Jaku City

Endeavor took a deep breath as Shigaraki was still crouched onto the floor, with Eraser Head still making sure his quirk was active, keeping Shigarki's erased.

"Give up," said Endeavor, "Without convictions, your hollow attempts of destruction will never bring us down!"

At this, Shigaraki felt some of his nerves snap as he was forced to remember what his father had told him.

"Heroes…. hurt their own… family just to help strangers," coughed Shigaraki as he slowly pushed himself up, ignoring all injuries. He remembered his father's rage as he beat him for daring to look up to heroes, reciting those words.

"You heroes… all pretend to protect society.. You pretend not to see those who you couldn't protect, sweeping them under the rug to ignore them. Building up on those tainted bricks" spat Shigaraki as he remembered his childhood, right after the incident when his quirk activated, killing his family. Being alone, he went out to the streets for help, only to be ignored. Everybody who looked at him always kept saying that the police or heroes would help him out, or somebody. Just not them.

"All it's resulted is being rotten from the inside out, with maggots that keeps crawling out of it," breathed Shigaraki, "It builds and builds over time to the point where the trash are dependent on being protected, while the heroes profit from the trash they made by protecting them. Everything I've witnessed…. Everything you all built rejected me. That's why I'll reject you all, and I'll keep destroying and become stronger. Simple, right? You don't have to understand, but it is because of the lack of understanding that makes heroes and villains!"

Endeavor took the chance while Shigaraki was ranting to blast with as much fire as he had. However, due to using everything he had before, the fire barely phased Shigaraki despite having taken a direct hit, jumping into the air.

Gran Torino quickly tackled Shigaraki into the ground, hoping to subdue him, but Shigaraki's modified body gave him enough strength to completely overpower him. Especially with his age and size now, even if shrinking with age gave him a more dense body, it still didn't counteract the fact he was old that he should've retired already.

Gran Torino quickly leapt back, pushing out air from his boots to escape, only for Shigaraki to grab his foot in time and mercilessly crush it. Gran Torino barely had time to even let out a voice of pain before being hurled into the ground, squeezing all the air out of his body. By doing so, Shigaraki wasn't even letting Gran Torino use his other leg to escape, leaving him helpless as Shigaraki raised his other arm, his intent obvious.

'Shit…Guess this is it,' thought Gran Torino as everything slowed down for him, 'What a face….Shimura….this decision we made….. Guess I owe Rekai an apology,'

Endeavor was trying to rush forward, as well as Katsuki. Kaina and Beros were being harassed by Nomus sent by Shigaraki to 'weed out the dirty campers'. Mirio had to retreat to help protect them.

In short, none of the heroes could stop Shigaraki.

'I can see the blue light calling to me now,' thought Gran Torino before realizing something. The so-called blue light that would lead him to the heavens appeared to be growing from the side instead.

POW!

Completely blindsided, a blue ball of what seemed to be made of pure energy slammed into Shigaraki, sending him tumbling to the side. However, the attack barely phased Shigaraki as he was already up again, only to see a man to suddenly appear before him, his right fist glowing in the same blue energy.

"Eat this!" shouted the newcomer with a slicked back black hairstyle, slamming a punch into Shigaraki's solar plexus. The blow sent Shigaraki stumbling away, rolling only two times before getting up.

"Shit, I put everything in that attack," cursed the man before shrugging, "Oh well, I'm only for one job."

With that, he grabbed Gran Torino and immediately ran past the heroes, who were looking at the newcomer in confusion.

"Get us out of here!" shouted the newcomer as another woman flew by, riding on an oar of all things before the newcomer grabbed the edge of the oar.

"Hang on tight!" said the woman as they flew away.

"Who… are you?" coughed Gran Torino.

"The old hag would be pissed if her new squeeze died after being warned," replied the man, "She called us in to help out."

Gran Torino felt his sight starting to fade before realizing just who had sent them.

'Hehe….. Guess I owe Rekai another favor,' thought Gran Torino.

It wasn't just on the battlefield against Shigaraki.

"Getoff!" cursed Kaina as she shot an explosive bullet into a Nomu's mouth, only for it to shriek in pain before leaping forward to bite her.

Kaina responded by shoving her elbow into its mouth, her rifle extended down into its throat. Without hesitating, Kaina fired a flammable bullet down its throat, letting it burn as she managed to kick the Nomu off of her.

Kaina quickly scanned the area, noticing Beros having trouble with her own Nomu. Shigaraki apparently hated snipers and campers, and sent a substantial amount of Nomus to them. Mirio was busy with taking several of them already, able to dodge their attack but not having enough firepower to put them down permanently.

Suddenly, Beros tripped on a loose rock from all the dodging she had to do, leaving her defenseless even as she shot arrows at her attacker. The Nomu tanked the shots, even though it ripped its arm off, using the other sharp claws to shred Beros into pieces.

Kaina immediately reacted, dashing forward, using her rifle to fire a shot not at the Nomu, but behind her to boost her speed. She dove forward, quickly using her body to protect Beros. Kaina gritted her teeth, ready for any sort of pain that would come her way, only to notice as time passed that she still hadn't been hit.

"You get up now. Those brainless ones are already dead," said a voice.

Beros and Kaina looked over to see a rather short man with a rather spiky hairstyle standing on top of the Nomu, who seemed to have stopped moving.

"I cut it 16 times. It's not getting up again," continued the man with a bored tone as he began sheathing his sword that they only just noticed.

As soon as he sheathed his sword, the Nomu fell into chunks in front of their eyes.

Kaina barely flinched at the sight, having been an assassin for so long that she was rather numbed at the grisly sight. Beros did not handle it as well, but she managed to retain her sense of self still.

"Thank you, mister?" asked Kaina as she mentally reviewed the man's face in front of her. She couldn't remember ever seeing such a man in the Hero community or the Vigilante community either.

"Nothin important. Was dragged to help you heroes," sneered the man, "Now that I've done my part, I'm out."

In a blink of an eye, the man disappeared from their view, conveniently passing by a Nomu trying to bite Mirio, only to be sliced in half as he kept running. Mirio had been lucky to phase himself as it was apparent the man did not care about friendly fire as the blade passed through him.

Kaina shook her head, pushing her questions away before shooting at the Nomu targeting Mirio, giving him a shot to slam an elbow into its brain to shut it down.

The heroes that had been ready to back up Endeavor had been caught up fighting the Nomus. Though they had taken a few down, they themselves had suffered heavy casualties.

"Get out of the way!" shouted Burnin as she threw fire balls at a flying Nomu, who kept dodging it.

"Burnin, watch out behind you!" warned another hero, causing her to turn towards the direction of the warning to see a worm-like Nomu behind her, its mouth wide open to bite her in half.

Burnin began to pull fire out of hair, desperately shaping them into a sword and shield, but she knew she wouldn't have enough time to defend herself. Still, she gritted her teeth as she stared death in the face without fear.

Suddenly, a green vine wrapped itself around the Nomu's head, sharp thorns piercing through its skin and brain. But most importantly, closing the Nomu's mouth and buying Burnin enough time to hurl her sword into the Nomu's brain, impaling and burning it.

Burnin turned towards the one responsible for trapping the Nomu, wondering who it was. Her first thought was Kamui Wood, but threw that theory out. He wasn't at Jaku city, and the vine that trapped the Nomu was green, not brown like wood.

"Apologies, but I didn't want to risk the chance that you would be injured," apologized a voice.

Burnin had been ready to push it off, stating that she was fine and she had it under control, that he didn't need to intervene. The voice was lost when her eyes landed on the man who helped her.

At first, looking at the long vibrant red hair and delicate features, Burnin thought that a woman had saved her. Upon close inspection as well as the sound of his voice, she realized that not only was that person actually a man, but a rather pretty one at that, one that was totally her type.

"Umm…. Uhhh," stammered Burnin as she stared at the man.

"I should get going. After all, I'm not exactly licensed to help here," said the man before dashing away.

"Wait!" shouted Burnin, "At least let me have…. your name and number."

Burnin trailed off before slapping herself together. She had a job to do! She needed to help the others, gather them up to reinforce Endeavor and take down Shigaraki! Though afterwards…. she would hunt that man down.

Shigaraki, despite being punched down, quickly recovered before rushing towards Eraser Head, tired of being limited. He had been given god-tier weapons, but he couldn't use them due to an annoying hero stopping him from using it, like some sort of game moderator.

It was time to put a stop to that, let him use what was given to him!

Ryukyu flew forward, putting her claw in front of Shigaraki, blocking his path. Ryukyu flinched in pain when Shigaraki punched right through her scales, opening up a wound right through her claws. Still, Ryukyu tightened her grip on Shigaraki, determined to not let him escape.

"Hold him there, I'll finish him off!" shouted Endeavor as he rushed forward, putting everything into one last attack.

Katsuki was attacking from above, blasting away at Shigaraki with pinpoint accuracy while he was trapped in Ryukyu's group. Shigaraki, however, grabbed the sample he had taken from Garaki's machine, transferring it over to the hand that had brute force ripped his way through, his two fingers holding onto the special bullet that had housed another of Garaki's project.

It was the same bullet that they had stolen from the police convoy carrying Overhaul. Unfortunately, due to the small sample size, Garaki had to stretch out what he could do with it. In the end, the one his Shigarakis hand was an incomplete version of the bullet that could permanently eliminate a person's quirk. Instead, it was similar to the bullets that had been sold on the streets to criminals, except this particular one would not only temporarily stop a person's quirk, but also weaken them as a particular poison had been mixed into it.

Still, it would do what it was meant for, and that was to make sure Eraser Head stopped being annoying and limiting Shigaraki's power.

"Watch out, it's a deleter round!" roared Ryukyu as she noticed the red capsule bullet, trying to tighten her hold onto Shigaraki in hopes of making him misfire or drop it, but she was unable to summon enough strength to do so.

Shigaraki flicked the bullet towards Eraser Head, who was trying to dodge with the assistance of Rock Lock and Manuel, but with the crushed leg from the Nomu Eleph from earlier, it made it difficult.

Shigaraki had also chosen to attack from a dead angle from the snipers, meaning that there was no clear direct shot for Beros and Kaina to intervene. Not to mention they had been too busy being attacked by the Nomu to line up even a curve shot, though that didn't stop them from trying.

A bullet and an arrow flew out in an attempt to intercept, curving through the air, only for a flying Nomu to fly up and take the hit. They had tried to curve it around the Nomu, but it was apparent the Nomu had some sort of pre-cog quirk that allowed it to predict the projectile's trajectory.

Eraser Head knew he had no chance to dodge it with his dead leg, so instead, he pulled out a combat knife, and without hesitation, cut off his leg from the knee below as the bullet syringe hit his calf.

'Man, you are really cool, Eraser Head,' said Shigaraki mockingly in his head, 'But even so, just for a second, even you will be distracted and flinch.'

True to his prediction, Eraser Head had to close his eyes for a second longer than usual, due to not only the pain and sudden blood loss, but the hidden poison within the shot debilitated him further even though he cut off his leg to prevent losing his quirk.

That time lapse was enough for Shigaraki to regain control of his quirks, creating a shockwave to knock everyone away from him. With everyone stunned, Shigaraki immediately pounced towards Eraser Head, intending to kill him to prevent from ever erasing his quirks ever again.

At that moment, nobody could do anything. Rock Lock and Manuel, who were the closest to Eraser Head, couldn't react nor do anything to stop Shigaraki. Endeavor and Katsuki were blitzing their way through, but they couldn't catch up in time. Ryukyu was out of commission, having been the closest to the shockwave, having transformed back to her regular form.

Eraser Head kept his gaze at Shigaraki, erasing his quirk, but he knew he didn't have much longer. Already, he was feeling the blood loss from cutting his own leg off, and was barely hanging onto consciousness. He knew that once he was finished, then everybody else would probably follow shortly after.

'Die!' shouted Shigaraki mentally, eager to silence the only man capable of erasing his quirk.

His fingers touched Eraser Head's face, clawing into skin and bone upon touch.

Then, in true vehicular fashion, Shigaraki was hit by a flying car, sending him flying away.

'Did I just get fucking hit by car like an NPC from GTA!?' cursed Shigaraki as he ragdolled in the air, only to suddenly get punched into the ground like a cannon.

Still, he had accomplished what he wanted to, to take out Eraser Head out of the game.

Eraser Head could barely feel anything but pain. Shigaraki's last attack had accomplished what he needed. Though it was only for just a moment, Shigaraki had crippled one of his eyes and exacerbated his blood loss. He could barely even remain conscious, let alone continue erasing Shigaraki's quirk.

"I'm sorry I'm late," said a voice he recognized as the owner of the vehicle that crashed into Shigaraki got out, "Have no fear, for I am here!"

While Eraser Head could only mentally groan at that catch phrase, he couldn't help but raise his hopes up, even if the man right now was retired.

"Master! I didn't know you were such a person, to hit and run!" laughed another boisterous female voice, "Truly another side of you."

Not only had Toshinori arrived, but so did Star and Stripe, the number one hero of the USA, as she patted Toshinori's back.

Endeavor was breathing heavily, feeling the heat from all his attacks when he suddenly found himself covered in ice. Quickly looking back, he saw his son Shoto producing ice to quickly cool him down.

"Cool off with this ice. I'll go check on Ryukyu and the others first to see if they need any medical help," said Shoto bluntly before rushing towards the group.

Shigaraki pulled himself up, angry he had been treated as some sort of npc to be run over. When he looked over to the one responsible, his anger grew when he saw the one responsible.

"All Might!" roared Shigaraki in rage, looking at the number one target of all his hatred. The one he held responsible for the current society that made his life miserable.

"Someone hates you. I can feel that rage in the air," commented Cathleen, "What in the world have you done, or is this something that's been force fed into him?"

"I would prefer it would be the latter, especially since he was raised by All for One, but we'll have to find out the truth afterwards," said Toshinori, "We need to make sure he doesn't rampage anymore than he has."

Shigaraki merely huffed as he kneeled down, readying his hands to touch the floor to decay everything once more. Even if All Might had shown up, he was now powerless thanks to his master. It made no difference, except Shigaraki would relish killing the one who imprisoned All for One.

Suddenly, blood began to burst out of Shigaraki's chest as his skin was ripped apart. The unexpected injury caused him to falter.

'Ah. I must've pushed past my limits during all that time my quirks were erased. The strain must've been too much,' thought Shigaraki, 'Well Super Regeneration should be working once more…. Wait, how did I get injured? I shouldn't have any limits?'

Shigaraki blinked a few more times before realizing something was wrong.

"What day is it today?" said Shigaraki out loud, mostly to the general area.

"Looks like his body can't handle all that power," commented Cathleen.

"It doesn't matter!" shouted Shigaraki as he knelt down once more, "All I need is one touch!"

"About that….. [New Order, Tomura Shigaraki will not be able to touch the ground with his hands.]" ordered Cathleen.

Suddenly, Shigaraki felt something holding him back, unable to touch the ground. As if he was forbidden from doing so.

"What the hell is this? Another moderator!?" growled Shigaraki as he glared at Cathleen.

"Nice work, Star and Stripe," complimented Toshinori.

"Not to belittle you master, but what are you going to do?" asked Cathleen, "I mean, you are retired, and I don't think running him over every time is going to work."

"Wasn't planning on it," said Toshinori as he lifted up his arm, holding a briefcase, "Instead, I'll be fighting him myself!"

The briefcase suddenly broke apart before the parts began to cover Toshinori, mechanical joints connecting and interlocking as more and more parts from the vehicle he was driving began flying towards him until he was fully armored. The design kept his signature hair style as well as left his lower face open for his signature smile to shine through.

"Been working with my friend David once more to make this! I may be quirkless, but I'm not one to sit on the side when there's something I can still do!" declared Toshinori, wearing his new support gear, dubbed Armored All Might.

Without hesitation, Toshinori fired two cables, one wrapping around Shigaraki's wrist while the other wrapped around his torso. He then launched himself up into the air, dragging Shigaraki with him. The armor around his back shifted into a jetpack, allowing him to stay up in the air.

"I'm coming to help out!" shouted Cathleen as she released the order on Shigaraki. Quickly taking in the fact that she might hinder Toshinori in the air as well as the fact she didn't have a flying quirk, she made her decision.

"[New Order, Toshinori Yagi will be super strong!]" declared Cathleen.

Toshinori suddenly felt himself being empowered as he pulled Shigaraki high up into the air.

"Hold up, All Might, you can't stay there!" shouted Katsuki, "Out of all of us, he wants to kill you the most!"

"That may be so, but as of right now, I am the only one that can keep him up here," said Toshinori, "But don't worry, for I am here!"

"You may be here, I'll make sure you won't be soon!" threatened Shigaraki, "The same goes for those fools down there!"

Toshinori yanked Shigaraki towards him to keep him disoriented before punching him away. At the same time, the wires began to crackle with electricity, zapping Shigaraki to hinder his super regeneration. Thanks to Cathleen's boost, Toshinori found it easier to move.

'This is pathetic,' groaned Endeavor to himself as Shoto rapidly cooled him down with his ice, 'I'm the number one hero, and yet I'm the one helpless down here while All Might is forced to come out of retirement, all while being reinforced by another hero from out of this country! How can I call myself the number one hero if I'm on the sideline!?'

'This is annoying!' thought Shigaraki to himself before cycling through which quirks he could use to stop, if not kill Toshinori. Though the pain was making it difficult to think clearly.

It wasn't only Toshinori punching and shocking him as well. Drones came flying out from Toshinori's vehicle, flying up into the air, being controlled by David Shield himself.

Upon knowing what Toshinori was doing, David wasn't going to let him get sidelined once more, especially since it involved the safety of her daughter. What he was currently doing was going beyond his probation, but David didn't care. He would bare the consequences afterwards.

"Fire," said David as he pressed a button, transmitting the command. At once, four drones fired a high intensity laser beam at Shigaraki, damaging him further. However, it barely seemed to phase him.

Suddenly, a Cathleen appeared before him, grabbing the lasers before gathering them in her hands. She had applied New Order on herself to be able to hold and gather lasers in her hand before chucking them right into Shigaraki's torso. The concentrated laser beams hurt Shigaraki even further, pushing his super regeneration to its limit.

"Keep attacking," ordered Toshinori as he yanked Shigaraki away from Cathleen, who had turned and tried to grab her to decay her.

Disoriented, Shigaraki tried to blast Toshinori with his hands, only for Toshinori to kick the said limb away with a heavily armored boot, spinning in the air before smashing a front kick into his face.

While Katsuki admired Toshinori kicking ass, he knew Toshinori couldn't hold on forever. Even with his new lung and stomach, the armor only had so much energy before it became useless.

Resolving to do what was necessary, Katsuki hatched a plan.

"Todoroki, you finish with first aid? Shut up and grab a hold of me. Endeavor, don't waste any fire flying up there, I'll cover that part. Todoroki, keep Endeavor cooled down until the last possible moment!" barked Katsuki.

The two immediately understood what Katsuki was planning and quickly obliged. Rock Lock had been hesitant about letting two heroes in training to dive in, but understood that not only was there no choice, but that they were determined to do so.

"The moment the coil is stretched out to its utmost limit, I will strike. Once I catch him, move out of the way so you won't be caught in my attack. I'm counting on you to help the others," said Endeavor.

Toshinori felt his muscles straining as he threw Shigaraki up into the air, no longer under Cathleen's quirk. She had taken it off, warning him earlier for another super move she had been preparing.

In the air, several more drones as well as the main engine of his vehicle had been charging up before firing their laser beams. A giant construct of Cathleen made of air appeared, grabbing the laser beams as she focused them into a giant laser spear before thrusting it right into Shigaraki.

'Still, it's not strong enough,' thought Cathleen, 'If only I could use my bros!'

While she had used the jets to get over to Japan, she technically did so illegally. If she had her jets fire their laser beams, while it would be strong enough, it could be considered an attack against Japan, even if it was to fight a villain. There was a lot of politics that while she disliked, knew how to navigate considering her position. True she kind of blew them off to rush over to Japan, but actively attacking with weapons in Japanese airspace and land would cause all sorts of trouble. Using the Tiamat missiles was even further out of the question.

Suddenly, she saw Endeavor launching himself forward, and immediately knew what he was planning to do. Quickly shifting away, she punched Shigaraki up in the air to stall him, letting Endeavor get his chance.

"[New Order, Enji Todoroki will be fireproof!]" shouted Cathleen.

Endeavor nodded in thanks to that. With that addition, he could really go at full power longer without burning himself out.

'Just a little closer!' thought Endeavor as he reached out to grab and lock Shigaraki from behind.

Suddenly, an explosion of blue fire slammed into him, shifting him away from Shigaraki.

"Whoa there, can't let you win so easily there number one," taunted Dabi as he landed, using his flames to slow down his descent. After landing, he tossed several marbles up to reveal Mr. Compress and the rest of the original League of Villains as well as Skeptic.

"Oy, What happened to Shigaraki!? He's freaking injured beyond belief!" shouted Spinner in rage and shock at the burns that afflicted all over his body.

"Tch, more villains," scoffed Katsuki as he and Shoto landed.

"Where…. is … Gigantomachia?" asked Shigaraki.

"Last I saw, knocked out," replied Mr. Compress.

"That damn brat Midoriya Izuku that was missing all those months earlier suddenly appeared out of nowhere and took down our secret weapon!" shouted Skeptic angrily, "I knew he would've been a problem! I tried to push the others to give me more resources to find his location, only to be rejected by the others, saying he wasn't that much of a threat!"

Truthfully, Skeptic had been given resources to try to find Izuku, but despite all his attempts while bragging he was the best and smartest hacker, he kept getting the run around by La Brava. But he wasn't going to admit that, not in his life.

"I see…., that's rather disappointing," said Shigaraki, his voice suddenly changing, much to their shock.

Shigaraki suddenly lifted himself up via Rivet stab, the black tendrils stabbing into the ground.

Everyone could sense something was different now.

"You….. You bastard!" growled Toshinori, "Let him go, All for One!"

"... All Might. Still going around thinking you can make a difference despite your current status," mocked All for One, controlling Shigaraki within his original quirk, "I will take great pleasure in making sure you die. And what a treat, you brought New Order for me to take."

"You'll find it rather difficult for you to do," replied Cathleen, her eyes narrowing.

All for One merely laughed before snapping his fingers. Suddenly, a dozen of black liquid began bubbling in the air Nomus began spawning out of them.

"Impossible! I thought we got rid of most of them under the hospital!" shouted Manual in a panic.

"You didn't think I'd have other locations to hide my Nomus?" mocked All for One before sending a mental command to recall all Nomus back to him.

He would've loved to warp Gigantomachia over, as even an unconscious bodyguard would be a good distraction. Especially since he was sure that Gigantomachia would wake up and cause destruction just as soon as he got a whiff of him. However, according to Skeptic's report, Izuku's last attack had crushed Gigantomachia's spine. Even with all his quirks, healing a spine would take time, something he knew he didn't have. In fact, calling in the Nomus had been more of a desperation ploy. True, if he could take Cathleen's quirk and kill Toshinori while escaping, it would be glorious, but he had to prioritize making sure Tomura Shigaraki still lived for his plan to work. It didn't mean that he couldn't try, though.

Without warning, All for One fired off a shockwave that sent them all stumbling back. After that, he had the Nomus all attack Cathleen and All Might.

"No!" shouted Endeavor as he tried to rush forward, only for Dabi to stand in front of him.

"Why in a rush, Endeavor," mocked Dabi as he shook a canister in his hand before pouring the liquid over his jet black hair, "Don't you want to say hi to your dear old son? You even gave me a great name, Toya."

The liquid washed away the apparent hair dye to reveal snow white hair, eerily similar to not only Shoto's own white hair, but to the rest of the Todoroki family as well.

Endeavor could only stare at the now named Toya standing in front of him, his flames extinguished from the shock. At the same time, Toya had Skeptic play the video he had been recording for a long time and had it spread all over the internet. The video itself would have damning evidence of Toya committing murder, all while pinning the blame to these crimes on Endeavor.

Dabi continued to even confess to leading the villains Star Servant and Ending in hopes of harming Endeavor, not caring that he was harming his own brother that had cared for him.

What he and Skeptic didn't know was that La Brava had long hacked into Skeptic's computer, never letting go of him. For someone who bragged about being the best hacker, he had a poor detection and security system. The video had gone 'online', but La Brava had routed it all to her server.

"Still, this video is pretty damning if it got out," muttered La Brava before glancing over to Nighteye, "What's next?"

"The enemy has gathered at Jaku," said Nighteye, "Even All Might has gone in. So it's only reasonable that we send all available units towards them now that the main bulk of the PLF army has been apprehended. What is your status?"

A crackle of noise sounded from Nighteye's headset before replying, "Almost there. I won't let them get their way!"

All for One chuckled as he used the precious time to allow Shigaraki's body to recover. With the spare Nomus attacking Toshinori and Cathleen and Dabi halting the Endeavor's path, he was allowed to recover.

Neijire Flood

A giant wave of energy slammed into a Nomu that dove in front of Shigaraki to block the attack.

"Hoo, looks like some ants have arrived," commented All for One as he looked up to a huffing Neijire, looking angry when she saw Ryukyu's current state.

Neijire raised her arms once more, ready to unleash another shot when Katsuki tackled her out of the air. Neijire was confused as to why when a stream of flames passed right where she had been a second ago.

"Tch, saved," scoffed Dabi, "Just wait, you'll see another bright future be burned to ashes by your flames Endeavor! History will repeat itself!"

"What are you guys doing!?" barked Katsuki, "Half and Half, stop looking shocked and deal with him! We're heroes, aren't we? We can't stop just because of some family history shock! Go knock some sense into him!"

Shoto shook his head before his eyes sharpened. As blunt as Katsuki was, he was right. They couldn't afford to stand there and do nothing. Right now, as Katsuki said, he needed to knock some sense into his brother. "Oh, my little brother is going to fight instead? That works just as well!" laughed Dabi as fire covered his body, "I've wanted to kill you as well!"

"You really sent those villains?! You could've killed Natsu!" shouted Shoto as he flew up to fight Dabi, "Remember him and how he helped comfort you!?"

"Ah, a shame he didn't die," mocked Dabi, uncaring about his own brother's fate, "It would've hurt Endeavor's reputation."

"Are you insane!" shouted Shoto angrily.

"You're older brother sure is," grinned Dabi, "I can't feel anything much anymore, but you can blame that on Endeavor!"

Flashfire Fist: Jet Burn/Jet Kindling

Without hesitation, Dabi fired a blast of fire at Shoto as Shoto fired an explosion of fire as well. The two clashed before Dabi's fire overpowered Shotos. Shoto quickly formed a barricade of ice to protect himself, but was still blasted out of the sky.

All for One frowned as he surveyed the area. Though his Nomus had arrived, the heroes would be arriving soon as well. He knew Shigaraki's body was at its limit, and considering it was fighting him for control back, he knew he needed to leave for safety. Though he needed to make sure he wouldn't be chased, as he knew the annoying brat who had been responsible for losing a valuable quirk when he discovered Search was gone. Not only that, but he was also partially responsible for having his left arm crushed beyond repair.

As of right now, he wasn't confident that despite nurturing Shigaraki's anger and hatred, that they would be able to steal One for All from the current holder. Though once he made sure Shigaraki's body was up to full strength as well as breaking himself out of Tartarus, he was sure they could easily steal One for All. But first, they needed to weaken his will, and what better way to do so then to kill All Might. And if he could steal Cathleen's quirk, all the better.

As soon as he took a step though, he leaned back to dodge an explosion.

"What do you think you're looking at!" barked Katsuki, "Don't get distracted!"

Katsuki let out a chain of explosions, to which All for One easily blocked by sending a shockwave. Right after, he fired off several Rivet Stabs towards Katsuki, who immediately began blasting away to dodge.

Katsuki felt his anger skyrocket as All for One, controlling Shigaraki's body, looked away, not even deeming him a threat.

"Asshole!" roared Katsuki, unable to get close due to how erratic the attack was.

"Pathetic," said All for One, giving Katsuki only a side glance, "Take away your hands and feet that are your source of explosion, and you're nothing."

Katsuki gritted his teeth at that. His mobility had improved when he had implemented using his feet to help maneuver in the air, no longer needing to thrust his arm towards the opposite direction he needed to go, allowing him to react faster in the air. However, even with two extra limbs to help him maneuver, it clearly wasn't enough.

As Dabi managed to slam Shoto in the ground, the flames around his body began to glow even brighter, covering his whole body as the temperature around the area began to skyrocket. Endeavor realized just what Dabi was planning, and finally started to move as his mind finally snapped him out of his trance. However, just as he stood up, he could only stumble, having not recovered from everything yet. His attempted Prominence Burn had been botched, leaving him even more tired.

'Still, I cannot stand still and do nothing!' shouted Endeavor within his mind.

Dabi noticed the other heroes starting to flood in and grinned maliciously.

"Watch, Endeavor, as your flames burns even more heroes, including your precious sidekicks!" cackled Dabi as he began to aim his own version of Prominence Burn at them.

Suddenly, steel wires rained down from the sky, quickly wrapping up Dabi as well as several Nomus, Spinner, Toga, and Mr. Compress. A few tried to wrap Shigaraki's body, but they were quickly severed before they came close.

"Pretty brave for you to come face me once more after your near death experience," mocked All for One as to who had arrived from the air.

"A hero will never cower even in the face of fear and danger," replied the newcomer as he descended from the skies, jumping off an airplane that had been carrying all the industrial strength fiber cables for him to control, "Apologies for the delay, I, Best Jeanist, am back in action!"

"You should be dead!" shouted Dabi as flames began crackling around the wires, "I checked that corpse!"

"You got greedy, and now you'll come apart in seams, like cheap denim!" said Best Jeanist.

Dabi looked at Best Jeanist angrily before using his flames to burn the cables apart.

Best Jeanist sent even more wires towards them, though his mind was split also trying to keep the Nomus at bay. Already Toshinori had tried to sever a Nomu's head with a sword that came out of his armor, but the amount of energy used wasn't enough to keep it down. Not to mention some of them were already resisting and slowly breaking free.

It was at this moment, something changed.

Best Jeanist had sent another batch of cables at Shigaraki in another attempt, only for All for One to use Rivet Stab to slice through them all. One stray cable, frayed at the edge, slapped onto Katsuki. The cable didn't do any damage besides stunning Katsuki for a second, but it stuck on his forehead. Without wiping it off, Katsuki raised his gauntlet up, readying a huge explosion that he had been saving up.

All for One, using Shigaraki's eyes, had noticed it when he turned his head. Being able to see again was certainly a treat, but as soon as he caught sight of Katuski with the frayed cable on his forehead that ran down to his nose, he couldn't help but see a shadow of an image he long despised, perhaps on the same level as Toshinori. The man who set the whole chain of events that led to his own brother to run from him. The man who made him so angry that he killed his own little brother. The one whom he enjoyed crushing, only to find out his brother's quirk was no longer in his hands. The second predecessor of One for All.

"Kudo!" snarled All for One.

Without realizing it, he sent all his Rivet Stabs at Katsuki, showing that he had been toying with the hero earlier.

Four Rivet Stabs stabbed into Katsuki's gauntlet, instantly destroying them. Katsuki quickly thrust all his limbs forward, shooting backwards, but it was too late. Katsuki could see he was too slow to react for once, the sharp black tendrils aiming for his heart.

SHINK SHINK SHINK SHINK

Katsuki opened his eyes, realizing that the sound of someone being stabbed could be heard, but he was unharmed. He then remembered right before being stabbed, he felt something slam into his side, pushing him away.

'Did Deku make it? That shitty bastard better not have been showing off,' thought Katsuki as his eyes turned towards his previous position, a retort ready to bark out.

That retort died in his throat as he saw just who exactly saved him.

Hanging up in the air with several black tendrils stabbed into the body laid Himiko Toga, who had pushed Katsuki aside.

Few minutes prior

Himiko struggled as Best Jeanist had managed to capture her along with the others. Everyone was struggling to escape to their best abilities, but they didn't exactly have a destructive quirk like Dabi did.

Himiko managed to wriggle her hand towards her pocket with her innate flexibility, pulling out the little vial of Twice's blood as well as the remaining blood from Katsuki. She dropped them, catching it with her feet before kicking it up to her mouth. She caught the two vials with mouth, and without hesitation, broke it open to consume the blood.

Himiko quickly transformed into Katsuki, managing to position her hand correctly before firing an explosion that managed to free her somehow without mangling herself. As she did so, she looked up in time to see All for One sending his Rivet Stabs towards Katsuki, intending to kill him.

Himiko panicked, trying to figure out what to do. She had used up all of Katsuki's blood to free herself, so all she had left was Jin's blood. Himiko transformed into Twice, but had no idea how to use his quirk. Using Katsuki's quirk had been a stroke of luck she hadn't been able to replicate with others. Her mind flashed back to when Jin gave her his blood.

'However, do what you want to do, not what people expect you to do. Out of everyone, you were the sweetest to me. I certainly can't deny that I felt like I belonged somewhere with you guys, but this is love we're talking about. Do what you want to do. That's why we got together, right? To do whatever we want?'

"Whether it's just a crush or real, the decision is up to you to do what you want. I'll support you all the way. I don't want to do anything!'

Himiko remembered the trust and care that Jin had in her as he placed his blood in her hands. The emotional bond she shared with Jin let her feel something change within her, and before she knew it, she was creating copies of herself.

Logically speaking, she wanted to send a wave of copies towards Katsuki to either push him away or block the attack, but she knew that every copy that a copy made would be weaker and weaker. So instead, she used the clones to propel herself forward, creating clones beneath to launch her right into Katsuki.

Himiko didn't even think, she didn't want her…. boy toy? Crush? She wasn't sure what it was, but she didn't want Katsuki to be killed, so she pushed him away, all while trying to dodge. She succeeded with one part, but not the other.

Katsuki could only stare at Himiko's body dripping blood before the black tendrils were yanked out of Himiko's body mercilessly, dropping her from the air. Katsuki managed to catch Himiko before blasting them away from the fight.

"Why?" whispered Katsuki as he landed onto the ground.

"I don't know," coughed Himiko, "I just couldn't… let someone else stab you unless…. it was me."

While some of the League of Villains were shocked at Himiko's sudden betrayal, All for One could care less. The shock had made it easier to wrest Shigaraki's body under his own control for now.

Before he could do anything though, a flood of heroes finally arrived, with the ones who could attack from a range began firing upon him.

"That's Himiko Toga from the League of Villains!" shouted a hero who arrived to see Katsuki cradling Himiko's body, "Nice job!"

"I need a medic!" shouted Katsuki, "She's hurt badly!"

"So? Who cares," said the hero callously, "She's a villain. It's not like it would matter if she makes it or not."

Katsuki was about to shout at the hero when the said hero was pushed aside.

"Stop being an idiot here and be an idiot elsewhere," another hero with clear medical training as she was already pulling out a first aid kit, "Go fight those Nomus."

With a grumble, the hero left as Ochako and Tsuyu arrived, gasping in shock at the injuries as well as Katsuki's protectiveness over Himiko. The two girls pushed away their feelings to help the hero patching Himiko up.

With a deep breath, Shoto focused, letting both sides of his quirk activate. He had been testing this move for months, but it mostly ended with failure. However, with everything on the line now, there was no choice but to put everything on the line once more. He needed time, something Dabi hadn't let him have, but with Best Jeanist distracting him, it was his best chance.

As Dabi rushed towards Shoto, he noticed something changing. There orange flames from the left side converging to his solar plexus as well what seemed to be blue flames from the right. Still, Dabi didn't care before letting the flames flare up in his right hand.

He expected Shoto to put up a fight, blast away with fire or ice. He was confident that he could easily overpower both elements, but there had been no signs of struggle at all.

Dabi knew Shoto had been 'sandbagging' his training, so to speak, and it pissed him off. To see all that attention that should have been his, wasted on his younger brother. The 'perfect' specimen that didn't even deserve his quirk or position. It was why he had no qualms about killing any of his family members, even Fuyumi. As long as his revenge prospered, anyone in his path would burn and die.

Suddenly, just as Dabi released his flames to prevent himself from being burned too much, an unphased and untouched Shoto rushed forward, not even slightly burnt.

"What!?" shouted Dabi in surprise as he jumped back, sending out another stream of flame, only for Shoto to easily cancel it.

"It won't end the way you want, you stupid brother!" shouted Shoto, "I'm taking you down so you can apologize to Natsu-nii!"
