Alright, so I'm gonna post up here on this chapter so more see it just cuz it's important - to me at least - so to be blunt, my Pa-tr-eon account appeal failed. My account is permanently deactivated. Oooft, there goes 10k+ a month. Well, it was usually more on average around $11,000 to $12,000, sometimes dipping below 11k, a few times it hit as high as 14-15k.
Still, it's a a massive kick in the balls, on top of everything already happening with the deaths and what nots, that I won't get into here, I already brought it up and don't wanna hammer you guys with that depressive shit. And hilariously, it was basically all over a tiny little 400 or so word Naruto shota commission drabble from 2018 that I missed when I got rid of all that stuff from my profile two years ago. My lack of thoroughness sure kicked me in the balls hard.
But like Lawrence the third said, in Pokemon the movie 2000. "Here is how it all began, and how it will begin again."
I'll bounce back, I always bounce back no matter the shit hitting me hard in the face. So what if my brother, my dog, my mother, my grandfather and dad are dead. So what if my livelihood was ripped out from underneath me with no warning and I lose over ten grand a month. So what if my plans for getting a new house and such are all put in the trash for this year now.
That ain't enough to keep me down. Like abridged Frieza said, "Is that all you've got jackass? Better bring your A-game next time."
So, yeah...god that was cringe. But anyhoo, cringe aside, I've opened up a Subscribestar. And we're up to $386 a month so far on it after less than two days. If you want to read my shit ahead of time, the advanced chapters and crap, head on over there. There's advanced chapters up there for Jordinio Version, Systematic Shinobi, Systematic Shinobi Multiverse Mayhem, Dragon Tale, A Scottish Dragon In This Wonderful World, Power, The Scape(that aint uploaded here yet mind you), Bleached Invader, Beyond Critical and Systematic Huntsman. And there's gonna be a shit ton more going up soon too.
Cuz I'm gonna have to write a shit ton to tempt you all, like the devilish bastard I am.
If you want to support me on there, just head over to subscribestar, my account name is 0jordinio0, no spaces. Hell, I even have a Ko-fi if you wanna just toss cash at me cuz you love me, which would be weird but hey, there's a lot weirder out there, like psycho junkies chopping each other up with machete's out my backdoor. The wankers. Anyway, my Ko-fi is simply /Jordoz after the site domain home link.
And that's it for now, I'm off to sleep cuz it's 4 am. And I just spent hours cancelling my mothers phone contract and crap. And I'm heading up to the pet rescue tomorrow as well to see about adopting a new dog, cuz damn I'm so used to living with other peeps now, it's lonely being in this house alone...well I suppose Isobro helps. Oh, and I need to be well rested to get cranking on the writing too I suppose.
Later for now guys, enjoy the chapter!
Things really pick up here!
I had a list of things to do after finally leaving Viridian City behind. And as I soared into the air atop Pidgeot's back once more, there was a big smile on my face.
Mostly because of the put upon sigh Nurse Joy had given me alongside an eye roll when I gave her a cheeky hug and told her to be ready to receive even more crazy pokemon.
Which was a lie because beyond a few, most of the pokemon I catch I'll keep with me for the first while before sending back. And it will only be a month before my own place is ready.
'…Granted, I'll need to see about finding trustworthy people to employ.' I mused. It wasn't like I could just stay there all the time after all.
Still, I had a bunch of things to do before I left Kanto, that I plan on taking care of all today.
I had to hit up Fennel Valley and find that Tyranitar. I had to pay a visit to Misty, Ash and Brock, to drop off Wartortle and those Leaf Stones. I had to call Hilda, she'd only sent me a few texts over the past few days and told me to call her for a real talk when I wasn't as busy.
I'll call her when I leave Kanto.
…And hell, before that I want to pay a visit to that Moltres and try my luck.
Still…
'Moltres, huh?' I hummed.
A legendary pokemon.
And I'm on my way to Fennel Valley too.
I'd specifically kept it out of my thoughts before because I hadn't liked my chances so far, but…if I can take a Moltres, then couldn't I possibly take it as well?
It being the Regice I knew lived in the ruins of Fennel Valley. Specifically, the Regice, Brandon caught during Battle Frontier just prior to his final battle with Ash Ketchum.
Could I take it?
That Regice is on another level compared to Regileki and Regidrago. Sure, they were powerful as hell, but they were glass cannons. An explosion from Golem would deal tons of damage to them and leave them vulnerable.
Regice on the other hand?
That thing took tens of dozens of attacks from Ash's Pikachu at the end of Battle Frontier when it hadn't even been trained by Brandon yet. Dozens of Iron Tails, Thunderbolts and even Volt Tackles.
As I said, it was on a completely different level from Regileki and Regidrago.
…But, just like Regileki and Regidrago, it is in an enclosed space. Making it easy to land attacks.
And not only do I have Golem, but I have Exeggutor as well. Sure, Exeggutor isn't on Golem's level, but the trio of spores to paralyse it, put it to sleep and poison it would swing things in my favour.
And then explosion for massive damage.
And then Golem to stall it, land some hits and then go for another explosion. It would be slowed down, sluggish and taking constant damage before the two explosions came into the picture.
Wouldn't that weaken it well enough for Charizard to come in and finish it off? Regice might have been incredibly powerful as a legendary but it wasn't a champion tier pokemon considering when Ash beat it.
Speaking of champions though-
'If I do go ahead with it, this will cause another massive stir.' I mused. Would Lance be able to quash that before it became an issue?
Probably not.
Honestly, it wasn't like Regice was the only one I know the location of either. While I don't know where the Registeel that Brandon caught is, I do know where the Regirock he caught is as well.
Though that one was more out of the way for me than Regice.
"Whatever, I'll think about it more after I catch Tyranitar." I mused.
Delegating all my problematic thoughts to future Jord sure is blissful.
Fennel Valley really wasn't that far away from Viridian City at all. All in, it took only a half an hour before we were circling above the area.
It was a beautiful place I had to admit.
The valley itself was surrounded on all sides by dozens of conjoined mountains. It was a range of mountains forming together in a sphere, cutting off from most of the outside world beyond one road that lead through.
Within the confines of those mountains was a land of sprawling green and crystal lakes and rivers intersecting all throughout and disappearing into the mountains themselves.
And atop the tallest peak of the tallest mountain, was an ancient ruin of what once might have been a castle, but was now no more than mausoleum to time.
And in that ruin, lay a slumbering Regice just waiting for someone to one day come and awaken it.
But that wasn't for me at this split moment, maybe in a little while.
For now though.
'Now where are you.' I mused as Pidgeot cruised through the air above the mountains.
And he wasn't the only one.
Fearow, Dragonite, Charizard, Aerodactyl and even Altaria. Each of the pokemon I had with me capable of flight was out searching for a big green rocky godzilla wannabe.
"Togepri!" Togepi who was nestled in my arms giggled joyfully as Pidgeot dipped down into a small dive, passing over a cave alcove mid-way up one of the mountains to peek for Tyranitar.
But no luck.
"Dude!" A geodude within the cave tossed me a wave.
"Hey." I waved back as we passed by.
After a while, I directed Pidgeot to perch atop one of the mountains to wait for my other pokemon.
To see if they had any luck.
And after a while, they came back, one by one. First Aerodactyl, then Altaria. They were followed by Dragonite and then Charizard.
They had no luck at all.
'Maybe it isn't here?' I mused thoughtfully. Timeline wise, it would actually be a couple years before Ash and co would have ran across it. So perhaps it just hadn't turned up here yet?
That would suck.
If it wasn't here, the only other Tyranitar in the wild I know about is one on Mount Silver and one in Alola.
Both are problems. One was watched over by Pokemon Rangers if I remember correctly.
And the other was stupid far away in Alola.
I sighed, honestly I-
"Row!" a sharp familiar cry made me look up to see Fearow zipping towards us, a great big smug grin on his long beak.
…And he was followed by a full flock of other Fearow? A good ten to twelve of them I'd say.
He landed before Pidgeot, Togepi and I moments later, his new…friends? Landing beside him a few seconds later.
Looking at him beside them all, he positively towered over them. He had practically twice the mass of any of the other Fearow.
Yeah, that's my try hard bird!
"Make some new friends mate?" I grinned at him, raising an eyebrow. Does he want me to catch them?
I'd planned on slowing down on that kind of thing, catching big groups of the same pokemon like a collector ever since I had my epiphany with Surge. But, if Fearow wanted to bring his friends along and they were in agreement, then I would.
Fearow being happy is more important after all than me being a better person.
"Feeeerow!" he puffed his chest out.
Looking them over, there were eleven in total not counting my Fearow.
"Any luck?" I asked Fearow, though my hopes for Tyranitar were already rock bottom.
No matter. It wasn't that big of a deal I suppose.
"Row row Fearow row!" Fearow shook his head and barked back, before gesturing to his new buddies, "Row row fee!"
"Fearow claims he had no luck finding the Tyranitar you seek," Rotom offered from my hand, almost making me jump in surprise, my eyes widening, how could I forget Rotom is a pokemon and could understand them. And can now translate for me! "But as he was searching he came across this flock of Fearow and sought information on Tyranitar's where abouts. They refused to give out such information and came to blows, Fearow quickly defeating the leader of the flock…and now they have bowed to Fearow as their new leader."
Huh.
It hasn't even been a half an hour and my Fearow had literally taken over another flock casually while searching for something for me.
That's one of my try hards for you. Being an epic try hard even when not meaning to.
I shook my head, "So you want to bring them along then?" I asked Fearow, looking them over.
While they weren't as big as my Fearow, they weren't exactly small little things either. And there weren't any Spearow among them. I'm not exactly sure why.
They could be useful I suppose. A team of flying bird scouts.
"Fearow row row." Fearow sighed, before shrugging his wings and nodding.
"Fearow claims that while it wasn't his intention at first, he has to take responsibility for accepting the battle in the first place," Rotom relayed, "Though if you do not want to bring them along, he will send them away."
I rolled my eyes, "Nah if you want to take responsibility, I'll catch them," I shrugged, again Fearow's happiness is important. It sure is hard trying to be a better person, "Though they won't be able to come along with us, you'll be able to see them when we visit, more so when our new home is built."
Fearow nodded, before looking over at the assembled flock of Fearow and barking out a few things at them.
And then they began giving crowing cheers from their long beaks, wings raised in celebration.
Huh.
I guess they really like Fearow?
I sighed, "It's too bad about Tyranitar I suppose."
As I said that, Fearow turned back to me and blinked, before his eyes widened and he began to wave his wings frantically, "Row row fearow fearow row!"
A frantic apology?
Really, there's no need to feel that bad about not finding Tyranitar and getting caught up with-
"Fearow apologises for not stating so sooner, but he demanded all the flock of Fearow knew about the Tyranitar you seek before accepting his place as the leader of the flock," Rotom cut his thoughts off, "He has already found where the Tyranitar is nesting."
…Oh.
Huh.
I grinned, hopping off Pidgeot's back, and holding Togepi in one arm I wrapped Fearow in a big hug, "Well done mate!" I laughed, "Look at you go, taking over another group of Fearow and finding Tyranitar at the same time! you're amazing mate!"
"Row!" Fearow beamed joyfully.
"Geot!" Pidgeot huffed, rolling his eyes and flicked his long mane of hair back.
As it turned out, Tyranitar had taken up residence in a cave on the opposite side of the valley from the ancient ruin where Regice resided.
Whether that was intentional or not to avoid the legendary pokemon I couldn't say.
Nor did it really matter.
After catching the flock of eleven Fearow and returning…Fearow. I hopped back up on Pidgeots back and we made our way over to where my new flock had told me where Tyranitar resided.
And it wasn't long before we found it.
It was truly massive. A towering behemoth well over ten feet tall, made up of purely muscled rocky plate that was lounging over a massive boulder lazily, directly until the suns warm rays.
It narrowed its eyes at me and Pidgeot as we landed a good ten feet away, but didn't tense up at all. It didn't feel threatened at all.
As expected of a Pseudo Legendary.
"Tyranitar," I pointed to it with a grin in greeting, "I've come to catch you."
I'd already recalled Togepi for now.
Tyranitar scoffed as it pushed itself up off the rock it was tanning on, rolling its slitted eyes at me and Pidgeot.
This is a good time for one of my pokemon to make their first official battle debut and not just training battles with my other pokemon.
I pressed a few buttons on the back of my Rotom Gauntlet and a moment later, a gleaming ebony black luxury ball deposited into my hand from the gauntlet.
"Let's go, Blastoise!" I said, releasing the pokemon from within the luxury ball in a burst of bright light.
"…Blast…" Blastoise sighed in resignation as he appeared before me and beheld his towering opponent. The behemoth of a Tyranitar had a good five feet on him in height.
Tyranitar on the other hand smirked cockily and pointed one massive green clawed hand towards Blastoise. A spiral of purple and black power erupted into existence, a dark pulse attack roaring towards Blastoise in the blink of an eye.
I didn't need to say or command anything.
Blastoise immediately retreated into his shell, which then gleamed as Withdraw came into effect. The Dark Pulse slammed into his shell-
And bounced off, ricocheting back towards the Tyranitar who didn't blink an eye and back handed the spiralling beam of black and purple casually into the sky.
"Rapid Spin." I commanded.
Blastoise's shell made a great impression of a beyblade - the new and improved Draciel - as his shell began to rotate at rapid speeds and he zipped through the air like an artillery shell towards the behemoth of a Tyranitar.
Clawed hands caught Blastoise mid-air, his shell grinding against Tyranitar's hands. Tyranitar was pushed back a good four or five metres before it dug its clawed feet into the ground and stopped itself from behind pushed back, and slammed Blastoise into the ground, its mouth opening and a familiar crackling dark sphere of powering humming into existence within its maw.
That was fine.
"Hydro Pump!" I shouted next.
With a grunt, Blastoise appeared from his shell on all fours, head level with Tyranitar's stomach as he was held down.
As were his massive shoulder cannons that appeared out of his shell as well.
Massive twin jets of finely compressed water cannons erupted from the shoulder cannons, each capable of crumpling a double decker bus in an instant and slammed into Tyranitar's stomach with bone crunching force.
The Tyranitar roared in pain as its armoured stomach was tore into by the massive water jets and it was forced to let go as it was sent flying back through the air.
Casual look on its face gone, Tyranitar directed an angered howl and didn't stop its attack.
It unleashed the Hyper Beam it was charging towards Blastoise, in the form of a massive black beam of pure destruction.
Before it could hit though, Blastoise was already moving, retreating into his shell and spinning out of the way.
At the same time Tyranitar slammed into the ground feet first over twenty feet away, hardly phased by the point blank Hydro Pump.
Or so it would seem.
With a snarl, it slammed its fist into the ground and the mountain rumbled. Massive spires of rock erupted from where its fist impacted, travelling in a road towards Blastoise.
Blastoise could have easily dodged the Stone Edge with Aqua Jet. But, I didn't call for that.
Instead a beam of red light washed over Beyblade Blastoise as I returned him to his gleaming black pokeball and quickly switched on the fly to another in less than a second.
Such was the utility of my new Rotom Gauntlet.
"Let's go, Snivy." I declared, releasing my second pokemon. It was time to test her out.
I released her upwards, allowing her to materialize upon the top of one of the huge rocky spires elegantly, "Sunny Day, babe." I clicked my fingers.
Snivy represented my bond with Hilda. And what better debut for my elegant little grass snake, than to down a Pseudo Legendary?
Snivy narrowed her eyes, not even missing a beat as her green snout upon her head raising in excitement as the heat intensified with a flash of light, and an orb of pure solar energy erupted from her body, shooting high into the air above and the clouded sky above us burned away in the span of mere seconds.
All that was left was a blazing, harshly hot sun above us that the moment it was established, born from her power and lent its energy to her, "Solarbeam!" I ordered, "Right through the rocks, twist your head!"
"Sni!" she cried out in confirmation, her little mouth stretching wide open like the serpent she was, and in all of a split moment, unleashed a golden beam of solar power multiple times the size of her body. It ploughed through the first few rocky spires in the blink of an eye, before she swept her head to the side-
The beam angled diagonally, sweeping through each of the rocky spires at different levels, and also sweeping across the length of the mountain.
A roar of pain sounded out moments later.
And as the debris cleared from the rocky spires being demolished, it was to show Tyranitar, half way towards me from the left - looking like it was planning to flank Blastoise initially - arms crossed over its face to protect itself, and arms simmering from where it most likely blocked the hit from Solarbeam.
It shook its arms out with a gruff huff and cocked its head, looking up at Snivy, and just stared for a moment. Then it raised a brow, and scoffed, shaking its head in amusement.
"...Sni!?" an aggrieved spit shot from Snivy's little mouth, now back to normal as she glared at the Tyranitar, that just totally disregarded her.
Tyranitar smirked and lifted one clawed hand, and showed off two of its claws held a miniscule few centimetres apart. And then wiggled its claws mockingly at Snivy and laughed.
Well that just wasn't nice.
It didn't see Snivy as a threat at all because of her small size. Silly considering just a moment ago it had roared in pain from blocking her Solarbeam.
Oh well, it would come to regret that-
"SNIVY!" an angered shriek erupted from Snivy's mouth as she glared in fury down at the Tyranitar.
And then her body exploded.
Into glowing, blinding light.
...Huh.
Before my eyes she began to grow and change. Her body doubled in size and length, stubby arms and legs elongated, a crest akin to a small crown appearing atop her head, and her spade-tail ballooning.
And then the light burst apart to reveal-
"Servine!" my newly evolved pokemon declared with gusto, never losing the glare in her eyes at all. I looked over at Tyranitar, to find it frozen stiff.
Huh, was it that shocked by her evolving? honestly, not that I was expecting it either, this is our first battle together for crying out loud. But then, I suppose she'd been with Hilda for over a year. And she'd spent a few weeks around my pokemon and taking part in our training. And then continuing to train with my other pokemon at the Viridian City Pokemon Centre...
Well...fair enough.
"Notice, pokememon Snivy has evolved into Servine," Rotom Gauntlet spoke up from my fist, "Through evolution, Servine has acquired the attacks Mirror Coat and Glare."
Wait, what!?
Oh, that was why it was frozen stiff!
With a shout, my newly evolved Servine leapt into the air. A swirling vortex of green glowing leaves erupted into existence around her and started rapidly rotating around her body. then, she thrust her newly evolved and longer arms down towards Tyrantar, and the glowing leaves congregated together and spiralled downwards towards Tyranitar in the form of a roaring hurricane of razor sharp energy leaves.
Frozen stiff by Servine's Glare attack, it had no way to protect itself, and Tyranitar was peppered head on with the leaf Hurricane as its entire body was tossed up into the air like a ragdoll, and carried through the air to slam into the cave side atop the mountain with thundering force, a great big crater forming within the wall.
Well alright then!
"Quick, before it recovers girl!" I shouted, getting her attention as she landed back atop the rocky spire created by Tyranitar, "Solarbeam, again!"
"Ser!" she beamed with a wide grin and a nod. Her head turned towards Tyrantar once more, jaws unhinging and spreading wide open as a crackling orb of golden solar power hummed into existence.
And was fired a split moment later.
The size of the beam was a good fifty percent bigger than the one she'd fired before evolving too! That was incredible growth!
Tyranitar was in the midst of breaking out of its crater with a grunt when the golden Solarbeam slammed into it and sent it careening backwards, straight into the side of the mountain it was slammed against originally. It didn't even have time to react before the massive golden beam of solar grass energy washed over it and crushed it back into the mountainside.
Servine gave a coquettish little scoffing smile as she cut off the power of her attack after a few seconds and hopped off the rocky spire to land elegantly in front of me, a proud loom upon her face.
"Bit too early to celebrate don't you think?" I raised a brow at her, and looked over at the Tyranitar that sat in a slump within the crater, head bowed and eyes half shut.
It looked mightily dazed.
"Ser." Servine shrugged and sent a smug look Tyranitar's way.
Only to blink as the Tyranitar huffed and lifted its arms to grasp the edge of the crater it was lodged within, and pull itself out with a mighty heave that crumped the stone in its hands.
It stared daggers at Servine, and then craned its neck to the side, a cracking sounding echoing, and then it turned its head to the other and repeated it.
That was some stamina this thing had. A Rapid spin, albeit blocked, a point blank super effective Hydro Pump to the stomach, a super effective Solarbeam, a super effective Leaf Storm and another super effect Solarbeam and it was still chugging along.
'Nice.' I thought.
I liked that endurance.
It pointed a clawed finger at Servine, before suddenly its body was suffused with a familiar draconic green glow.
Dragon Dance!
"Servine, Vine Whip!" I ordered.
With a shout, she spun, twin vines erupting from her shoulders and lashing out, crossing the distance in the blink of an eye, but just as they were about to hit, Tyranitar moved.
It was almost a blur as the green behemoth dodged between the vines and then leapt high into the air.
It crossed the distance just a breath or two, casting a shadow over the both of us from above, a wide grin on its face, before its own maw opened wide open.
And a titanic flame in the shape of a star exploded into existence down towards us.
No time to dodge!
My heart leapt into my throat.
But-
Vines retracting in the blink of an eye wrapped around me and threw me to the side, just as the Fire Blast smashed into our, or now just Servine's position with earth shaking force, kicking up an explosion.
"Mirror Coat!" I shouted, even as I landed on my side and quickly rolled to my feet.
The smoke kicked up by the explosion was obliterated as a second star of fire, twice the size of the first erupted back upwards towards the airborne Tyranitar and smashed it out of the air.
It slammed into the ground a few feet away from Servine, who was burned quite badly and had fallen to a knee, panting deeply, before slumping to her side.
'Shit, that Fire Blast was amped by our Sunny Day!' I realised, fists clenching.
Unlike Servine, Tyranitar didn't stay down at all and though it was horribly bruised, battered, bleeding and even smoking with burns from its own attack being returned at double the power, it bore a victorious smirk as it raised a fist into the air above Servine, icy blue energy shimmering over its fist.
It wound up, before unleashing its Ice Punch attack-
Only to go frozen stiff.
No pun.
Blue electricity crackled over its form.
The origin?
My gauntlet clad fingers in the shape of a gun, "You aimed at me mate," I smirked, "I wasn't gonna get involved but you aimed at me too and tagged me in, fair is fair."
My Thunder Wave paralysed it before it could finish its attack.
"Now Shock Wave!" I shouted, opening my palm. A fat crackling bolt of lightning seared from my palm and washed over Tyranitar's body a second later.
It was a rock and dark type now after all, no longer ground type and immune to electric attacks.
Tyranitar snarled in pain, legs giving out beneath it as it dropped to its knees. And I took my chance, dashing towards it.
"Mach Punch!" I ordered next and threw my fist out in a punch towards it. From my fist, leapt a massive red ethereal gauntlet near equal in size to the Tyranitar itself.
And the massive quad effective fist bowelled into it, sending it flying where it hit the ground and literally bounced three times before slamming into another cave wall.
I looked to Servine who was looking at my wide eyed while on her side, "Solarbeam, one more time girl!" I told her, before cocking my fist back, "And let's go with another Mach Punch!"
Servine rolled onto her other side without much prompting, golden light shimmering into existence within her mouth for a third Solarbeam.
At the same time I threw my fist out in a punch through the air.
Before Tyranitar could shake itself off again, it was mere prey to a gleaming golden beam of solar power and an ethereal fist of pure fighting energy.
Tyranitar roared in pain.
And then slumped down on its face.
It didn't get up again.
"Luxury Ball." I commanded, holding my palm out. The indent on my gauntlet popped open and spat a gleaming ebony luxury ball into my grasp.
And a split moment later, it was sailing through the air, clonking the unconscious Tyranitar on the head, before popping open and sucking it inside.
Once, twice, thrice it shook, the golden middle of the luxury ball glowing a searing crimson red.
Before-
Plink!
Success.
Tyranitar was captured!
