"Nraaaa- Oh god!" Jason flails his arms as he suddenly finds himself in mid-air and falling straight towards the concrete ground of a street. His mind tries to find anything he can use or do to soften the blow of the ground. His hand reaches out and grabs a flap of fabric hanging on a pole. He grabs it but the weakened fabric tears as it cannot bear the weight of his body and equipment. Instead of falling face first he's now falling backwards towards the ground but now not towards the street. He grunts as he lands on an awning, the metal poles holding the fabric in place bending as his body bounces off it.

"Puh!"

*CRASH*

The sound of slight squealing metal and windows shattering permeate the air as Jason lands on his back right on top of the roof of a car. "… Owwwwww… damn… it…" He groans as he weakly moves atop the busted car. He tries to slowly pull himself up but finds his aching body preventing him from being able to. As he stays laying on the top of the car, he finds himself still holding into the item he grabbed on the way down. He looks to his hand to see that he grabbed some sort of white fabric, like a flag or something. Their was just one problem:

It's on fire.

"Aah!" He shouts and tosses the flag before he quickly rolls his body off the car. He quickly pats his body down to make sure nothing else of his body is on fire. Once he does, he also notices the flag has quickly started to become consumed by the charring around it. "This… is not good." He grumbles as he begins to take in his surroundings. Cement and concrete buildings and structures are all around, looking like any other typical layout you'd find in a major city.

And it's on fire as well.

Jason groans as he looks around. The area is on fire, the buildings with fires coming out of the windows, storefronts with fires seen blazing through the windows and even some trashcans smoldering. Some of the buildings aren't completely on fire but the whole place is still ablaze. His mind begins to try to remember what's going on and what happened.

'Okay… we were taken. That villain has a warp or teleporting Quirk that sent me and everyone somewhere else. Question is where?'

"Takeda!" Hearing his name be called out, he's thrown from his thoughts and looks around quickly.

"Ojiro?" Much to his surprise, he spots his long-tailed Quirk fellow classmate jogging to him and waving his hand to him. Glad to see another friendly face he goes to meet up with him. "You're here? Are you alright?"

"Yeah yeah. I'm fine. You?"

"I'm good. Rough landing but it could be worse."

"That's good." Ojiro looks around to see the urban setting they are in. "Where are we exactly? Did they send us out of the USJ?"

Jason looks around for a second as well before he shakes his head. "No they didn't. We're still in the place. Look up there." Jason points to the sky above them. Or what would be the sky if the same giant dome structure as the USJ wasn't there. "That's the dome of the USJ over us. We're still in the place. We must be in some fire urban rescue scenario."

"That's good at least. That way we're not cut off from the others." Ojiro smiles but looks concerned as he looks around and tries to get his bearings over the place. "But… where exactly are we? The place is pretty big. I hope we're not too far away from everyone."

"Hmmm." Jason hums in thought as he tries to gauge a proper idea of where they were dropped in. "Over here." He waves for Ojiro to follow him, which he does. They walk down to the closest intersection and look down the different streets. "There." Ojiro looks in the direction Jason is pointing to. It's a ways off but it shows in the distance the main entrance to the USJ, where they just were barely a minute ago. "The main entrance."

"Perfect! Now we just need to get there to regroup and—"

"You're not going anywhere."

Jason is on edge as he holds his shield tightly at the new voice. Both Jason and Ojiro turn around to see they are not alone and the company they now have is not a pleasant one.

Several people of various types stalk down the street towards them, even coming out from some of the doors and windows of the buildings around them that aren't on fire until they have well over a dozen people surrounding them.

"Who are you?" Jason demands in a firm tone as he shifts himself to a fighters stance subtly.

"Oh you don't have to worry about that." Some guy with greasy black hair says with a demented smile.

"It's not like you're going to worry for long." Another, this time a large man with a mutation quirk that allows him to look similar to a crocodile. He punctuates the last word by smashing his fists together.

Both UA student's examines the crowd around them and from their looks, and their general attitude, it doesn't take a genius to figure out who they are.

"Villains." Ojiro comes to the conclusion as she shifts into his own fighting stance. "No way its going to be easy."

"It never is with guys like these." Jason mutters as he maneuvers a little so the boys have set themselves up to a back-to-back setting for themselves.

"Oh this is going to be fun. They were right that this was going to be easy pickings." One of them says with an evil grin.

"Dropped them right into our laps."

"So it was all planned." Jason states as he stares at all the encroaching villains with a critical eye.

"Yeah, not just to split us up but take us out at the same time." Ojiro agrees with him as he adjust his stance.

"What are we waiting for? Let's get them!" One villain with slight unusually long legs and arms crouches low to the ground and jumps at them ahead of the others.

"Wait!" One of them shouts to stop him but its too late.

"Ojiro!" Jason shouts, getting his partners attention. Ojiro ducks as he moves to the side while Jason steps to the side and out of the villains way. The villain jumping misses them both and leaves himself completely exposed as the duo launch an attack against him. Jason pirouettes on his feet and pulls his shield around and swings it out. Ojiro at the same time pivots around with his tail being send out at the same time.

Both students impact their attacks straight into the attacking villain, knocking the breath out of him as he is sent flying away from the both of them. A strangled cry is let loose from the trigger-happy villain as he gets sent through the air and slams into the window of a fake storefront.

The sound of glass breaking can be heard amidst the crackling of the fire on some of the buildings around. The villains stare as one of their own stays unmoving through the broken glass window. He is unconscious and down and out. They turn back to the boys to see them back in their fighting stances.

"Anyone else?" Jason mutters with a small smirk as he pulls his baton from his back and extends it out, lighting it up. This causes a fair few of them to look on intimidated by the display, on top of the fact the students just effortlessly took down one of their own.

"What are you louts waiting for?!" Both students look and theirs eyes widen as one villain picks up a car. It's the big and muscled up crocodile villain, bigger than a normal person can be, at least 9 ft tall, he is green scaled, a white tank-top shirt on, dark green camo pants and black boots, though much of the clothing looks particularly tight on him. He grits his teeth as he stares at them with a simple sedan held over his head. "Take them already! Ngh!"

With a heave, the villain tosses the car straight at them.

No warning is needed to be given as both boys throw themselves as hard as they can to the side away from each other. Ojiro was able to use his tail to launch himself away while Jason has to throw himself to the side. He grunts as he lands and rolls on the ground a couple times before coming to a stop on his back. He looks back to see the car crash at where they were and his worry for his fellow classmate is alleviated as he sees Ojiro up and unharmed.

"C'mere kid!" Jason looks forward as someone talks. His eyes widen as a villain comes at him with a jagged metal rod and swings it at him. Jason manages to roll himself backwards and dodge the attack as the metal rod slams into the ground. With him rolling back he's able to get himself back onto his feet and brings his shield up. "Hold still!" The villain swings his metal rod horizontally into Jason's stomach.

"Fine." Her mutters with a subtle smirk. He braces his shield firmly in front of him as the villains expects to hurt Jason.

*CLANG*

"Arhrhrhrhrhrh!" The villains shouts stuttering as a massive vibrational wave of pain shoots through his hands and into his arms. Jason simply looks at the villain with annoyance before he brings his baton up and slams it down. "Arhh!" He shouts as Jason impacts his shoulder, forcing the villain to drop his weapon. To finish him off, Jason activates the taser function and jams it right into his chest. One shocking and stuttering fit later from the villain, Jason knocks out the villain with a knee to the face, making him fall back unconscious.

"That's one down." Jason mutters with a nod.

"Don't forget the rest of us!" Jason whirls around as a villains boldly states. He finds himself surrounded by more of the villains.

"Of course I haven't forgotten about you all." He says as he regards them all before twirling his baton around once and getting ready. "Just thought you got the message your out of your league."

"You're a cocky little brat aren't you?!" A villain in front of him surmises. He looks a bit menacing, with this one having dark red long slightly spiky hair, red eyes, a red shirt with a leather slightly faded jacket with some tears on the sleeves, and some black torn up jeans with black boots on. He accentuates the look with the fact his teeth look razor sharp into spikes almost, and his hands are slightly elongated with bone claws extending from his fingers. "I'm going to enjoy tearing you apart." He smiles evilly as he crosses his blades in front of him towards Jason.

Jason smirks and holds up his shield. "Well then, guess we'll see what you—"

*Whoosh*

The sound of grunting and exertion happens behind him, his senses and reflexes screaming for him to move. At the last second he twists to the side and he was just barely able to dodge a fist with an outstretched arm shoot past him. While the attack missed him, it continued on, heading straight for the menacing villain that tried to challenge him. "Wha—!"

*Smack*

It came as such a surprise to him he didn't have time to defend himself and took the fist straight to his face. He gets sent airborne for a second before landing several feet away in a heap on the street. The arm comes whirling back. Jason watches as the arm passes him and goes right back to a villain that was right behind him. The man looks stunned at what happened and how he missed. He doesn't look all that crazy like some of the others, wearing a simple blue shirt and grey pants, some messy brown hair and sneakers. His quirk seems to allow him to outstretch his arms at impossible lengths for normal with incredible speed from which Jason was able to see him straight up knock out one of the villains with. "Oops." The villain says simply at his screwup.

"What is wrong with you?!" Another villains complains loudly and angrily. "Your supposed to go for the kid! Not the rest of us you jackass!"

"I was going for the kid! He just stepped out of the way and I missed!"

"How about you don't miss you dumbass!"

"I don't see you all doing anything else!"

Jason shakes his head at the back and forth the different villains are doing before he sighs and gets himself ready.

"Wow. Not much of a team player aren't you?" Jason begins to say to the guy, giving him a condescending look as he waves his baton at him nonchalantly, interrupting their conversation. "You're supposed to hit me. Not your friends." He says in an almost playful tone.

"You little-!" He angrily shouts as he gets ready to shoot out both his arms. "I'll show you I can hit you! Hrah!" He yells as he attacks.

Jason smirks, "Gotcha." He says under his breath. With the villains attack heading right for him, the other villains hold off on attacking altogether, not wanting to get caught up in the attack like the other guy did.

That's exactly what Jason was hoping for. Like before, Jason sidesteps the attack and makes him miss. Except this time Jason wraps his arms around the villains outstretched arms and holds him tight.

"What are you…?!" The villains asks confused before he tries to pull his arms back… but soon finds himself unable to. One look at Jason makes the villains eyes widen as he watches the UA student grind his feet into the pavement firmly.

Before the villain can do anything, he's lifted off his feet as Jason pulls with all his might. "Ojiro! Heads up!" Jason calls out as he turns.

Amidst the villains cry of surprise, Ojiro was in the middle of a scuffle with another villain. A quick glance towards his partner and sees what's happening.

"Don't take your eyes off me bo—!" The villain he was fighting tries to grapple the martial artist student but he dodges the grapple by impacting himself off the ground using his tail, sending him above the villain and then springboarding himself even higher above. The villain growls as he looks up at the student in mid-air.

"Aaaaaahhhh!"

"Puahhh!"

Unfortunately he wasn't watching what else was happening around and gets bodied by the villain that Jason turned into a weapon. Jason continues twisting all around in his spot, slamming into several more villains around him until they wisen up. After a couple rotations, they either drop to the ground to avoid getting hit, including Ojiro once he landed back down, or simply stay back and give them some much needed space.

When he's done, Jason lets go and sends the villain he used as a weapon flying into another group of villains and knocking them all down. Groans can be heard around as he takes some deep breaths of air to get his stamina back. He also smiles at the takedown of several more villains in their area.

"Awesome… keep this up and we should be able to do this." Jason mutters under his breath.

"I'll take them down!"

"Wait you idiot stop!" Jason looks at the commotion and sees one villain away and by his lonesome past Ojiro. He has long spiky black hair, a green stained baggy shirt with rips in it, baggy dark blue jeans and tennis shoes. He has a crazed look on his eyes as he aims his arms towards them. "The others are still there!"

Jason's eyes widen as what seems like several small bone-like protrusions extend from his arms. From the distance and the worry from the others villains, Jason quickly surmises a ranged Quirk user. "Ojiro!" Jason shouts as he ducks under a villain trying to grab him and sprints towards his partner. The tail-quirk user knocks another villain back before turning around, a look of surprise on his face as he watches Jason run full tilt for him. "Down!" He shouts.

Ojiro doesn't question the order as he crouches down and gets low the ground, curling his tail close to his body as he does. Jason rolls over the back of Ojiro and lands on the other side of him, putting himself between the villain and his partner.

"Take this!"

Jason barely manages to pull his shield up as the villain fires off his Quirk. Dozens and dozens of the small needle-like bone projectiles fly out of the villains' wrists and sent right to them. Jason grunts as he holds his shield as they impact it. They ping off to the side as his shield deflects the projectiles away from them, protecting both himself and his partner.

"Arrhhh!"

"Aaaaahhh!"

The others villains… not so lucky, and apparently don't care for friendly fire still. Several of the other villains let out cries of pain as the projectiles hit them. Others that weren't hit or minorly injured immediately take cover behind whatever it is they can find: cars, in storefronts, mailboxes, light poles, or even in alleyways and behind dumpsters.

"Ngh!" Jason grunts as one projectile grazes his exposed leg from below. 'I have to stop him now!' As much as Jason is fine with the villain hitting other villains, he and Ojiro are sitting ducks if one of the other villains grows a brain and decides to use some other ranged Quirks to take them out.

With a grunt, Jason pushes himself forward and goes slow at first but soon begins to pick up speed until he is full on sprinting towards the villain attacking him.

"Hraaaaaaahhh!" He shouts as he runs forward, not getting deterred from the sheer number of needle projectiles sent his way.

"Wait, wha-?! Stop!" The villain shouts in surprise but its too late for him to do anything else. Instead of dodging out of the way he just continues to let loose his attack with more ferocity but that does nothing against Jason's shield. Soon enough, Jason makes contact and slams straight into the villain. The air is knocked out of his lungs as Jason pushes the villain further back a few feet until he slams him against a car. With them stopping, Jason knocks his shield against the villains arms, making sure he's not trying to continue shooting him at close range, and he follows up with thrusting his stun baton right into his stomach. "AAAAAAAhhhhhhh!" The villains shouts loudly as bolts of electricity shoot through his body.

Jason stops after a few seconds but the villain is still conscious and angry at him. He continues his assault by grabbing the villains shirt and kneeing him right in the gut. The villain grunts and almost throws up but it doesn't end there. Jason grabs his head, turns him around and slams the villains face into the roof of the car once, then again, and finally on the side fender of the cars front. He lets go as the villain dizzily tries to stand before falling to his knees. In his delirious state, he looks up at Jason.

*SMACK*

Except Jason pulls the door open to the car and slams the villains face and body with the opening door. Just like that, the villain knocked out on his ass and out cold.

A small silence can be heard as they all stare at the onslaught Jason did to the villain. 'Deal with ranged targets first before engaging in melee. Keep as many targets in one direction as you can. Let no one hit you from behind.' Jason recalls some rules of engagement his father taught and drilled into his head, to better his odds in combat when outnumbered.

"Takeda! Watch out!" Jason turns around as he hears Ojiro call out to him.

It's only thanks to his training that Jason's reflexes were able to allow him to dodge the massive fist being sent his way. He jumps out of the way and rolls on the ground away from his new opponent.

The villain from earlier that threw the car at the both of them to separate them has now decided to get his hands dirty and try to take him out. "They said this was going to be an easy job." He begins to say as he cracks his knuckles. "I'm going to make sure its easy." He menacingly states to Jason.

The quirkless student grunts as he gets into his stance, his baton extended towards his side as he begins weighing his options. He glances to his fellow student to see the villains have started to move back in subdue him while the big guy tries to take down Jason. He grunts as he glares at his opponent. "You wanna go… then lets go." He readies himself.

"I'm going to enjoy crushing you!" The crocodile villains shouts as he steps forward and brings his fists down onto Jason.

Jason himself manages to step dodge to the side and make him slam his fists into the ground. With him exposed, Jason thrusts his baton forward and begins shocking the villain in the side.

Except it doesn't do anything.

"Oh man." Jason mutters at the action as the villain gives him a smirk.

*Smack*

And then proceeds to backhand Jason, sending him into the air and slamming into the side of a van, denting the metal frame of the vehicle.

"Takeda!" Ojiro calls out to him as he watches his fellow student take a nasty hit. He has to focus again as he tail whips a villain away from him as they were trying to grapple him.

"Arhhh! I'm fine!" Jason shouts as he tries to get his breath back while on one knee. The hit hurt but didn't do any major damage.

"You soon won't be!" He looks up as the villain comes charging at him with one of his fist coming in to uppercut. Jason throws himself forward and manages to roll under the punch as it embeds itself into the side of the van. While the villain tries to pull out his fist, Jason rolls back onto his feet and thrusts his baton into the upper back of the villain. This time he gets a reaction as the villain grunts from the attack as the electricity courses through him. This does piss him off though as with a shout he rips his arm out and nearly hits Jason again but this time he's ready as he dodges back and out of the way.

Jason grunts as he slides on the ground for a second before glaring at the villain. This time the guy is very pissed off at him as he bares his teeth at the UA student. "I… am going to have so much fun… tearing you apart. And once we're done it's going to be such a joy watching them kill All Might."

Jason perks up at the mention of the Number One Hero. 'So it's confirmed, they really are here for All Might. Alright, means they have to adapt, change strategies since he isn't here. We have to do the same as well.' Normally someone would be intimidated by the threat from the villain. Afterall this is someone that is very willing, and very much wants, to completely kill an innocent person with his bare hands.

Not Jason though. A moment of anxiousness does course through him at the state of their situation. Stuck, separated, no means of communication or anything of the sort to get help and backup for them. However he does remember some advice his father gave him:

"A villain is an unknown. No matter how much you learn, no matter how much crime they've done, you never know what they will continue to do whatever it is they want. When you fight them, honor and fairness is not in their vocabulary. You fight with every ounce of your being and you use whatever dirty trick you have at your disposable. A Hero will kill only unless its absolutely necessary…

A villain will kill you because its fun."

Jason lets out a low growl as he tightens his grip on his baton, a plan formulating as he gives the villain a lazy look. "You want me?" A hardened look takes over his features as he turns around and begins running. "THEN COME AND GET ME!"

"Get back here you little punk!" The villains chases after him.

Jason moves fast away from the villain, heading straight for other villains still scattered about. Some of them try to grab or hit him but he manages to dodge the attacks. They were so focused on him that the burly muscled villain chasing him outright barrels into the others, knocking them down or straight up smacking them away. Jason keeps his speed steady and even to allow the villain to keep up with him and to help thin out the enemies numbers. He can't keep running forever though and he needs to conserve his strength for the rest of the villains. Jason looks around and finds a car for him to use. A quick glance back shows the villain still chasing him and even more pissed off than before as he can't catch up to the student.

With one final burst of speed, Jason heads for the car. As he moves towards the car he flips his baton around until he's holding it in a reverse grip. He soon enough makes it to the car with the villain hot on his heels. When he makes it, he jumps up and lands one foot on the cars door handle before pushing himself up and landing his other foot on the edge of the cars roof and door. Using that he kicks off the door directly backwards, straight at the villain.

The villain himself is stunned at the change in direction the student does but he seizes the opportunity and grabs onto Jason's waist with one hand. "Gotcha you little—!" He begins to gloat with a smile after grabbing the student that was running from him, however he is momentarily confused as Jason hooks his shield behind the villains head. His eyes widen as he watches Jason bring his baton up above them.

"Eat this!" Jason shouts and with a grunt of exertion, he slams the end of his stun baton right onto the face of the villain and cranks it.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" The villains lets out a blood curdling scream as all the volts of electricity gets sent directly to his head. His muscles spasm so much he can't even let go of the student. Jason grunts as the villain reflexively squeezes tighter but he simply presses his baton harder against the villains face. Everyone watches as the big burly villain spasms out for several long seconds as the electricity arcs through him. It's not long after that Jason pulls his baton away and kicks off the villains chest. Jason lands roughly on the ground, almost collapsing to his knees but manages to stabilize himself by grabbing onto the cars hood.

He breathes heavily in deep breaths as he stares at his opponent. The villain himself steps back a bit after he was pushed back by Jason but when he stops, he sways a little on his feet, trying to keep himself up. Through his dazed look, he manages to look at Jason. A look anger crosses his face as he curls his fists and steps forward.

*…Thud*

He passes out. The step forward was all that he could muster before promptly falling forward and collapsing onto his face. A tense few seconds pass as Jason waits to see if the villain gets back up. When he doesn't, the UA student smirks before pulls himself back up to his full height, taking even and steady breaths to get his stamina back.

"Whaaa- Puh!"

A villain comes flying from the side and slams into the car next to Jason. He looks at the now other unconscious villain.

"Heyup!" Ojiro grunts as he lands next to Jason. He lets out a breath of air and nods at his takedown before turning to Jason with a smirk. "Hey, you good?" He asks as he nods his head to the down electrified villain.

"Yeah, I'm good. You?" Jason mutters and nods towards the unconscious villain who used the car to break his landing.

"All good. These guys really aren't all that we thought they were going to be." Ojiro nonchalantly says.

Jason nods along, "Your right. I thought we were screwed but we've been holding our own pretty well."

"Yeah, I wonder how the others are doing?"

"What the hells wrong with the two of you?!"

Both boys turn at the yelling to see some more villains have showed and are especially pissed. Apparently the two of them nonchalantly talking like things are a-okay put a chip on their shoulders.

Jason groans as he goes back-to-back with Ojiro again. "Great, these guys may suck but they make up for it in numbers."

"Yeah, this is starting to get annoying." Ojiro agrees as they get into their combat stances.

The villains still surround them but considering the several villains they already took down, the rest are skeptic of rushing forward. This gives the boys a chance to make a plan.

"We need to find the others." Jason states quietly to his fellow student, not taking his eyes off the villains.

"Yeah… but we don't know where they are. They could have been thrown out all over the place like us." Ojiro cautiously reminds him as they go into a slow circle, getting eyes all around them.

"Your right, but there is one place everyone knows to rendezvous to in order to get out of here…" Jason proposes as he turns, making Ojiro turn as well and getting him to stare right down the street heading out of the burning fake city.

His eyes widen as he spots the target, "The main entrance." He subtly nods in agreement.

"Mr. Aizawai is probably still fighting. Someone's got to get to him and we got to figure out a proper plan."

"Yeah… but these guys aren't going to make it easy." Ojiro mentions as one villain steps forward to try and rush them in their blind spot but Jason twists around and holds up his baton threatening at him, making him recoil and step back.

"Then we need to lose them." Jason states their next course of action. The situation is bad enough as it is, being bogged down by over a dozen villains in the middle of a burning fake city is not ideal.

"What do you got?"

"Hey! What are you guys talking about?!" One villain yells at them, clearly annoyed by the standstill.

"Can you swim?" Jason smirks as he holds up his shield tightly.

Ojiro smirks as he clenches his fists. "Yeah but its been a bit… and something tells me your faster than me."

"Don't you know it." Jason cracks his neck as he gets himself ready.

"Don't you forget about us dammit!" Clearly the villains are getting agitated and its now or never for them.

"Split up?"

"Yeah."

"Let's get them!"

"GO!" Jason shouts, surprising the villains at his yell. This is enough for Ojiro to jump into the air above Jason. The villains stop and stare at the UA student in the air. As he's coming down, Jason gets under him and thrusts his shield up. At the same time Ojiro whips his tail down and strikes Jason's shield. These actions allow Ojiro to launch himself high up into the air and away from the villains.

*Clang*

The villains were so focused on the flying UA student they completely forgot about the other one, allowing Jason to rush forward and shield tackle a villain, knocking him out and continuing forward past the line of villains. Ojiro uses his tail to hook around a light post and fling himself towards a nearby fire escape.

"Get them!" A villain shouts as some go for Ojiro and some for Jason, who ducks into a nearby alley. Jason uses his shield and bashes open a chain-link fence door and heads into the alleyway, strapping his mask on and making sure its working as theirs quite a bit of smoke in the alleys. Ojiro lands on the fire escape and heads up top with the villains climbing and chasing after him.

Jason pushes his way forward through the alleyway, jumping boxes and other debris placed around with the villains hot on his tail. He makes several more turns down connecting alleys and streets but the villains are persistent. He takes one corner and start heading down a long alleyway but a quarter of the way through a villain pops out from ahead of him and sees him.

The man turns to him and grins devilishly. "Ha! I got him!" He shouts, making Jason mentally curse at being found out and alerted yet again by them. He pushes himself forward and tries to close the distance sooner. "Nowhere to go! Now take this!" Through the confines of the alleyway he can't make out the details of the villains form, thankfully his mask is still working and keeping him from choking on the burning air, but he can make out the large fireball being sent his way.

"Oh for the love of…" He groans as he wraps his cape in front of him and holds his shield up. He grunts as the shield takes the fireball and makes it dissipate around him. As soon as he peaks above his shield, several more fireballs are sent at him. Gritting his teeth he angles his body lower and continues running. The slightly lower profile makes some of the fireballs miss entirely but some still impact his shield.

"Why won't you— Puh!" The villains shouts as Jason tackles him to the ground. The villain groans from the hit but manages to get his wits back enough to get ready to blast Jason point blank.

*SMACK*

"Hauuuuuuh!" Except Jason punches the villain in the chest, knocking the air out of him and breaking his concentration. While he tries to get his breath back, Jason pushes himself off him and books it away as he hears more of the villains coming towards them. He continues his trek to try to lose them as looks for a way out of the area. He's about to take one movement into another alleyway where he finds a group of villains waiting for him, which some of them having fire Quirks too.

"Holy—!" Jason has to immediately duck back as a wall of fire nearly barbeques him, forcing back to find another route around. 'Now it seems the more specialized Quirk villains for this area are coming out to play. Great.' Jason grunts as he tries to find some way for him to lose them. He's got to figure out a way to break line-of-sight and an have obstacles between him and them if he's got any chance of getting out of the inferno city without a mob of bloodthirsty villains at his back. One particular alley has something that he can use to his advantage: a fence on fire. To further make it harder for the villains, he heads right for a set of boxes and steps onto them, jumping onto and off a dumpster, dislodging it from its place and rolling back, and clearing a large metal fence with a tarp on it that's on fire. The fire briefly engulfs him as he makes it over, slamming onto another large dumpster and rolling off it.

"Arhh!... Dammit…" Jason grunts as he rolls onto the ground from the hit. Despite the tumble he took, he quickly pushes himself up and looks down at his body. A small wisps of smoke waft off him as he pats himself down all over, making sure no fire sticks to him or any embers are burning on him. He breathes a sighs of relief as he finds himself clear, albeit a little smoky but still okay. "Phew… that was close."

"Where is he?!"

"I don't know! He just disappeared!"

"Find him!"

Jason grimaces and begins moving down the alleyway. "Better not hang around. Got to get out of here." He heads out tried to get away from the villains as he can. He makes his way through more alleys, past corners and fences, even ducking into buildings and out other entrances and exits when he can find them, all while heading in the direction of the main entrance of the facility.

Several minutes pass until Jason comes to the edge of the fire city. He looks down at the water before taking off his mask, exposing his sweat drenched face. Without hesitation he plunges his face into the water and leaves it submerged for several seconds until he finally comes up for air.

"Ahhhhhh… finally… thank you." He wipes the excess water off his face and just basks in the cool feeling of the water on him. Running around a city on fire is not comfortable that's for sure, nor pleasant. "Alright, now to get moving." He murmurs to himself before re-equipping his mask on and making sure its rebreather setup is working right. He turns off his baton and holsters it on his back, ensuring its deactivated and won't go off or get damaged in the water. He makes sure his shield is strapped to his arm so it won't come off when he's swimming. With that done, he looks around and tries to find anything of use for him or any indication of him to go specifically. He looks and manages to see that there is some movement and fighting going on near the fountain of the main entrance. "That's where I need to go. Let's hope the others are there." With his mind made up, Jason steps forward and submerges himself into the water.

The weightless feeling hits him as he idles and floats in the water. He stares out into the open water as gets himself used to the water feel, especially since he's in full gear.

'Alright… so far so good.' Jason pushes himself forward and takes to swimming underwater. While he's good, if there are any villains that are aquatic based theirs a good chance they might have a better means of fighting in the water than he is, even more so if he gets swarmed by a lot of them, which seems like a common theme the ragtag group of villains are implementing. From what Jason can tell, instead of a lot of planning, they simply decided to go with overwhelming force after splitting up the class. Quantity over quality it seems like.

To further make sure he isn't snuck up on he prefers to move underwater for possible swimming villains, and to make sure no one sees him from above. He moves slow and steady underwater, being careful not to disturb the water as he mentally plans. 'We can't simply call for help as they have any signals going out jammed. Which means we either need to find the Quirk user and take him out, or escape the place and go for help. I have no idea if theirs any other way out of this place, I'm sure there is but I haven't the foggiest idea of where to go. As dangerous as it is, the main entrance is our best and fastest way out. Just got to get there and maybe I can sneak my way up and… no way.' Jason's thoughts are paused as he sees some figures in front of him. Stopping for a sec, he carefully pokes his head up and gets a clear view of the people in front of him.

He smiles at the familiar faces, "Nice one." He mutters quietly to himself as he slowly moves closer to them. He lightly splashes the water to hopefully get their attention. "Izu!" He quietly calls out. Three students are in front of him, huddled up next to the land and staring out ahead, Midoriya Izuku, Tsuyu Asui, and Mineta Minoru. Izuku looks down at the rippling water before turning back around. He looks shocked at first but Jason quickly holds his arm up with his shield, showing his mask and the familiar shield he's been lugging around. Izuku gets a look of relief as he gets the others attention.

"Hey you two look. It's—"

"AAA—!"

In true fashion, Mineta just about almost screams before Tsu grabs him, muffles his mouth and dunks his head underwater to keep him from screaming bloody murder and giving away their position.

"It's good to see you Takeda. I'm glad your alright. Ribbit." Tsu gives him an even toned greeting to him.

"Likewise to see you all as well." Jason replies as he grabs his mask and takes it off his face, making sure to confirm his identity… and so Mineta will stop struggling.

"Jakkun, I'm so glad you made it! Are you okay?" Izu asks his friend in slight worry.

Jason shakes his head as he paddles up to them slowly. "A little bruised but nothing bad. Got a real workout from dealing with some villains earlier but overall I'm good to go. How you all?" It's then that Jason notices the black cloth of his elbowband covering his left hand. "Izu, what happened to you?"

Izu waves him off with his uninjured hand. "Don't worry, just had to use my Quirk to deal with our villains. We shouldn't have to worry about them for a bit. We were all sent over the water and managed to beat back the villains from a large boat part of the sea rescue scenario."

Jason purses his lips at the fact his friend is injured but stuffs the worry down. He's going to need to get used to that for the both of them in this line of work. He nods at the info, "That's quite the place to be sent to. Me and Ojiro were sent to the fire city scenario over there." All three look behind him to see the city burning in the distance. "We split up so he's keeping them occupied while I tried to find help or a way out. Honestly this water feels such a relief compared to nearly getting cooked several times back there."

"Mmm, I would not do well over there." Tsu murmurs in worry at the idea of being tossed in the middle of that place.

"I'm glad you made it out. We got here to see if we could get some help and check on Aizawa-sensei. But it doesn't look good." Izu informs him as he turns back over the edge of the water towards the fountain where they last saw their teacher.

"How bad we talking?" Jason asks quietly as he moves up between Izu and Tsu. When he does he gets a good look of the situation at hand. It's not good. Some giant creature seems to have stepped up to the plate with over a dozen villains littering the area and knocked out. This new opponent is a massive dark blue, muscled up beyond belief creature with some dark tan pants on. What's even more puzzling is the fact it looks like this thing's brain is exposed to the air but not in any pain at all. What makes the situation bad is the fact that it has their instructor pinned to the ground in a very rough and painful grab hold. "Oh… That's bad." He holds his shield tightly next to him.

"Yeah, but that's not the worst of it." Izu comments quietly.

"How is this not the worst of it?!" Mineta quietly but loudly and angrily demands before he's slapped by Tsu's tongue to get him to calm down.

"The one with the hands, that villain, I saw him do something earlier to Aizawa-sensei. Almost like he was disintegrating his elbow." Izu states with a hint of worry.

This gets Jason more than a little concerned at the prospect, "Disintegration? That's dangerous. Really dangerous." He shakes his head at the mess they are in. 'The rest of the Villains have been pretty much small fries, nothing too crazy nor ground breaking in their Quirks or their ability to strategize. Seems these ones in front of us are of course the head-honchos and are much much deadlier than what we faced before. We can't take them lightly at all.'

"Hold on look. That guy that warped us is back with them." Tsu gets their attention. True to what she says, the giant black and purple warping villain that attacked Jason at the school and separated over half the class has popped up next to the leader. "I think they're talking. Ribbit."

They all quiet down as they go low on the edge and listen in. Jason turns up the audio on his mask, a simple function he had added to it after his fight with Bakugo. Normally it would regulate outside noise to help try and prevent him from getting his eardrums blown out and deadened, but in some situations he can manually turn it up to allow him to listen over longer distances more clearly, in case of a rescue situation where he needs to find someone stuck somewhere out of sight.

"Tomura Shigaraki." The black mist villain with the warp Quirk says to the hands villain.

"Kurogiri, did you manage to kill Thirteen?" Shigaraki asks of him.

"The rescue hero is out of commission." Kurogiri informs him. Jason narrows his eyes as he commits their names to memory. "But there were students I was unable to disperse and one of them got outside of the facility."

"Huh?!" This gets on Shigaraki's nerves at the failure that happened. While it was disheartening to hear of Thirteen taken out of commission, not killed mind you, it is good to know that at least someone managed to escape and is now grabbing some backup for them. "Kurogiri… You fool…" Shigaraki is now pissed off and angry at the fact that their moment of trying to hurt and kill all of them has now been effectively hit with a time limit. A very tight time limit. He begins to pick and scratch intensely at his neck. "If you weren't our warp gate, I'd tear apart every last atom in your body." Considering the scary Quirk that he was, Jason is sure that Shigaraki could make true on his word. Shigaraki growls as he scratches his neck in frustration, almost peeling the skin off. "There's no way we can win if dozens of pros show up to stop us. It's game over. Back to the title screen." Jason raises an eyebrow at the video game analogies that he speaks but shakes it off as he continues to listen in. He stops scratching his neck and just looks down in disappointment. "And I was looking forward to finishing this today. Damn it. Let's go home."

Now this gets the group of students attention at that last part.

"Huh? Did I hear that right? Did he say they're gonna just leave?" Mineta states in a hopeful tone.

Tsu nods in agreement, "That's what it sounded like to me."

"Yes! That's amazing! We're safe and we don't have to fight." Mineta quietly but loudly expresses his joy at the villains seeming to be giving up.

"Uh, yeah. But…" Jason looks to the side when Tsu stops talking and sees why she did.

Mineta in his relieved state is making him cop a feel of her. Anger rushes through him as he's about ready to knock him out.

*Splash*

"I have a real bad feeling about this, you two." Instead she simply grabs him and starts drowning his little pervy ass. He smiles at her before focusing back on the matter at hand.

They both nod in agreement before Izu continues to speak, "It seems weird that they'd retreat at this point, even if help is on the way."

Jason also voices his unease at this being, well, easy. "They've gone through a lot of work to plan this and to kill All Might. All these villains all over the place, spreading us out, getting… whatever that thing is in order to fight him. They need to get something out of this." Jason finishes muttering. 'Killing All Might will be a big blow not only to dealing with villains, but to also pretty much everyone's morale. Both other heroes and civilians alike. They want to demoralize people to make their villain works easier. What else can they do hurt others like that?' Jason narrows his eyes at the villains as they continues speaking.

"Oh, before we leave, let's make sure the Symbol of Peace is broken. Let's wreck his pride." Just like that alarm bells go off in Jason's head as he gets a very bad feeling about this as his instincts go into overdrive. He's not sure what's going on exactly or what it is that's happening but—

A portal.

Some of them gasp, some just stare in surprise.

"Let's make this hurt." The leader of the villains almost taunts as he appears. To everyones horror, the portal open right in front of them. Mineta, Izu and Jason all look to the side in gradual and increasing horror as the villain with the disintegrating Quirk appears through it, his hand outstretched and ready to activate his devastating and very dangerous Quirk…

Right on Tsu.

The frog-Quirk girl can only freeze at the impending doom set on her, breath hitched frozen and eyes shaking in fear.

'…No…'

That's the only thought going through Jason at the moment.

Now it seems Jason has managed to rendezvous with some of the others, although now it seems he's gone right from the literal fire and into an even bigger mess as he and the others get ready to take on a whole new class of villainy.

Sorry this took so long. Honestly I wanted it to be longer and finish up the USJ section but I've had this on the backburner for too long and felt like I needed to get something out for you all. My inspiration for writing kind of led me to focus on some of my other stories for a bit so I apologize for that. Here's hoping that I can keep the flow going and get the final part of the USJ out sooner rather than way later. Honestly I'm kind of excited for the next part as I can showcase some more of Jason's skills with it.

Hope everything is going well for you all. Things could be better for me and my own but that's life really. Nothings perfect and you make do with whatever situation you are in, crappy or otherwise. Here's hoping things go alright in the coming months and the soon to end year.

Thank you all for your continued support. I hope to continue doing well for you all in the future. Go ahead and fave, follow, review, or don't, whatever you wish. Thanks again everyone, hope you all have fun reading, but most importantly, have a great day each and every one of you.
