Hey, so this was my…fourth? Real attempt at making a story, I was a senior in high school when I did this, and since then my writing has improved by a lot, and also my understanding of powerscaling and not pulling things out of my ass.

To be honest, I didn't really know where I'd go with this fic, but I wanted to at least provide some closure for those who favorited and followed.

If I had ever desired to take this story up again, I would have rewritten it so that Natsu would have left Fairy Tail to train after Lisanna's 'death' and would have encountered Yama-jii then.

Now that I look back on it, the overnight thing was ridiculous.

But yeah, Natsu would come back having been trained by Yama-jii and in time to help with either the shinigami guy or Deliora.

I did have a few scenes in mind for chapters that I wrote out before stopping.

And yes, every chapter would have "Ashes of…"

It'd have become a running theme.

I've been looking, but unfortunately, it seems that all my files have been lost…it saddens me actually.

Anyway, Natsu would have gotten shikai at the Tower of Heaven, finally proving himself to Yamamoto to wield Ryujn Jakka.

The flames would burn the lacrima to ash, that's how hot it is.

Hmm…let me think

Biggest thing I remember, was that he would sacrifice his arm with Itto Kaso against Hades.

I created a whole ass chant for it only for it to be deleted…sad.

Oh, and Acnologia, when he comes, Natsu would have unleashed bankai after making sure that his friends were safe.

Yeah…that would have been cool.

Then after the seven years, Grand Magic Games, he fights against Rogue and Sting, he has a prosthetic.

They piss him off and he beats the crap out of them, I think he unleashes shikai on them just to make a point.

I can't really remember much of anything else I wanted to include. It's been years after all.

Oh yeah, Zeref? Bankai'ing his ass.
