Thank you all who have been enjoying this story with me. I'm sorry I haven't posted anything in about a week, work kept me busy and in addition I had other things that required attention. Also, I wanted to give this a good ending and I wasn't sure how to do it properly. The first section of this chapter was supposed to be the ending, but it didn't feel satisfying enough, and compared to the other chapters, it felt too short. I think I eventually came up with a decent ending.

Well, Luna kept up with her journal, trying very hard not to exaggerate on the backaches she endured during her time carrying a bundle on her stomach. She had learned how to be careful moving around and never once turning down an offer to help her up the stairs. Then came the day in health class she and a good number of her classmates had been looking forward to.

"Well, everyone, today's the day you may now remove those bumps. Please make sure you leave your journals with me before you leave. I want to thank you all for your cooperation, for being such good sports-," started Ms. Cliff but then one of the members of the class said something rather hilarious.

"Hey look Luna, it's a boy, and he looks just like you!" laughed Sam as Luna removed her pillow, Luna blushed but still smiled.

"Hey Sully, you've got a girl, and good news, she looks nothing like you!" joked Mazzy. Sully actually had a good laugh about that. It didn't take long for everyone else to be making jokes like that, and Ms. Cliff just rolled her eyes.

"And you're sense of humor," she said, but she did turn her head away in order to hide a smile.

After school, Luna and Sam were walking together.

"Well, that was definitely an unusual learning experience but honestly there's a part of me that's glad to have my flexibility back, and I'll be sleeping in my own bunk again," Luna told her girlfriend.

"I hear that, 'course there were times during the week where it made me better appreciate what my mom had to go through for me and Simon," confessed Sam.

"Talk to my mom sometime," Luna said, Sam then realized the size of Luna's family and felt a little dumbfounded.

"Oh right, I guess I forgot who I was talking to. Yeah, your mom had to go through the real thing ten times so she has better experience than anyone," said Sam, a little embarrassed. Luna patted her on the shoulder.

"Don't sweat it dude, the assignment was a great learning experience. My mom gave me some pointers because of her experience, and like you said, I have a better understanding of what she had to go through, and think about it, our mom's had to go through about nine months each for a kid, or in the case of my sisters Lola and Lana, two at one time, know what I'm saying?"

"You got it, plus we got some awesome photos to remember the assignment by," agreed Sam who then took out her phone and the two of them looked over at the two of them rocking their bumps. They both smiled, gave each other a peck on the cheek and turned to go towards their respective homes.

When Luna did get back home, she found her mother sitting on the couch with her laptop, Lana was playing with Charles. She figured everyone else must be in their rooms, she could hear distant noise from upstairs. She smiled and walked over to the couch and sat down beside her mother.

"Oh, hello Luna, home so soon? Oh, and you no longer have the bump I see," observed Rita looking up from her computer.

"Yeah well, we didn't hold music club today, and if I was honest, there was a part of me that was anxious to see you," said Luna.

"You were anxious to see me?" asked Rita.

"Yeah, if this week's assignment taught me anything, you had it really rough for, if I'm doing the arithmetic correctly, nearly 90 months, and I'll let Lisa figure out how many years that is. I only had a fake bump for a week, and it restricted a lot of walking, and I know your aches had to have been worse, and I just wanted to say, thanks again, for having the strength to put up with it," said Luna, who then hugged her mother. Rita placed her laptop on the coffee table and hugged her rock star daughter back.

"Well, I guess knowing that in the end, it was all worth it, seeing each of my children born and being able to raise all of you, it was worth it all, and I was glad to do it for all your sakes," said Rita with a smile. That's about when the door opened and Luan, along with her friends Benny, Ruby and Amy came in wearing something Luna recognized immediately!

"Well, I guess the shoe is on the other foot now, I guess now that your health class is done with these, they've been transferred to ours!" said Ruby. Luna, Rita and Lana tried very hard to cover their mouths and not burst out laughing.

"It's not so bad, check out what I can do!" said Amy, who rapidly bent her knees causing the fake bump to bounce up and down. Now everyone laughed.

"Guess something's going for a bumpy ride!" laughed Luan.
