Two years later, Aerith and Aphrodite were contacted to see Captain Tanaka. They both went into his office and sat down.
"I believe it has begun," said Tanaka.
He gave them a folder that they started looking through it.
"They are using the same MO as the Dark Agency of stealing energy" said Minako.
"What do they want the energy for" asked Tanaka?
"It's to break the seal faster or revive what was sealed away faster" said Minako.
"They kept yelling both things when I attacked them" she said.
"Is there anything to look out for" asked Tanaka?
"Not really" said Minako shaking her head.
"They only show their real selves when attacked" she said.
"She really is Padme" said Rei looking at the picture of Sailor Moon.
"She is the princess then," said Tanaka.
"Yes" said Rei nodding her head.
"There wasn't a Sailor Moon before" she said.
"Do you want to approach her or meet her here" asked Tanaka?
"Probably best to meet her here," said Rei.
"Since neither of us go to her school" said Minako.
"Make sure the black cat isn't with her" she said.
"We will," said Tanaka.
Usagi Tsukino was walking home from school when a police officer stopped her.
"Excuse me, Miss Tsukino" said the police officer.
"Could you accompany me to the police station" he asked?
"Why" asked Usagi?
"I haven't done anything" she said.
"We would like to ask you some questions about the incident at the jewelry store" said the police officer.
"Shouldn't you talk to Naru about that" said Usagi.
"We already have" said police officer.
"We would like to speak to the one that resolved that incident" he said.
"I didn't do that" exclaimed Usagi.
The police officer took out his badge and showed it to Usagi. She looked at it and had a confused look on her face.
"What is an Auror" asked Usagi?
"We are the magic police" said the auror.
"You were able to see though the illusion on my badge because you are Sailor Moon" he said.
Usagi became afraid and took a few steps back.
"There is no reason to be afraid" said the auror.
"We want to help you" he said.
"Help me" said Usagi.
"Yes" said auror nodding his head.
"You did a great service for Tokyo with resolving that incident" he said.
"Our captain would like to talk to you about how we can help you in future," he said.
"Ok" said Usagi.
She was taken to the police station and guided to Captain Tanaka's office. Inside there were already two girls her age there. One had long black hair and the other long blonde hair with a red bow.
"Welcome Miss Tsukino," said Tanaka.
"Please have a seat" he said.
Usagi sat down and asked, "Magic is real?"
"Yes" said Tanaka nodding his head.
"All the major countries have magical governments and there is a magical UN as well" he explained.
"The reason you didn't know is because of the law that forbids magical people from revealing magic to non-magical people" he continued.
"Me being Sailor Moon counts as having magic" said Usagi.
"That is correct," said Tanaka.
"Any questions can be answered by Lady Hino later" he said waving at her.
"You will be working with both of them if you accept my proposal" he added.
"You're Senshi too" asked Usagi?
"Yes" said Rei and Minako.
"I am Rei Hino."
"I am Minako Aino."
"I am currently Sailor V" she said.
"Wow" exclaimed Usagi.
Before Usagi could gush over that fact, Captain Tanaka continued "But first, I would like to hear your version of the incident at the jewelry store."
Usagi calmed down before she started explaining how she found Luna, her becoming Sailor Moon and hearing that Naru was in trouble and distracting the monster before destroying it.
"Great, I need Luna to unlock my power" thought Aerith.
"Thank you for destroying that monster," said Tanaka.
"It was more of an accident" said Usagi blushing.
"But you still destroyed it," said Tanaka.
"That is why I want to help you so you will have assistance when the next monster shows up" he said.
"Ok" said Usagi smiling.
"Please fill these out" said Tanaka handing some papers to Usagi.
She took them and filled them out before handing them back.
"Thank you" said Tanaka taking them.
"Let me look at your phone" he said.
"My mom wouldn't let me get one" said Usagi embarrassed.
"Here you go" said Rei holding out a phone.
"It is already set up and has the numbers the captain would have put in it" she explained.
"You don't have to pay for anything either" she added.
Usagi's eyes widened as she shakingly took the phone.
"How did you know" asked Usagi?
"We will explain later," said Minako.
"For now, we knew you may be Sailor Moon, so we asked the police to keep an eye on you in case you needed help," said Rei.
"Oh" said Usagi.
Once she calmed down and put her new phone away, Captain Tanaka continued.
"Give this to your parents" said Tanaka handing her a letter.
Usagi took it and put it away.
"It will explain things in a non-magical way" explained Tanaka.
"The story we are using is that you joined a police apprenticeship program to help get into a good school" he explained.
Usagi gained an embarrassed flush at that.
"Take this as well" said Tanaka handing Usagi a badge.
Usagi took it and saw it was the same as the one the auror had.
"It's the same as the magic cop had" said Usagi.
"It is," said Tanaka.
"Please continue to protect Tokyo" he said.
"I will" said Usagi determined.
Once the three of them were outside the police station, Rei said "We can go to my house, where we will explain everything."
"Ok" said Usagi nodding her head.
When they arrived at Aerith's house, Usagi's eyes widened in shock.
"This is your house" exclaimed Usagi.
"I am the heir to three old and rich families," said Rei.
"So, when I moved here, I got a house big enough for all of us to live and train in" she said.
"There are more of us" exclaimed Usagi.
"Luna did a really bad job waking you up" said Minako.
"You don't have any memories at all" she said.
"I am supposed to remember something" asked Usagi?
"Yes" said Rei nodding her head.
"It will be part of the explanation" she said.
They all went inside, and Aerith called for Jinxy.
Jinxy appeared with a pop asking, "What do you need?"
"Please bring some snacks to the living room," said Rei.
"Right away" said Jinxy disappearing with a pop.
"What was that" asked Usagi?
"A house elf," said Rei.
"All the old families have them" she added.
"They have symbiotic relationship with the family they serve" she explained.
"They get the magic they need from us, and they do the chores they like doing" she continued.
"The only way to free them is to give them clothes purposely to fire them" she finished.
"They are not slaves then" asked Usagi?
"They're not" said Minako shaking her head.
"I already asked that when I first saw them" she said.
They all went into the living room and sat down.
"We will start with the easier explanation of the magical world," said Rei.
"The only exceptions to the law are when a magical person marries a non-magical person and when non magical parents give birth to a magical child, then only the immediate family knows" she explained.
"I can't tell my family" said Usagi.
"That is why he used that story" she said.
"Correct" said Rei nodding her head.
"Most mythological and fantasy animals like unicorns and dragons are real" she said.
"Really" exclaimed Usagi.
"Yep" said Minako smiling.
"She took me to see them" she said.
"I want to see them too" whined Usagi.
"I can take you later" said Rei smiling.
Usagi cheered at that.
"I am a witch and attend a magic cram school but there are magical schools as well," said Rei.
"If you had magic, you would have gotten an invitation when you were ten" she added.
Usagi pouted at that.
Rei took out her wand and changed Usagi's hair to a silverly blonde color. Usagi gasped when she saw her hair.
"You changed my hair color" exclaimed Usagi.
"It's just a simple charm," said Rei putting her wand away.
"I kind of like it" said Usagi.
"There is one more thing I need to show you," said Rei.
Rei's hair started getting shorter as she changed into a boy.
"You can change into a boy" exclaimed Usagi.
"Yes" said Harry nodding his head.
"Why did you do that" asked Usagi?
"This is how I was born," said Harry.
"WHAT" yelled Usagi!
