CR: You know... I'm starting to hate my sporadic inspiration bouts.
Hatter: Okay... What happened this time?
CR: Writing the dialogues. It was a fucking pain, and it nearly gave me so many fucking headaches. Not good for my health.
Hatter: Jeez, what's with you and these issues?
CR: Honestly, not even I know. But I pray that one of these days, it'll go away and then I can keep a consistent rhythm once again.
Alex: Hey, don't worry, we're here after all.
Daphne: Yeah, we're with you.
CR: Thanks, guys. Well, time to see the reviews:
AnimeFan13579: Curses your Slimechako disappointed me. I thought you were going to mimic Monster Musume's Suu and have her go around as a giant for a bit. That woulda been hilarious especially if more classmates saw her and not realizing she could do that. On a side note that was one of the most awesome scenes in the anime. The resolution was expected though.
CR: Hmmm... Noted.
Skykitsune: DBZA season 1 finale. A classic.
And good ol' Jiggly too~
Hatter: I... Don't know what that last part was, but indeed, the DBZA reference was CR's idea.
CR: It was! By the way, I'm glad that you got the BigJigglyPanda reference there. Give our chunky/fluffy boi some lovin', would'ya?
frankiebayer2002: Plz update soon u can't just cliffhangers is at a good time
Alex: Well, four reviews that can be summed up into one is... unique. But well, here it is, pal.
TauCetiEarth: there ain't a comment button, so I'll use this.. I want more, it's been a month, thanks for uploading, I like this story, all the memes, bring us more joy ゴゴゴゴゴゴゴゴゴ
Daphne: Erm... *shivers* N-No need for v-v-violence, alright? The new ch-chapter is here, so enjoy please! *Runs away*
Dezcon: Cringy authors note at the begining, that's strike one.
The "system" has a personality, that's strike two.
Gender-bending a well-known character from canon, that's strike three.
Sorry but I'm out. I'm sure there are a lot of people who like this, but this just ain't for me, chief.
Thanks and good luck with the chapters!
CR: Normally, reviews like these aren't included, but I will make an exception due to the fact that he admitted to it not being his cup of tea, and denied reading this in a (somewhat) respectful manner. So all I'll say is, I hope you find a fic that you like, and I thank you for wishing us good luck.
uyigho98: Great chapter! My favorite part, besides the DBZ Abridged references, is definitely how you gave Izuku a way to weaponize the green lightning around him. Pure awesomeness! And pure manliness!
Kirishima: MANLY!
Dark-Dragon-King-24: loved the DBZ abridged references
Alex: Glad you did.
PasiveNox: yeah epic epic great
Hatter: Glad you think so.
CR: And that should be it for the reviews, which BTW, have reached the 150 mark! Solid number for a fic in my opinion.
Oh! Before I forget, I have an announcement to make:
Recently, Hatter and I have found a certain level of inconsistency when it comes to the [Gamer System], which is not only bad for the pacing of the fic, but it also makes things a lot more complicated than what they should be; so for that reason, and also to freshen up the experience of reading this fic, we shall be rewriting the earlier chapters of Game Time until everything is up to speed; don't worry, the fic will not be deleted, nor will it be discontinued, but if you sometimes see that this fic appears as "Updated" and you don't see a new chapter, then it's because the earlier chapters have been updated. We recommend that once they come out you check them out, because at a certain point, some things down the road won't make sense.
Once the rewrites reach this chapter, this message will be deleted. Now, time to get into the fic. For those that want to join, here are our Discord Links.

That is all.
On With The Show
Darkness.
That was all Izuku could currently see, and then he realized where he was.
Once again… Izuku was floating in the darkness that formed the [Backstage], however, something was different about it. Namely, the absence of the One For All Corps (OFAC) that usually spent their time here. Not even their room was in sight, instead, it was pure darkness.
In fact, if Izuku had to say anything, is that this reminded him of when he first discovered the existence of the vestiges of One For All; you know, just standing within a void, not knowing where he was supposed to go, or what he was supposed to do, so he theorized that he should just walk.
So the USJ was invaded, Aizawa's dead friend is some sort of zombie that can still think clearly, female Minetas are a thing- wait, what's a Mineta?- He somehow managed to use that Soul Summon thing to bring the Vestige Might into reality, found a new way to use One For All and he beat the Nomu with a new move. All that's left is to wake up and hope that it did end. However, that left one thing to ponder on.
His father being the true leader of the League of Villains.
At this point, all the evidence leads to his father being the very same man that All Might and all of One For All hate with a passion. Dad's timing of departure overseas, the strange aura that he emits when angry; Ochako's testimony and her confirmation of his dad sounding like the man that gave her her new Quirk, Yagami's comment about his appearance, and then, the Nomus.
On one hand, Izuku wants to confront his dad, make him come clean and admit to him everything; but on the other hand, he's scared, because, what if the Hisashi that he knows was a ruse? A lie, an instrument for the villain to lay low? What if the OFAC were right after all? Did his dad even love him or mom?
Before he fell into further turmoil, a light illuminated the darkness, and he was forced to close his eyes so as to not get blinded by it; when the light dimmed, he opened his eyes to a white ceiling, and he heard the beeping of a machine beside him.
Curiously, he turned his head to the side to see what was beeping, and saw that it was a heart monitor, which beeped at a soft, rhythmic pace; slowly, the feeling returned to his body, which felt extremely sore, and he looked down to see that he was wearing a hospital gown. Once all of this registered in his mind, he finally noticed something… or rather, the lack of something.
"Gami-chan? Are you there?" He asked softly, his voice sounding raspy as his eyes looked around for any sign of his User Interface. When he didn't see her, his breath seemed to come to him as slow as a turtle; he started to heave in an effort to gain sufficient air, but it only seemed to worsen, and his heart rate sped up, evidently by the monitor starting to beep faster.
Worry started to fill his being at the lack of response from the girl, and his worst fears once more assaulted his mind. Was Gami-chan a dream? Was it all just a product of his imagination as a response to all of the bullying and insults? What was real? What wasn't? Unknowingly, tears started to pool in his eyes as one last question plagued him.
'Will I ever be loved?'
However, a glow illuminated the room, and Gami-chan appeared in her physical form, her eyes landing immediately on him; he could barely brace himself in time before she tackled him back into the bed, taking the air out of him as her arms wrapped around him tightly at first, but then her grip softened as her left hand started caressing his head. "Shh… Izuku… It's alright; I'm here, I'm real..." She whispered in his ear, not sultrily like the other times that she did it, no. Izuku could tell that she wanted to comfort him, and then, she said something that baffled him. "... I love you." She confessed, laying her head on his shoulder.
At that point, Izuku didn't care if it hurt him, he immediately wrapped his arms around her tightly, clutching her body with all of his might as the tears fell, this time, not out of pain, but out of relief, and from the happiness that someone, other than his mother and father, loved him.
Meanwhile, outside the room, Overhaul had his arms crossed as he stared impassively at the two police officers that were glaring down at him.
"Excuse us sir, but I'm afraid that this matter is of great priority, so if you would let us, we need to talk to Midoriya-san here." One of them told the school doctor, and the plague masked man just sighed as he shook his head.
"Were it in any other circumstance, I would've let you in immediately, but in case you didn't notice, my patient- who's a 15 year old by the way- just woke up from an emergency surgery I was forced to make in order for him to still be active in the Hero Course after he charred himself to save his entire classroom, and nearly had a panic attack, to boot. So, I request of you that you give him some time to calm down, and only then, will you be able to interrogate him. Would you kindly?" Informed Overhaul with a dry tone, which made the officers flinch, but they stood tall.
"I'm sorry, sir, but orders are orders, so, unless you let us pa-" Started the other officer, but he was cut off by another voice.
"Stand down, Sakata, Benkei; while I understand that you two want to do your jobs perfectly, Pro Heroes outrank you severely, and Overhaul is not to be disrespected. Besides, the Infirmary is his kingdom, so his word is law; now, do as he says and wait… Or rather, I'll take care of Midoriya-san's interrogation, you're dismissed." Said the voice with a masculine tone of voice, and the two officers turned around to see a male with short black hair, which was mostly covered by a beige fedora that casted a faint shadow over his eyes.
This male was also wearing a beige trench coat, and white gloves that made him look like a stereotypical detective that you would usually see in cartoons from centuries ago. The officers gulped from nervousness as they looked at the most recent arrival.
""D-Det-t-t-tective Tsukauchi... understood sir!"" They greeted the man, and nodded as they immediately left; as soon as they were out of sight, Overhaul let out an exhausted sigh as the other man shook his head.
"Sometimes I am ashamed by how 'by-the-book' some of the newest recruits are, well, at least they won't bother you anymore, right, Kai?" Tsukauchi said, and the auburn haired male nodded.
"Yeah, thank you, Naomasa; I didn't want any trouble, and with Midoriya's current mental state, the interrogation would've only made him feel worse." Responded the Pro Hero and the detective agreed.
Back within the room, things had calmed down between the greenette and his Quirk, as Izuku then softened his grip, allowing Gami to lift her body a little bit so that they could look at each other, and he then pulled her softly, allowing their foreheads to touch each other, basking in the other's warmth.
"... Thank you, Gami-chan; I needed that." He told her, and she surprised him by giving him a small peck on the lips in response, which made his eyes widen as she looked at him with concern.
"...I Felt your despair during those moments, Izuku; it hurt me to see you feeling so betrayed, afraid, abandoned, and I just couldn't stand it. I couldn't appear because your soul was exhausted after the Soul Summon, and your new Skill had a detrimental effect that required Overhaul to fix you; any further strain in your body would've killed you, and I didn't want that." She told him, and he realized just how precarious his situation was.
She continued. "However, I'm here, Izuku; I will always be, never forget that." She said, and he smiled.
"I won't, Gami-chan… again, thank you." Izuku replied, and then he stopped, a blush slowly appearing on his face as he mustered the courage to ask his next question. "... Now, about what you said…" He trailed off, his blush intensifying by the second.
She hummed in curiosity. "Which part?" Gami-chan asked, staring directly into his eyes, which made his blush reach a level where his head was steaming from the heat.
"... Ab-b-b-bout you l-l-l-l-l-loving m-me…" He didn't mean to, but his embarrassment caused his stutter (which he believed he had finally gotten rid of) to come back, and she giggled in response, then she gave him another chaste kiss on the lips.
"Izuku, did you really think that all of those times I've spent alongside you, cuddling you, and overall… what was the word… oh! Simping for you were just for show?" She rhetorically asked him with a smile.
However… he didn't get the memo. "Yes. Yes I did." The greenette riposted, face perfectly set on a deadpan, which made her pout.
"Meany." She whined lowly, but she got serious quickly. "Now seriously, those things weren't just me teasing you; Izuku, out of everyone else, I am the only one that knows you the best, I know of all of your gleeful moments, your sad moments, your angry moments, I know everything that you've felt in every situation. The truth is, Izuku, that the reason I'm this way, is because, due to your method of self-control, some of your negative aspects were passed on to me. Your anger, your pride, your perverseness, I embody these aspects." She confessed, and it made him pale from the revelation.
Before he could say anything, she shook her head. "No need to apologize, for I, even in my incomplete state, chose to bear those aspects, for you. So, is it really weird for me to be enamored with your kind, brave, cute self, Izuku?" She continued, and it seemed to give him pause.
Izuku immediately became a blushing mess again, as he couldn't quite stop himself from speaking his next words. "Y-y-you're cute, t-too, Gami-chan." He replied, looking to the side bashfully.
His response made Gami pause, and a little bit of pink dusted her cheeks, but she smiled. "Thank you, Izu-kun." She said as she then laid her head on his chest, sighing at the calm sound of his heart beat. "... So… does this mean that you will return my feelings?" She asked him after a few moments of silence, and her question froze him.
After all, it reminded him of another thing that made things complicated: Ochako. The brunette's relationship got a bit confusing after the incident in her shower, and he had to admit, he didn't exactly mind her being like that with him, but, at the same time, his Quirk, as odd as it was, just confessed to him, and that put him in a precarious position.
Because on one hand, there was Ochako, who not only saved his life over a year ago, but was also his first friend in years, and as time passed, he admitted that he grew to have a tiny crush on her; now, on the other hand, there was Gami-chan, his Quirk's UI, which knew him better than anyone else, and also just revealed to him her own feelings.
He was torn. He was absolutely torn on what to do, and the reason for that was very simple: He didn't want to hurt any of them. This wasn't something he had experience with, let alone having any social experience due to his upbringing.
Gami-chan easily noticed his turmoil, and just hugged him again, snapping him out of his trance. "You're worried about Ochako-chan, am I right?" Her question baffled him, but then he remembered what she said about her knowing him the best, and immediately wanted to bang his head against the wall for forgetting something so obvious.
The UI giggled at his reaction. "Well, you know how she can turn herself into this insanely durable slime?" She questioned him, and he nodded a bit dubiously.
"Yeah?"
"She did that, then she kind of… drank (?) The Flood Zone while knocking out the villains, she's fine..." Gami-chan trailed off, her face turning somber. "... But that's not what you're worried about, right?" She asked, and this time Izuku looked to the side, shame evident in his face.
She looked at him for a few seconds, and promptly sighed. "Izuku, look at me." She said, and he flinched, but did comply. He timidly looked back, half expecting her to be mad at him, but as his eyes landed on her face, he noticed that she held a look of understanding. "I understand that you two have formed a bond, perhaps even harbored feelings for each other, especially with all of the things that happened between you two recently." At that part, Izuku blushed, remembering how the brunette gave him his first kiss, as well as… the events in her shower.
The UI continued, seemingly unaware of Izuku's embarrassment. "And I guess that now you don't know which one of us you have to choose, am I right?" She finished, snapping him out of his daze as her statement made him look down, feeling even more guilty. When Gami-chan saw this, she sighed again and just laid her hands on his cheeks tenderly, which made him look at her. "If that's the case, then… I don't mind sharing you with her." She admitted, which froze him.
"H-Huh?" Izuku vocalizes as his confusion becomes evident.
She giggled at his cute reaction, and then spoke. "Izuku, your happiness, your life, it's the most important thing to me. I literally could not be here unless it was there." The Quirk speaks up, and her tone turns a little somber afterwards.
"I am never gonna be a mother, I am like a hand or a leg, or a tail, or a shell; I am a part of you, but not one that can create anything, I will never be a mother, not biologically. But you deserve to be happy, to be a father as much as you are a Hero, and if that means that you will have to hook up with someone else to do it? Then so be it, but at the least, I could get you for myself in some moments." She continued, her tone turning sultry at the end, which made him blush.
"I could be the aunt that your kids could love and I can raise them whenever you're busy, not to mention, I get to feel your Dicku splitting my insides wide open and perhaps even help you do that to your other wife; so long as I get to be with you, that's all that matters, even if I'm not as complete as the other girls." Gami finished, her mouth set into a seductive smile.
Izuku's blush had reached up to his ears from how embarrassed he felt by that statement, but at the same time, he frowned at how she spoke of herself. "Don't just say stuff like that Gami-chan. You're perfect the way you are, and I wouldn't want to change that for anything in the world." He told her, which made her smile dim into a loving one as she hugged him, her head resting over his own.
Gami sighed wistfully as she breathed in the scent of his hair, which reminded her of the humid air of the forest hills, which was a bit ironic. "No need to try to comfort me about this matter, Izuku; I have long since accepted that this is my reality, so the best thing that I can do is to try to hook you up with another girl, maybe even more than one girl. I have your perverted nature, after all, so I wouldn't mind engaging in some Harem and Yuri plays; besides, you're off to a great start with Ochako-chan, no normal girl would just suck off a friend's dick without much incentive." She commented, which now made his blush go down his entire body, which became more prominent as the greenette finally became aware of how her voluptuous body was straddling his own.
Gami-chan giggled sultrily again, however, this time she brought her hand to her mouth as she lightly licked her middle finger. "Ara-ara, Izu-kun~" She whispered to him, her eyes gleaming with sinful intent, which sent shivers down his spine as he laughed awkwardly.
'Never thought I'd fear losing my virginity and look up to losing it at the same time, but here I am' He thought, nearly wishing for something to interrupt this moment, and just at that moment, a knock was heard.
Meanwhile, on the outside, Overhaul was keenly listening in on their conversation by placing his bare hand on the wall and activated his Quirk so that he could feel the vibrations (a very nifty and useful skill that not even he himself considered until he met the greenette once he rambled about it), waiting for the perfect moment to allow the detective to enter and do his job, but he did not dare to interrupt their moment, even if it got a little bit… risqué over time.
When he felt Izuku's bashfulness and nervousness at his Quirk's new attitude, he finally saw the opportunity and knocked on the door. "Hello there, Midoriya-kun? It's me, Overhaul; there's someone who wants to talk to you." He spoke, and with hand still on the wall, he could feel them freezing, and then he heard the greenette speak.
"U-Um, y-yes! Erm, can you give me a minute please, I'll tell you when you can come in soon!" Izuku shouted, and the auburn haired man hummed in agreement.
"Alright, tell me when you're ready." He replied, and then leaned on the wall, chuckling silently, much to Tsukauchi's confusion.
"What's so funny, Overhaul?" Asked the detective.
Overhaul looked at him with mirth in his eyes as he responded. "Oh, it's just that I never thought that I would ever be a hero to someone via cockblocking." This statement confused Naomasa even more, especially when his Quirk, [Lie Detector], indicated to him that this was 'Truth'.
Eventually, Izuku spoke. "You can come in now, Overhaul-sensei!" Said the greenette, and Overhaul once again nodded.
"Alright!" Shouted the school nurse, and then he turned towards the detective. "Go ahead Naomasa, but… try to keep the conversation light, okay?" Kai requested, and Tsukauchi smiled good naturedly.
"Don't worry, I'll try to not ask overly sensitive things." He affirmed, and the Pro Hero smiled underneath his mask as he opened the door to see the greenette, as well as the UI, sitting side by side on the bed and facing them.
When Izuku turned to look at the new entry, his eyes landed first on the detective, as two separate screens floated above him.
[Naomasa Tsukauchi: Level 47
The Inspector of Truth]
[58:11:24:4:19:37]
"Interesting…" Hummed the bean, looking mainly at the man's "Life Clock" (patent pending), which piqued the curiosity of the man in question.
"What's interesting?"
Izuku jumped slightly at the man's question, but he just laughed it off. "Oh nothing, it's just that I have the feeling that will outlast any perils in your life, mister…" He trailed off, prompting the detective to speak up.
"Oh, I'm Naomasa Tsukauchi, Head Detective of Musutafu's Police Department, as well as an old friend of All Might's." Replied the older man, smiling at the end while extending his hand for a handshake.
Izuku gracefully took it, reciprocating the smile. "I'm Izuku Midoriya, the girl beside me is Gami-chan, my Quirk." He stated, and the two looked at her, waiting for her greeting, but she just kept looking at the man with an inquisitive expression.
Her eyes remained on him, staring at him with the intensity of a hawk, until… she started humming. The tune that she was humming was very familiar to the two of them, after all, both of them had watched "Inspector Gadget", although their reactions differed from the other.
Whereas Izuku tried to hold back his giggles, Naomasa actually paled, then he seemingly deflated as he walked to a corner and started sulking, much to their amusement as he drew circles with his finger on the floor.
"Not you too… Here I was hoping that Toshinori didn't corrupt anyone else with that reference…" His gloomy words were the final straw, as the two of them immediately exploded into laughter as they saw the detective's reaction to her little joke.
Gami-chan was the one to compose herself first, but she did let out an occasional giggle there and there.
"While funny, All Might wasn't the one to show Izuku 'Inspector Gadget', it was his dad, who loves retro shows." Gami explained, which made the detective turn to look at her with a deadpan.
"I don't know whether I should be relieved or afraid." He rebutted, prompting another giggle out of her as she extended her hand.
"I'm Gami-chan, the 'User Interface' of Izuku's Quirk, and the main operator of its systems; a pleasure to meet you, Inspector Tsukauchi." She properly greeted him, and he did stand up to shake her hand, although he kept the deadpan expression.
"You're not going to stop calling me that, are you?" He questioned, and still with a cheerful smile, she shook her head.
"Nope!" She answered chipperly, and it aggravated the man even further that his Quirk recognized that as 'Truth'.
He shook his head with a sigh and he turned to look at the boy with a serious expression. "Jokes aside, the reason I'm here is so that I can ask you some questions, is that alright with you two?" Tsukauchi asked, and the two of them nodded affirmatively. "Good. Oh, by the way, this is just so that you don't have to try and hide it, but I'm well aware of All Might's Quirk and his limited time, so you can be at ease about it." He continued, and Izuku stiffened a bit, but soon calmed down as the detective finished, and then the interrogation began.
[Location: Bar - Target: Tomura Shigaraki - 18 Hours Ago…]
Shigaraki was currently sitting in one of the bar stools, a drink in his hand (something to note was that he was holding it with his pinkie finger lifted up) as he mulled over the events of his failed assault at the USJ.
The plan was foolproof; he managed to sneak in UA amidst the riot that the press was causing once he helped them break in, found the schedules and copied them accordingly with a USB that his Sensei gave him and immediately skedaddled out of there (He would've liked to take a picture of himself T-posing over Eraserhead's sleepy form while standing on his desk as well, but they were very short of time and the hobo hero wasn't in the classroom).
The next thing was to amass lots of NPC Support Characters that could easily be disposed of if necessary but at the same time powerful enough to deal with some kids while his secret Boss, Nomu, would wreck their party carrier All Might. As previously mentioned, foolproof.
However…
However…
There was a cheater amidst that mob, a hacker that literally broke the level by summoning a loading screen version of All Might and beat the rest of the NPCs! That was not fair! It got worse as that hacking bastard did an asspull again and defeated Nomu by himself! NOMU! THE ONE WHO SENSEI SAID THAT COULD GO TOE TO TOE WITH ALL MIGHT IN HIS FUCKING PRIME!
From the anger, the pale blue haired man subconsciously brought down his pinkie finger on his glass, causing the cup to disintegrate instantaneously as the beverage spilled all across the stall, much to Kurogiri's chagrin.
"That's the sixth mug that you disintegrated, Tomura; if you don't stop breaking them, I will be taking your game money for compensation." Stated the mist man, and Shigaraki's furious red eyes landed on the other villain.
"Don't be a smartass with me right now, Kurogiri. Besides, can't you just steal those mugs from some shmuck and call it a fucking day?" He snapped, but his fellow villain shook his head morosely.
"Not after the attack, since the Pro Heroes will have most likely have reported what my Quirk can do, so they'll be more attentive to any sightings of it." Kurogiri lamented, much to Shigaraki's annoyance.
"Fucking DAMMIT!" He yelled, and just in time, a television screen lit up, but the only thing that could be seen was static, as well as the words "Audio Only"; as soon as the screen showed up, a deep male voice sounded from the speakers.
"Welcome back, Tomura… How was the raid at the USJ? I hope that it was successful." Questioned the male behind the screen, and Shigaraki huffed in anger.
"On the contrary, Sensei… the raid failed. Turns out that All Might wasn't there when we got there, so we spread those little lambs all around the USJ to kill them; however, one of the students was a cheater that hacked and brought up some bootleg All Might Stand and beat all the NPCs that we got! Even worse, that bastard managed to beat Nomu by himself! Nomu! By the time All Might showed up, all the NPCs were defeated and Nomu was killed! But if that fucker doesn't die from frying himself with his Quirk, I swear to God, when I see that green bushy haired little shit again I will-" Tomura ranted, and when he got to the final part, his Sensei's voice cut him off abruptly.
"Tomura… Did you just say "Green Bushy Haired"?" Questioned the man, and the hand covered villain cocked his head to the side in confusion.
"Errr, yeah? What about it?" He asked, curiosity etched on his features.
"... Can you describe this student to me?" Sensei requested, and while having doubts about it, Shigaraki relented.
"Alright… That brat seemed to be about 5'9", his hair looked like it was dark green, he had four freckles on each cheek, green eyes, kinda had like this "All Might Fanboy" vibe, and his Quirk looked like he could shroud himself in green lightning." Supplied the pale blue haired male, and the only response that he got was silence.
"..."
"... Sensei, is something wrong?" Tomura asked, and only then, did said man respond.
"... Tomura, I want you to tell me, down to the smallest detail, what exactly happened at the USJ, or else…" Sensei spoke, and the villain could feel the killing intent leaking from the screen, which scared and confused the two of them, but nevertheless, Tomura obliged.
He told Sensei everything that he saw, did and happened at the USJ, down to the smallest detail as requested. By the end of it, Tomura was trembling due to the fact that his Sensei's Killing Intent intensified to the point that a black miasma seemed to surround the screen.
Eventually, Sensei finally spoke. "... Consider yourself fortunate by the fact that this student's wounds were self-inflicted, because otherwise, you would have regretted ever laying a hand on him." Stated the man, and the pale blue haired male, as well as Kurogiri, shivered in fright.
Then, the screen echoed. "... I will not be available for the next two days, Tomura Shigaraki; while I'm gone, Kurogiri will be in charge." Sensei continued, and the screen shut down, indicating that the call was over, which leaves Tomura and Kurogiri to ponder: 'Why exactly was Sensei so preoccupied by this particular student?'
[Location: UA Infirmary - Target: Izuku Midoriya - Present…]
"... And that's what happened." Izuku told as he finished his testimony, with Naomasa nodding with a hum while Gami was busy meddling with some screens.
Eventually, the detective spoke. "Well, thank you for your time and for giving me your testimony, Midoriya-san, this should help me with my report and with our investigation in regards to this new threat that arose." He said, and just in time, Gami perked up from her screens and smirked.
"Oh, Inspector Tsukauchi, in case we see something worth noting, we'll call you, is that alright?" She asked him, but Izuku noticed that there was a devious glint in her eyes, as if she just sprung a trap.
(Un)Fortunately (for Tsukauchi, that is), the man was not aware of this, and fell right into it. "Excellent, Capman! That's what I call a strike!" He voiced, and only then, did he realize what he just said, and paled in mortification as the Quirk then exploded in laughter while pointing at him mockingly.
"C-Capman, really Tsukauchi-san?" Izuku asked the detective, himself trying to contain his giggles as he recognized the quote.
"... This is not my day." Grumbled the man, sending the two teens into another fit of laughter as he walked away with a visible slouch.
Eventually, the two calmed down, while Gami-chan was still gasping for air "Ah, oof, that was a good one; man I needed a laugh." She admitted, and Izuku nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, still, never expected to learn that All Might watched Inspector Gadget and other old American cartoons." Commented the greenette, already planning to talk to the Symbol of Peace about that.
At his remark, Gami-chan froze and her eyes widened, as if she just had an epiphany. This piqued his curiosity and he turned to look at her. "Gami-chan? Is something wrong?" He asked her, and she turned to look at him with her wide eyes.
"...I just realized that that's another thing that both All Might and your dad have in common; and with some of the coincidences that are going on, wouldn't this work as another clue?" She asked in return, and the greenette pondered on that question, but he shook his head.
"Nah, I doubt that; that kind of thing is too common for it to be relevant in this situation, it's like saying that their relative height means that my dad is just All Might with a slight voice change. Funny and interesting, but not worth noting unless you are a conspiracy theorist." Izuku explained, and Gami-chan nodded in understanding.
Across the city, a white and red haired teen sneezed while staring at a chalkboard filled with pictures and red threads that pointed at certain pictures.
It was then that the pink haired girl spoke. "Well, I guess it makes sense. Now, before I forget, it's time for you to receive your rewards." She said, and it was then that Izuku remembered the quest that appeared when the USJ happened.
Just in time, too, for a screen showed up in front of him.

Izuku sighed in relief as he basked in the glow of the level ups and his wounds healed immediately, which left him good as new; once the light faded, he looked at the quest log and looked at his UI with a confused expression.
She lifted her hands up in a 'I'm innocent' gesture. "Don't look at me, I was just analyzing the data from that quest. You would have gotten a 21 out of 21 for the Protection Quest, but Aizawa and 13 got injured, and apparently one of the villains escaped. We should really work on your combat skills so that something like this doesn't happen again." She explained, and Izuku relented.
However, he also wondered about one of the rewards that he got; he did remember the sword, Gram, and he was wondering how it looked like. So, he turned to look at Gami-chan and voiced his thoughts. "Say, Gami-chan, can you give me the sword Gram, please? I wanted to take a look at it." He said, and she nodded.
"Sure, here it is." She replied, and with a bright light, the sword showed up in her hand and she passed it to him, and he had to marvel at the blade. It was about 6 feet long, taller than he himself was by a respectable 3 inches, and its blade was double edged; at the pommel, there was another blade, this one smaller, but no less dangerous; the entirety of the sword glowed red and it had a crystalline appearance.
When Izuku used [Observe] on it, his eyes nearly popped out of his sockets as he saw its true power.
[Gram {A+} (The Blade of Dawn and Ruin) - Rarity: Legendary - Class: Anti-Unit.
Status: Sealed.
Description: One of the main weapons of the great Hero of the Völsunga Saga, Sigurd; this sword was once wielded by King Sigmund, who had pulled the sword from the trunk of a magical tree, but was shattered when it clashed against the Divine Spear of Odin the Allfather: Gungnir. Years later, the sword was reformed by Sigmund's son, Sigurd, and the power it amassed was so much that it became known as the most powerful demonic sword in existence, which was capable of even killing Dragons, such as the Evil Dragon Fafnir in the legends of Sigurd, and his Alter Persona, Siegfried.
The Demonic Blade of the Sun; that's how it is known, and only the holiest of swords, like Caliburn (Otherwise known as "The Sword In The Stone), its twin, Excalibur Galatine or its counterpart, The Coward's Blade: Clarent, can ever rival this blade.
This blade thrums with an innate desire for destruction and ruin, which is why one should be wary of this sword's temptations; if one were to wield it, anything short of a Divine Construct would be within the capabilities of being destroyed. However, do note that this blade's full power is sealed, and only someone worthy of Gram can fully release it.
Deals:
- +100% Strength Damage when wielding it.
- +100% Fire Damage (Can inflict {Burning} Status)
- +50% Shock Damage (Can inflict {Stunned} Status)

"..." No words could describe what Izuku was currently feeling as he beheld the sword that belonged to a Goddamn Historical Hero prior to the emergence of Quirks. He literally had a piece of history in his hands, and damn if it wasn't powerful.
"... Gami-chan, can I ask you something?" He eventually spoke, and she looked at him with her head tilted to the side.
"Yeah?" She replied.
"I appreciate the sword and all, but why exactly is it considered to be a demonic sword? Why is it that my [Observe] keeps mentioning that mystical stuff? And lastly, why does it say that it's sealed?" He asked, with an emphasis at the last part.
When Gami-chan turned to look at the screen, her eyes widened as well when she saw what it entailed, and then looked straight at him. "Well, I'll be honest with you; this is a first for me as well. Most I could ever get was just normal stuff (in this economy, that is), but now to get something straight out of a legend? Now that was out of my reach… until now, it seems." She confessed.
This made him pause, and the gears in his head started turning as he began analyzing everything that she said. "Hmmm… maybe it was another mutation that sprung forth thanks to [One For All]? I mean, adrenaline induced Quirk Breakthroughs aren't unheard of, but this was of a more passive nature, and [One For All] does seem to resonate with the [Gamer System], so it could be that the exertion at the USJ upgraded its capacity and boosted its system and thus it reached a new level that could allow it to mutter mutter mutter mutter muttermuttermutter-" He started, but eventually ended in a muttering spree.
Gami-chan sighed with a shake of her head, but she had a smile on her face and kissed Izuku as his mutterings became indecipherable even to her. When she let go of him, he was blushing up a storm, which made her giggle. "Izuku, I love you, but you need to calm down; this isn't the end of the world, so we can figure this all out later, 'kay?" She spoke, and the greenette took a deep breath to calm himself down.
"Right…" He breathed out, and he spent the next few seconds like that, until he smiled at her. "Alright, I'm good." He said, and Gami-chan smiled.
They were alerted of another presence as they heard a knock on the door, and they heard Overhaul speaking. "Hey uh, Midoriya-san? There's someone here that wants to see you; he says that he's your father." The two of them froze, then looked at each other, fear etched onto their features.
It made sense, since neither of them were prepared to have this confrontation, even less in person, but if they were to deny it, then he could realize that there was something wrong and grow suspicious. So, they swallowed the lump in their throats, and Izuku eventually responded.
"S-Sure, you can let him in." He replied, and Gami-chan's form faded into pixels, and Izuku stood up straight as he heard the knob turning and the door opened, which showed the school nurse, as well as a familiar face that Izuku could immediately recognize as his father: Hisashi Midoriya.
Hisashi stood at 6'3, his hair was as white as a paper, and dark gray eyes; he had four freckles on each cheek, and he had a megawatt smile that could easily rival All Might's. The man had a large muscular physique that clung a bit to his tailored suit, and he wasn't wearing a tie (neither of the Midoriya males could tie one to save their lives). To the greenette, his dad didn't seem to have aged a single day.
Were it a year ago, Izuku would've been extremely excited to finally see his dad after so long, but now, all he could feel was his nervousness taking control as a sensation of impending doom drowned any other emotion. "D-Dad?" He asked nervously, both in shock and fear, but the man in question didn't even seem to notice it.
"Izuku…" Hisashi replied, his smile widening even more; before the boy even knew it, the man had enveloped him into a crushing hug, taking the breath out of him. "Izuku, my boy! Look at how much you've grown! You're all handsome now, and strong too! Man, I bet you're killing it with the ladies, huh?!" The ivory haired male started rambling in glee, subconsciously tightening his hold on his son, earning a grunt of pain as he felt some of his ribs pop.
"Dad! I just got those ribs back in shape! Overhaul! Help, please!" The greenette shouted, nearly losing air due to his dad not letting up his hold, but the other man was ignoring his pleas while he smirked beneath his mask.
"I'll leave you two alone for some 'Dad and son' bonding moments. Looks like you need it." Remarked the auburn haired man as he closed the door, with the last thing that he saw being Izuku's eyes staring at him with a disbelieving gaze.
'Traitor!' Izuku cursed the Hero in his head, and just when he thought that he was going to pass out from the lack of air, his dad let go of him, thus allowing Izuku to finally refill his lungs with the precious element that was air. "Oh God! Air, finally" He gasped, making his dad let out a hearty laugh. The greenette glared at him in response. "Oh shut it, dad! You're not the one who just nearly passed out from lack of air!" He whined, which earned another round of laughter from the man.
"But my boy, I can tell that you can take it; besides, we haven't seen each other in years! Let this old man have some fun, will you?" Hisashi commented, and as much as Izuku didn't want to, he couldn't help but chuckle a bit; villain or not, this man was a dork when around his family.
However, right after that, the Midoriya patriarch took on a somber expression. "I'm sorry for showing like this without any forewarning; I heard about what happened at the USJ and convinced my boss to let me check up on you as soon as I could. I'll go and visit your mom later today, but right now, my priority is you." He confessed, and Izuku looked down.
"I see…" He trailed off, not knowing what to think of that statement, which seemed to aggravate the older Midoriya.
After hearing his son's response, the man sighed in dejection, and he stared at the greenette intensely. "Izuku, please look at me." The man requested, but to the boy, it felt as if it was a demand, so, after swallowing the lump in his throat, he lifted his head to look at his dad, and he saw that Hisashi's face had shifted into one of understanding.
"... You can hate me, you know; I know that I haven't been the most present father, I know that I have failed you, not only to give you the support and counseling that you needed, but I also failed as a husband, I failed your mother, and I hate myself for it." Hisashi explained, and it shocked Izuku to see his dad look so… so… melancholic.
Izuku didn't know what to think of it, after all, he had never seen his dad show so much sadness before, and he could easily tell that he was speaking the truth; doubts arose in his mind. 'Was this really the age old megalomaniac that the other users of One For All think he is?' 'Is he truly evil?' 'Or is this a façade, a way to lure me into a false sense of security?' Those questions plagued him once more, but they were louder, to the point that he could almost physically hear them.
He honestly didn't know what to do, but he steeled his heart as he then remembered something. 'Heroes always face risks, be it in their jobs, or in their personal lives; if I'm right about this, then I can perhaps learn exactly why dad is like this, and I could forgive him; if I'm wrong, well… I may go down, but not without a fight' He said to himself, and took a deep breath before he finally responded.
"... Dad, if there's something that I can't do, it is hate you." The greenette spoke, and Hisashi was shocked, even more so because he knew that his son was speaking honestly. Izuku then continued. "You may have been gone for six years, you may not have been present since then, but you always made sure to call either mom or myself to check up on both of us; you never faded from the picture, you never were a stranger for once; you could've stopped communicating with us, checking up on us and just keep covering our expenses, but you didn't. You always made sure to see if I was ok, if I was going to sleep, you always bid me goodnight and wished 'sweet dreams'." Izuku kept speaking, pointing out all the good things that the white haired male did, which seemed to make his dad's eyes get moist with his tears.
Izuku's own eyes started tearing up at this point. "You always told me that you loved me, that you loved mom, always; even when I told you that everything was alright, you kept worrying, and always offered help." He finished, and at this point, the two of them were now crying softly, but Izuku smiled. "You never failed me, dad; in fact, you did your absolute best in your circumstances, and that makes you the best dad ever, and I know that mom agrees with me." The greenette finished.
Hisashi couldn't help it, in fact, Hisashi didn't even try to contain himself. The man glomped Izuku again, arms wrapping around his son's smaller frame rather strongly, but the greenette could feel his dad's tears falling onto his gown. "Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou…" His dad kept muttering, and Izuku just hugged him back, allowing the man to let out his frustrations.
Although, Izuku was briefly wondering why he felt something metallic pressing against his chest, and why was he hearing a faint sound of someone breathing through a mask.
Eventually, the two of them calmed down, and Hisashi gave his son a wobbly smile. "Thank you, Izuku; you have no idea just how much I needed to hear that; it feels as if a heavy load was dropped off my shoulders." He told Izuku, and the greenette smiled in return.
"No prob, dad." He replied.
It was quiet for a few seconds, but then, Izuku finally spoke. "... Say, can I ask you something, dad?" He asked, although this time, it was a bit more hesitant, but the white haired man didn't notice.
"Anything, Izuku. Just ask away, I won't bite." Replied the man with a disarming smile.
Alright, this was it; the trial of fire. Izuku took a deep breath and spoke. "... Your Quirk is [Fire Breath], yes?" Izuku asked.
Hisashi didn't miss a beat with his response. "Of course it is, I am fairly certain that you are aware of this, aren't you?" The man replied with a joking tone, but Izuku shook his head.
"Sorry, I should've phrased that better. What I meant to say is: One of your Quirks is [Fire Breath], right?" At this, the man froze slightly, but he recovered as fast as he froze.
"Erm, w-what would you mean by that, Izuku?" Hisashi asked, but his small stutter indicated to the greenette that he nailed it.
"I mean, it is possible to have more than one Quirk, mostly due to parents and genetics, right? It could be that your Quirk is just one and there's a second Quirk that you haven't told mom about, right?" The greenette pressed on, and this time a bead of sweat fell down his dad's forehead.
"I-I mean, it is true; in fact, Endeavor's daughter was theorized to be a duality of her father's and mother's Quirk, and it can happen to anyone, but my Quirk is just simply [Fire Breath], nothing more." Remarked the man, but Izuku didn't budge.
"Oh, I am aware, but, with the variety of Quirks all around, it's entirely possible to have other Quirks that we may not even be aware of, like say… Giving and taking the Quirks of others?" This time, when the greenette finished, his dad tensed up, and all nervousness left the man, instead, it was replaced by a calm and collected visage, which made Izuku force himself to not shiver.
"... Where are you going with this?" Hisashi riposted with a tone of finality, but Izuku could tell that he was gaining ground, all he needed was just one more push.
"My point is, da- no, All For One, that I know what you are, I know what you did; but I just wanna know one, measly, thing…" Izuku trailed off, finally standing up as he tore his gown, revealing his scarred torso and undergarments, and his body was enveloped in the familiar emerald lightning of One For All, much to his dad's shock, and Izuku finished with one simple word: "Why?" Was Izuku's question.
It was tense and silent for a while, with neither of them backing down from their staring contest; Hisashi was staring intently at the glowing teen, whereas the greenette did not let up his glare in the slightest, the only sound that echoed in the room being the sound of Izuku's [Mana Burst] shroud crackling.
Eventually, the man let out a dejected sigh, and his eyes dulled, almost as if his life had been sucked out of his soul. "... So you know, huh?" He asked with a dull tone, but Izuku did not respond to that.
This made Hisashi let out another sigh, but otherwise did nothing that Izuku could tell was hostile; when the man moved, Izuku stood in a fighting pose, ready to pounce, but instead, all that the revealed age old villain was just walk towards the bed, and unceremoniously plopped down on it, and pat the spot right beside him. "Please sit down, Izuku, for this is a long story." He pleaded.
The greenette didn't say a thing, but he did deactivate the shroud and sat down; the man did notice that his son still didn't let his guard down, which actually stung the villain a bit, but he couldn't fault his son at all, so he didn't comment on it. Hisashi looked down, looking for the right words to explain this to his son, but then he remembered a detail about how his son called him out, and decided to voice that first. "... So, if we are to consider the fact that you know about me, then it can either mean two things: 1) You are the newest inheritor of my brother's Quirk, [One For All], or 2) You learned it of your own accord. Which one was right?" He started, and Izuku was quiet for a few seconds.
Eventually, the greenette replied. "Even if I were the inheritor of All Might's Quirk, what would it change?" He riposted, which earned him a chuckle from the man, making the teen tense up.
"Well, I guess it wouldn't change the outcome of this." Hisashi replied honestly, which made Izuku narrow his eyes even more.
"So you're saying that you will kill me regardless." Izuku stated, but, much to his shock, the man shook his head.
"No; in fact, I would never hurt you, ever." His dad explained, and he stressed the last word, indicating that he was serious.
This threw Izuku for a loop, and he honestly didn't know how to reply to that. "H-Huh?" Was the only thing that left his mouth.
Hisashi only looked down at that. "... If I had to guess, All Might told you of how I was supposedly evil, right? That I was the source of all the crime in Japan, of how I am a merciless dictator that enforces his will upon others, without even regarding their feelings, and of how I always manipulate those around me like they are mere pawns; am I right?" He asked, and Izuku was surprised by how his dad managed to guess everything that All Might, and the vestiges of One For All said about him.
"U-Umm…" The boy didn't know how to respond to that, or at least, he couldn't think of an answer that wouldn't upset him. Fortunately for him, the white haired male just lifted his hand up in a 'Stop' gesture and shook his head.
"As much as I appreciate it, there's no need to sugarcoat it so that you don't anger me; I've already heard it multiple times from those that came before you. In fact, what surprises me the most, is that out of all of them, you may as well be the only one that is willing to listen to me." Hisashi reassured him, but Izuku still had his doubts.
And he did not fear to voice them, not anymore. "But just because I'm willing to listen to you doesn't mean that I will immediately trust you." Remarked the greenette, which prompted a chuckle out of the man.
Hisashi pat his son on the head with a smile. "Then that makes you one of the smart ones; sheep either tend to trust whoever they're talking to immediately, or refuse to listen. A good Hero with a head upon their shoulders should always be a good judge of character; be willing to listen, but wary of the intent; after all, it wouldn't be the first time in history that villains use sob stories to make Heroes drop their guard and strike when they least expect it." He instructed, and Izuku actually took that to heart, until he finally became aware of the irony behind all of it.
"... I am taking heroics advice from the world's premier supervillain. I have been taking advice on how to be a hero from the world's biggest supervillain. Why is life so complicated?" Grumbled the teen, and his dad of over two hundred years let out a chuckle.
"You're just starting on life, my boy; things will get much more complicated down the line, take it from this fossil." Hisashi advised, and threw a light jab at himself, which made Izuku chuckle despite himself.
"I hate the fact that it makes sense." Replied the greenette, but then he got serious. "But now back on track, please tell me, dad; why did you do… all of this?" Izuku questioned his dad, the implications as clear as crystal.
Hisashi took a deep breath before he responded. "Well… to better explain my most recent actions, I should start from the very beginning, back when Quirks first emerged…" He trailed off, and Izuku stood attentive, already knowing that this would be a very heavy topic.
However, before the man could start, the floor started rumbling, which startled the father/son duo, and soon Gami-chan popped up, much to Hisashi's shock, and she looked at the two of them apologetically.
"Sorry to interrupt this very touching moment of character development, and I would've loved to introduce myself at a better time, All For One-san, however, ever since you appeared, the other users have gone ballistic over the chat, and All Might is now about to come to this room. Just wanted to let you know." She said, and promptly faded into pixels.
Just in time, as out of nowhere, Izuku saw Yagami appear in front of him in a flash, while All Might burst through the door with a loud 'BAM!', the two of them having such murderous expressions that for the brief time that Izuku managed to catch it, he knew that they were going for his dad's blood.
""ALL FOR ONE!"" Was the bellow that the two users of [One For All] let out as they then punched the white haired man right in the face, sending him flying away so fast that he went through several walls.
The wind from the clash whipped the greenette off his bed while the two adults ignored him amidst their bloodlust driven haze as they ran through the holes in the walls to follow their nemesis.
All For One groaned from the pain as he laid in a pile of rubble amidst the campus, his face now being covered by a metallic black mask that was shaped like a skull that also had a respiratory device around the lower face. When he lifted his head, he saw that someone who looked eerily similar to his brother was rushing at him, although he most definitely lagged behind All Might's much faster form, the blonde Hero snarling as his fists were in position to deliver one of his trademark "Smashes".
The villain quickly got up and lifted his hands to catch the oncoming hands, and when the two titans clashed, the impact was strong enough to send a shockwave around them, and Hisashi was pushed back, his feet digging into the ground as they formed a trench. The two growled at each other menacingly, until, with a show of dexterity, the age old villain let go of the Symbol of Peace and leaned back completely, making the Hero completely miss him and fly over him, hitting the trees behind.
All For One then rolled up in time to see his brother once again lunging at him, but, unlike the 8th user, Yagami was not as fast, and this time, the villain was prepared for the attack; when his brother threw a right hook at him, Hisashi lifted his hand and stopped it before it could hit his face, however, his brother smirked and before All For One knew it, white lightning surrounded Yagami and with a shocking amount of strength, flipped him over his body and drove the villain to the ground, the impact being strong enough to form cracks on it.
The man in question gasped, but he quickly recovered as he aimed his right arm at his brother, and within less than a second, his arm bulged up tremendously and a sphere of wind formed in his palm. Before Yagami knew it, he was blasted off by the tremendous shockwave that his brother released, sending him spiralling into the air as the trees shook and waved from the gusts.
However, All For One did not have time to rest, as All Might appeared again, jumping into the air and catching the shaggy white haired male with ease with his left arm, and the Hero brought back his right arm, and launched himself at the ground with a small burst of wind. "DETROIT SMASH!" Shouted the Hero, and the villain barely jumped away in time to avoid the attack, the impact creating a mini tornado that managed to rip some of the trees off the ground.
Hisashi breathed a sigh of relief and then he turned to look at the blonde Hero, his arm already bulging grotesquely as he proceeded to create a combination of all of his Quirks that were currently available, and the result had his arm look bigger than his whole body, with drills and spikes protruding everywhere as the flesh almost looked mangled.
When All Might landed, he quickly let go of Yagami, who then stood by his side with white lightning surrounding his body; the three of them said nothing for a hot second, opting to just stare at each other menacingly.
Then, in the blink of an eye, the three of them lunged at each other, with All For One now launching his ginormous fist at the users of [One For All], and both the Symbol of Peace and Yagami doing the same thing.
Time slowed down for the three of them, their fists slowly inching towards each other in an inevitable clash, and as they were finally in reach, Yagami vanished.
This made the other two widen their eyes (not really, in All For One's case), which made their fists miss each other and graze the other's face, and as their faces were inches apart…
GNKHHHHHHHHHHHHK!
A crimson projectile soared through the air and grazed their faces, with All For One's lower mask actually creating sparks as the projectile seemingly flew in slow motion, and his top lip started feeling hotter as the top of his respiratory device heated up from the friction. When it went past them, the two males stopped, fists now about an inch away from the other's face as if they were frozen in time.
They heard an explosion go off in the direction that the projectile went, but they didn't care about that. Instead, they slowly turned their heads to the direction where it came from, and standing there, with a look of sheer disappointment in his face, was Izuku, his body standing in a throwing position.
The greenette slowly stood straight, with his eyes narrowed and mouth set on a frown, and then he spoke. "Now, before you two continue killing each other off, may I first finish my previous conversation with my dad, All Might?" Stated the teen, and as he finished speaking, a red flash shone around his hand, and when it faded, Gram was now in his hand, and its tip stabbed into the ground.
CR: I know, I know, that escalated quickly.
Hatter: CR, what the hell just happened?
CR: A Clusterfuck, that's what. Don't worry, everything shall be explained in the next chapter.
Alex: Hoh, boy, here we go again.
CR: Alex, you know that I can hurt you in many ways, right?
Alex: I know, but I don't care to be honest.
CR: ... Sometimes I question my sanity for debating with my own OC.
Daphne: Um... So, when will this be updated?
Hatter: Hopefully soon, am I right?
CR: Indeed. Well ladies and gents, please leave a fave, follow and review, since it helps us write better with your feedback. With that said...
