Prologue

Edward

As I walk into the church today, it dawns on me, I am finally getting married. Not because I knocked her up, not because society expects it or because it's the logical "next step" (although it totally is) but because a woman I love has decided she loves me too and that she wants a life with me.

I step inside to see the woman, who I thought would always be a part of my life, waiting for me at the altar, smiling the brightest smile I have ever seen on her since our son was wears a tux to match mine and is waving at me and telling me to hurry.

After me, in walks my son Emmet, walking hand-in-hand with his new stepsister Rosalie, who very adorably is dropping flowers where she walks.

Behind them, she walks in. Her dark hair, ethereally framing her face, her sleek Ivory dress hugs every curve and makes me realize that I am marrying one of the most beautiful women I have ever met. We exchange our vows and are congratulated by friends and family alike,

What makes this day perfect is the Everlasting support and love of my family, my best friend and the mother of my son, Bella.

This is our story- the story of my unconventional blended family and the lengths to which we would go to ensure the happiness of our loved ones.
