New story!
WARNING:This one will be dark for quite a bit and have some sensitive topics mentioned such as rape, breeding, experimentation, bullying, abuse, etc. Please be aware!
I will try to put the warnings at the top of the chapters to signify what will be in it and and some basic recaps of important points from the last chapter (if there were any).

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." – United States Declaration of Independence
All people are not created equal. That's the hard truth of reality that I was forced to accept at age 4.
"W-what do you mean he doesn't have a quirk!?" Momma wailed.
"Midoriya-san, please understand that just because Izuku-kun has not presented a quirk yet does not mean that he won't. It may take time or, given the right physician, a form of therapy to bring out his quirk." The quirk doctor, Jela Legion, responded with a cough.
Legion-san is an old friend of my father's. He is a short portly man with an ash grey receding hairline. His black beady eyes are hidden behind a pair of rounded glasses, scrutinizing everything that I do.
A heavy silence hung over the room for a long moment before father asked. "Can you make him strong?"
"Hisashi!" Momma yelled.
Legion-san chuckled. "While I can do almost anything, a close colleague can do much more than me in that department. He is a certified genius and knows how to breed strength from anywhere. If you want a strong heir, he's the man to go to."
"What will it cost?"
"Hisashi!? You can't be seriously considering this!?"
"INKO! Izuku will become a strong legacy for me! He will join the family business and-"
"No Hisashi! We are not having this conversation again, especially here in front of him! Look, he is scared! OF YOU!" Momma screamed, standing up from her place in the corner chair and curling protectively around me.
Try as I might, I can't stop the sniffles and a muffled whine from escaping. Father's features soften a bit as he looks at me.
"Izuku, you know I care about you, right? I just want to help you to be strong… Like All Might, you know!" He says with exaggerated features as he mentions my favorite hero. I should be excited, I should feel happy, I should feel… anything at all. But his eyes… they don't match his words. His eyes look hungry… no starved, rabid, scary.
I don't want this. I don't want to do whatever therapy is. I want to go home with momma and watch my favorite video of All Might saving everyone! I don't want to 'breed strength'… but Father's eyes… I have to. Or else he will hurt momma again... just like last time momma and I played heroes and Father came home to a messy living room from the pillow fort I saved her from.
"O-okay." I manage to get out while staring at the floor. "I-I'll do what you say F-father." I look up with tears in my eyes and forced a big smile. "So I can save people like All Might!"
I look up to see Legion-san grinning and father looking happy with himself, despite his grimace at me saying All Might.
"Good choice Izuku. Get up and say goodbye to your parents. We'll be going to your new home for until you get your quirk."
I look back at my parents, Father looking smug and momma crying on her knees in the corner. She grabs me and holds me tight. "You can't take him!"
"Bye momma! See you soon!" I cry out with a smile. I may not feel happy, actually I am miserably sad; but I know I will see her soon! And then I will have a quirk! I will be a hero!
If only I had known… it would be 11 years before I would see her again.
