lesser extent. If we're coming up with lore for the aspect of nature, then the one for the third island could be the aspect of flowers or beautiful nature or something along those lines."

Ash nodded as he began drawing the playful Psychic type totem creature in his notepad. "Anyone else have any suggestions for the first and second islands?"

"I think we should have one for the earth and one for water," Rose stated. "Since we already have two for the aspects of weather and nature, those would be two other places to go."

"Zach, Terra, do you two have any suggestions then?" Ash asked, looking at the children of Kyogre and Groudon.

"The fourth island I made, the one that has the volcano on it, would be the perfect home for the aspect of the earth," Terra replied. "It should be mostly dark colors. I'd say black, red, and white to symbolize rock, clay, volcanic ash, magma. Perhaps mix in some greys and ore based colors like gold, copper, and silver. I think it could also be the aspect of nature underground like the roots of plants."

"It sounds like it could be a Fire, Ground, Rock, or Grass type," Don pointed out as he laid tiredly on the ground. Having to show that time window took a lot out of the pink Celebi.

"I'd say go with Grass, that way people are thrown off by the colors, thinking it would be weak to Water or other typings in case they try to capture it," Jayden suggested.

Ash nodded as he started to draw what would be a strong looking Grass type totem creature.

"I guess that just leaves me," Zach chuckled.

"You think something like a Sharpedo or Wailmer might look cool?" Blue asked.

"No, not quite," Zach responded. "If these Legendaries are supposed to be teachers, they should still look approachable while also being strong looking. A Sharpedo or Wailmer design would either cause fear or laughter. I think the design can more be based off a Shellder or Cloyster type design. By that I mean the exterior design could be a shell. Ash, perhaps it could also share some of the design with the final form of the water starter you made… Premarona or something like that?"

"You mean Primarina? Hmmm… I guess I could try something with that design," Ash stated as he began to draw a Water totem creature.

"It would be the aspect of water of course, but I think it can be pure, untainted water," Zach described. "It should have a kind, but wise appearance."

"I think I got everybody's suggestions down," Ash remarked, looking at the pictures he drew. "But I feel like there's… something missing with each of them…"

"What could be missing?" Yellow asked curiously.

"I think they all need a common second typing," Celeste chimed in. "Something that would help them get along with humans better while also give them an extra defense so they don't have as many typing weaknesses."

"A type that could help them be more approachable, huh?" Rose spoke up. "Well, I know most Fairy types are very well liked and popular to humans."

"Fairy types... that might be it." Ash smiled as he began to change up his drawings a little. "If I were to add the Fairy typing to each of them, they'll likely gain a cuter look that would make them more appealing to humans."

"How long will it take you to make them, Ash?" Celeste questioned.

"Well… I'm not too sure, the more complex the design, the longer it takes me to make them. I also to have to keep in mind the power and the role they will have too," Ash replied. "Maybe a few to several hours to make all 4 of them."

"Before you do that, perhaps we could have Celebi and Don open another window to see if the plans we make are going to change the future," Blue recommended. "That way if it doesn't work, we can make tweaks now before you make the Legendaries."

"Would that work since I haven't even made them yet?" Ash asked. "Would the future change now?"

"The timeline is a fickle thing," Don stated from the ground, lifting up his hand as a gesture. "It can change simply from having a different plan in mind before even carrying it out. So to answer your question, yes. The fact that we've seen the future and have made plans to alter it would change the future despite the plans not having been followed through. Because if the future does turn out better, then we'll follow through on the plans."

"That's a little confusing," Yellow stated.

"But helpful," Blue chuckled.

"If time was easy to understand, then there wouldn't be as much weight or meaning to it," Don pointed out before he began to float off the ground. "Well, if you're all ready to see the results in this idea, I'll call for Memma so we can show you the time window."

"Yeah, let's see it," Tyra stated.

Rose put her hands together. "I really, really hope this will give us a much better future."

Not long after Don called for Celebi, she flew over to the group. Celebi and Don lifted up their hands and created a large time window for everyone to see.

Like with before, the time window showed a passage of time of what would become of their region to their present time. So far, it was the same, the humans got shipwrecked and were rescued by the Alomomola. Like before, the humans built small houses and huts to live in. However, that's where things began to change. The humans on each island were greeted by the Legendary Pokemon that were put on the different islands. Those Legendary Pokemon used their powers to communicate with humans and teach them that coexisting with nature would lead to a much happier and prosperous life.

The 4 Legendaries taught the humans to take only what they needed and not break or damage the environment to harvest things. Crystals were collected only after they had fallen to the ground from natural causes or chipped away. Trees were only chopped down when they either were becoming a danger to the environment or were getting old in age. And even when the humans chopped down trees, they planted the seeds of those trees so new ones would grow to take the empty space.

As time went on, humans and Pokemon developed a much stronger, closer bond. The humans and Pokemon helped each other whether it was gathering ingredients or building structures or homes, both parties assisted. The Legendary Pokemon that taught the humans were seen less and less by people, but their teachings had remained strong. The humans did still build a city or town, but those were few and far between, and they made sure not to damage the ecosystem. They had plants and trees inside the cities, as well as allowing Pokemon to be able to roam. Tourists started to come to the region, which were greeted warmly and were taught about the local culture. At one point or another, large corporation ships came to the islands and tried to set up companies or factories, but they were always turned away by the locals.

The time became closer to their present time, humans set up sacred structures for the Legendary Pokemon where they would go to pray for advice or prosperity. The Legendary Pokemon would then show up to a human they find worthy to become the leader of that island, who will be in charge to continue their teachings to future generations. Eventually, the humans set up an island challenge for Pokemon Trainers to enjoy. They were to explore the islands, battle with large and powerful Pokemon while also befriending and getting stronger with their own Pokemon, all the while learning to coexist with nature and Pokemon themselves. There was a timeline where Ash saw a grown up Leo and Luna visiting the region, they looked as majestic and beautiful as Ash had imagined they would be, where they battled with the four Legendary Pokemon, but not out of hostility, it out of fun and to test their skills. Humans misunderstood that, however, and wrote in legends about how the Legendary Pokemon protected them from 'beasts from another dimension'. Ash rolled his eyes a little, but other than that, it looked like the region's future was going to be a bright one.

Celebi and Don finally reached their present time, showing the region was beautiful, and was coexisting in harmony with human, Pokemon, and nature.

"Now that's the future I wanted to see," Blue remarked with a smile.

"Thank you, Celebi and Don, that's all we needed to see," Celeste gratefully remarked. "Don, you can go ahead and take a well deserved nap now if you'd like."

The time window disappeared, and Don laid down again. "Thank you…"

Everyone began to talk among each other about the result, while Ash tapped on Celebi's arm and pointed up to the sky. Celebi nodded before following Ash.

When Ash believed they were out of earshot, he stopped flying and turned back to Celebi.

"What can I assist you with this time, Prince Ash?" Celebi asked.

"Remember that big tree with the crystals in the previous timeline?" Ash spoke up. "I'd like to see what's going on with it in this future."

"Ahhh, is that your personal project?~" Celebi giggled.

Ash sheepishly grinned. "You could say that, yeah. But it's a secret, that's why I didn't want anyone else to know about it."

Celebi nodded. "I understand that, everyone has their secrets. Give me a moment and I will open a window into the future."

Celebi created the personal time window for Ash to look at. Ash could see that some of the humans were approaching Origin's child, likely curious about it. Ash was a little apprehensive about the tree suddenly growing out crystals to kill or scare off the humans, or making antibodies to absorb them. Ash then noticed that there were Pokemon travelling beside the humans, one large Pokemon was even at the head of the group.

"It would appear the tree is letting both the humans and the Pokemon inside," Celebi observed as the group walked into the tree and started looking around. "Strange, I don't know why, but I have a slight reminiscent feeling looking at the environment there."

Ash gave a small, sheepish chuckle at that. Celebi fast forward time to see that the humans would often battle with their Pokemon in front of or around the tree. In some cases, after the fight was over, a vine would droop down towards the group, and on the end of the vine was usually a cluster of different berries. Ash gave a smile at that, it appears that the humans realized the tree was alive in more ways than one, and were not only thankful to it, but battled around it because they knew the tree enjoyed watching them work together with their Pokemon, getting stronger together.

As time went on, the tree began to grow small crystals, but unlike with Origin, it didn't grow big crystals from the ground, rather it grew small, different colored crystals on its bark. It allowed the humans to take these crystals and use the concentrated energy from within the crystals to give their Pokemon a big power boost. It soon became tradition for humans to scatter these crystals, one for each type of Pokemon, for island challengers to pick up as a reward. Humans also built a strange structure under, on, and on top of the tree. The structure didn't harm the tree in any way, but rather was built around it. There were stairs that allowed people to walk up to the top of the tree, there were also battle arenas on each floor.

Though while there were arenas and areas on each of the floors for Trainers and even wild Pokemon to battle, there seemed to be a point at where no structure was built. Upon zooming the window in, Ash and Celebi saw a ring of large crystals around the trunk of the tree above where the structure was built. The humans and Pokemon took that ring of crystals as a sign that they weren't to build past that point.

The time window disappeared soon after showing that.

"There's not much else to show," Celebi informed. "The tree stays the way it is until our present time. Nobody builds past that ring of large crystals, both Pokemon and humans are allowed inside, and the tree helps to heal the injured Pokemon by providing healing berries. I did glimpse that sometimes the humans sparred with each other in the arenas, but they never actually hurt themselves."

Ash gave a proud smile. "I'm glad that it turned out that way then. So that means our plan worked, now I just have to make sure I make them the right way so the timeline doesn't change. That's the future I want for this region."

"Good luck with it, Prince Ash." Celebi smiled.

Storm was running after Leo, who giggled before he teleported. Storm frowned as he looked around, before he spotted Luna bouncing around. Storm went after Luna, she twisted and twirled for a few seconds before she also teleported away. Storm jumped, trying to grab her, but she disappeared and Storm just landed on his face.

"Playing tag isn't fair when the ones you're chasing can use teleport…" Storm grumbled.

"If you'd like, I could even the playing field for a little bit~" Mew offered with a giggle. "Though it'll cost you~"

"... What exactly are you offering? And what's it going to cost me?" Storm cautiously questioned.

"Well, I can either offer you the temporary ability to teleport, or I can temporarily stop Luna and Leo from teleporting," Mew explained. "In exchange, I think a nice massage would be enough."

"Oh? If that's all, then yes, please. Just stop Luna and Leo from teleporting, I wouldn't be familiar with teleportation myself to use it properly," Storm stated.

"Awww, are you sure you don't want to teleport?" Mew asked with a small pout. "I would give you the knowledge on how to use Teleport properly."

"I'm sure," Storm answered. "I don't want my brain messed with, thank you."

"Heh, okay. Maybe later~" Mew giggled before she snapped her finger. "Have fun catching Luna and Leo~"

"Thank you," Storm said gratefully before he went after the two Cosmogs.

Ash flew over to Mew, looking excited. "Memma! Memma! I've finally done it. After careful planning, tinkering, and reworking of ideas, I've made the four Legendary Pokemon that will become the teachers of the humans who come here that will lead to a peaceful region."

Ash turned and gestured to something behind him. Mew blinked as her child moved away to let her see four different colored objects on the ground. Mew could see a yellow Combusken-like object, and beside it was a pink Beautifly-like face object, beside that was a red and gold Tauros-like head object, and the last one looked like a purple and blue fish with a sword-like nose object.

"Oooooh, very interesting designs!" Mew remarked as she floated over and looked at the four objects. "Though… I have a feeling this isn't it. Am I right, Ashy?~"

"You'd be right, Memma." Ash smiled. "So, I got the idea of the totems from Yellow, hence why the four look like this. But that's just their shells."

Ash flew over the four. "You can all come out now."

The four 'objects' suddenly moved, splitting apart to reveal little black creatures from inside the 'objects'. They floated up from the ground, looking over at Mew before bowing down to her.

"It's an honor to meet you, Lady Mew," The purple one said.

"We are happy to finally make your acquaintances," The red one stated.

"It's so cool to meet you, Lady Mew. Prince Ash told us so much about you during our creation~" The pink one smiled.

"I'm eager to serve you and Prince Ash," The yellow one eagerly remarked.

"Very nicely done on their personalities, Ashy~" Mew telepathically said to Ash with a giggle. "It is a pleasure to meet you all. Tell me, what are the names my little Ashy picked out for you?~"

Ash gave a smile. "I decided to give them names that I've heard from the Orange Islands that fits their personality and characteristics. Their first names, in the Orange Islands ancient language, means Holy or Divine. Considering they are guardians of the islands and nature, I felt giving them a common 'title' would work well. As for their individual names, from left to right you have Koko, Lele, Bulu, and Fini. I picked those names out of different words that relate to their typing. For instance, Koko comes from one of the Orange Islands' ancient word for thunder."

Mew nodded. "Those sound like beautiful names. Now, Ashy, have you asked them what their role is?"

"Of course, and to make sure nothing goes wrong, I'll ask them again with you here, Memma," Ash answered. "Tapus, what is your role?"

"We are all tasked with one common goal, Lady Mew," Tapu Fini started.

"We are to protect the balance of nature and progress going into the future," Tapu Bulu said.

"When humans eventually come here, we will teach them to coexist peacefully and happily with nature and Pokemon," Tapu Lele beamed. "If we don't teach them and guide them, the region will fall apart, and I definitely don't want that!"

"If any humans or Pokemon step out of line during development, we are to punish them and correct them on their mistakes so they do not make them again," Tapu Koko continued. "Our secondary task is to protect and help raise Luna and Leo. We have a tertiary task that Prince Ash wants to be kept as a secret, we may only tell you if he gives us permission."

"We also each have our own islands to protect, and teach the inhabitants on that island," Tapu Fini added. "We can interact with people, but also be cautious of those that have ill intentions."

"We'll teach humans to respect nature, and get along well with the Pokemon," Tapu Bulu remarked. "If I must get tough to do so, I will, but I promise not to hurt anyone unless absolutely necessary."

"We won't just be teaching humans and Pokemon though, we'll also be making sure to get them to enjoy spending time with each other." Tapu Lele smiled. "I personally would like to play with some humans and Pokemon~"

Ash looked over at Mew. "What do you think, Memma?"

"Sounds like Tapu Lele might be my personal favorite~" Mew responded half jokingly. "I think you did well with them, Ashy. I give your Tapus my seal of approval."

Ash gave a cheerful sound as he flew around happily. Tapu Lele giggled while the other three Tapus just watched in amusement.

"Then let's go show the others!" Ash excitedly said.

All the Legendary Pokemon and their Children gathered around, they looked at the four Tapus in awe and excitement.

"Well, hello there," Terra greeted warmly.

"Whoa! They actually look like totems and Pokemon!" Yellow smiled excitedly.

"They also hold great power, just as all Legendaries do," Blue noted in fascination.

"They turned out quite well, Prince Ash," Celeste commented. "Very well done on making them."

Tapu Fini floated a little closer to the ocean, looking curiously at Kyogre and Zach. Tapu Koko floated more in the air, looking on at Tyra and Rayquaza. Tapu Bulu was closer to the island itself, looking at Jayden and Shaymin. Tapu Lele was floating around Rose and Pyra curiously.

"You're both quite adorable!" Tapu Lele complimented with a big smile.

"Why thank you. You're quite adorable yourself," Rose complimented back.

"Your personality reminds me of Lady Mew," Pyra noted.

"Hello there," Tapu Fini greeted Kyogre and Zach. "It's nice to meet the creator of the sea and her child."

"What excellent manners you have," Kyogre replied. "It is great to meet you."

Groudon snickered. "Doubt that manners matter that much to you…"

"No!" Latias raised her voice. "You two will not start fighting again."

"Especially not now," Latios warned.

Groudon frowned and bowed his head in apology.

Tapu Fini looked at Zach curiously. "You look very different from your Memma, it's quite interesting."

"The Child of Groudon also looks different from her Memma," Tapu Bulu added.

"That's because Kyogre and Groudon had to get some of their powers striped away," Rayquaza explained. "They've been very naughty, therefore had to be punished. Their children haven't done anything of the sorts, so they get to keep their powers and their unique forms."

Zach gave a curious expression at that. "Wait… are you saying what I think you are saying, Aunt Rayquaza? Did you, Memma, and Groudon talk about Terra and I keeping our orbs?"

"Yes, of course. That was something that I needed to talk to them about as well," Rayquaza answered. "Since I clearly cannot trust them to keep the peace at their full powers, I've decided that it's best if you and Terra hang on to the orbs. You, Terra, and Prince Ash have another journey ahead of you if I'm not mistaken, so the orbs will benefit you more than they would in the claws and fins of your Memmas."

"I've also been updating my Memma on what's been going on with you three lately. I saw you talking to that Michael boy at the Pokemon League," Tyra informed.

"Oh? So they know about that now… great…" Zach sighed.

"We were… not sure our Memmas would agree to the idea," Terra explained. "We were hoping to tell them about that in our own times."

"The idea of you two going with the Child of Mew on another journey in another region?" Groudon asked. "We don't have a problem with that. I think you both would grow greatly from this."

"Really?" Terra raised an eyeridge. "Honestly… Zach and I were expecting that you two would go into overprotective Memma mode and forbid us from going."

"You both have proven to be able to take care of yourselves, at New Island, at the Indigo Plateau, and here. While we do worry about you two, we understand that trying to keep you from going on your own journey and getting stronger with your Pokemon team would only hinder you. I suppose that's something Groudon and I can agree on, even if I don't like to admit it," Kyogre explained. "Besides, Lady Mew asked us to let you and Terra go with Prince Ash to keep him alive and out of too much trouble."

Leo and Luna floated closer to Tapu Bulu curiously.

"Hello, Leo and Luna," Tapu Bulu greeted. "I am Tapu Bulu and I shall be one of your protectors and teachers."

"Protectors and teachers?" Luna questioned.

"What does that mean?" Leo asked.

The other three Tapus floated closer to the two Cosmogs. Storm looked over at Ash, before tipping his head to Luna and Leo.

Ash sighed before he flew over to Leo and Luna. "Leo… Luna… you two will be studying under these four, they will keep you safe and teach you about the world from now on."

"What? But what about staying with Memma and Grandmemma and Uncle Storm?" Luna asked with a pout.

"Well… the thing is… me, your Grandmemma, and Storm can't stay here," Ash softly said. "We have to go back to our own timeline, where we belong. Once we're done here, we… have to leave."

Leo and Luna both frowned at this.

"Leave? Well… where are we going?" Leo questioned.

"You and Luna will be staying here with the Tapus," Ash answered, gesturing to the four Pokemon around them. "But the rest of us will be going back home. It's… far away."

"W-what? B-but why do we have to stay here? Why can't we go with you, Memma?" Luna asked as she and Leo began to realize that Ash was going to leave, and they would be separated from him. "I don't want to be separated from Memma and Grandmemma and Uncle Storm!"

"Please, take us with you!" Leo begged.

"I… I wish I could… but you two need to stay here and grow. If I take you with me, then you won't be able to fulfill your roles, and that could cause problems later." Ash frowned.

"But I want to stay with Memma, Grandmemma, and Uncle Storm! I don't want to grow up if it means not being with you anymore…" Luna argued, tears starting to fall from her eyes. "H-how long will we be apart…?"

Ash hesitated, before sighing. "It'll be… a long time."

"Will we even remember you and Grandmemma and Uncle Storm, Memma?!" Leo practically demanded. "Luna and I don't want to forget you all!"

"You won't forget us. You two will always remember us even after you've evolved and are travelling through other dimensions," Storm spoke up. "We will see each other again, and it'll be sooner than you think. After all, even if it feels like a long time, for Legendary Pokemon like you two, it won't be that long."

"We also need you both to stay here and grow up, because you'll be protectors of our world, and guardians of the dimensions," Mew added. "We know the two of you are important, Ashy gave you important roles after all. You wouldn't want to let us down, would you?"

"N-n-no…" Luna sniffled. "B-but… can't you at least come visit and play…?"

"I'd love to, and I would visit often just to see how you and Leo are doing," Ash answered with a small smile before frowning again. "But… I can't. I'll be going through the time stream to get back home, meaning that I will not… be here until after a long time had passed here."

"Is… is there any way we can change your mind, Memma?" Leo inquired.

The Tapus lowered themselves to the Cosmogs' level.

"We know that you'll miss your Memma, Grandmemma, and Uncle Storm, but we will do our best to help you through everything until you can see them again," Tapu Fini promised.

"It won't be so bad. The next time you see them again, you can show off how much you've grown. They'll be so proud of you they won't even know what to say," Tapu Lele added.

"You can count on us to play and take care of you two," Tapu Koko vowed.

"So don't see your Memma, Grandmemma, and Uncle Storm off with such sad faces. Give them a smile, and promise to see them again soon," Tapu Bulu suggested.

"Besides," Mew spoke up. "We haven't made the decision to go back into the present just yet, which means you get to spend a little more time with Ashy, Storm, and myself."

The two Cosmogs floated over to Ash, Storm, and Mew.

"We want to spend time with everyone before you go," Luna said.

"If that's alright," Leo added.

All the Legendaries and Children looked at each other before they nodded.

"We'll all take our time then before we leave," Don remarked. "We don't have to be in a hurry after all. We've already got everything we need for a great region, now we just have to… make our mark before going home."

"Make our mark?" Ash repeated in a questioning tone.

"Yeah, like how artists put their signatures on their works," Jayden explained. "Celeste came up with the idea actually."

"Isn't it a bit risky to leave marks though?" Blue questioned. "Humans may come and examine it."

"We wouldn't put them anywhere specifically obvious," Celeste informed. "Just like an artist leaves only a small, barely noticeable mark on their work, we will do the same. After doing some scouting, I believe there is one location in particular that would suit our needs perfectly."

"What location is that?" Ash inquired curiously.

"There is a cave underground, just above the water level so the cave won't flood," Celeste answered. "The cave is large enough to easily fit all of us in."

"Zach and I helped Celeste find it." Yellow smiled proudly.

Ash chuckled. "Well then, go ahead and lead the way, Celeste."

"Before we go, I had a specific idea for the signatures," Celeste stated. "I was thinking we could each do two individual signatures. One signature will be using our pawprints while we are in our current forms. The other signature will be using our handprints while in our human forms. Zach has already prepared an ink that will be easy to wash off our hands and paws while also being impossible to wash off the walls. The ink will hopefully withstand the tests of times and allow us to officiate a new peaceful relationship between Legendaries, putting an official end to the war."

"Hopefully for good, but not all of us are here to agree to it," Jayden sighed. "I guess that's a bridge to cross for another time."

"Yeah…" Ash nodded. "But this is a good start."

"Come along, I'll take you all the cave," Celeste said as she turned around.

"We could bring the others here later on," Jayden said. "After we have a chance to talk to them all and convince them that peace is something that we will all benefit from."

"That may or may not happen," Don remarked with a shrug. "But I'm hoping we'll get on the timeline where it does."

Celeste nodded before she flew forward, and the others following her.

Ash was impressed with how big the cave was, and how there was water but only at the very bottom of the cave, not seeming to rise any higher.

Ash looked back in curiosity, seeing Zach hovering above the water, though Terra didn't seem too happy having to step over water. With every step Terra took, the water instantly began to sizzle and boil around her feet.

It's a good thing the cave is big enough to have a Kyogre and a Groudon to walk through it. Otherwise, I wasn't sure if Terra or Zach would be able to put up their claw and fin for the wall. Ash noted to himself. Though it's got to be uncomfortable for Terra's Groudon form, being a Ground/Fire type.

"Here we are~" Yellow smiled. "The perfect place for us to leave a mark on this region."

Everyone gathered up to the wall Yellow and Celeste were looking at. Tyra came in last, not looking too comfortable at being in a cave.

"Celeste will be applying the ink to the paws of those who can't easily get it themselves," Zach said as he looked over at a large tank of ink.

"Um… I have two forms, which form should I be in for this?" Jayden asked.

"If you'd like, you could use both forms," Celeste offered. "Though your paws seem to stay fairly similar in both forms."

"There some slight differences, but I guess they're not that noticeable. I guess I'll do it in my Sky Forme, since I'll be able to put my paw somewhere higher that way." Jayden smiled.

"Okay everyone, for those of you who can't put the ink on their paw or claws or… fins, line up over here," Yellow called.

"I can't really grip things with these claws, so I'll need someone to put the ink on for me," Terra commented.

"Come on, Pyra, let's leave our mark too." Rose grinned to Pyra.

"I am so jealous of all of you…" Tyra remarked. "I'll have to practically push my face and neck up against the cave wall."

"Comes with the price of having a big body but small arms," Don chuckled.

"At least Tyra is flexible. If she was a Tyrantrum, that'd be impossible without making a hole in the wall for her head," Blue remarked.

"Watch it, Blue, otherwise you'll have to change your name to Black and Blue," Tyra growled softly.

"Hey, chill out, that was a compliment," Blue stated.

"Blue had a bit of a run in with Tyra before," Ash explained to the other while chuckling. "So did I actually, but they had a Pokemon battle."

"Umm… I have a question," Pyra spoke up. "Is it appropriate for me to put my mark on this cave despite the fact that I am not one of the Children of Legendaries?"

"I'm not either," Rose pointed out. "But it doesn't feel right not to include you."

"Would I be putting my paw mark up there as well?" Storm asked.

"You can all put your marks on the wall, even Leo and Luna," Celeste answered. "Despite the fact that you may not have directly been building the islands, all of you helped in one way or another. Yellow and Blue supported the group while the islands were made. Pyra came up with some excellent ideas that we ended up using and helped to keep our spirits up. Storm, you took care of Leo and Luna and also helped Ash to create the Pokemon of this region. All of you, in one way or another, helped to create this region. If even one of you weren't here, I doubt the region would've turned out as perfectly as it had."

"Yay, let's put up our marks as well!" Leo jumped around happily.

"Yeah, that way we'll always be with Memma and everyone else," Luna agreed.

Ash couldn't help but watch with a small smile on his face, seeing how everyone was getting along, putting the ink on their paws, or having Celeste or Yellow help put ink on their paws, claws, or fins, and put them up at the wall. The bigger Children had to use another part of the wall for their marks. Ash used a little bit of his telekinesis to lift up Storm so they could put their paw marks together on the wall. Luna and Leo floated up to put their own marks just under Ash and Storm's.

"Wait, what about our Memmas?" Don asked. "Shouldn't they be leaving their marks as well? Without them, we wouldn't have known how to create a region."

"I talked to them about it," Celeste replied. "They said that this accomplishment belonged to us. And while they did help teach us the basics, they took a fairly hands off approach and simply helped critique us when necessary. I did ask them if they were sure they didn't want to put their marks up on the wall, and they told me that they were sure. Lady Mew said that it was not only a test, but a coming of age thing for us."

"Heh, leave it to Mew to make it more than just a test," Blue chuckled.

After everyone left their marks on the wall, the Children glowed as they reverted back to their human forms. Ash had to use Transform to turn human. Rose, Pyra, Storm, Leo, and Luna stood back a little as the Children looked down at themselves, having to get used to their human forms again after being in their Pokemon forms for a while.

"The cave feels a lot more spacious now that the bigger Children are human again," Don commented.

"It's a bit strange to be a human again," Zach chuckled as he stretched out. "I almost forgot what it was like to have legs."

"A part of me is glad I'm a human again~" Terra giggled before she walked over and hugged Ash. "It's nice to be able to hug someone without burning them alive."

"You love hugging Ash, don't you?" Blue noted with a small chuckle.

Ash blushed in embarrassment.

"He's really soft and huggable~" Terra smiled.

"Even more so in his Mew form~" Yellow agreed.

"Okay, are we going to hug the Mew boy or are we going to finish placing our marks?" Tyra asked, though she gave a smirk. "You girls can go back to hugging him afterwards."

"Nah, after we place our handprints, it's your turn to hug him," Yellow responded. "I'm not sure about Jayden and Celeste, but I know you're the only female Child of a Legendary here that hasn't hugged."

"H-hey! Ash isn't just someone you can hug whenever you feel like!" Jayden grumbled. "Don't forget that he's the Prince of Pokemon now."

"All the more reason to hug him~" Pyra remarked. "According to the books I read, females typically want to get into relationships with princes."

"Those are mostly fairy tales though," Don pointed out.

"Hey… don't I get a say in this?" Ash asked, sweatdropping.

Terra chuckled and let Ash go. "Don't worry, Ash, I'll make sure nobody tries to get you into a relationship without your approval. Lady Mew has pretty much titled me your 'big sister figure'."

"What? Who said anything about relationships? I'm talking about the hugs!" Ash blushed.

"Give it up, Ash, you're never going to win this one," Storm laughed. "It'll be easier for you to learn to enjoy the hugs."

Ash grumbled. "You should hug the Komalas I've made… they like hugs…"

Leo and Luna hopped onto Ash's shoulers, and used their appendages to hug him.

"Memma looks different, but is still Memma. We hug because we love you, Memma." Luna smiled.

"He's still somewhat fluffy~" Leo chuckled as he glanced up at Ash's hair.

Ash just gave a sheepish smile at that.

Since the Children were all humans, they could easily put the ink on their hands. They went to a more empty space of the wall, wanting to be a little more separate from their Pokemon prints, and put their hand prints onto the wall next to the prints they made as Pokemon. They backed away after leaving their prints, admiring their marks.

"It's kind of funny. On the Pokemon print, you could tell what kind of Pokemon left it. But for humans, our handprints kind of blend in together," Blue observed. "And yet humans often look more different from each other than Pokemon species do."

"At least we know which prints are ours," Jayden commented. "The ones directly next to our Pokeprints."

"A sign of unity," Celeste remarked quietly before letting out a small chuckle. "I wonder what Jirachi would think if she saw us now…"

"Hopefully she'd be happy," Don responded. "But from what I know of her and have glimpsed of her, she most likely would be unhappy right now that you're making peace with us, or I guess, more specifically with Lady Mew and her child."

"Hmph… you're probably right about that," Celeste sighed. "Oh well, Jirachi can throw a tantrum and toss around meteors for all I care."

"I know all of our Memmas will be working hard to free Jirachi of her curse and try to make amends with her," Blue stated. "Especially Lady Mew."

"Until then, I don't want to be anywhere near Jirachi," Celeste hissed. "Especially since she could use Doom Desire against me again."

"Let's not worry about Jirachi right now," Ash spoke up. "Let's just enjoy what we've accomplished today, and be prepared for what's to come tomorrow."

"Prince Ash is right, today is all about unity. With Legendaries, Children, human, and Pokemon," Rose agreed with a smile, before taking Pyra's hand.

Pyra looked at Rose and smiled. "As well as old friends."

"And new ones," Zach added.

"It's a day to be remembered fondly," Don remarked.

"Hopefully if a human ever does come down here and discover these marks, they'll be inspired by unity, rather than by greed," Jayden said softly.

"That would be nice." Yellow grinned.

"If what we saw in the time window is true, then it should," Tyra replied.

"Hopefully this mural of ours has made the future even more positive than we saw it before," Terra said as she looked at the handprints. "And hopefully it is found by humans. They could learn a lot just by seeing the marks of humans and Pokemon side by side."

Storm climbed up onto Ash's head, with Leo and Luna still on his shoulders, and gave a smile. "Well, I guess only time will tell from here."

Terra was destroying the rest island, making sure not to leave a trace of it left. The rest of the Children and Legendary Pokemon either floated or sat on Kyogre and Zach. Groudon stood on a small temporary island that he made that would crumble apart once he stepped off.

When Terra was done destroying the rest island, she, begrudgingly, walked across the water towards the rest of the group. "It is done."

"Dialga should be here momentarily to bring us all back to our time period," Celebi informed.

"So get a good last look of the past while we're here, because the next time you all see it, it will be different," Mew added.

"And so will we," Luna spoke up, looking at Ash and Mew. "We will be much bigger when we see you again, Memma and GrandMemma."

"We'll make sure to make you proud," Leo added.

"Yeah." Ash smiled before he hugged the two Cosmogs. "I know you both will do great."

"We'll make sure to take good care of them, Lord Ash~" Tapu Lele promised with a giggle.

Ash blushed a little. "For the 8th time, Tapu Lele, it's just Ash."

"For your name, perhaps," Tapu Fini logically stated. "But your title is a different matter. As a member of the Pokemon Royal Family, it would be wrong for us to not address you by a title."

"And besides, you created us, it would feel wrong to not properly respect by not using a title with your name, Lord Ash," Tapu Bulu pointed out.

Ash sighed before letting go of the Cosmogs. "Alright. Then I entrust you Tapus the Cosmogs in hopes that you will raise them right, as well as teach the humans to coexist with nature and the Pokemon."

"We will not fail you, Lord Ash," Tapu Koko said in a serious tone.

"I know you won't. I have faith in all of you." Ash smiled.

A distortion began to ripple in the sky above them, turning into a Time Portal. Dialga flew out of it, looking at the group.

"Is everyone ready to get back to their present timeline?" Dialga asked.

"None of you forgot anything, right?" Rayquaza questioned.

"Nope, we're all good to go," Shaymin answered. "I made sure to do a thorough check of the rest island before I let Terra destroy it."

"I'm going to miss this place," Don admitted.

"Yeah, it almost feels like a second home now," Tyra agreed.

"Though I can't wait to get back to our own home and take a nice long nap in the sun," Jayden chuckled.

"It'll be nice to get back on a journey again," Blue admitted.

"Heh, already thinking about the next journey? That's so you, Green~" Yellow giggled.

Blue huffed at the nickname.

"Yellow… did you have a name before you were made the daughter of Latias, or was your name always Yellow?" Celeste inquired. "Because Blue's name before was Blue yet you call him Green because of his color. It makes me wonder if you had a name before you were Yellow."

Tyra let out a small chuckle. "What would it be? Orange? Purple?"

"No, it's always just been Yellow," Yellow answered. "Though I was originally from Viridian Forest, not the island my Memmas raised me."

"Okay, if everyone's ready, we should head forward in time now," Dialga remarked.

"Are you ready to go, Pyra?" Rose asked as she held out her hand.

Pyra smiled as she took Rose's hand. "More ready than I have ever been, Rose. Though if you, as well as Lady Mew and Prince Ash wouldn't mind, I'd like to take you to my home before I come to the Diamond Domain with you."

"I don't mind, as long as your Carbink don't," Mew replied. "Wouldn't want to cause trouble with the Elder."

"I'm right here, you know!" Dace spoke up. "And if Princess Diancie wishes to go to the home of Lady Mew, then I cannot say no."

"We will keep you safe during your visit there, Princess Diancie," Sapphire stated with a proud smile. "Though since it is the home of Lady Mew, that is probably not necessary."

"I do have a condition though," Mew stated. "I'd prefer to keep the location of my home a secret, so we'll be teleporting there. It's not because I don't trust any of the other Legendaries, it's because I like having a place I can go to where I don't have to be pestered to fulfill my actual responsibilities."

The Carbink didn't seem to be sure on how to answer that, but Sapphire gave a respectful bow. "We understand, Lady Mew."

A blue aura surrounded everyone except for the Tapus and the Cosmogs. Ash noticed that he, along with the Children and the other Legendaries were starting to float up towards the Time Portal.

"Looks like this is goodbye," Storm said as he waved to Leo and Luna.

"Yeah… goodbye Leo, goodbye Luna, please take care," Ash waved to the two himself.

"Bye, Memma Ash, Uncle Storm, Grandmemma Mew, and everyone else," Leo and Luna said at the same time, trying not to look sad.

Unfortunately, Leo and Luna were unable to hide their sadness completely as little tears formed in the corners of their eyes.

"Visit us in the future, okay?" Luna requested.

"We'll want to show you how much we've grown!" Leo added.

"Of course, I'll be sure to visit you both as soon as I can!" Ash promised as they floated higher and closer to the Time Portal.

Looking up, Ash could see that Tyra, Rayquaza, Jayden, Shaymin, Don, Celebi, Blue, Yellow, Latias, and Latios already went through the Time Portal, while they drew closer to it. Ash looked down, wanting the last thing he saw in the past was the region they had made together, as well as the Tapus, and the two young Cosmogs.

"You gonna be okay, Ash?" Zach asked softly as Terra walked up to them.

"If you'd like, you can talk to us when we get back," Terra offered.

"I'll be just fine, don't worry about me," Ash replied with a small smile.

Soon, the region, the Tapus, and the Cosmogs faded into blue as Ash entered the Time Portal. They began to go through the timestream, the years going by quickly for them. At some point the years started going by so fast that they began to blur. Before Ash knew it, he was emerging in the Celestial Hall alongside everyone else.

"Ah good, you've all made it back in one piece," Arceus noted when he saw them all.

"How did the new region turn out, Arceus?" Mew asked.

"It turned out exemplary," Arceus answered. "Much better than the region we made on our first try even though I wasn't involved."

"So everything turned out good?" Ash hesitantly asked.

"If you're that worried about it, you could go there and see for yourself, Prince Ash," Palkia spoke up. "The humans have named it the Alola Region. Apparently it means 'welcome' and 'goodbye' in their native language they used."

"That should probably wait for later," Mew interjected. "Everyone worked really hard on the region and they all could use a rest, including Ashy."

"Yeah, we should all head home for the time being," Celebi agreed. "When the time is right, we'll meet again."

"Aww, Memma, was that a time pun?" Don laughed.

"I haven't heard Celebi use a pun in a long time," Dialga noted. "I wonder what else I missed out on the trip besides the fact that there are now two Diancie."

"A lot," Tyra remarked.

"We can all discuss this at a later date," Celeste spoke up. "For now, I believe it's time we all parted ways."

"Mew, I'd like to play with you again at some point. Maybe I can bring Vi along, and hopefully she'll learn to forgive you," Shaymin said to Mew.

"That's wishful thinking, but who knows, wishes can come true after all," Mew chuckled while Celeste gave a small pout at that.

"Ash, I know that you'll have your own journey again soon," Blue said to the blue Mew. "I hope that you'll be able to grow from it as well."

"Yeah, and I hope you'll grow from your own too," Ash responded with a small smile.

Yellow giggled. "You be sure to give anyone who gives you a hard a good Mew Game."

"I will say you definitely need to finally sit down and have a chat with all your Pokemon, Blue," Latios scolded. "It is unfair to them that you just abandoned them."

"I will, but I had to help out with making a new region, and I couldn't take them along with me," Blue grumbled.

Latias chuckled. "Come on, let's go. Blue, we want to meet with your Pokemon too, so be sure to introduce them to us once we get home."

Blue sighed. "Memmas…"

Yellow giggled as she and Blue flew with Latias and Latios, leaving the Celestial Hall.

"I better get back to my gang, they'll be expecting me soon," Tyra remarked. "Terra, Zach, I hope you both take care."

"We will," Terra promised. "You try not to cause too much trouble with your motorcycle gang or bicycle gang or whatever it was."

"And try to cook for yourself a little more often or eat proper food instead of fast food," Zach added with a chuckle. "You're a bit puffy in the belly area and fast food won't help to solve that."

"They're right, Tyra, I won't be having my child becoming a chubby criminal because of fast food," Rayquaza chimed in, looking at Tyra.

"Memma, I'm fine!" Tyra grumbled. "Terra and Zach were just teasing me!"

"I can see some flab in your gut area already. No, you're coming home with me for a proper meal first," Rayquaza firmly stated, taking Tyra's tail before dragging her out of the Celestial Hall.

"Well, that was one way to make an exit," Jayden laughed.

"Speaking of which, we should get going too," Celebi said. "There's going to be someone at the Illex Forest in about two hours and twenty minutes, and I have a date with destiny with them."

"Can I come too, Memma?" Don asked.

"Sure, but stay hidden, okay?" Celebi answered.

"Of course, Memma. I know better than to disrupt the timeline." Don smiled.

Celebi and Don flew out of the Celestial Hall.

Jayden approached Ash with a smile on her face. "Hey… thanks for… you know, everything. You not only saved me, and stopped the war, but you also… spent some time with me. It was nice."

"Yeah?" Ash smiled. "I wouldn't mind playing with you again, Jayden. I suppose it's fitting that you'd be fun to play with since Shaymin is also one of my Memma's oldest friend and playmate."

"I don't think you should compare your friendship with Jayden to my friendship with Shaymin," Mew nervously pointed out. "We had a very long rough patch."

"But they do look cute together, don't you think, Mew~?" Shaymin smirked.

"It would be hard for me not to agree~" Mew giggled. "Perhaps we can arrange a playdate for them later~"

"Don't call it that, Memma!" Ash whined at the word 'playdate'.

"Why not?" Mew raised a brow while smirking. "'Because you're not a baby'?"

"I'm not! … I'm mentally a teenager!" Ash pouted.

"Still doesn't change the fact that physically you're a baby," Mew countered. "So in one way, you are a baby, meaning I can use the term 'playdate'."

"It's okay, Ash, I don't mind coming over for a playdate at some point." Jayden smiled.

"Until then, we should head home," Shaymin said as she and Jayden, both in their Sky Formes, flew up.

"I'll see you later, Ash!" Jayden said before she and Shaymin flew out of the Celestial Hall.

"I should get going, I need to check up on my family," Terra said as she began to walk towards the entrance.

"I'll be heading home as well, and keep an eye on Terra and her family," Groudon remarked.

"You mean like you've been doing since you made Terra into your child?" Kyogre asked.

"Oh like you don't do the same with your child, since he does live in a town that's floating on your ocean," Groudon snipped back.

"No fighting you two," Zach and Terra spoke up at the same time.

Groudon and Kyogre grumbled, but said nothing else to each other.

"At least their Children keep them in line now," Mew giggled.

"I'll open a portal for you two," Palkia remarked. "It would be faster and easier than having you all make the long trip back to Hoenn on foot."

"Thank you, Palkia, that's very much appreciated," Terra said with some relief in her tone.

Palkia made the open space in front of Terra distort before it turned into a portal. Terra could see her hometown from the otherside, though it was at a distance.

"Thanks for the shortcut, Palkia," Groudon stated before he stepped through the portal.

"See you later, Terra." Ash waved.

"Bye, Ash." Terra smiled. "I'll be sure to send you some of my Grandma's extra cookies."

"Can't wait to try them." Ash grinned before Terra stepped through the portal, and the portal disappeared.

Ash turned over to Zach. "So you'll be going home too for a while, Zach?"

"Yeah, I should," Zach responded. "I need to restock ingredients, spices, and other cooking supplies anyways."

"Didn't you say you might get a message from that Michael kid to go to Orre?" Kyogre asked.

"Yeah, but I have a feeling that isn't going to happen in the next few days," Zach chuckled.

"I hope to see you again soon, Zach," Ash stated as Zach and Kyogre began to float.

"Feel free to come visit me or, when you get better at using Teleport, bring me to you," Zach replied. "I'll make sure to whip up something good in either case."

"Sounds good, can't wait." Ash smiled.

"I'd love to taste whatever it is you'll make," Storm drooled.

Zach chuckled before he and Kyogre floated out of the Celestial Hall.

"Are you going to go home now, Celeste?" Mew asked.

"Yes, of course. Well, I don't have a home where I'm staying, I travel," Celeste answered. "But before I go, I just wanted to ask, Lady Mew, since the creation of the region is done, does that mean I'm no longer responsible for the safety of your child?"

Mew chuckled. "While a part of me wants to say yes, I'm going to tell you that you're free to go. Just remember my offer though, if you ever need a home, I wouldn't mind helping you out."

"Thank you, Lady Mew, I'll be sure to keep that in mind," Celeste replied with a small smile. "Goodbye, and good luck with whatever you decide to do next."

"You too, Celeste," Ash said before Celeste flew out of the hall.

"It looks like that's about everyone," Pyra noted. "We're the only ones left."

"Yep," Mew confirmed. "I'll be teleporting us all back to my home, so gather up in one group. When you're ready to leave to go to your home, let me know and I'll teleport you to the Diamond Domain. Remember, I'd like to keep the location of my home a secret."

"Of course, Lady Mew," Dace quickly said with a bow.

Everyone who were left all gathered around Mew. Rose, Pyra, the three Carbink, Ash, and Storm bunched up together. Ash held onto Storm, wanting to make sure he didn't get left behind. Mew smiled a little before she concentrated on herself and the group. In a flash of pink light, they were gone.

"Here we are, Ashy and my home," Mew stated as Rose and the Carbink looked around in awe.

"Wow… this is where you live?" Rose asked in wonder. "It's beautiful, I can't imagine a lovelier home."

"These crystals have life essence in them," Merrick noted as he studied one of the crystals growing around. "It's similar to the Diamond Heart back in Diamond Domain, but to a lesser extent."

"I think that if you added the life essence of all the crystals here, the total would be more than that of the Heart Diamond," Pyra remarked. "At least from what I know of the Heart Diamond."

"Pyra, I'm glad you were able to find a lovely home like this while you were… banished from the Diamond Domain," Rose said. "I also hope to show you how much has changed in the Diamond Domain since you left."

"Changed?" Pyra asked, blinking.

"Come on, you didn't really think I'd let the Diamond Domain remain the exact same forever, did you?" Rose chuckled.

"Well… I honestly never thought about it much after my… banishment," Pyra admitted. "But it would be nice to see my old home again after all these years. Oh, while you're here I need to introduce you to the best friend I made while I was here, Regi."

"Oh? Who's Regi?" Rose curiously asked before Pyra took her hand.

"Come on, I'll show you." Pyra smiled before she air hopped with Rose.

"W-wait up!" The Carbink servants quickly air hopped after the two Diancies.

"You know, I never thought I'd get to see how a new region was made, so the thought I was involved at all is a big honor, and it was awesome!" Storm smiled as he twirled a little. "Wait until I tell the others about this! They'll be so jealous."

Ash chuckled. "It was my first time seeing and creating a new region as well, Storm. We can tell the others all about it."

"Just not our little secret, right?" Origin suddenly spoke up in Ash's mind.

Ash blinked before realizing what Origin meant. "You already know about the seed?"

"Yes, I already know about my child," Origin chuckled. "Her roots have already intertwined with mine."

"Awesome, I'm glad that she grew out just fine over 2000 years." Ash smiled. "Memma will probably find out eventually though, when do you think would be the right time to tell her?"

Mew was giggling as she was talking to Storm about possible future Mew Games.

"Maybe tomorrow," Origin chuckled. "Or next week."

"Heh, okay. But for now, I think we'll just relax and enjoy what we were able to accomplish," Ash replied tiredly before he flew up to Mew. "Hey, Memma… could we go to the top of Origin? I can see that it's getting close to sunset and I'd like to relax and watch it, if that's alright."

"Of course we can, Ashy~" Mew smiled. "In fact, I think we could all go up there and enjoy the sunset. You, me, Storm, the Regis, Pyra, Rose, her Carbink, Pudd, Anima, and the rest of your Pokemon that are probably waiting to see you."

Ash nodded in agreement. "Let's go see them."

Ash picked up Storm before he and Mew flew around Origin to find their friends.

Ash found Eon, Konoha, and Pudd all laid out on a picnic blanket near the toy area. Pudd looked bored, while Eon and Konoha were chatting about something.

"Hey! Guess who's back?" Storm called out, getting their attention.

"Ash!" Eon called out happily as she got up and bounded over.

"Welcome back Ash and Storm," Scorch said as she stepped out from behind a pile of toys.

"It's good to see you're back." Konoha smiled as he stood up and stretched himself out a little.

Ash landed so he could hug Eon after she jumped up to him. Storm landed beside Konoha with a chuckle.

"Were we gone for long?" Storm asked, not sure how much time had passed in the present.

"A few days," Aliana said as she floated down from above them.

"Give or take a few hours," Kooper added as he crawled out from under one of the stacks of toys.

"You didn't get into any trouble while you were there, did you?" Pudd inquired.

"We had a few mishaps, but otherwise it was all good," Ash answered with a smile. "It's good to see all of you again. It probably didn't feel very long to you, but it felt like weeks for us."

"Next time, take me with you on your projects. It's no fair Storm gets all the fun." Eon pouted.

Ash chuckled as he rubbed the spiky hair on Eon's head. "Heh, maybe next time. I mean there's another journey ahead of me, and I wouldn't want you to miss out on that."

Eon smiled at both Ash's response and the head rubbing.

"Come on, let's go to the top of Origin and enjoy the sunset together. Memma's going to get Pyra and her old friends to join us as well," Ash remarked excitedly.

"But the top is kind of far," Konoha pointed out.

"Scorch, Aliana, do you think you could carry Kooper, Konoha, and Eon to the top?" Ash asked his two flying draconic Pokemon.

Scorch smirked. "Of course I can!"

"Just don't take more than you can handle," Aliana sighed.

Scorch rolled her eyes at Aliana before she laid down on the ground. "Kooper, Konoha, or Eon, anyone who wants to ride me can get on."

"You should get on Scorch, Konoha. I think she's still a little sour at me for splashing her with Water Gun during her flight training," Kooper sheepishly stated.

"Yeah, probably a good idea," Konoha agreed with a small chuckle.

Konoha carefully crawled onto Scorch's back, he was a little uneasy with the fire on her tail since he was a Grass type, but he knew Scorch would never hurt him on purpose. Kooper got onto Aliana's back, while Eon jumped on Aliana's back as well in front of Kooper.

Pudd stretched up before he used Transform to turn himself into a shiny Mew, a perfect copy of Ash.

Ash picked up Storm before he flew up towards the top of Origin. Looking back, he smiled to see Scorch, Aliana, and Pudd all following him.

By the time the group reached the top, Ash saw a pink flash before Mew, Pyra, Rose, the Carbinks, and Regigigas, also known as Regi, were there.

Ash and the others landed not too far away. Rose and the Carbinks were surprised to see the other Pokemon, but were especially surprised to see another 'shiny Mew' there.

"Oh… I wasn't aware that Prince Ash had a… twin?" Rose said hesitantly.

"Relax, Princess Diancie," Pudd sighed before he reverted back to his blue Ditto self. "I'm only a Ditto. I just transformed to fly up here."

"A Ditto that has mastered Transform?" Dace raised a brow.

Pudd gave Dace a deadpan look. "It's the only move we Dittos can even use."

"Yes, but from what I have seen all other Ditto have that ridiculous expression on the faces whenever they transform," Dace pointed out. "You did not have that facial expression when you looked like Prince Ash."

"Amatuer Dittos." Pudd rolled his eyes. "Don't compare me to them."

"Now, now, let's not get into an argument, we're here to relax and enjoy ourselves," Rose spoke up.

"We should all get into a nice position to watch the sunset," Pyra added.

Regi beeped a few times, making Pyra smile.

"I agree, Regi, it is lovely up here," Pyra responded.

"Wow, are you a Charizard?" Merrick asked Scorch in fascination. "I heard Charizard were supposed to be bright orange with blue wings, but you're black with red wings. Are you a discolored Pokemon like Pyra?"

"I'm not discolored, I'm a shiny Charizard as humans call it," Scorch answered. "Pokemon come in all different colors. I mean look at that other Carbink over there with the purple crystals."

"It was a little recently that Carbink began to get different colors, we used to all have blue crystals," Merrick explained. "But you know, I think a black Charizard with red wings look a lot cooler than a bright orange one. You look so cool and intimidating, exactly how I imagine a big dragon-like Pokemon should be."

Scorch gave a proud smile at that.

The other Carbink began to talk to the other Pokemon, asking them questions about their species and what life was like outside of the Diamond Domain. Ash smiled as he watched them interact with his family.

Ash sat down near the edge to look out at the beautiful view of the land, he could see Cameran Palace as well, and he briefly wondered how Lady Ilene was doing. Storm sat down next to him, since he had already met the Carbinks, he didn't feel the need to talk to them right now. Mew sat down on the other side of Ash, smiling as she relaxed.

"You did a great job on your first region, Ashy," Mew remarked. "Next time you and I can work together if you want."

"Heh… yeah, that would be fun, Memma." Ash smiled. "Though maybe the next region could be a little more industrious? Not too much, but it might be nice to add in some… human elements in the next region, wouldn't it?"

"Well that wouldn't really be for us to add," Mew pointed out. "Humans have to add their own structures and elements into the region. We could definitely make them want to go for an industrious design by adding metals, ores, and other valuable resources, but we'd need to make sure they didn't go the route of what the humans did in that dark version of your region's future."

"Yeah, of course. We've learned from our mistakes of the past," Ash chuckled.

"But that's the past, we should focus on our future," Storm remarked. "What do you plan to do after this?"

Ash shrugged. "Maybe go to the Orre region like Michael wanted."

"While planning for the future is something wise, right now you two should be relaxing and focusing on the present," Mew scolded. "After all, once the present is over, that's it, you never get it back. Always treat every day with respect and love."

Ash chuckled as he intertwined his tail with Mew's. "I'll be sure to remember that, Memma."

"And no using Celebi to cheat on anything," Mew added with a small chuckle.

"Wouldn't dream of it," Ash promised with a small chuckle of his own.

The three of them looked on at the view of the land, watching as the sun set in the horizon. The Pokemon behind them all settled down and were watching the sunset as well, enjoying the moment as it slowly passed them by, filling them with hope and energy.

The End

InfernalzRush: DarkFoxKit: Writer used Completion. Reader is happy. Readers realizes this is the end. Reader faints from happiness and sadness.

Mew: I'm watching you~

MikotoSuoh23789: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Ultra beasts and z-crystals will not be showing up until the next book.

Guest #1: DarkFoxKit: It was pretty sad, but hopefully they can see each other again soon. Heh, Nebby is something we'll consider. Thank you for sticking with the story.

prisontaker: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': *Anime stares* Yeah, no… I'm not walking into any portals again. I had enough annoyance with infinite portal traps in the portal games.

DarkFoxKit: *Is falling through the infinite portal* AAAAHHHHH! WHEN DOES IT STOP!? SOMEONE GET ME OUT OF HERE!

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': *Puts out a hand and grabs Fox from the portal trap* There you go. Also, you have some cruel punishment ideas, prisontaker.

DarkFoxKit: Maybe we better hide this before Mew sees it...

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Don't bother, she's probably thought of it all before on her own.

DarkFoxKit: We've already reached the end, but remember our little outburst on how we finished writing it? Yeah, we didn't have a lot of chapters in reserve. Hence why it took so long to update the chapters. Also… my cliffhangers were bad before Onyx or before I turned into Hamsuke? Also, I don't know anything about Babylon or Avalon, these are just how we think the lore could be in the Pokemon world, especially since Mew was originally the origin of all Pokemon before the whole Arceus thing came in.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': We were creating lore but also picking bits and pieces out of lore from around the world, so that's probably how you got the babylonian and avalonian vibes.

DarkFoxKit: Maybe Ash will be shipped, maybe not. Only time will tell, cause it certainly won't be us any time soon. XP

KaliAnn: DarkFoxKit: Yeah, the whole Yungoos being imported from a different region is what threw this part for a loop, since there were no Yungoos before Alola, so we had to get a little more creative with them. I'm glad you liked the reasons for Ash making the starters, we had to really think about why Ash made them the way he did.

Oshawottfan: Mew: Good idea. Something I'll have to do later.

DarkFoxKit: It's up to the reader's interpretation on how Ash created other Pokemon. If you want mine for Salazzle, my own guess is that originally Ash made both a male and female evolution, but he made the females too dominant, and thus, made the males give all their food to the females. The starvation went on for generations until the male Salazzle can no longer evolve. While Mew did her best to help guide Ash, Ash would still make a few mistakes.
I'm not sure I understand that last question. Are you asking how you would've finished A Fox's Dark Blood or how I would've finished it? That story was completely scrapped, and no longer a tie in for this story. So I can't answer on how I would've finished it.

Monkeywars815: DarkFoxKit: Thank you, glad to know someone read my bit about saying we write our chapters ahead, and that we won't have to keep the readers waiting for the updates as much anymore. But now the book is actually finished.

AbyssusTheDarkNightmare: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': What did you think of Ash's solution?

Delta4Phoenix: DarkFoxKit: I know what you mean, sometimes you just can't help but feel the story you're writing needs to be rebooted, and then get stuck. I get those all the time. ^^' We only showed what we wanted to show for how Ash made the Pokemon, the rest is up for the readers to decide.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Microgravity is an interesting thing to experience, and I have experienced it before, so your punishment wouldn't exactly work too well on me.

DarkMewGrl: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': We probably won't do anything with Luna knowing. I mean we might in the future, but for now it's mostly just a secret that Luna knows.

Thomas: DarkFoxKit: I'm glad you enjoyed binge reading everything. Cause that was long. I don't know who Ash's grandparents are, and it's not likely I'll bring them into the story. Anyways, we hope you enjoyed this ending and hope it's satisfying.

Guest #2: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': They are immortal, but unlike most legends they do have the ability to create offspring.

DarkFoxKit: Are you asking if the child(ren)/Hybrid(s) are immortal or something else?

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': If so, no, as hybrids they are still slowly aging. They will only become immortal if they are made full Legendaries.

DarkFoxKit: Legendary Pokemon will be able to make their children into full Legendaries, though they will only be able to do that with Mew's help. As for Leo or Luna meeting Angel, in the future, maybe. Terra's current typing is Fire/Ground, since she's always in her Primal form. Zach and Terra are both always in their Primal forms, they just don't have their full powers until they get the Blue and Red Orbs. Tyra Mega Evolving is a maybe, we haven't really discussed it.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Only Leo and Luna will call Ash 'Memma'.

DarkFoxKit: Tapus… yes, last minute. We're not going to mention how the Galar region will be made. Everything we did with Alola will be similar to how they'll make Galar, but this time it's not only going to just be the Children.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Like we said before, creating regions from now on will be off screen. So whenever the Galar region is made, it'll be offscreen and probably just mentioned. We can't exactly answer the part about what Legends or Children will be creating Galar as we haven't even thought that far ahead.

DarkFoxKit: I can't tell you about the first arc of the new books, because one, that's spoilers, and two, we haven't even written or thought of it yet. We do have plot points set up for it though, just not a cohesive story yet. We will try not to take too long to write the next book, but we'll be focusing on other stories for the time being.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Remember, the first book took years to write, so we aren't going to take only a year or two to write the second book.

Glace2: Mew: Well my prey would obviously become my playthings~

DarkFoxKit: … Don't look at me, I'm only a regular fox.

Flamingtaco27: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': These were actually the last chapters of the book. And yes, after the book is finished we will be taking a break from CoM to focus on other stories.

Stampy2015: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': You're welcome, happy belated birthday.

jhay.0324: DarkFoxKit: Still can't believe I made it to the end. I've been working on this book for 8 freaking years, now that's dedication.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx':*Grabs a flamethrower* Excuse me, for that pun I must now go destroy the world's broccoli supply.

DarkFoxKit: Oh dear… at least Sans isn't here.

The Moonfox Collective: DarkFoxKit: Yup, we wanted Mew and Shaymin to start to get along again, especially since Shaymin was one of Mew's oldest friends before she turned against Mew. We already had a lot to write for just the base of the starters, we did give hints on their evolutions and how they fit in as well, but otherwise we didn't want to have to write for each of the starters' evolutions, we were already feeling the tedium of writing just for the three of them and making Alola itself.

Darkzdragon 'Onyx': This will be the last time for now, unless of course we talk through PMs and whatnot. Hope you enjoyed the ending of the book, now it's time for us to get our vacation hats ready so we can go relax somewhere… perhaps a nice tropical beach.

DarkFoxKit: *Is giving Onyx a sinister grin* :3

Guest #3: DarkFoxKit: I'm not sure yet. I may keep the title of The Child of Mew so people know it's part of the series, but will have have a subtitle with it. Maybe add in a '2' so people know it's the second book and not just another arc. Thank you, hope you have a good day as well. And I hope you and everyone else enjoyed this story.
