Here I bring you the new chapter of my story.

I apologize for the delay. This year I was trying to open my own business with a group of friends to see if we could start working on our own, but every time we presented the necessary documentation, they put more requirements on us and after this was repeated several more times several of the people we had gathered to start the business gave up. At the same time a co-worker resigned and that overloaded the work of those of us who remained.

In response to the comments that have reached me in the last year, I would like to make the following clarification.

What happened to Kushina was that Obito used his Sharingan to induce a very strong postpartum depression syndrome, if it hadn't been for that incident she would have stayed by Naruto's side. Now that the effect has worn off, it is causing her great pain as she does not know why she did it. So, imagine what will happen when she has her answers.

Chapter begins.

Mikoto's group was approaching the actual capital of the Fire Nation where they would meet their client.

Normally this meeting would have taken place in Konoha, but at the request of the Fire Daimyo they would meet in the capital where Sarutobi had indicated to Mikoto that she would receive additional instructions.

It made the situation extremely suspicious.

Looking at her group, she couldn't help but feel proud and worried at the same time.

This mission promised to be more complicated than it seemed and no matter how talented his students were, she could not shake that strange feeling that something bad was going to happen.

It had already been two days since they left Konoha and they were already about to reach the capital of the Fire Nation. Normally it would take three to four days to get from Konoha to the capital. But Naruto and the girls were excited to see the capital for the first time, so they increased their pace, saving a day on the trip, so they were already planning what to do on that free day they would have in the capital.

"I wonder what types of Ramen they have in the capital"

"But if you eat Ramen all the time, you wouldn't want to try something different." -Hinata.

"But Ramen is the food of the gods"

"It would still be interesting to try something new." -Ino

"What could be better than Ramen?"

"That's something you won't know until you try." -Yakumo

"Look, we're here," Hanabi said as she pointed to a point on the horizon.

In the distance you could see the capital, the number of tall buildings and people coming and going was much higher than there were in Konoha.

"It's huge, I've never seen anything like it. What about you? had you been on the capital before?" - Naruto asked the girls.

"Hanabi and I had come on a couple of occasions when we came with our father on his business trips."

"Same as me" – Ino.

"This is my first time out of Konoha due to my illness, so in this we are equal," Kurama said while smiling at Naruto.

"If we speed up the pace we can be there in a couple of hours, and we will have the rest of the day and tomorrow to explore the capital."

"GREAT" - Naruto said as he began to run in the direction of the capital, being followed by the girls.

Mikoto looked at them for a moment with a smile on his face as they walked away before following them.

Being able to see Naruto have a couple of good experiences so that he could enjoy his childhood is something that made her happy.

But not everything was happiness at this time. At least not for them.

Back in Konoha, we can see how in the tower of the Hokage there are several people making repairs. What can be assumed is the Hokage's office.

Seeing the damage someone would think that there was an attack or an attempt on the Hokage, but the truth was not like that, in fact, the old Hokage would have preferred any of those options to what really happened.

"I'm too old for this," Sarutobi said as he watched the new door fall into place.

Flash back

Sarutobi found himself facing his greatest enemy, paperwork.

"Why did I choose this job?" complained the old Hokage as he continued to review the documents when he heard a commotion outside his office.

"Please wait the Hokage is busy right now"

Sarutobi thought that perhaps it was a member of the council who wanted to see him without an appointment, as had happened in the past, so he let his secretary take charge as usual.

"Don't wait, you can't do that!"

PUNNNM!

Not only the door, but the wall that held it was destroyed with a loud bang.

When the debris dissipated, he could see the person responsible.

"Hello sensei, I think we have a lot to talk about."

"Tsunade, it's nice to see you again" – Sarutobi said with a forced smile, knowing what was coming.

"Cut the talk, you know what I've come for"

"Naruto," Sarutobi replied quietly.

"My nephew, how could you do it? how could you hide from me that I had a brother and a nephew?"

"And what choice did I have, it was the elders of your clan who decided to keep your brother's existence a secret, I was hoping that when you became the leader of your clan, I could finally reveal the truth about Minato to you, but you left without a trace, what else did I expect me to do?"

"You should have told me Naruto, in special when he loses his parents"

"You did everything you could to stay away from the village and after the Kyubi attack we were not in a position to send for you, even so for the first few years I had hoped that you would come back to help us after the attack but you never did."

Tsunade was silent for a few moments.

"Call him, I want to meet him"

"I'm afraid that's not possible."

PUNNNH

Tsunade's fist destroyed Sarutobi's desk.

"I don't have time for games, I want to see him now!"

"He went on a mission with his team this morning, right now they're heading to the capital to see the client."

"Which way did they go?" asked Tsunade, taking into account that the capital could be reached by three different roads, it was a valid question.

"I don't know, that's the decision of their Jonnin sensei."

"And who is it?"

"Mikoto Uchiha"

Hearing that name Tsunade calmed down a bit since she knew her very well, she was one of the few people she could consider as a friend.

"There's no guarantee of knowing which way they went," Tsunade said quietly

"Even so, you already know that they are going to the capital so if you want you can go and look for them, or you can wait for them here"

"About that," Tsunade said as she lowered her head.

"Is something wrong?"

"I don't think it's a good idea for him to go to the capital at this time"

Sarutobi stared at her for a few moments until he finally spoke.

"You have gambling debts in the capital that you have not yet paid" was not a question but a statement since he knew his student's bad habit.

"Where will they go after they meet with the customer?"

"What will you do with that information?"

"Of course, I'll go to see him"

"And then what will you do? He is legally an adult and he has started his ninja career, you can't take him just like that."

"This wouldn't have happened if you had contacted me sooner"

"You were the one who spent the last few years hiding from your past, also have you forgotten it? A person with debts cannot adopt a child"

That left Tsunade down, the fact that her bad decisions were paying the bill at the worst possible time was ironic. Under the current circumstances she would only have been able to be by his side but would have no legal link to him because of her gambling debts.

"To the land of waves, after picking up their client they will escort him to a small island in the country of waves and then help him build a bridge, that is their mission"

"Why are you telling me this?"

"Because both of you need a Family"

Tsunade was silent for a few moments and then turned around and left.

"Shizune"

"Yes, Tsunade-sama," said the black-haired woman.

"Let's find an inn where we can spend the night, tomorrow we will go to the land of the waves" Then looking back at Sarutobi.

"When we get back, I think you, me and Naruto need to have a very long and detailed talk"

Sarutobi understood the message hidden in that sentence, she was going to come back and this time she would stay in the village.

End of flashback.

Back to the present in a hotel in the capital of the nation of fire.

We can see how Mikoto's team was at an inn getting ready to go to sleep.

During the afternoon they had explored a little of the city before looking for their accommodation, as Mikoto had already come to the capital on several occasions they ended up staying at an inn that their sensei had recommended.

The experience had been pleasant, the inn had good food, nice rooms and beautiful bathrooms.

But it was time to sleep.

"Today was an interesting day, I hope we can repeat it in the future." -Hinata.

"I hope so." - Hanabi.

"Very well, it's time to sleep, tomorrow we have a busy day ahead of us so you will need a good rest"- Mikoto.

"Yes sensei," Naruto and the girls said at the same time.

"If you'll excuse me, I want to go to the bathroom before we go to bed," Ino said as he stood up.

At that moment Hanabi saw how her sister had not reacted to what Ino had just said, so giving Yakumo a look she said.

"I will go too" – Hanabi.

"So do I," Yakumo said, understanding the message Hanabi had given him.

That's how the three girls left the room.

After a while Mikoto was about to go look for them as they had taken longer than expected, but just as he was about to get up, they arrived.

"It's my imagination or Ino is a little blushing" Mikoto thought when she saw her, but since there didn't seem to be any problem, she didn't give it any importance.

When everyone lay down on their futons and turned off the lights, Ino stared at the ceiling thinking about what Hanabi and Yakumo had just told her, with only one thought in his mind.

"Is it possible?"

I hope you liked it, in the same way that this story has an Itachi becoming the Hokage in the future, I wanted to do something different so I gave you a Tsunade getting involved in the mission of the waves, as far as I know no one had thought of making that kind of change in the plot and I wanted to do something original.

There is also the detail of Ino's reaction to what Hanabi and Yakumo told him, which we will see in the next chapter.
