Our jobs were going well, the twins were flourishing in their growth and development and I had never felt more lucky than I did right now.

We were both readjusting our clothes and laughing like teenagers when we heard a loud, booming knock on the closet door.

"Eddie, Bella! Jeez, there are children here! There is a party to get started so get your sex smelling asses out here and clean yourselves up! And hurry the fuck up! I'm starving!"

Emmett was doing his best to sound appalled at what we were in here doing but we could hear the laughter in his voice.

Bella and I were a bundle of happiness as we finished collecting ourselves and opened the closet door. Alice was standing there tapping her foot with a knowing smile holding the twins' birthday cake.

"I appreciate a good closet romp as much as the next woman, Cullens…but come on…your babies await and I'm dying to get this party started!"

We joined hands and followed Alice outside to the back yard where everyone was congregated. I sat down at the picnic table, brought Bella down to my lap and wrapped my arms around her waist.

I looked around at everything happening in our backyard. Emmett and Charlie were over at the barbecue pit, grilling up all the food. Jasper was standing beside them with Alice in his arms. They were laughing at something being said between Emmett and Charlie. Apparently there was more than one way to grill a proper hot dog.

The twins had just started walking so they were toddling around their little jungle gym while Renee and Rosalie were sitting on a blanket beside them. Rosalie had Hailey, her and Emmett's baby girl in her arms. Hailey was born not too long after the twins and she was their pride and joy. She was a tiny bundle of beauty and looked just like her mother but loved to laugh like her father.

Leah and Sue were standing by the appetizer table chastising Seth and Leah's boyfriend Jake for finishing off the plate of chips and dip in record time. They were trying to act serious about it but you could see humor all over both of their faces.

My father was standing over by the fence listening in awe to baseball stories from Phil's travels with his team and my mother had her arm looped through his feigning interest as she waited desperately to change the subject.

I felt a soft hand touch my face.

"Penny for your thoughts," my Bella said.

"Just thinking about how blessed we are. How blessed I am. How thankful I am for all of my family and friends. Bella, thank you for this amazing life we have built together. I want everything to always stay this way. I'll do everything in my power to make it so. I love you, Isabella. Always and forever."

She smiled as she melted in to me and I kissed the top of her head.

Laying her head gently against my chest she sighed, "You are so very welcome. Thank you too. I love you too…so much. I never thought I would be this happy or ever have everything I have ever wanted in life. I think we make a pretty great team."

"Damn straight we do!" I said with a smile.

We looked towards the barbecue pit because we heard Alice clearing her throat loudly. Then she was clapping her hands saying, "Attention! Can everyone give Jazz and I your undivided attention please? As you all know we are here to celebrate these two beautiful twins, Tony and Claire as they turn the big one…but…" She said motioning towards the babies.

She was then looking up at Jazz with the biggest smile I had ever seen on her face. Jasper was looking down at her, arm wrapped around her securely matching her grin from ear to ear.

Jasper continued from there, "We have an announcement to make FIRST!" he finished proudly.

In a quick motion Jasper scooped Alice up into his arms holding her bridal style as they both yelled, "WE'RE PREGNANT!"

Bella was off my lap in a flash as Rose handed Hailey off to Renee and those two ladies stormed Alice and Jasper.

Everyone was cheering and clapping, giving them congratulations as Alice begged Jasper to let her down. Bella and Rose surrounded Alice and pulled her in for the biggest group hug, complete with squeals and screaming in excitement.

Emmett and I made our way to Jasper to do the guy thing and give a congratulatory high-five and then Emmett being the big softy he was pulled us both into a huge bear hug, but it was totally manly of course.

They had been trying so hard and finally they did it. They were pregnant and I couldn't be happier for our friends.

I felt a small hand tugging at my pants and looked down to see my beautiful little girl. I pulled her up into my arms, "What is it my love?" I asked Claire.

She looked up at me with her sparkling green eyes and the most beautiful smile and simply asked, "Cake now, Daddy?" To the outside observer it may have come out as baby babble but to me, I understood my girl perfectly.

I chuckled. "Oh, you would like some cake now would you?"

I started tickling under her chin, it got her every time. She giggled exactly the way her mother and Tony did whenever I would tickle them.

Bella was now holding Tony as she walked up to us. "Is Daddy getting you, Claire bear?"

She was shaking her head yes in between her laughter but she couldn't stop laughing long enough to answer her mother with words.

Bella and Tony were smiling at each other and then they looked at me with adoration. Bella said, "Come on Daddy, I think it's time we get the ball rolling with these two so they can get to their yummy cake."

"Sounds perfect," I replied.

Everything was…perfect. More perfect than I could ever hope for.

We took the twins over to the picnic table and seated ourselves with Claire on my lap and Tony on hers so we could eat and then do presents before the cake and singing.

I felt eyes watching me and noticed Bella staring. She mouthed, "I love you."

I mouthed it back to her and then truly took in the sight of the three of them. Bella, Tony, Claire…these three were everything I ever wanted…they were where my world would always be.
