Please listen to My Past is Not Today from MLP: Equestria Girls Rainbow Rocks. My deepest apologizes if the YouTube video is blocked in your country.

IMPORTANT: It's been a long time since I've watched H20 Just Add Water so please forgive me. Yes this after the episode where Cleo, Emma and Rikki defeat her and loses her powers.

It was happening so badly. Everything has gone downhill for Charlotte.

She lost her mermaid powers. She had given Cleo's locket back to Lewis probably wearing it around her neck before Charlotte ripped it off from Cleo's neck.

The girls defeated her and she fell into the Moon Pool during the full moon.

Now a normal human teenage girl, Charlotte thought about starting all over again. It wasn't too late to start anew. She didn't want to be a mermaid or any supernatural creature; she wanted to be normal.

Charlotte sat on the docks, stared out at the water. The night was almost close into sunrise. She quickly reached into her bag for a pair of scissors. Charlotte grabbed her hair at her nape, nervous her heartbeat thumped against her chest as the sharp blade of the scissors sharply chopped off her red locks fell on the wooden floor of the docks. The sun rose in the horizon the rays of the sunlight broke through the morning clouds.

She somehow wished for a time machine or a rewind, pause, fast forward, undo and play button like on television remote controls. If Charlotte magically wished for that, she would enter the time, day, month and year to correct her worst mistakes and most embarrassing moments.

Charlotte carefully evened it out the messy locks into a short pixie bob hairstyle. She looked at herself in the water's reflection, her new haircut was perfect. Lucky for her, Charlotte transferred to a new school and has gotten dozens of job applications for a part time job so she can save money for college.

She went into her house thankful that her mother was still asleep and changed into a white tank top and knee length capri shorts; Charlotte threw her shirt and denim cutoff shorts into the laundry basket.

Once again, Charlotte looked into the mirror of her bathroom.

She was ready to start a new beginning; she placed her past behind her ready to move on for a brighter future. Charlotte was nervous as her heartbeat slowed down to its normal pace.

My past doesn't define me, my past isn't today or tomorrow.

Goodbye forever, Charlotte Watsford.

Charlotte's future was bright and crystal clear.
