Chapter 8: Holli Would

Belle's P.O.V

Lulu pulled into the street across from The Devil's Den. From the sounds it didn't seem like a family friendly place. It was a simple red brick building with dark tinted glass windows, on the sign in neon lights was a feminine devil woman winking out to the crowd within red lights that seemed to look like flames, was The Devil's Den. "Okay Belle, how should we play this?" Jessica asked her face hard and voice icy. Clearly, she wasn't too thrilled to speak to Holli, most likely wanted to rip her hair out.

"Judging by this place, costumes seem to be a good idea. Less trouble we acquire, the most luck will have to getting out of this with the information we seek," I told her. Climbing out of Lulu, I opened my trunk to scan over any old clothes I had available. Sadly, all that was available were some of my old coats and hats. "Here Jessica, try wearing this coat with this hat," I told her. She glanced at the coat and wrapped it around her, covering up her body a bit as the hat resembled an old paperboy hat I used for my disguises. "Okay that should work, okay Roger you next," I said.

"Okay Belle, what disguise would help me?" he asked ears forming a question mark. I gave him an old black suit jacket I had a while back with a top hat.

"Very handsome honey bunny," Jessica cooed as Roger blushed.

"Hopefully, we don't stand out too much, okay Lulu stay here and be our look out. You see or hear anything suspicious honk your horn three times," I told her.

"You got it sugar, just be careful," Lulu told me firmly. I nodded as we headed inside The Devil's Den.

Immediately, I had to blink my eyes, as the foul stench of tobacco and booze entered my nostrils. The place was dimly lit by light bulbs as a stage with a pole in the center stood. Men from all over were sitting on wooden tables with a massive bar in the far right. As four massive gorillas stood by the stage. No penguins at this club but many women wearing sparkly red blouses all low cut, short black skirts, and high heels, with tiny devil horns on their heads.

"You guys see Holli?" I asked looking around, yet I only had a vague idea of what she looked like.

"Nothing yet," Jessica said pulling her coat closer to her. We managed to find a table in the back as Roger and Jessica were glancing to see if Holli was here or not. Suddenly, multicolored lights flew around the club as a deep booming voice called out.

"Alright you mugs, you ready for the main event, welcome Desire," called the voice. Loud upbeat music began to play as a woman took the stage.

Sweat
Dripping down your chest
Thinking 'bout your tattooed knuckles
On my thigh boy boy boy

She was insanely beautiful, with golden blonde hair, at least 5'11 with a curvy build. Her hair up in a bun as she wore a white dress. Jessica let out a hiss as she wrapped a possessive arm around Roger, as he was staring so hard at the table, I feared it would catch fire. "I'm going to take a wild guess, she's Holli," I said. A cold silence was my answer as Holli danced for the customers.

Cold
Shower... you got no
Power to control
How I make you my toy toy toy
My hips rocking
As we keep lip locking

Holli smirked as she swung her hips, waving her arms in the air.
Got the neighbors screaming

Even louder louder
Lick me down like you were
Rolling rizla
I'm smoking...
Come and put me out.

I'm your dream girl
This is real love
But you know what they say about me...
That girl is a problem
Girl is a problem
Girl is a problem problem

Grabbing thepole she swung around, arching her back exposing her breasts as guys gave her wolf whistles.
Oh Baby
You
Hanging from my chain so bad

I got your namen...
Don't you wanna claim
My body like a vandal?

She spun around lowering her straps exposing her bikini to everyone.
You got the cure
Underneath your shirt...
Don't you wanna save this
Dirty little damsel?

She slipped her dress off now wearing a sparkly white bikini as men whistled and cheered. Tossing money at her.
Got my mink coat falling on the
Motel floor... you're on the bed
Wolf whistling louder louder
Your lips smudging all my
Make up... kicking both my heels off
Come and pin me down

She swayed her hips, as her hands caressed them slowly peeling off her underwear.

I'm your dream girl
This is real love
But you know what they say about me...
That girl is a problem
Girl is a problem
Girl is a problem boy
Drive me mad boy
But you don't care when they say about me...
That girl is a problem
Girl is a problem
Girl is a problem problem problem
Oh Baby
You so bad boy
Drive me mad boy

Tossing her underwear towards the crowd as men punched and kicked trying to obtain their treasure. As Holli twirled around the pole, jumping, and swaying her hips, all eyes were on her.
But you don't care when they say about me...
That girl is a problem
Girl is a problem
Girl is a problem problem

That girl
Is a god damn problem
That girl
Is a god damn problem

me...
That girl is a problem
That girl
Is a god damn problem
We're hell raising
And we don't need saving

Twirling around the pole as she turned her back to the crowd. As her hands traveled towards her bra, every man hollered and whistled.

'Cause there's no salvation for a bad girl
We're rock bottom
But there ain't no stopping
'Cause they don't know nothing about love
We're hell raising
And we don't need saving
'Cause there's no salvation for a bad boy
We're rock bottom
But there ain't no stopping
'Cause its you and me against the world

Tossing her bra into the crowd as she was now naked for everyone to see. I felt my cheeks go red as I was unable to prepare myself for this. Holli swayed to and fro, hands on her hips sliding them up and down.

I'm your dream girl
This is real love
But you know what they say about

Girl is a problem
Girl is a problem problem
Oh Baby
You so bad boy
Drive me mad boy

But you don't care when they say about me...
That girl is a problem
Girl is a problem
Girl is a problem problem
Let me see you take your

Shirt, shoes, jeans, all off
Shirt, shoes, jeans, all off
And we ain't even at the beach
I'm a take my
Skirt, boots, rings, all off
Skirt, boots, rings, all off
And we ain't even at the beach
God damn Problem
.

Soon it was said and done she collected her tips as she walked towards the back of the stage blowing kisses at the crowd. "Well, that was unexpected," I said releasing a breath I apparently had been holding. "Come on, let's see if we can actually talk to her," I said. Jessica only gave me a cool nod, I was hoping to keep things under control yet now I wasn't so sure.

In Holli's dressing room

"Enter," Holli called.

"Remember Jessica, keep it cool," I whispered as I opened the door. Holli was now fully clothed wearing a blue blouse and black jeans. "Miss Would, my name is Isabella Brown, I wish to ask you some questions," I began.

"Yeah, yeah my boss told me, hurry up I got another show to do," Holli said as she spun around. Yet, upon seeing Jessica, sadly all hell broke loose. "YOU!" she shrieked her blue eyes glaring at Jessica.

"Hello Holli, long time no see," Jessica replied.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT YOU NO TALENT TRAMP!" Holli yelled.

"At least at my work, I can keep my clothes on," Jessica replied coolly.

"Oh, aren't we so proper, what do you want anyways Jessie, you here to take my job again?" Holli asked. Then she noticed Roger and an evil smirk graced her lips. "MMM, hello, Roger, did you bring your sweet wifey here for some tips on how to really play patty cake? Or do you want her to just watch as I show you some new things?" Holli asked winking at him.

"YOU LITTLE SLUT!" Jessica yelled her hair literally becoming fire.

"Whoa, whoa ladies let's simmer down alright," I said getting in between them as Roger held Jessica trying to calm her down. "Miss Would," I began again.

"Oh, please cutie, call me Holli," she said winking at me.

"Um right Holli, I am Detective Isabella Brown, my case involves the disappearance of Mickey, Bugs, and of course strange accidents at the Marron Studios, and threatening notes that were sent to Mr. and Mrs. Rabbit," I began.

"Whoa, copper I had nothing to do with any of that nonsense. I work Monday through Friday and weekends I stay home; I had no contact with any of these people since I quit the studio all those years ago," Holli explained as she pulled out a cigarette.

"You were fired you mean," Jessica hissed.

"At least I was in a movie unlike your stupid kiddie shorts," Holli hissed back.

"Where you played the villain and lost ending up with a man you didn't love," Jessica fired back.

"Ladies, focus," I said trying to keep everyone calm. Man, Holli, and Jessica were like matches and gasoline, once together things blow up. "So, um Holli did you have any witnesses to back up your whereabouts for the last few weeks?" I asked.

"Of course, my manager keeps track of my schedule, many of our customers, bouncers all know I am here," Holli said.

"What about the weekends?" I asked, taking notes.

"Like I said, I stay home on the weekends, why would I waste my time on losers like Mickey and Bugs, or bother Roger? Unlike some people I have better things to do," she added exhaling a puff of smoke.

"Well, it has been told you tried courting Mickey and Bugs, then tried to seduce Roger, assaulted Jessica, which led to your dismissal. You know the old saying Hell have no fury, like a woman scorned," I reminded her.

"Sorry Detective, but you are barking up the wrong tree. I admit I was a bad girl, but I turned over a new leaf, honest," Holli said trying to look as innocent as possible. Jessica snorted a bit as Roger rubbed her back. Before I could ask another question, a knock was heard on the door.

"Enter," Holli called.

"Holli we are in the middle of an interview," I reminded her.

"Look cutie, unless you have more then suspicion, you can't pin anything on me, now do you mind leaving?" she asked. The door opened revealing a very petite woman, no taller than five feet. Long, strawberry blonde hair, in a high ponytail, fair skin, rosy cheeks, and dazzling blue eyes.

"Holli honey, you ready to go home?" asked the young woman. She wore a simple blue sundress with brown sandals.

"Lina, Thumbelina?" I asked in utter shock.

"Belle, is that you?" Lina asked in surprise. Just then the lights went out as people were shouting about fires.

Smoke burned my nostrils as a hand grabbed me pulling me out towards the back, as fresh air greeted my lungs. I saw Lulu laying down badly hurt like someone took a crowbar to her. "LULU!" I shouted as I ran over to her.

"Belle," she said weakly as her eyes rolled back.

Tears stung my face as panic was everywhere. Fire roared from The Devil's Den as fire fighters arrived, yet something was seriously wrong. "Roger, Roger where are you?" Jessica called looking around.

"Lina, Lina, where are you baby girl?" Holli asked in a similar fearful tone. It hit me someone turned off the lights and started the fire. Even worse they took Lina and Roger. Things had truly escalated, I had to get into gear time was running out.

Author's Note: Sorry for not updating in so long. Decided to continue the story. Well, is Holli friend or foe? How does Belle know Lina? Who took Roger and Lina? Also, song is called Problem by Natalie Kills, figured it would fit Holli perfectly. Find out next time and please review.
