New York City. Nighttime. That's the best place and time for criminals to commit their crimes, much like the housewares store that was just raided by a bunch of men in ski masks.

"Well done, boys." The leader said. "We've got enough cash and loot to last us a whole year."

"Hey, guys!" the smallest crook said. "I grabbed a toaster."

The leader rolled his eyes in annoyance. "I admire your enthusiasm, Tommy. Now, let's…"

Suddenly, a smashing sound was heard followed by the alleyway lights going out. The criminals were shrouded in total darkness spooked the crooks. And in less than a minute, each of them were swooped by something that roamed the shadows attacking them. The police arrived and turned on their flashlights, but they didn't catch the attackers. Instead, the police saw the criminals lying unconscious on the ground with their stolen items beside them. The officers simply shrugged before putting the cuffs on them.

On top of the rooftop above, four figures looked down and celebrated together when the police left. The four figures were as big as humans, but they were not humans at all. They were four, giant, walking turtles wearing ninja gear. They were different by their different-colored bandanas and weapons. The one with the blue bandana and two katanas was Leonardo. The one with the red bandana and the two sais was Raphael. Purple with a bo staff was Donatello. And the orange one with the nunchucks was Michelangelo.

"That was great, everyone!" Leo said.

"Naturally." Donnie agreed.

"Hey, y'all, pizzas on me!" Mikey announced.

"I still think we should've spent more time pounding that leader." Raph said. "You know, so he would think twice next time about robbing a place."

"That would've risked us getting caught by the police, Raph." Leo said. "You're just looking for an excuse for punch someone."

"Tht guy was asking for it, and you know it." Raph said.

"Uh, oh." Donnie said. "They're at it again."

Mikey was about to keep talking, when something caught his eye. He stared at the other side of the city block to see a mysterious figure run up the side of a skyscraper.

"Uh, dudes."

Leo and Raph stopped their latest argument and saw that Mikey was pointing at the skyscraper, specifically, where the figure was.

"Who's that?" Leo asked.

"I don't know." Donnie said.

"I say we take a look." Raph said pulling out his sais again.

"Raph, Splinter said only one crime busted per night." Leo protested.

"Raph, someone's running up a skyscraper." Raph reminded. "Last I checked, we were the only ones who can do that. Aren't you curious what that means? Look, I'm going and you can't stop me."

"Raph, wait…" It was too late. Raphael had already leaped into the direction of the running person. Leo growled and followed. "That guy can't listen. This is not standard training."

"Well, I always say, 'training by doing'." Michelangelo said as he ran alongside his other brothers.

"Mikey, when have you ever said that?" Donnie asked.

The four turtles scaled near the top of the building. Right when they were at the roof, they heard multiple clanking sounds like blades clashing. They took a peek up and saw a large group of women wearing business suits and covering their faces with veils. They had small blades, which was the same as the ones carried by the girl they were attacking. It was a teenage girl with a yellow outfit and brown hair. She slipped a scroll into her large bosom and used her skills to fight off her attackers.

"Whoa." Leo gasped. "Who is that?"

"It's the prime minister of Candyland." Donnie said sarcastically. "How am I supposed to know who she is?"

"Do you think she'll give us her number?" Mikey asked.

At that moment, the fighting stopped. All of the veiled women dropped to the ground and the girl stood standing taking a deep breath of relief.

"Cool." Mikey said.

"Let me take a pic." Donnie said. He pulled out his T-Phone and snapped a picture. He shouldn't have said that. The girl saw a flash and gasped gazing at their direction.

"Drop now!" Leo commanded.

On cue, the turtles pulled most of their weapons out of the walls and fell down. The girl looked over and saw the figures she saw disappear into the shadows.

"What was that?" she asked. She then noticed a red sai sticking to the wall that Raph accidently left behind. She pulled it out to examine it. "This is new. Better report this to Master Kiriya."

"You lost what?" Leo asked as he returned into their lair.

"Hey, don't blame me, fearless leader." Raph said. "You're the one who told us to let go."

"Only because Donnie's camera gave away our position." Leo said.

"Hey, do not blame my technology." Donnie said.

"Wow." Mikey said. "For once, there's been a mistake and no one's blaming me. That feels weird."

"SHUT UP, MIKEY!" the other shouted.

"What is the meaning of all this shouting?" a fifth voice called out in a deep, Japanese accent. The turtles turned around looking in worry at their mutant rat sensei and father, Splinter. He stared at the four with his straight, red robe stroking his thin beard that matched his brown-and-black fur.

"Ah, sensei!" Leo said nervously.

"What's the matter?" Splinter asked. "You four aren't usually this nervous a stealth exercise."

"Uh… nothing." Donnie replied nervously.

Splinter examined each other turtles until he noticed something. "Raphael, where is your sai?"

"What sai?" Raph asked quickly.

"Really?" Donnie asked.

"Well, if you're not going to tell me what happened…" Splinter said. "TO THE HASHI!"

The turtles groaned.

For the next eleven hours, the turtles were locked in near-impossible positions of balance and menial tasks at the same time. Splinter slowly walked across them eyeing each.

"Are you sure none of you want to tell me what happened last night?"

"Nothing to tell, sensei!" Leo said.

"Hey, guys, I think I'm starting to get the hang of this!" Mikey said. "There's literally nothing that can break me!" Just as he said that, Splinter dropped a steaming box of fresh pizza from Pizza Hut in front of him. "Starting to break."

"Of course, you've all tasted the five-cheese pizza," Splinter said, "But this… Cheese mongers have been speculating this for centuries. Di Vinci's original masterpiece…" He opened the box revealing the extra cheese pizza inside. "Novantanove Formaggio, the 99-cheese pizza!"

"That's not possible." Mikey awed with his mouth beginning to water.

"Mikey, don't listen to him!" Donnie shouted. "A pizza with that much variety of cheese is a culinary impossibility!"

Splinter took a slice and brought it closer to Mikey, who was starting to shake. "Shall I list the ingredients? Cheddar… provolone… asiago… taleggio… mozzarella, of course…"

"ALL RIGHT! WE WERE ALMOST SEEN BY THIS HOT NINJA GIRL IN A HIGH SCHOOL UNIFORM! WE RAN IN A HURRY AND RAPH LEFT HIS SAI…" Mikey finally admitted. "But she didn't see us."

"Big mouth." Raph muttered.

"Ninja girl in a high school uniform?" Splinter asked. "Anything else you noticed?"

"Hang on." Donnie said as he pulled out his T-Phone. "I got a picture right here."

Splinter accepted the T-Phone and studied the picture on it. He gazed at the girl in it and groaned.

"Oh, boy. This may not end up good."

"What do you mean?" Leo asked. "She didn't see us."

"Yes, but with Raphael's sai, she has proof that there are ninja in New York City." Splinter said. "She'll report it to her teacher and we'll have who-knows how many other ninja will be hunting for us."

"What are you talking about?" Donnie asked.

Splinter paused for a moment looking in deep thought. He sighed in surrender and turned to his sons. "Pack your bags, boys. We're following the girl."

"With all due respect, we have no idea where she's going." Leo said.

"I do." Splinter said. "There's a school called Hanzo Academy which holds secret ninja training classes. That's where she attends. If we're going to make sure there are no more ninja after us, we're going to have to go and set the record straight."

"Go?" Mikey asked. "Go where?"

"To my homeland, where we will find Hanzo Academy and the shinobi who attend. We're going to Japan."

Author's Note: This is a story that was requested a long time ago by Dcraus. I didn't know whether to use the anime or video game version of the Senran Kagura story here, so I decided to use a mix of both. And before anyone asks, I'll be doing my own adaptation of the Ninja Turtles.

Any and all comments are welcome.
