hey folks. its been a minutes! but you aren't here for that so without further Adu.

Fem Deku because she's cute.

After deciding to change her life into something more attainable Izuku started looking into her likes and fell apon the realization that music could bring people as much comfort if not more than a hero.

based off Billie Eilish's Happier than ever.

Izuku was nervous, this was her first major concert after only releasing songs online. She never kept her identity a secret of course, she was just a shy person who often fell into the clusmy character description and falling off the stage mid concert did scare her, but she was ready to take this step.

Bright green letters criss-crossed over her black pants spelling out her name. A tight green cropped tank went with the outfit, black letters spelled out her stage name however. After self reflecting she wanted to take back the name used to torment her, she wanted that name to hold as much power over those who spent the better half of her life making her hate herself.

"Deku"

Katsuki Bakugou hated mornings, The birds were too noisy and his roomates always kept him up past what was humanly acceptable for a work night.

As such a morning hater, he had his own brand of coffee, something with more of a caffinated kick to help himself prepare for a long day of saving people from bullshit that kept happening to them. The coffee was most ironically named and therefore became popular with mostly gamers and emo kids, but even his roomates had to admit " Murderous Intent" was a tasty and effective brew.

Looking across the kitchen he noted the newest concert tickets decorating the fridge. He swore Denki and Jirou started going out the fridge was never left unmarked by some form of ticket or backstage pass, calander dates were scribbled in with band names and solo singers he had never heard of. This weeks name was one that made him pause for a second.

The tickets were the usual outline of white but the cover art was this green and black backdrop of a forrest. Inside the image was a young women seemingly walking through, the profile of the women was tiny, no bigger than 5'3 he would imagen compared to the trees. The name in bright neon green however was something that caused his insides to knot up.

"Deku"

Suddenly the knotting got worse as the name sent him deep into his memories.

A small girl with dark green hair and twinkling green eyes. This little girl was something special, with a memory that bordered on photogenic and as many freckles as stars in the sky.

Katsuki could never forget how those eyes darkend at his continuous assault on the young girls character and her dreams. At first he could recognize the behavior as horribly displayed acts of a crush, something he couldn't condone now as a young man. Katsuki wasn't sure when this turned into something for all his hatred and resentment towards the world. This poor girl who just wanted to be his friend some how was turned into his "I Hate the World" verbal punching bag, well, something just a literal punching bag.

He had never asked forgiveness, as a grown man he could own up to his mistakes and the horrible nature of his acts, he was 24 years old after all.

But Katsuki Bakugou knew one thing for certain in this world. He did not deserve to be forgiven. So instead he tried to be a better person, someone who was a little more like that bright eyed galaxy of a girl.

And after all these years he still had the selfish desire to apologize to her. and that might be why he decided to open his mouth at 6 Am and say perhaps the stupidest thing he could.

"Do you have any extra tickets?"

The crowd was screaming her name as she decended the stairs to the stage. the audience was lit up by the small green glow sticks many vendors had been selling earlier.

As The crowd quieted down she stood, infront of hundreds if not thousands of people. all connected through her music she couldnt help but smile.

The song started off slow, a call back to most love songs, and in a sense this was a love song. Her past was dark but she wasn't ashamed of it anymore which is why she felt she could share this story with the world.

Her first love was deeply wedged into her heart, no matter how horrible it was, she felt love and a connection even if it was twisted.

Katsuki Bakugou was her past and helped her become who she was. and She had forgiven him, but she also wasn't going to forget the pain that came from these moments of her life.

As the music sped up she focused all of her energy allowing herself to feel the old pain and anger she had as a young girl.

"You made me hate this city"

Katsuki was in shock, He knew Izuku would make something of herself, she was far too passionate to ever slip through the cracks, but she never expected her to end up here.

A beautiful phantom, weaving around the stage, her long curly hair framing her face as she belted out a song no doubt written about himself. This fantastically special girl was standing up for herself more than he had ever seen in his entire life.

He wasnt quite sure if it was the the rosy cheeks or something else in the air that caused him to break out in a full smile. As he lifted up his fist into the air he could only feel pride.

This wonderful passionate women had transformed into a shining star after all those years of his abuse and ridicule. And in the best way she stuck it to him. This beautiful melody was strung together with honest words and it all came together to spell out the biggest fuck you he had ever heard and honestly.

It was His new favorite song.

Izuku saw a lone fist go up in the air, turning her head she saw the full face of her greatest tormenter.

His face had matured, the spiky hair now long on the top and shaved on the sides. Cruel vermilion eyes were softer and held a glimmer of what she could only guess was pride as he started swinging with the crowd.

She could feel an air of understanding between them that caused her to smile back at him. This new man had turned out for the better and she wondered how long his journey had been and what he has to go through to reach this level of understanding and of peace.

well, as Izuku stared into the eyes of a stranger, things had turned out rather well...

" Thank you, everyone, for coming her tonight."

So I hope you guys enjoyed this!

something I have learned in life is that, although we can never truly get over the past. as we age and gain an understanding of the world we can often find inner peace.

I hope you all have a wonderful night
