Chapter 1

Clow Reed had set everything up, had chosen a blue and red sealing wand to serve the next Mistress, had locked away both Yue and Kerberos in the Clow Book, and was slowly entering a world that he would never come back from. As he died he saw a fiery red head with hazel eyes. The daughter of a Captain and a Doctor. He saw a ship that looked like a ship of dreams and then Clow Reed, the most powerful sorcerer in the world, passed away. The last thing that he thought before his brain stopped working: "I'm sorry for the danger that I'm about to put you through, Crystal Picard."

Over five hundred years later a screaming child was born. Born from a union that shouldn't have happened. But this was all Clow Reed's magic doing. The magic inside the baby was amazing, beyond anything that the magic that was all that was left of Reed, could dream of. She was going to be an extremely powerful sorceress. Her mother, Beverly Crusher, named her Crystal as it was the most beautiful thing that she had ever seen in her life.

Instead of giving Crystal her last name she gave her the last name of her father. When Crystal was around ten, almost eleven, she went to live with her mother on Earth. Among the many things that Nana had given Crystal was a book. A book that Nana couldn't open. It was the Clow Book, the book that contained a danger far greater than anything that anyone had faced. Unknown to anyone there was a warning inside the book.

"Herein lies the Clow Book. If their seal is broken, disaster shall befall the world."

Clow Reed didn't write nonsense as a warning.

A few days after Crystal had gone to live with her mother on Earth she started to have very strange dreams. She was in a large room, which could be anything, and there were these things flying around. A strange creature was next to her and she had no idea what was going on. When she woke up she looked around, her fiery red hair covering her face. She pushed them away, her hazel eyes scanning the room. Nothing strange here at all. She got up and got ready for school.

"I'm going to be running late," her mother said. "Do your homework and I'll be back in-time for dinner."

"I will," she said and she cut the link.

Suddenly she heard a noise and something inside of her felt dread. It sounded like her stomach when she hadn't eaten. She slowly made her way up, her eyes focused on the sound. It was coming from her room. When she opened it the sound was gone. However, something inside of her told her that it would be back. A sudden glow came from one of her bookcases and she walked over.

"The book Nana gave me," Crystal said and she pulled it out. "What, in the-."

It was the book that she had seen in her dreams. The lock suddenly broke and Crystal opened it and saw nothing but cards. She pulled one out.

"The Windy," she said. "The Windy! What is a book of cards doing here?"

There was a sudden gust of wind and Crystal screamed as everything flew around. Covering her eyes to keep from them getting hurt she barely opened them in time to see all the cards inside of the book fly out and go through the walls, the ceiling, and the door. She dropped the book in shock, staring at her now destroyed room.

"What the heck-?"

The book glowed and a tiny little creature came out. She stared at it and it stared at her.

To make a very long story short he introduced himself as Kerberos, or Kero for short, and told her all about him being a guardian beast and told her that she would have to capture all the cards that she had released. Before she could argue she remembered she had homework.

"After I clean my room up," she moaned.

Later that night her mother came back and made them dinner. As they ate she said, "Dear, I was thinking about returning to the Enterprise."

"Because dad's there."

"Yes, and I know that you miss Wesley."

"I do, if he would stop calling me runt."

Beverly laughed. Wesley had long since forgiven her mother for having a 'steamy night of passion' with her father. Yes, Crystal knew exactly what Wesley was talking about. Their mother had gone red with embarrassment that Wesley even knew what that meant.

"You'll like it there," Beverly said. "And it will be a good experience."

"Count me in," Crystal said.

She managed to convince her mother to let her bring something sweet into her room and when she entered she gave it to Kero.

"I don't know where they went to," he told her. "These cards contain very dangerous magic."

"What do you mean?"

"The cards were created by a powerful sorcerer name Clow Reed. Each has its own personality and power. They were meant to run free, but they got too wild and unpredictable. And so Clow Reed locked them in a special book and placed a powerful seal on it. If they aren't captured they will have the power to destroy the entire world."

"Wait a minute, are you telling me that I released something that could destroy the whole world."

"Yep," he said. "Clow Reed was a serious sorcerer. He didn't mess around in his creations. However, since you were able to unseal it then you must have very strong magical abilities."

"Me, I'm not a sorcerer," she said. "My father is a Captain of a Starship and my mother is a Doctor."

"Still, only someone with strong magical abilities could unlock the book and release the cards. And since I can't do it, you're going to do it for me."

"Me, no way," she said. "Anyway, I'm too young to go and capture cards."

"You weren't too young to release them," he reminded her.

She glared at him and said, "Fine, I'll help you capture them."

"That's my girl," he said.

"Oh why do I get myself into these things?" she asked herself.

"What's your name, kid?"

"Crystal," she answered.

"Stand over there," Kero said and she stood up and walked over to a spot next to her bookcase. "Key of Clow."

A glowing light came from the book and floated in-front of her. "This girl will keep the sacred promise. Her name is Crystal. Grand her your power…. RELEASE!"

There was a blast of wind and light and Crystal saw the key changing and extending.

"Grab the wand," he told her and she grabbed it and it locked into place. "I hereby make Crystal…. CARDCAPTOR."

"Now I do have a bad feeling about this," Crystal said.

"I must admit that this world is so much better," he said. "The pudding hit the spot."

"Glad you enjoyed yourself," Crystal said. "Now I need to get my homework done."

"So what kind of stuff do you like to do?"

"Sports," she said. "I really love-."

A huge gust of wind shattered the glass in her room, making her scream.

"Crystal, look," Kero said and she saw a huge bird appear. "It's a Clow Card alright. The Fly Card."

"So soon," Crystal said.

"Go and capture that card," he told her.

"WHAAATTT!"

"Oh this is insane," Crystal said as they raced towards it. "I must be out of my dang mind."

"Crystal, you have to capture it," Kero said.

"Any idea how?"

"I don't know," he said.

Crystal was so denying him pudding if she lived through this.

It had landed on the tallest building and she knew right away that it was Starfleet Medical. Oh if it damaged her mother's place of work she was so going to die. It flapped its wings and the windows shattered. They stopped and the bird looked right at her.

"I'm not liking how it's looking at me."

"Use the key to capture the card," Kero said and she pulled out her key.

"Oh key of Clow, power of magic, power of might, surrender the wand, the force ignite…RELEASE."

The key changed into her wand and she locked it into place.

"IT'S COMING BACK AT US," Kero yelled and the bird took off at them.

"Kero, I think I have an idea."

"IT HAD BETTER BE A GOOD ONE," Kero yelled at her and she did what had to be the most impossible trick.

She landed on the birds back.

"WINDY!" she called out and the seal appeared on the birds back. "Wrap around Fly's wings to bring it down. RELEASE AND…. DISPELL."

Windy came out of her wand and started to wrap around Fly's wings. Fly let out a cry of shock and Crystal managed to land on the ground without a scratch.

"I COMMAND YOU TO RETURN TO YOUR POWER CONFINE…. FLY!"

The shape of a card appeared and she watched as Fly was sucked into it. Soon the shape was solid and it floated on the ground.

"Great job, Crystal," he said.

"I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE."

"I had no doubt that you wouldn't be able to do it," he told Crystal. "So, why don't you touch it."

"Touch it."

"Place your wand to it," he told her.

"What will it do?" Crystal asked him.

"You'll see."

"FLY!"

Wings came out of the end of her wand and it got longer.

"So what do you think about flying," he asked her.

"It's the best," she said.

"Oh wait until you have to encounter the next one," Kero said.

"HAY, I DIDN'T AGREE TO ANYTHING."

Kero laughed.

A/N: I did a similar story as Harpygirl24, but it was a Harry Potter crossover. This is the first time doing one as a Star Trek Crossover. I hope that you like all the problems that the Cards will cause. Especially with her going on the Enterprise. Sorry about not finishing the story that had Hermione's daughter in it.
