Genos was silent as he sat in Saitama's home, the whole place now cleaned and organized as he always made it for his Master. He had been waiting for Saitama to return to ask what he would like for dinner, but Saitama never came home.
'This is strange. Master Saitama never returned home.' he thought as he gazed at the sunlight coming in through the window. 'He was with Captain Mizuki out on patrol in her home city. Could they have been caught up in a big battle that rendered him unable to return immediately?'
His gaze turned to the door when a knock was heard. He got up and answered the door to show Ki on the other side wearing nothing but an oversized shirt, her kombu hair disheveled and all over the place.
"Morning, Genos." Ki greeted with a yawn before rubbing one of her eyes. "Is Saitama back yet?"
"No. Master Saitama has not returned." Genos answered before looking down in thought. "It is strange, though. He was on patrol with Captain Mizuki. Unless they have been patrolling all night, he should have returned by now."
"Have you tried calling him?" Ki asked.
"Master Saitama does not possess a cellphone." Genos stated.
"Oh yeah. Well, how about Mizuki?"
Genos's eyes widened at the thought before he whipped out his phone and dialed the number. A few rings later, someone answered it.
"Hello?" a familiar voice spoke.
"Master!" Genos exclaimed. "Where are you?!"
"Oh hey, Genos. Sorry for not coming back last night. Something...came up." Saitama spoke.
"It is good to hear from you, Master Saitama." Genos said with a smile.
"Hey, Saitama? Why do you have Mizuki's phone?" Ki asked. "Where is she?"
"She and I are at her branch of the Hero Association. She gave me her phone while they talked to her. Seems they're really miffed at her." Saitama answered.
"Angry at Mizuki? Why? She's cheerful, bubbly, kind and takes her job as a hero seriously." Ki said. "What could she have done to get them angry at her?"
"She told her fan club to go away when they wouldn't leave her front door. We'll explain more when we get home later." Saitama answered.
"Alright." Ki said before smirking. "By the way, what was it that came up that kept you from coming home?"
"Uh...Mizuki's...fans?" Saitama answered after a moment's hesitation.
"Riiiight. Well, good luck." Ki said before walking off, a grin on her lips.
"Master, what would you like me to make for your breakfast when you return?" Genos asked.
"Meh. Just make whatever. Anyway, I gotta go. Later, Genos." Saitama answered before hanging up.
Saitama, cleaned and dressed in his freshly laundered hero suit, put Mizuki's phone in his pocket as he waited in the lobby of the city's branch of the Hero Association.
"I hope Mizuki's doing okay." he said as he stared at the elevator Mizuki went up in.
Captain Mizuki, the Class-B athletic hero, was quietly sitting in a chair looking like a child that been caught with her hand in the cookie jar as the higher ups from the local branch of the Hero Association chastised her for her recent behavior and actions towards her fan club. The lead executive, a large and imposing man in a suit, was currently pacing and huffing on a cigar as he spoke to her.
"You were told before that you were to treat all civilians with respect and to help them when they needed it! Yet what do you do?! You attack your own fan club! TWICE!" he yelled. "First physically, then verbally! What do you think this says about the rest of Hero Association when one of it's heroes does this?! Have you any idea how badly this could affect our reputation?!"
"I know." was all Mizuki said.
"Then why would you do it?!" the man roared, making her flinch.
"What am I supposed to do?! When the aliens invaded, they thought we were all dead and tried to molest me! Was I supposed to just let it happen?!" Mizuki asked.
"You could've found another way! You could've just run away and avoided them! Not send them flying like they're common criminals!" the man answered.
"That would mean abandoning all the other civilians that were panicking!" Mizuki exclaimed.
"NO EXCUSES!" the man snapped, silencing Mizuki. "Now, Captain Mizuki, I want to know exactly what your reasons are for the way you acted yesterday. And before you try to deny anything, I want you to look at this."
The man pushed a button on a remote in his hand, making a screen lower before a recording of her standing outside her door and yelling at her fan club started to play.
"I can't take it anymore! I'm tired of you bother me! GET. LOOOOOOST!" the recording showed her saying before she slammed the door, the recording stopping there.
"This video is already spreading like wildfire and the Association is getting a lot of people demanding answers for why one of our heroes would act this way! Care to explain?!"
"Someone recorded that?!" she asked before glaring. "And that wasn't all that was said! That video was doctored!"
"A likely story!" the man huffed. "Either way, this is becoming a problem for us! Especially with this last bit we've been hearing! How you have been seen hanging around a hero that is the center of many horrible rumors!" The man clicked his remote again, changing the screen from the recording to an image of her and Saitama walking down the street in their hero outfits.
"Saitama!" Mizuki yelped.
"Exactly! This hero, Saitama, has been the center of quite a few nasty rumors such as cheating and stealing credit from other heroes!" the executive stated.
"Now wait a minute! Master Saitama's not a fake at all! Those rumors were started because-"
"Master Saitama?" the man repeated in confusion. "Did you seriously just call this bald, blank faced man 'Master?'"
"That's right. I've been his student since he became a hero." Mizuki answered without hesitation.
"Why would you train under a man with such a horrible reputation?!" the executive asked. "A man who was ranked last in Class-C not that long ago!"
"I was there when he took the Hero exam. While he was put in Class-C, it's only because he got a bad score on the written exam. In the physical exam, however, he blew through the tests like they were nothing, breaking every record with ease." Mizuki said in defense of Saitama.
"I've heard of that." another executive spoke up. "However, I've also heard that he cheated on them too."
"He even openly stated that he stole the credit for the defeat of the Deep Sea Queen after all the other heroes wore her down." a third executive brought up. "At least, that's what the citizens of City-J that were present said."
"Sounds to me like this Saitama fellow is only good at stealing credit and cheating. Not exactly the qualities a hero in our Association needs." the large executive said.
"STOP IT!" Mizuki yelled, her face turning a little red in anger. "NONE OF YOU KNOW THE TRUTH! MASTER SAITAMA IS NOT A FAKE! HIS STRENGTH IS LEGIT!"
"Oh really? Have you any proof of his strength? That he's not a lying, cheating fraud?" the large executive asked. "After all, it's only your word right now, and that's questionable after your recent encounter with your fan club!"
"If my word's not good enough, then how about the word of other heroes?! There are plenty that know that Saitama's the real deal!" Mizuki boasted.
"Is that so? Then how about we do this. Bring me the heroes that you claim can vouch for this Saitama character's strength by the end of the day. If you can do that, then I'll forget about the punishment of demoting you in rank for your actions against your fans." the large executive said before he stood over her and leaned down and shoved a smug smirk in her face. "But if you can't, then forget being demoted. I'll have you stripped of your hero title and kicked out of the Hero Association."
Mizuki's eyes widened at the threat as the man held a hand out to her.
"Deal?" he asked. She looked down at the hand for a moment before her brows furrowed, her hand gripping his.
"Deal." she answered.
"You seriously said all that?" Saitama asked Mizuki, her head in her hands as the two walked to the train station.
"I was so upset at how they were badmouthing you that...it just came out." she groaned. "Now I have to find other heroes that know you're strong and have them vouch for you. Otherwise, I'll be fired from the Hero Association!"
"Why don't I just go back up there and talk to him?" Saitama asked.
"Because the executive in charge of this branch is a total hardass. The only heroes that can go up there whenever they want are Class-S heroes. Everyone else, hero or civilian, have to be called up there by him personally." Mizuki explained.
"Which means he won't see me, huh? Well, that sucks." Saitama said before his eyes widened. "Hey! That might work!"
"What will?" Mizuki asked.
"If only Class-S heroes can go up there on a whim, then why not ask one of the ones we know to vouch for me?" Saitama asked.
"MASTER, THAT'S BRILLIANT!" Mizuki exclaimed, her cheerful smile back in full force. "A few of the Class-S heroes have seen you fight! They'll vouch for you!"
"Okay then. Let's get back home and call them." Saitama ordered before the two ran off towards the train station.
-Later
The Head Executive was lounging in his office as he stared out at the sunset, a smug smile on his face as he watched the sunset. He let out a chuckle as he pushed a button on his desk.
"Miss Krelmor, inform the main branch of the Hero Association that Captain Mizuki is to be stripped of her title as hero, effective immediately." the man said.
"Very well, Mr. Danzel. I'll contact them and-AHH!"
"Miss Krelmor? What is it?" Executive Danzel asked.
"M-M-M-M-MR. DANZEL! CA-CAA-CA-CAPTAIN MIZUKI IS HERE W-W-W-WITH GUESTS!" came Miss Krelmor's panicked yelping. "TH-TH-TH-THEY'RE ON THEIR WAY UP!"
"Why are you yelling? And what guests? Who would you let up here?! Oh! Let me guess. She found the heroes to vouch for that fraud, Saitama, correct? What are they? A large group of Class-C heroes? Or maybe some from Class-B? Or did she get so desperate and ask a Class-A hero to pity her and spew lies to save that bald fake?" He burst out into laughter at his own joke before a sound hit his ears. A sound that he couldn't pinpoint for a moment before his eyes widened in recognition. A sound that was rumored to be the last sound any monster heard before their demise.
The sound...of the King Engine!
"It...It can't be!" Danzel muttered, a bead of sweat rolling down his face and dropping to the floor. The instant it hit the ground, the double doors to his posh office were flung off by a green glow and towards Danzel, the man frozen in fear as the doors narrowly missed him and embedded themselves in the glass behind him. The executive could only tremble in terror as not one, but two, of the Hero Association's most powerful Class-S heroes casually strolled in, both wearing frowns on their faces.
"So this is the guy we were told to talk to? What a waste of time!" Tornado scoffed.
"Indeed. I was in the middle of battling some monsters back home before I got called here." King said in a bored tone. 'I was in the middle of grinding my character to the next level.'
"K-K-K-KING?! T-T-T-T-TORNADO?!" Danzel yelped as he began to sweat so much that his socks quickly became soggy. "W-W-W-W-WHAT ARE YOU TWO DOING HERE?!"
"Sorry, sir." Captain Mizuki said with an apologetic smile as she walked into the room. "I'm the one who called them here."
"WHAT?! WHY?!" Danzel yelled.
"From what we were told, you were threatening her with termination of her job as a hero." King answered.
"Normally, I don't care what happens to the lower ranks, but I heard that this whole thing involved that baldy, Saitama." said Tatsumaki.
"S-S-Saitama?! Y-Y-You mean that fake hero?!" Danzel asked.
"Nothing fake about that guy. His strength is the real deal." King said, making Danzel's jaw drop.
"Yeah. I tested him myself. He's actually pretty decent." Tornado answered, making Danzel turn white as a ghost.
"And there you have it. Two vouches of strength from THE King and Tornado of Terror! I believe this is enough to validate Master Saitama's strength and allow me to keep my job. Right, Executive Danzel?"
Executive Danzel said nothing, his mouth still hung open in absolute shock
"Uh...hello?" King said as he looked at the man in confusion, who was still frozen even as Tornado got in his face.
"HEY! You listening, you idi-" she began before she poked him, making him fall over and onto his back, his eyes rolled into the back of his head. "Huh. Guess he's not anymore." She then shrugged her shoulders before looking back at Mizuki, who was smiling up at her and King.
"Thank you. Both of you." Mizuki said, her voice full of gratitude.
"Save it. I didn't do it for you. And tell you-know-who that they better keep their end of the bargain. Or else!" Tornado warned before turning to King. "I'm honestly surprised to see you here."
"Same to you. Then again, we both met Saitama. Guess we both had the same opinion of him. He's strong." King said.
"Hmph. Yeah, whatever." she huffed before she took off into the air.
"If that's everything, then I'll head home." King said as he started to walk out of the office, but turned and looked at Mizuki. "By the way, where is Saitama? Shouldn't he be here?"
"He had to stay home to make sure Genos didn't do something crazy. When we had asked Genos to vouch for him and why, Genos said he would destroy this whole branch and everyone inside for calling Master Saitama a fake." Mizuki explained.
"That guy really needs to tone it down." King said with a sigh before smiling as he turned to leave. "Anyway, tell Saitama and the others I said hi."
"I will, Mr. King. And thanks again for listening to my selfish request." Mizuki answered.
"Don't thank me. Thank Ki." he answered, sweat coating his face as he walked towards the elevator.
-Flashback-
King was busy grinding levels on a new game he had gotten the day before, a serious glint in his dull expression.
"A few more levels and the next few stages will be a breeze." he said to himself, his thumbs flying across the controller. He sipped a soda through a straw before his phone went off, with Genos's number appearing on the screen. "Genos? What's he want?" King mumbled as he quickly answered his phone and craned his neck to the left to keep it in place to talk while he played. "Hello?"
"Hi, King~" came a sultry voice that was definitely not Genos.
"Whuh?! Who is this?" King asked.
"It's me. Ki."
King's eyes widened as images of Ki glaring at him came to mind.
"Ki?! What do you want?" he asked, his voice steady even as his 'King Engine' threatened to start.
"Got a proposition for you. Currently, you're not welcomed at Saitama's home, regardless of him not being mad about that whole debacle with you stealing his credit. However, that can change." she said.
"Change how? Want me to expose myself as the real fake?" King asked.
"As much as I want that, no. What I need is for you to vouch for Saitama's strength for Captain Mizuki's superior. Otherwise, the bastard's gonna fire her for getting upset at her fan club. Seems she's not supposed to yell or attack them, despite them trying to grope her."
King spit his drink at the sudden information before he started to cough.
"Come again?!" he yelped, completely losing his tough guy facade.
"It's true. They tried to grope her during the alien invasion awhile back, so she attacked them to make them stop. And last night, she told her fans to get lost when they wouldn't stop praising her muscles and said they wanted to feel them. Urgh! Just thinking about having a group of people wanting to do that to me makes my skin crawl. A-Anyway, they think that Saitama's a fake and Mizuki, in her anger, told them that she knew of other heroes who could vouch for him being strong. If she doesn't have any hero step forward, she's fired." Ki continued to explain.
"Wow...that's rough." King said after that all sank in.
"Yeah. That's why I'm calling you. You and Saitama are friends, for whatever reason, and your word has a lot of weight in the Hero Association. So here's my proposition. You put in a good word for Saitama and help Mizuki keep her job, and all of us here will...try and be more civil when you're around." Ki offered.
"Really? That'd make coming over a lot less stressful." King said with a small smile. "Okay. I'll go over tomorrow and talk to the guy-
"Oh no no no noooo. She's on a time limit. You've got until the sun sets to get over there and clear this up." Ki told him. "And...if you don't?"
King tensed at the sudden shift in her tone before she continued.
"Then I'm gonna come over to your home, drag you into the middle of a public spot and literally whip your ass bloody and show everyone just how strong you really are!" she warned. King's heart started to pound, yet he heard her next words clearly.
"Bottom line? If Mizuki loses...You Lose!"
-Present-
King kept his back to Mizuki until the elevator door closed, allowing him to fall to his knees and tremble with a small, hysteric laugh.
"Monsters are scary...but those women are worse!"
Tornado flew through the air until she spotted her home and descended until she touched down in front of her door.
"Can't believe they actually asked me to do something like that. What a waste of time." she grumbled. She unlocked her door with her powers and was about to step in before she noticed something at her feet.
It looked to be a small box with a folded piece of paper attached with tape.
"What's this?" she muttered as she used her powers to lift it up and hold it in her hands. She took the paper and unfolded it to see a message written on it.
As Promised
Ki
She looked at the note for another moment before folding it and stepping into her house. She removed her shoes, floated over to her couch and opened the box to reveal six candy apples. She took one of the apples, eyed it, took a bite...and melted as the sweet taste flooded her mouth.
"This tastes even better than the one from before!" she moaned in delight.
-Flashback-
Tornado was at home making herself some lunch, her morning so far having been completely boring.
"If I don't get to squish a monster today, I'm gonna scream." she grumbled before she heard a knock at her door. "Who the heck is that?" she asked before flying over to the door and peeking out the peep hole. Her glare intensified as she spotted a figure hidden in a coat standing before her door, their face shadowed by a hat and a small box in their hand. She backed away from the door before she used her power to open the door and drag the stranger inside, earning a startled yelp from them as she held them up in the air. "Who are you?!" Tornado demanded.
"W-Wait! Wait! It's me!" the stranger yelled. Tatsumaki raised a brow before making their hat fly off, allowing her to see a familiar monster staring at her in fear.
"Ki?" Tornado asked before shutting and locking her door. "What are you doing here? And what's in the box?"
"...Peace offering?" Ki said as she opened the box, revealing a candy apple inside. "I heard you really like these."
Tornado blinked a few times before she took the candy apple and glared at it, then at Ki.
"How'd you know that and why are you giving me one?" she asked.
"We asked one of our hero friends to ask your sister about what you might like." Ki lied, having called and asked her personally. No way would anyone get out unscathed if Tatsumaki found out Fubuki knew about them. "As for why I'm giving you one...We need your help."
"My help? With what?" Tornado asked before looking a little smug. "The baldy finally met something he can't handle, huh?"
"Unfortunately, yes." Ki answered.
"I knew it. He was strong, but even he has enemies he can't handle." Tornado scoffed. "So, what kind of monster is it?"
"The worst kind. An executive with too much power and a mile long stick up his ass." Ki answered.
Tornado's smile fell into a grimace. She knew that, aside from her, nobody could talk those dumbasses who ran the Hero Association down.
"Ugh. He needs my help with those clowns?" she groaned.
"Actually, it's Captain Mizuki that needs help." Ki answered before she explained the entire situation.
"So Captain Mizuki will be fired if another hero doesn't vouch for Saitama's strength since that jackass doesn't believe he's not a fake. And all this started because Captain Mizuki attacked her fan club for trying to molest her." Tatsumaki stated.
"Yeah. That's pretty much it." Ki answered, her feet on the floor after Tornado let her go.
"I've said it before and I'll say it again. Those guys are idiots." Tornado grumbled before turning away from Ki. "Still, I don't see why I should be concerned. She got herself into this mess, she can deal with the consequences."
"How? That jackass won't listen to anyone but a Class-S hero." Ki stated.
"Then why not ask that tin can, Genos, to vouch for her?" Tornado asked.
"Saitama had to stop Genos from going there and rampaging. That guy still can't take anything negative spoken about Saitama lightly." Ki deadpanned. "And as for those who know, they said they were busy and might not make it before the deadline tonight."
Tornado simply let out a 'Hmph' as her answer. She then opened her eyes when she heard a loud thump behind her, making her turn to see Ki on all fours, her head down to the floor.
"Please...Mizuki's a good hero and a friend of ours. I'm begging here!" the monster said.
Tornado was honestly stumped. She had seen that the monsters living in the Ghost Town were far less hostile than any other monster she had met, but she hadn't expected any of them to grovel before her for something other than her sparing their life.
She hummed in thought for a second before looking back down at her.
"If I do this, what do I get out of it?" the hero asked.
"I...What do you want?" Ki asked after raising herself off the ground. "We give you our hair so your body can grow. What else could we give you that you would want from us?"
Tatsumaki looked up in thought, took her first bite of the candy apple...and got her answer.
-Present-
Tatsumaki's taste buds were in heavy as she took another bite of her candy apple. Who knew that sparing a monster could her so many nice things?
-Apartments-
The sun had set, the day was ending and the group in the Ghost Town were all sitting down to have dinner in their various rooms.
Saitama, Mizuki, Vaccine Woman and Genos were in Saitama's room, the Kombu sisters were in their own room and Raptora had disappeared to her private room somewhere. That left the three Queens in one room to eat and discuss their day.
"So Kogane's been running faster than before, huh? With a big grin on her face, you say?" the Subterranean Queen asked.
"Yeah. She's even been putting in a little extra just to keep running with that big smile on her face." Beast Queen answered before turning towards the Deep Sea Queen. "Kind of like the smile you're wearing right now."
"Me? Smiling?" Deep Sea Queen asked, a big smile on her lips that seemed to shine. "I'm not smiling."
"You can't fool me, nor can you fool my nose." Beast Queen smirked. "I can smell Saitama's scent on you."
"I haven't a clue as to what you're talking about." Deep Sea Queen denied with a laugh.
"My Queen...please...stop."
All three of them blinked and turned to the guest they had that was sitting in the corner of the room.
She looked to be a cross between an overly endowed bombshell of a woman and a cute looking dark skinned eel. She was the same height as the Deep Sea Queen, had a long tail and was in a large T-shirt and sweatpants that hugged her bust and curves.
"Oh? I completely forgot she was here." the Subterranean Queen said before turning to the Deep Sea Queen. "You never did explain who she was or why she is here. What's the story?"
"Well...it all began when Saitama asked me to take a walk with him today after helping Captain Mizuki." the Deep Sea Queen began.
-Earlier, City K-
Saitama and a disguised Deep Sea Queen were enjoying a nice walk through the forest in City-K. She had dressed in a large hoodie with a hood over her head, a backpack to hold her crown, a pair of long blue sweat pants and hiking boots. Saitama was merely in his hero outfit.
"It's nice to get out and just take a walk every now and then." Saitama said as he looked around the quiet woods.
"Indeed. I used to do something like this back home. Though, I didn't have to put on a disguise to do so." Deep Sea Queen said before looking down at herself, her breasts jiggling with each step under the tight hoodie. "I'm glad that the others found some clothing big enough to cover me. I just wish they had something a little bigger around the torso. This thing feels very constricting."
"It can't be helped. It was the biggest thing that the Beast Queen had on her that would fit you." Saitama told her. "If you want, maybe Nori can make you something larger? She has been making clothes to fit herself, so she might be able to help."
"I'll keep that in mind." the Deep Sea Queen said as they came into a clearing with running water, a fisherman fishing nearby. "A fisherman?"
"Is it bothering you to see someone fish?" Saitama asked.
"I've told you, fish eat fish too. And that goes for me as well. I was just curious seeing someone here is all." Deep Sea Queen answered.
"I wonder if any of the fish here are good." Saitama spoke up before he and Deep Sea Queen approached the man. "Hey, old man. Catch anything good, lately?"
"Hmm? Yeah. Little guys here and there." the man answered before turning his head and saw Saitama. "Judging by the outfit, I'm guessing professional hero. And your friend is..." he began before looking up at the disguised Deep Sea Queen. "...a big girl."
"Yeah. We are." Saitama said.
"Well, if you're out on patrol, good luck to you. Also, please be quiet. You'll frighten the fish."
"Okay." Saitama said as he and the Deep Sea Queen stood there and watched.
"Did you two need something?" the fisherman asked.
"Nah. Just felt like watching." Saitama answered.
"Sorry about my friend. He's easily bored." Deep Sea Queen whispered to the fisherman, keeping her hood up and over her eyes to hopefully not give herself away.
"Well if that's the case, then why don't you try a bit of fishing yourself, young man?" the fisherman asked as he reeled in his line and cast it out again.
"Is it fun?" Saitama asked.
"It is for certain people." the fisherman answered.
"Hmm. Well, it sounds like a great way to catch your own dinner." said Saitama.
"Fishing's not just about catching your food. At least not for me. I see it as me Vs. nature." the fisherman huffed before casting a wistful gaze at the lake. "There's a mighty fish out there called the 'King of the Lake.' It's been around for decades, yet nobody's seen it. Only it's shadow can be seen from time to time, but never it's true beauty. It's like a dream for us fishermen."
"Wooow. Sounds like you really wanna eat this fish, huh?" Saitama asked.
"Your friend here has no focus." the fisherman said to the Deep Sea Queen as he stared back at the lake.
"He does. Just on the parts that actually interest him." DSQ answered.
"Hey. I'm right here." Saitama huffed before the man's line went under.
"Oh?! HEY! I got one!" the fisherman exclaimed as he reeled in his line and brought out a tiny fish he held gently in his hand.
"That's it? I thought the 'King of the Lake' would be bigger." Saitama commented, making DSQ giggle.
"There's more than just one fish out there." she said as the fisherman threw the fish back.
"Why'd you let it go?" the bald hero asked.
"It's called Catch and Release. I let all the fish I catch go." the fisherman answered.
"You don't eat them?" Saitama asked.
"No fun in it. I let them go so they can get bigger. Then, one day, we'll have a rematch and see if I can catch it all over again." the man answered.
"Really?" Saitama asked, not quite getting it.
"Think of it as...Two men having a friendly brawl. They both promise to fight again another day after training to see who comes out on top next time. I had tons of my subject-I mean other fighters challenge me again and again for my spot as Qu-er, top dog!" the Deep Sea Queen explained, trying not to let slip where she was from to the civilian.
"Hmm." Saitama hummed in thought.
"WHOA! HEY! HOLD ON NOW!"
Both hero and monster turned to see the man struggling with another catch, his pole swaying violently as he kept it from slipping out of his grasp.
"IT'S...I THINK IT'S THE KING OF THE LAKE!" the fisherman yelled as he reeled in his line, a large shadow forming in the water. "HAHA! THIS'LL BE AN AMAZING CATCH!" he exclaimed as he gave one last tug. Suddenly, a pillar of water shot up in front of them, leaving the three on the shore to watch. When the water fell back into the lake, the fisherman gasped in shock at sight before him.
A humongous eel woman, with equally humongous tits and ass, stood before them all, her shiny black scales glistening in the water. She wore nothing but a simple white bikini top and bottom and had piercing golden eyes that were glaring down at the three on the shore, the line from his pole going in between her snarling teeth.
The man turned blue at the sight as Saitama and the Deep Sea Queen just stared.
"You're right." Saitama said. "She's definitely a catch."
-Present-
"So she's a friend of yours?" Beast Queen asked.
"That's right." Deep Sea Queen nodded before turning to the other Sea Folk. "Come over and introduce yourself."
"Oh...Okay." she said before she looked at the other two Queens in the room. "My name is Eliza. NOT Eeliza! I am one of the Clan of the Sea Folk. I'm a loyal citizen under the Deep Sea Queen's command. And...that's it."
"Come on, Eliza. There's more to you." the Deep Sea Queen said.
"I...I'm sorry. It's...been a very hectic day. And...and..." the eel woman started before she started to cry. "I'm just so happy to see you again, my queen! We all thought you had perished along with the others that had come up here to claim the surface for our kingdom!"
The Deep Sea Queen gave a sympathetic smile as she walked over and knelt down to hug her crying friend.
"It's okay, Eliza. I'm here." she said as she rubbed Eliza's back. The Beast Queen smiled while the Subterranean Queen looked down in envy, wish she could find one of her subjects. When the eel woman finally calmed down, she turned to the others.
"Sorry about that." she said before she stood up straight, her height the same as the Deep Sea Queen's. "My name is Eliza. I am the Captain of the Clan of the Sea Folk Royal Guard and right hand aide to the Deep Sea Queen!" she introduced while standing straight. Her formed then sagged a little as she tacked on, "Or at least I used to be."
"Used to be?" Beast Queen asked.
"After the Deep Sea Queen came up to the surface with the other warriors and...never came back, we all assumed the worst. Because of that, the newly crowned Deep Sea King, the Queen's brother, has taken over the Clan of the Sea Folk and has changed everything." Eliza continued. "I was demoted to a mere grunt while Great White was made the new Captain. Meaning I had to serve under him."
"Ugh! I can't believe my brother put him in charge." the Deep Sea Queen groaned. "Well, we don't have to worry about them coming back to the surface anymore...hopefully."
"We can hope. Now, what happened after Eliza made her entrance?" the Subterranean Queen asked.
"Well, I did what I was ordered to do: Attack any human on sight." Eliza answered.
-Flashback-
Eliza, at her full height and power, towered over the two humans and Deep Sea Queen. She looked down to see the a disguised DSQ looking up in shock, Saitama looking up in mild interest and the fisherman looking up in terror before he passed out in terror.
"Humans? Well, that little fish I had a moment ago was filling, but I got room for more." the gulper eel woman said before opening her mouth wide to swallow Saitama. She lunged for him, only to be stopped by Saitama using his left hand and foot to keep her jaw open and in place, allowing him to pull the line and bring a flopping King of the Lake out into the open.
"Wow. That fisherman was right. This thing's pretty big." Saitama commented before pushing Eliza back, letting her close her jaw.
"How did you stop my-HEY! THAT'S MY FOOD!" she snapped.
"I wonder what Genos and Ki could make with this?" Saitama pondered.
"DON'T IGNORE ME!" Eliza roared as she reeled back to punch him. Saitama glanced up and her, tightened his fist and-
"STOOOOOOP!"
-watched as a fully grown Deep Sea Queen tackled Eliza, the two of the landing back in the lake.
"Don't do it, Eliza! Saitama will kill you if you try to fight him!" Deep Sea Queen yelled as she kept Eliza pinned under her, her disguise now gone and turned to shreds. The eel monster struggled for a moment before getting a good luck at DSQ, making her gasp and stare up at her.
"Your...Your Majesty?" Eliza whispered as she stared with wide eyes full of disbelief.
"YOUR MAJESTY?!"
Saitama was the only one to turn and look at the newcomer that had just appeared. It looked like a great white shark with legs.
"I DON'T BELIEVE IT! IT IS YOU! YOU WERE ALIVE THIS WHOLE TIME?!" the shark yelled.
"Who's this guy?" Saitama asked before turning to Eliza and the Deep Sea Queen. "And who's that eel woman too? They from the same place as the Deep Sea Queen?"
"Lord Great White as well?" Deep Sea Queen asked as she got off of her friend, allowing Eliza to stand. "What are you two doing here?"
"That's our line! What are you doing here?!" Lord Great White asked.
"You're...You've been alive this whole time?!" Eliza asked, her eyes starting to water while her lips trembled. The Deep Sea Queen looked at the two before sighing.
"I have much to explain. But first, I must apologize. I must've caused you two and the rest of the kingdom such anguish for not telling anyone anything." she said before lowering herself to them, making them flinch in shock. "And for that, I'm sorry."
"Y-Your Majesty! Please stop that!"
"You can't bow to us! You're royalty! You're our Queen!"
As the three talked, Saitama just watched before he noticed the fish was struggling less and less.
"Oh yeah. This little guy needs water." he said before he dipped it back into the lake. "I'll let him breathe until we get ready to leave and-" he started before the line snapped, allowing the fish to swim away. "...Crap."
"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!"
Saitama looked up to see both of the newcomers were now gaping at Deep Sea Queen in either confusion or rage.
"YOU ACTUALLY LOST TO A HUMAN?! HOW COULD THE STRONGEST CREATURE IN THE WORLD LOSE TO A MERE HUMAN?!" Lord Great White yelled.
"AND NOW YOU SERVE UNDER HIM?! IS THAT WHY YOU HAVEN'T RETURNED TO THE KINGDOM?!" Eliza screamed.
"I don't exactly serve under him, but yes. The biggest reason, however, was that I was ashamed to show my face after declaring how I'd take over the surface and make all of humanity our slaves." Deep Sea Queen answered, her head hanging a bit before she perked up. "But now that you two are here, you can pass along a message for me."
Everyone present watched as she removed her crown and held it out for the two other monsters.
"Take this to my brother. Tell him that I'm alive and that I'm living up here of my own free will. The kingdom is his and that I hope he leads it well." she said.
"What?! But, your Majesty! You can't be serious!" Lord Great White yelped.
"He's right, my Queen! If you're alive, you should take your rightful place on the throne!" Eliza said in agreement.
"I lost that right when I lost the fight to Saitama and lead many of the kingdom's warriors to their deaths. My only wish now is to live peacefully up here and have my brother lead our people. Hopefully, you can give him my warning as well about how strong the surface dwellers truly are and keep him from repeating my mistakes." she told them before holding the crown out again, which Lord Great White took. "Now, as my final order as Queen, I order you two to go back home."
Lord Great White merely sighed and nodded while Eliza started to cry again before flinging herself onto the Deep Sea Queen and hugging her, which DSQ returned.
"Ooooh. What happened?" the fisherman asked as he sat up and rubbed his head.
"Oh, you're awake. You okay, old man?" Saitama asked.
"I think so. I remember seeing a monster and..." he started before he looked up to see two giant fish woman hugging each other, their giant tits rubbing and bouncing from their movements. The man stared for a moment longer before fainting again, this time with a massive blush.
-Present-
"After saying our farewells, we decided to return home." Deep Sea Queen explained.
"But that's true, then why is she here now?" Beast Queen asked while pointing at Eliza.
"And if you've abdicated the throne, then does that mean we can't call you the Deep Sea Queen anymore?" the Subterranean Queen asked.
"NEVER!" Eliza yelled, startling the other three before turning to the Deep Sea Queen. "Forgive my outburst, but that won't do! Even if you refuse to return, I refuse to acknowledge anyone but you as our ruler! You are, and always will be, the Deep Sea Queen!"
Deep Sea Queen stared before smiling at her friend and hugging her again.
"You're a true friend, Eliza." Deep Sea Queen said, making Eliza tear up again. The two then separated and turned to the other two in the room. "I guess I'll stick with the title. And as for Eliza being here, that comes after we had a little...run-in with that pesky ninja."
-Flashback-
Saitama and Deep Sea queen, shrunken and back in disguise, were walking through the forest again.
"You sure you don't want to head back? Don't you miss your home?" Saitama asked.
"I do miss it. However, I meant what I said about not having any right to the throne. Besides, my home is with you and the others in the Ghost Town. And I'm happy up here." she answered before grinning at him. "Sorry, Saitama. You're not getting rid of me that easily."
"He may not, but I certainly will."
Both of them stopped and turned to see a familiar ninja leaping down from a nearby branch, a smirk on his face as he glared at them.
"Hello, Saitama. And to you as well, Deep Sea Queen." he greeted, making the monster flinch. "There's no need for a silly disguise. I recognize your voice."
The Deep Sea Queen growled before she removed her hood, allowing Sonic to see her scowling face.
"How fortunate it is that I can settle the score with two of my enemies in one sitting." Sonic said.
"I have nothing to settle with a weakling like you." Deep Sea Queen scoffed.
"Things are different. Unlike last time, I'm now fully equipped to deal with you. And thanks to this sunny weather, you can't power up to your fullest." Sonic reminded her before glaring at Saitama. "And let's not forget you, Saitama. I have to pay you back for humiliating me. I'll make you regret what you've done, or my name isn't Speed o' Sound Sonic!"
"Can we hurry this up? I wanna get back to my walk." Saitama groaned.
"Cocky bastard." Sonic growled. "Still, before I kill you both, I am rather curious. What's a monster and a hero doing acting all buddy buddy with each other? Is this some weird experiment by the Hero Association? Or do you just collect monsters and keep them in the Ghost Town for some reason? And don't deny anything. I remember seeing you and those other heros acting friendly with the monsters."
Seeing as there was no point in lying, Saitama explained as best he could.
"I don't collect monsters. They can leave if they want. They just stay there because they have nowhere else to go. And we're friends because they don't hurt humans anymore after I punched them. And no, this isn't an experiment. The Hero Association doesn't know about them." Saitama answered.
"Saitama! Isn't that a little too much?!" Deep Sea Queen yelped. "What if he tells someone?!"
"If he was gonna tell anyone, he would've done so by now." Saitama answered.
"But...well..." Deep Sea queen tried to stay before Sonic chuckled.
"If you're worried about this secret getting out, then don't. I have no interest in ruining his reputation. After all...I ONLY CAME HERE TO KILL YOU TWO! SMOKE SHURIKEN!"
Saitama and Deep Sea Queen watched as Sonic tossed some shurikens around, the stars lodging into trees before they all started to puff out smoke, blanketing the area and obscuring their vision.
"What*cough* what is all this?!" Deep Sea Queen asked while she starting to cough on the smoke while Sonic aimed for Saitama.
'First, I'll obscure their vision! Then, I'll take Saitama's head!' he thought as drew his sword and aimed for Saitama.
"Where is anything? I can't see with this smoke." Saitama complained as he waved his arms around to try and clear the smoke, completely unaware of Sonic leaping at him-
PING!
-at least until he accidentally smashed his elbow directly into Sonic's groin, the impact blowing the smoke away while Sonic quickly rolled to a safe distance and stood up and shaky legs.
"W-Well...I'll let you off the hook this time, S-Saitama! But next time...you won't be so lucky!" Sonic grit out with a cocky smile before he disappeared.
"Whoops. I didn't mean to do that!" Saitama called out.
"Leave it be. Shall we go?" Deep Sea Queen asked after she was done coughing and pulled her hood back up.
"Sure." Saitama said. They began to walk before Saitama suddenly stopped, a thoughtful expression on his face.
"Something wrong?" the monster asked him.
"Hmm. You know...I think I get the gist of Catch and Release."
-Present-
The others in the room were howling with laughter after the Deep Sea Queen explained how Saitama ended the fight with Sonic.
"Th-That's the second time that's happened!" the Beast Queen roared as she fell over and clutched her ribs. The Subterranean Queen looked like she was trying to say something, but all that came out of the hands covering her face were incoherent giggles.
"I'm amazed that human could still be standing after being hit like that!" Deep Sea Queen commented.
"Does Saitama normally hit them there?" Eliza asked, causing the other three to renew their laughter.
"N-No! It was an accident!" Deep Sea Queen answered after she got her laughter under control.
"That guy never quits." the Subterranean Queen commented before frowning. "Still, it may be problematic for us since he knows we live out here."
"Yeah. He might try something in the future." Beast Queen agreed. "We may have to take care of him next time Saitama beats him."
"If we do, Saitama may never forgive us. He may be a criminal, but he's still a human." the Deep Sea Queen spoke up, making the other two grumble.
"Is that a problem?" Eliza asked.
"Saitama has a simple set of rules. Basically, you're not allowed to kill humans, nor attack without provocation. There are a few exceptions, like when some of our human friends want to spar, or when I go out bounty hunting for cash." Beast Queen explained.
"Indeed. Well, the hour grows late and our food is finished. I believe I'll be turning in for the night." Deep Sea Queen stated as she tried to stand, only to be held in place when the other two Queens put their hands on her shoulders.
"No no no! You're not getting away." Subterranean Queen said with a smirk.
"You still haven't told us the best part of the story~" Beast Queen stated with a grin.
"Must I?" she asked, despite her smile saying she had no problem reliving the moment. "Oh, very well. It was on our way home. We were still in the forest before I decided to take a risk."
-Flashback-
The Deep Sea Queen and Saitama were still walking through the woods before the Deep Sea Queen stopped.
"One moment, please. I need to rest." she said.
"You tired?" Saitama asked.
"No, but this dreaded outfit is getting a little too hot for me." she answered as she looked around. "I can't sense anyone nearby. Good." she said before she started to strip out of her disguise, leaving her sweaty body on display. "Ahh~ Much better." she said as she stretched while the cool breeze blew onto her scales.
Saitama just watched her with a blank look before he got a good look at her. Her scales were glistening with sweat, making her body shine under the few beams of sunlight that broke through the foliage. Her bikini bottom did nothing to hide her plump ass, nor did the pasties over her nipples hide them when the cool air made them harden.
His face remained the same, but he was now redder than her swimwear. A fact that she noticed and caused her cheeks to pinken as well. A sultry smile came to her lips as she turned to the blushing hero.
"Saitama~ You're staring~" she cooed, making him flinch before turning away.
"S-Sorry!" he apologized. 'What is wrong with me? Ever since Vaccine Woman said all that, I can't stop thinking about any of them that way! Not to mention that I can't resist them as well as I used to when they came onto me!'
"Saitama?"
Saitama stayed still and stared away from her as the Deep Sea Queen spoke.
"I...I know you rejected me before, but that was because you didn't want to be unfaithful to Vaccine Woman. Now, however, she said that she didn't mind if you saw other women, so long as you still loved her. Correct?" she asked.
"Yeah. She said that." Saitama answered, his voice even despite his inner turmoil.
"Then...if I asked...would you take me here and make me yours?"
Saitama slowly looked over his shoulder to see the Deep Sea Queen on her knees, her pasties and swimwear gone and leaving her in the buff, a nervous smile on her reddened face as she covered herself with her arms.
Saitama gave a gentle smile as he said the word that made her heart explode in joy.
"Yes."
-Present-
"After that?" Deep Sea Queen said before she just smiled, her face going red.
"Well?! Don't leave us hanging!" Beast Queen yelled.
"Indeed! Tell us! Was he as good as Vaccine Woman and Kogane described?!" the Subterranean Queen demanded.
"He was...amazing!" Deep Sea Queen answered as she fell over onto her back, her breasts jiggling from the motion. "He was soft, yet rough. And loving the whole time."
"That's it?! Come on, already! Details!" said the Beast Queen.
"Well...I can't say." Deep Sea Queen answered.
"What?! Why?!" Subterranean Queen asked.
"Because I was so lost in how amazing it felt that I...kinda don't remember? My mind was so foggy that my memory's a bit of a blur." DSQ admitted.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" the other two Queens yelled.
"So after hyping us up like that, we don't even get to hear about the good part?!" Beast Queen asked while frantically rubbing her head in aggrivation.
"Trust me. You don't want to know what happened." Eliza spoke up.
"How would you know?" Subterranean Queen asked.
"Because..." Eliza said before trailing off, a haunted look coming over her blushing face. "I saw...everything!"
-Flashback-
The Eel woman was slowly making her way through the woods in hopes of finding the Deep Sea Queen.
"I hope Lord Great White remembers the message her Majesty asked us to deliver." she said as she walked on before she noticed everything getting taller. "Huh? Oh, right. No water to keep me at my full power." she said as she examined her smaller form before making sure her top and bottom were still on. "Good thing our people have elastic clothing." she chuckled before she kept on walking. "Now, what do I say to her when I see her? That I just couldn't stand to live under her brother's rule? That he keeps trying to make me his queen since she's not there to put him in his place? That I really...That I really missed her since she left?"
She stopped walking and looked to the ground with a sigh.
"What am I going to do?" she asked herself before looking around. "And where do I even start looking? I have no idea where she could-"
She suddenly stopped when she spotted the unmistakable green and white coloring of the Deep Sea Queen in the distance, along with the immense shine from the head of the bald human she saw with her.
"There they are!" she exclaimed as she quickly walked in their direction. She opened her mouth to call out to them before she noticed that they were really close. And, for some reason, her Majesty was...stark naked?!
The Eel woman quickly hid behind a tree, which was difficult due to her overly large assets and tail sticking out, and peeked out from behind to see what was going on. Needless to say, her jaw hit the ground, literally, when she saw the Deep Sea Queen on her knees, the bald human gently cupping her face as they kissed.
'What the-?! Why the-?! How the-?!' was all Eliza could think as she watched man and monster kiss, and passionately at that. 'Is that his t-t-t-t-t-tongue?!'
Eliza could do nothing but stare as the two got more and more into it. Despite being larger than Saitama, the Deep Sea Queen was putty in his hands. The two of them separated for air before they started to kiss again, with one of Saitama's ungloved hands now gently squeezing one of her large breasts.
'What's going on here?! Why is she letting this human touch her like that?! She's never let anyone touch her like that! Anyone that tried in the past were ripped to pieces! So...WHY?!'
She shook her head and kept watching just as Saitama's eyes flew open and he pulled back, a long appendage with teeth gently nibbling on his tongue.
"Hey! Get back here!" the Deep Sea Queen yelped before the strange thing let go, grinned and licked it's teeth before shooting back into the Deep Sea Queen's mouth. "Hehehe. Sorry about that."
"What was that?" Saitama asked.
"My little Moray eel. Usually she only attacks when I command it, but sometimes she acts on her own." she answered.
"Is she a part of you?" Saitama asked.
"Yeah. It's complicated, so I'll save it for later. Right now, though?" she answered before she lunged at him, the two kissing as her body pressed down against him. She moaned as she felt his hands reach down and grab her ass, his hands sinking into her scaly flesh.
"Saitama. I...I want it." she wheezed out through her shuddering breaths.
'It?! She wants...IT?!'
He responded by turning them over and undoing his pants, letting his erect dick spring forth.
"Then you'll have it." he said, his features sharpening as he spread the Deep Sea Queen's legs. She bit her lip in anticipation as Saitama lined his dick with her pussy, the mere touch when they met making her flinch. "You okay?"
"Yes. Just...all at once." she ordered.
"Alright."
That was all he said before he plunged into her, making her bit her lip so hard to keep from screaming that she was now bleeding from two spots on her body. She let herself calm down as the spot on her lips instantly healed, her body waiting for the pain to stop.
Eliza felt her mind stop when she saw this human commoner take her Majesty, on the ground in the middle of nowhere at that.
"You ready to keep going?" Saitama asked.
"Yes." she answered with a smile.
He nodded back before he started to slowly fuck her, making her moan at the feeling. After a short time, the two of them started to realize something.
"I'm not exactly small, but your big body is...kinda making it hard to get anywhere." Saitama pointed out.
"I know. I can feel it." Deep Sea Queen answered with a downcast expression. She then winced when she felt Saitama's hands roughly grip her thighs and slowly eased out of her, making her look up at him to ask why.
SLAM!
She gasped as her eyes flew open when she felt something smash into her, hitting her core and rippling through her body. A second ripple hit her when the same force smashed into her, followed by more soon afterwards.
"Consecutive...Normal Thrusts!"
The Deep Sea Queen's mind felt like it was being smashed by the force that kept ripping through her, her eyes rolling into the back of her head as tears started to form.
"AH! AHH! AH! AAHHH!" was all she could say as Saitama fucked her with the force of a pile driver, each thrust smashing deep within her and sending waves of pleasure throughout her body.
'What...What is that?' Eliza thought as her gaze focused on the Deep Sea Queen's expression. Eyes rolled back, tongue hanging out, tears streaming down her eyes.
'WHY IS SHE MAKING A FACE LIKE THAT?!'
She snapped out of it when she saw the Deep Sea Queen clamp her hand over her mouth to muffle a scream, her back arching as her orgasm tore through her like one of Saitama's punches.
Eliza was beside herself with so many emotions and thoughts at the moment. She had just witnessed her queen, her best friend, be fucked by a human.
And, going by the expressions on the hero and monster's faces, she was about to witness it again.
-Present-
"I was so stunned that I couldn't move or anything. All I could do was watch the two of them go at it like a couple of horny dolphins! They just kept on having sex over and over in those woods, switching positions and poses each time!" Eliza explained as she rocked back and forth from where she sat in the corner, the three queens just watching her.
"Is that what happened?" Beast Queen asked DSQ.
"Now that she said it, yeah. It's all coming back to me. That's exactly what happened." the aquatic monster confessed while rubbing the back of her head and smiling.
"So that's why you two got back home so late yesterday?" the Subterranean Queen asked.
"Yeah. No matter how much we went at it, neither of us seemed to able to stop." Deep Sea Queen answered before a dreamy/lewd smile came across her face. "And with how amazing he was, I probably wouldn't have minded if he banged me until dawn of the next day."
"Okay, now you need to stop. If I hear anymore, I'm gonna bust down his door and jump him." the Beast Queen said with a blush.
"If not you, than me." the Subterranean Queen stated.
"I still can't understand how you three or anyone else finds that human attractive." Eliza commented.
"Give him a chance and you'll see why we all stay here." DSQ said before frowning and standing over Eliza. "Speaking of which, why are you here? I gave you specific orders to return to the kingdom!"
"I know, and...I'm sorry." Eliza answered before she got on all fours and bowed before her. "Have mercy, your Majesty, but I couldn't go back! Too much has changed and...and...I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!"
The three Queens jumped at her sudden outburst as Eliza continued.
"Your brother is making my life miserable! Demoting me from Captain to a mere grunt of a soldier! Putting Lord Great White in charge of the armies! And worst of all, he has me wearing so little clothing at all times! I mean, true, I like my usual bikini, but I don't want to wear it all the time! And all because he's now King and wants me to be his Queen, WHICH I WILL KEEP REFUSING NO MATTER WHAT!"
"So you're staying up here...to avoid being forced to be the new Queen?" Beast Queen asked.
"Yes! He even said that he was going to announce our engagement upon my return!" Eliza huffed before turning to Deep Sea Queen with pleading eyes. "Please, your Majesty, I beg you! Don't make me go back there!"
The Deep Sea Queen looked down at her friend and smiled before kneeling and putting her hands on her shoulders.
"Okay, Eliza. You win. I won't order you back anymore." Deep Sea Queen responded, making Eliza smile back. "However, you must understand that I'm not the one in charge here. Saitama is. If he says you can't stay here, then there's nothing I can do."
"How did you all convince him to let you stay?" Eliza asked before she started to fidget. "Did you all have to...submit to him?"
"Nah. He just gave us that whole 'Don't kill humans' stuff we explained earlier. We follow that, he has no problem with us living here." Beast Queen answered.
"So then...everyone here stays...because they trust him?" Eliza asked. The three queens stared at her before smiling at each other, then smiled back at her.
"We all stay here because, whether we all realize it or not, we love Saitama." Deep Sea Queen answered.
Eliza just blinked at their answer, her mouth hung open a little as her blush returned.
"Well, I don't know about you girls, but I'm tired. It's been a day." Deep Sea Queen stated as she walked over to Eliza and lead her towards the door.
"Same here. Good night, you two." Beast Queen said as she yawned and stretched while the three other monsters left. The Subterranean Queen headed for her room while DSQ lead Eliza to a place to sleep for the night.
"We'll talk to Saitama about it in the morning. For now, we'll just have you bunk with me for the night." Deep Sea Queen said before she and Eliza ran into the Kombu sisters. "Hello everyone. This is a friend of mine named Eliza. Eliza, meet Ki, Kogane, Nori and Midori."
"Nice to meet you." Eliza quietly said. None of the sisters responded, their eyes glued to Eliza's figure as she stood before them.
"Holy crap." Midori muttered as Eliza tilted her head, the movement all that was needed to make her breasts bounce and jiggle.
"Ki...Midori." Kogane spoke up with a frown. "Have you been feeding our hair to others without our knowledge again?!"
"Whuh-NO! This one isn't on us!" Ki denied.
"You sure?" Nori asked with a frown.
"It wasn't us." Midori huffed before the four walked off, with two of them constantly accusing and questioning the other two.
"What was that about?" Eliza asked.
"I'll explain later. But to be on the safe side? Don't accept any food from them." Deep Sea Queen warned as she brought the two of them to her room for the night.
The City-Z Branch of the Hero Association was abuzz with activity, the workers all scrambling here and there as en emergency was taking place.
"How did it get out?!"
"How many left with it?!"
"Any word on where they could've gone?!"
These and many other questions were cropping up on account of a serious situation.
A monster had broken out and is now loose in City-Z.
"Which monster was it?" asked Guiches, the director of the City-Z Branch.
"Scaledon! Threat level: Tiger! It not only broke out of containment, but a handful of the aliens we were keeping for study have escaped with it!" a worker informed him.
"Tch. That monster was making us good money. We need to get it back!" Guiches grumbled before turning to the worker. "It's late now and the area it was seen fleeing is too dark. Going now would be suicide. In the morning, I want you to call in as many Class-B heroes as we can. Their strength should be enough to recapture them all."
"But...sir! Isn't that dangerous? Why not call in a few Class-A heroes to simply destroy them all?" a worker asked.
"There's too much at stake here. I'll explain in the morning." Guiches answered before he shooed the worker out of his office and locked it, leaving him alone to ponder. "Hmph. Lousy monsters. I hope you enjoy this brief respite, you filthy creatures. Tomorrow, I'll have you all back in chains."
A/N: Behold! An OC addition to the harem!
