~You Think You Know Somebody~

The sting of betrayal slapped him across the face so hard he staggered, blood running cold and heart sinking as his mind raced with wild, incoherent thoughts.

The blank face of his partner, the person who was supposed to love them, stung the most. How could he have such a neutral expression when tears were running down his own face, heartwrenching sobs escaping him every second? Was this not as emotional for him? Did he not care how much pain he was putting him through?

All the times they'd said I love you, all the intimate things they'd done, all of the memories... was it all a lie? Was he only in it for one thing and once he had it he got bored? He'd tried his hardest, tried everything. Was he not good enough?

Screw this.

Screw everything.

And so he shouted, everything that he felt, things he may regret in the future. He had every right to be mad, this was someone who promised they weren't going anywhere the first time they had sex.

And still his face remained blank, emotionless.

Screw this.

Screw everything.

Screw you.
