As Lord Prince appeared at their Roman villa rustica, he was surprised to find a stranger guarding his youngest son. The elves had only told him, that the stranger is extremely powerful, and that he had gotten Severus' permission to court him.
How is that even possible? Severus had hated anyone trying to court him, and now this stranger had managed it, without really trying?
The stranger did only let him step closer after Severus confirmed that this was his father. But he wouldn't leave them alone.
"Hello, father. You should be glad. I've avenged my late brother. I'm not your pawn, nor will I ever bow to you or anyone else. I've found my mate, and he is the only one, who I will ever accept as my spouse. I've killed the scum, who had murdered my brother and his bride. You have imprisoned me here, and shouldn't fortune have been on my side, then Baolach could have already collared and violated me, due to the ward you have cast to keep me within these wards!", sneered Severus unimpressed.
"My child,...", began Lord Prince.
However, Severus didn't want to listen to any empty promises.
"You get your wish, I will be your heir, but I am choosing my own fate, and you will have no say how my partner and I will raise our children. We will also stay here for the next few months, so that you have enough time to inform those sheeple about Baolach's crimes. Give mother and my sisters my regards. I'm tired and I need to rest to replenish my magic!", informed him Severus drily.
"As you wish, my son. May your bonding be blessed, and you never have any need to regret it.", Lord Prince replied, before returning to Prince Hall.
As soon as Lord Prince was gone, did the house elves block the floo connection, so that Severus and Hadrianus can enjoy some quality time together. Hadrianus, with Severus' permission, had already written to his family and his messenger falcon had delivered the message.
"Did I ever tell you how much you turn me on when you put others into their rightful place, my dark prince?", Hadrianus asked.
"No, you never mentioned it ever before:", Severus replied teasingly.
"Ah, allow me to rectify my oversight, and let me worship you. What do you say, let conceive a child or two for our families. I want to make your body sing, and show you my devotion. I'm sure, that you could even take me in my dragon form, or in my hybrid form, but let experiment with this at a later time:", Hadrianus suggested.
Severus nodded, his eyes darkened, as the dragon shifter made his promise true, showing his devotion and his love to the young Potions Master. A golden light informed them afterwards, that Severus was pregnant, and the ward that kept Severus imprisoned on this estate, burst into flames.
9 months later, during the light of the blood-red full moon did Severus give birth to triplets – 2 boys and a girl. Their families witnessed the joyful occasion. They did name the children: Hadrianus Severus Prince; Britannicus Pertinax Prince and Calathea Augusta Prince.
Hadrianus had taken Severus' name and would be his consort, should someday Severus take over the succession of the Prince family. Their eldest son Hadrianus was the first Stormdragon and since then it was a trait that lay dormant within their family tree.
Britannicus Pertinax Prince had been like his sire a true dragon shifter and would travel the world to study different branches of magic and become one of the most famous and powerful healer of his time.
Calathea Augusta did court a distant relative of the Slytherin family, and they did open their own private school in Spain for gifted students.
The family still preferred the Roman Villa Rustica in Cornwall for their summer holidays, and only after Lord Prince and his wife had been buried in the family cemetery did the new Lord Prince and his family moved into Prince Hall.
Severus and Hadrianus had more children after their triplets, but they did love them all equally, helped them to succeed in their studies and their wished career, and taught them, not to bow to anyone, or to submit to an unworthy partner. Be dominant or submissive doesn't matter, it's not something that allows you to lord your power over others.
Luckily, their children take those lessons to heart. And most of them did automatically avoid anyone who was a member of the infamous Baolach, their instincts never lead them astray, as long as they would stay true to Lady Magic itself.
