Bet'cha thought this was an abandonment announcement huh? Nah.

This isnt an update, this is just me trying to air my problems with this story. Looking over this story, it feels like I've written naruto as some overpowered edge lord, when I was actually trying to make him feel like the hokage naruto, strong, mature but not as serious as he is in canon. The biggest issues I have is I probably chose the worst environment possible to write about in this story as, let's face it, Gotham is bloody, nutty and gritty. It pumps out more well known psychos than most of the other cities. Not to mention sage mode alone is op af in the dc world and writing it takes me to a dark place in my mind I don't like to go. I did sit down and come up with something that resembles a plan though

Act one Gotham

Act two metropolis

Act three old endings and new beginnings

Note:I say acts cause it's easier to set up and plan in segments than trying to plan the whole damn thing. I ain't splitting the story and one this ones done, it's done. Might have a batman beyond sequel, but that's unplanned and unknown. Looking mighty interesting though, I was a big beyond fan. Maybe make Dana tan his granddaughter which could be fun.

Act one is almost completed, with maybe 1-2 more chapters remaining.

Once I wrap up the next event, I'll begin on act two which I'm not exactly looking forward to as I got something planned and kinda got invested in the character.

Now, a lot of people are dming me all over the place wanting to point out this and that, so I'm gonna come out and say this

The Kitsune's new outfit is heavily based, gadget wise, on batman beyond while aesthetically looking like a male version of Sakuyamon only with orange instead of golden yellow and with minor alterations, gauntlets instead of sleeves, smaller shoulders, sliver plates instead of the white….I wanna say fur.

Mirai will have an outfit similar to the kakurenger toad shinobi only with gauntlets and more padding in places for better protection.

I don't really know if I'll have Lucy join the fight or what her code name would be, maybe yo-yo from the flashpoint paradox? I am looking for people willing to do costume designs for the main cast, both descriptions if possible for naruto, the mute Halloween one and the new fox one.

As for which continuity I'm drawing from, I dont have a set one, but I'm trying to keep it similar to btas and JL as that bat at least smiled sometimes and is easier to write as opposed to the yj version, who is kinda an asshole.

Also, if someone could explain how the beta thing works, thatd be awesome

Said mah piece, if you have questions give me a holler. I won't bite and I try to respond to every review and dm I get. One the story is completed this message will be deleted.

To they whom shall not be named: Ok, since I can't respond to your review for some reason and it doesn't show on the list, I'll do it here. Foxes, especially Kitsune in Japanese folk lore are tricksters that if extremely pissed off, are believed to possess the offender, known as kitsunetsuki. Which can lead to the person burned badly or beaten nearly to death in an attempt to drive the fox spirit out. Look it up.

Then there is the Korean fox, the kumiho,

A kumiho is a creature that appears in the tales and legends of Korea. Deriving from ancient Chinese myths and folklores, a fox that lives a thousand years turns into a kumiho, like its Japanese and Chinese counterparts. It can freely transform, among other things, into a beautiful woman often set out to seduce boys, and eat their liver or heart (depending on the legend). There are numerous tales in which the kumiho appears, several of which can be found in the encyclopedic Compendium of Korean Oral Literature.

There is also an scp based on the kumiho, if your curious. Scp-953

This is just from folk lore, in real life, a fox can be vicious, on top intelligent enough to hunt and track as well as how to get into small areas like chicken coops. You say foxes arent scary? I've seen one kill a doberman by latching onto its throat. They're fast, cunning and have sharp teeth and claws. So do I think you're wrong in that foxes aren't scary? Yes. Yes I do. Are there scarier things out there? Oh yes. Do I care? Not really.
