So this is gonna be a lot of snapshots and POV changes, enjoy.

2 months later

Mark was walking around the hospital, a small black box in his pocket. He was early for work, but he needed to talk to someone about this, anyone.

George woke up in Alex's arms, he reached over for his phone, to look at the time, when he felt Alex shift. George smiled, he knew what to do next.

Meredith was making breakfeast, as best as she could, when her girlfriend walked into the room, pen and paper in hand. "We should talk," she said.

Christina had been throwing up all week, she knew the symptoms, she didn't know what to do. She walked fast down the hall into the supply closet where she ran into Mark Sloan.

He was playing around with a small black box when he noticed Christina.

"What has you in such a rush Yang? Knocked up?" Mark asked as a joke.

"Actually Mark, yeah, I think I am. I think I was knocked up and now my life is more complicated," Christina shot back.

"Well then," he had no response to that.

"Mark, I'm sorry for being harsh, what you got in that box."

"Just a ring."

Mark opened the box, inside was a simple golden band, the inside engraved with the words McSteamy and McDreamy.

Christina smirked," I see you have gone McSoft."

"I am not, I just love Derek so much and I can't imagine my life without him."

"Yeah," Christina says, about to tell Mark about her relationship, "I couldn't imagine my life without Owen or Teddy."

Mark's eyebrows shot up, questioning, but not pressing. He knew to not press Yang personally.

"I- I was pregnant with Burke's kid, and I was on the edge with keeping it, then I lost it. Now I'm pregnant again, and I have no idea what to do."

"Have you taken a test yet?'

"Then calm down, I'll draw your blood, take it to the lab, get the results and we can meet back here at the end of the day. Deal?"

"Good morning," George said as he woke Alex up.

"Hey," Alex smiled back.

"How did you sleep?"

"Good, how about you?"

"Good with you around."

"George-" Alex had started sweetly.

"Alex I love you and I want you to move in."

It had just tumbled out. George lived in a nice apartment, he had worked very very hard for.

And he wanted to share it. More specifically he wanted to share it with Alex Karev.

"What do you want to talk about?" Meredith asked.

"Marry me."

"Marry me, we write our vows on this paper, get rings, and go to the courthouse to make it official."

"I know you, wait yes!"

"I love you."

"I love you to." Meredith said a she and Izzie kissed and hugged.

Christina Yang floated through the work day, calmly, and collected. At the end of her shift she waited in the supply closet for Mark.

"Hey, I have your results," Mark said as he walked in, "Do I stay or?"

"You can stay," she says, she rather not be alone when she receives the news.

Christina took out the results, looking through it the results showed pregnancy. "Not again," she sighed

"Yeah, I never wanted kids, I never liked the idea of that life with someone, and now I'm in the same position again."

Mark looked at her, "Being a parent is gonna be a ride, but you have 2 amazing partners who will be there, and an entire village behind you."

Christina nodded, "I have to go."

Mark watched her leave the room, not knowing what to do.

George and Alex were walking down the hall.

"Why do you not want to move it with me?" George asked.

"Cause, I don't want to be a burden, and you live in a nice place and I-"

"Alex, I love you, that will never change. Just move in with me."

"Fine, but I pay rent."

"You always were."

One year later

Christina had kept the baby, Meredith didn't think she would, but she had. The little boy, Greyson, turned out to be a bundle of joy.

Alex and George had moved in with each other and were engaged, they were in the wedding planning process, not without the help of Izzie, and were getting married in 3 months.

Mark and Derek had moved in together and were married, it was a small wedding in LA with Addison officiating.

Meredith and Izzie had gotten married and were in the process of adopting a baby girl from Africa, Zola.

Everyone was happy, even the new residents from Mercy West, which came with a lot of gossip. Including the pair of April and Jackson, they were seen sneaking around a lot.

Walking out of the hospital Meredith could hear George asking Alex, "Tulips or roses," Christina strapping a baby into a car seat, and Mark and Derek talking about wall color for a house they were building. That all became background noise as Meredith looked at Izzie.

"Ready to go home?" Izzie asked.

"Yep, do we have any tequila?" Meredith questioned.

Izzie laughed starting the car as they drove home.
