11MaouEmi week Monday future:
On a starry night, Maou and Emi were staring out the window in silence, they just put Alas Ramus to sleep, she was lying on Emi's lap.
Maou and Emi started to live together, not too long ago, in order to give a family experience to Alas Ramus.
Not awhile ago, she asked her mama and papa; Emi and Maou, to sleep with her on the bed, normally Maou and Emi sleep on the floor and give Alas the bed, but this time Alas wanted them to sleep together, however it was literally impossible as the bed wasn't going to fit in all three of them so Maou and Emi talked Alas into being with her until she falls asleep, and that's how all of three of them ended up being where they are currently.
Emi was the first to break the silence between them, "Maou, I don't want Alas to go away from us, I've grown into her, I like living with her and like the present, I am scared of the future or what it holds for us"
She was looked really sad as she strokes Alas hair lovingly.
"Emi, but why? Look we have come this far have we? We've gone through so much together, and we always come out stronger and better" Maou spoke up words of encouragement as he looked at her, he continued, "I believe whatever future holds for us, bad or good, it gives us the ways to combat it every-time and as far as Alas is concerned, why would you think she would go somewhere from us?"
Emi listened to Maou quietly, she understands but there is always going to be that lingering feeling of scared, " I don't know, she might want to go live off with her sibling?"
"Emi, shes merged with your swor- "
"I know idiot! Obviously! I wouldn't be able to tell her not to leave, I am not that cruel"
"Oh Emi, you truly think like a mother, that's really cute" to that Emi blushed, was thankful of the darkness in the room that shielded him from seeing her red face.
"Just go to sleep! I don't even know why I bother telling you whats going in my mind" Emi said facing the other way still beet red.
Maou came abit closer to her and then put his hands on either of her shoulders, which caused Emi to look at him, green emerald facing amber eyes, they were both mesmerized by each-other, staring each other intently,
Maou thought, her eyes are so pretty.. then as if realization snapped him out of itnhe slightly shook his head, and continued, "Emi, please listen to what I have to say, future is inevitable, whether you like it or not, if Alas leaves in future maybe there would be some good for her in that? Try thinking that way, of-course I don't like that thought staying away from her like that, it makes me think sometimes and I get sad too-"
"Now look whose talking like a father huh?" As Emi interrupted and smirked at him, finding his father mode to be cute but shes not gonna let him know that, nope never, she thought.
Maou just made annoyed face at her and continued, "Point is, we both love her, we should just enjoy the present, and not worry about the future, I am sure it will be good, everything will be just fine, you'd see. I like how we are, all three of us right now, trust me I wouldn't change a thing, I am just living in the moment"
Emi thought, what even, he likes this? He likes us, living together? Being like a real family? I am sure he didn't think any of that he just blurted out like a dense idiot he is, but that was really heart warming.
"Now smile, I can't have you being sad like this, you are one my demon general after all!"
Emi just rolled her eyes and smiled at him, "you're such an idiot at times"
"Wha- what did I say?" Maou made a confused face.
"Nothing, lets sleep now"
They tucked in Alas Ramus on the bed and settled on the floor themselves and said their goodnight.
Emi thought and smiled to herself as she falls into sleep, no matter what happens, future will not change anything they feel towards each-other and Alas Ramus; emotions and love even if Maou doesn't know it yet, that I've fallen for him.
