Hey there everyone,I know I said I would totally stop being a fanfiction writer but I made a change of plans,the fic I am looking to write here is honestly one I had wanted to write for a very long time but did not know exactly how to start it off,I still don't so to be totally honest with you I still really dunno how to start the fic off so once again being completely honest here I will kinda be winging it. Remember the episode Rito had his hand stuck to Lala's tail? This time around Rito's hand is going to be stuck to Momo's tail so now without further adieu let's get started! P.S this is going to be short by everyone elses standards,I hope it has quality to you all.

It started out like any ordinary day in the Yuuki household,except for one teeny tiny difference,Rito did not in fact wake up with the feeling of Momo's body against his own,no screeching(at least not because of Momo doing something), Momo had decided to do something new, she made a just once I month day called "No bothering Rito about the potential of having a harem" day.

She would even take a small break from all the teasing she does to Rito on the regular,she would respect his personal space,speak to him in a totally non teasing way,let him be chased around for his accidents without even interfering(others like Lala could do the interfering,she's pretty good at that by Momo's estimate),she'd keep her distance unless he wanted to converse with her.

Now what was all of the shrieking about this morning? Rito accidentally falling on and straddling Nana with their faces too close for Nana's liking and so she shoved him off her and into a wall all the while yelling indignantly at the poor fellow for falling on top of her and something or other about Rito being an insatiable beast and a big pervert,Nana had been being a Tsundere less recently but it was difficult.

The thing that happened was that Rito was walking down the stairs and stretching with his eyes closed all while Nana was going upstairs to wake him up per the orders of Mikan who had just finished making breakfast,on the way down Rito only opened his eyes once he was about to collide with Nana but it was too late,he crashed into her and found himself imbedded in a wall for his folly.

Momo walked past rito and gave him a lazy wave and an uttered "Good morning" before going into the kitchen for breakfast all the while Rito fell from the wall and left a Rito shaped imprint in said wall as a new decoration,Momo wondered how Rito had his accidents so regularly but then shrugged it all off,he wasn't her problem(for lack of a better word) today, Rito was confused of Momo's behaviour.

Something bizarre(though not by any Yuuki household standard unordinary) happened on this day,it was not a school day since it was Saturday which wouldn't have been such a bad thing to some people had they gone somewhere instead of hanging around at home,Momo was checking what Lala up to in her lab when Rito walked in,Rito and Momo exchanged greetings and they both turned to Lala.

"So what you are saying Onee-Sama is this is the upgrade to a device that got Rito's hand stuck to your tail once?"

Momo asked Lala as she fiddled and tinkered with the device,Momo found her sister's inventions fascinating

"Yeah,I was still pretty new to living on Earth so I inadvertently caused Rito here quite the trouble and I had it remade."

Lala said remembering it like it was yesterday,she clearly remembered how much Rito had freaked out on that day.

"Don't forget that time Celine had it with her and it got my hand stuck to Yami's hand the whole day,not a pleasant day."

Rito reminded Lala as he eyed the device with apprehension,he doesn't like being stuck to someone the whole day.

"I am sure that the invention won't get you stuck to anyone this time,third time's the charm right? I'm going out,see you later.

Momo said turning around,she hoped Rito could get a day off from trouble aside from what already happened the morning.

That is when the unexpected(or maybe expected depending on your opinion) happened,Lala accidentally dropped her invention and Rito rushed to pick up the device for her but the moment he got it and started straightening up he tripped over backwards and crashed right into Momo and they both gave a yelp of surprise as Rito grabbed at air and then felt his hand wrap around something.

Rito went to unrwap his hand from whatever he had grabbed onto when he fell down so he could rub his really slightly throbbing head when he realised he couldn't,what he held felt very familliar, he looked down to see his hand wrapped tightly around Momo's tail,he looked up quickly into Momo's face to see her with a fairly surprised look on her face,they both looked towards Lala for a solution.

"I know exactly why you both are looking at me like that,I'm afraid you'll have to wait until it wears off,there's no other way."

Lala said rubbing at the nape of her neck with a sheepish smile formed on her face, with a nervous laugh at their expressions.

"Exactly how long would it take for this to wear off Onee-Sama? I'm sure Rito wanted to go somewhere along today."

Momo asked with a slightly exasperated look on her face,Lala's apologetic look made Rito pass out in dismay.

When Rito came by he felt his head laying on something soft and decided it felt nice, soft and cool so he just kept his eyes closed as he heard Momo's voice above him as she had a small conversation with Lala,he remembered what happened but he decided if he was getting a lap pillow(since that is most likely what feels so very soft and cool under his head)he wouldn't complain,he listened to them.

"I had actually planned to leave Rito out of any accidents today by keeping my distance,a day off for him of sorts."

Rito heard Momo explain to a quiet Lala, he now understood why Momo didn't help him out of the wall just earlier that day.

"I'm really sorry then Momo but don't you want to tell Rito the reason you are doing so much for his happiness every day."

Lala asked a frown currently marring her face as she looked down at Rito's head on Momo's lap,the topic got Rito's interest.

"You know I don't have the confidence to tell him about the feelings yet,I need more time before I tell him so no not yet."

Momo said looking down at the peaceful face of Rito,she stroked his hair which he had to admit he liked,those soft hands.

"I know but,I can see it kinda hurts the more that you don't tell him,feelings like these are usually painful to keep in."

Lala said worried for Momo's state of mind,she loved her little sister and didn't want for her to keep bottling things up.

"True it does hurt but... it's like I said,I need some more time before actually telling him of the feelings I have for him."

Momo said frowning bitterly at what she sees as much cowardice on her own part, Rito pondered that word - "feelings"

"In any case... I think Rito is waking up, today would be a good day to tell him all the while you are stuck to each other."

Lala said,she knew Rito had been awake for a while now and that later he would ask of Momo what he heard her say.

Rito feigned waking up,he opened his eyes and sat up,he looked into Momo's eyes to communicate to her that he remembers that his hand is stuck to her tail,they both turned towards Lala and all three quickly reached an understanding, Momo and Rito bade farewell to Lala and left the lab,Rito was wondering what feelings that Momo currently feels for him would be,Momo was lost in thought too.

5 minutes later

"Tell me Momo,why do you want to make me a harem? Or a flower garden like how you've taken to calling it,what drives it?"

Rito asked Momo out of the blue,he wanted to drive the conversation to the topic of the feelings she has for him

"It's simple really,there are a lot of girls who you know who like you a lot,I am trying to have you be happy,it's only right."

"Oh,I am only asking because ya know,last time I was stuck to a girl I learned a lot about her,I want to learn more about you."

Rito said thinking that he would need to pry a bit harder to find out what Momo feels for him,it was bothering him.

"I want to tell you more about why I have this Harem Plan all tailor made for you,but not yet,just be patient with me,Rito-San."

Momo said cutting of further questions from Rito,she had a feeling of what Rito was trying to find out,not the right time.

"Alright then,seeing as we are stuck together for the rest of the day,how about we watch a little television? I'm bored

Rito said,he believed that if Momo said she'd tell him when she is ready then she would do so and he would wait for her.

"I want us to do something first,let's tell everyone what happened so no one hassles you about this.

Momo said indicating to her tail in Rito's hand to which Rito blushed but nodded,he guessed that that made sense.

The two went into the kitchen where Mikan was already preparing dinner for the afternoon,the moment they entered Momo cleared her throat to get everyone's attention,Nana who zoomed in on Rito's hand on Momo's tail got ready to say something but cut herself off when Momo gave her a look that promised a threat,Nana may be older but Momo's angry side still scared the crud out of her.

"Before any of you say something, Onee-Sama's invention got Rito's hand stuck on my tail so stay calm about this."

Momo said with a hint of finality in her voice,no one there wanted to get on her bad side there,other aliens included.

"Ah I see,Rito Yuuki's hand is used to ending up glued to girls,just like with me, my what an interesting development."

Yami piped up from her position next to Mikan by the stove,despite her stoicism they all caught the hint of humor from her.

"Ha ha very funny,I do not in fact get my hands stuck to girls on purpose for your information Yami,it was an accident."

Rito replied sarcastically,him and Yami had taken to lightly joking around after she had stopped trying to kill him.

"I don't know why Momo hangs around you the whole time,you are a shameless beast,just look at you."

Nana said finally mustering up the courage to say something despite the "shut it" look Momo was giving her.

"I don't know if it is because I am confident now with Momo here but I'll say you need to get off from your high horse."

Rito said,definitely feeling confident, Momo always protects him so he felt confident Nana couldn't hurt him now.

"I for one think it is wonderful,the two of you could do a bit of bonding and maybe something else,it would be so easy."

Mea piped up from her seat at the table, Momo gave Mea a greatful smile for trying to lighten the mood.

"Okay everyone nothing to see here, Momo-San,Rito,you two can go watch TV while the formula wears off."

Mikan said already catching onto Mea's ploy,Rito and Momo smiled at the girl and went to watch some television.

5 hours later

It was almost dinner time by this point as Rito and Momo sat on the couch watching the credits to the movie that just finished showing on television,there had been a few action movies,last was a Romance movie coincidentally which had Rito feeling self conscious having seen a Romance movie with a beautiful girl sitting next to him,contrary to popular belief Rito knows that Momo is attractive.

"So,what did you think about the movie? I really am not usually one to watch Romance movies but... your thoughts?"

Rito started in the best way that he could think of,his self consciousness making him a little bit bashfull to talk to Momo.

"You wanna know what I actually thought about the movie? Well if I had to tell you... It was great,it was Romantic enough."

Momo said not really knowing how to answer Rito's question but she gave the best answer she possibly could.

"Oh I see,the surprising amount of Romance,even by Romance movie standards kinda surprised me."

Rito replied,he watched Romance movies here and there so he knew a little of what he was replying to Momo.

"It was realistic enough though,the girl ran away because of her feelings,a way of showing these effects on girls in real life,"

Momo said sometimes feeling like running away so that Rito would run after her to find why she had run off like that.

"I must say I agree with what you are saying there,I suppose girls feelings are more sensitive than those of the guys."

Rito said realising the truth of what he had just uttered,he turned his head now fully towards Momo,staring at her.

"Our feelings are more sensitive yes,that is why the girls who like you find it so hard to tell you what they all feel for you."

Momo said hoping for the first time today that Rito would just take the hint,she was tired of this "will they won't they" thing.

"I,okay do you really think that many girls like me? I mean I don't think that I'm that great... are uhm you one liking me?"

Rito asked his heart beating faster,he thought that she'd always been teasing but the idea a girl like her could like him..

"It's really not all that hard for many girls to like you like that... Do you think that I could be one of the girls who likes you?"

Momo replied turning to look Rito in the eye,Momo's face betrayed no emotion,a shocked look overtook Rito's face when...

Dinner's ready!

They both heard from the house's kitchen, Momo stood up and nodded towards the kitchen,the mood completely ruined...

They couldn't look at each other as they sat down next to each other for dinner but Momo had to because part of their dinner were some riceballs and now with Rito's dominant hand stuck to Momo's tail Momo had to feed Rito's portion of riceballs to him but then so did he need to look at her face for her to feed him properly,it was all kinds of awkward but it had both of them with rapid heartbeats.

Momo couldn't help feel her body overheating from the embarrassment of being seen feeding another person while everyone else's eyes at the dinner table were on them,her heart beat very hard like every time she was close to Rito but this time was out of anticipation of the conversation that they would probably be having after dinner,she also liked the anticipating look and blush on Rito's face.

Rito knew his face mimicked only the ripest tomato ever,his heart keeping up pace with Momo's heart despite the fact Momo's face didn't betray any of her anticipation or a deep blush whereas his did,he felt as if he now knew what Momo meant by feelings and why exactly she was actually making the Harem plan,he tried to look at Momo in the eyes but she avoided it in favor of feeding Rito properly.

After dinner Momo and Rito decided to go for a walk,the street was all nice and empty so nobody would be asking any questions about them being stuck to each other,Momo could feel Rito's nervous energy so she motioned him with the back of her hand for both of them to stop and then turned to him,the look she gave him was clearly a prompt for him to get things he wants to say or ask off his mind.

"I need to fess up to you Momo,I was awake a while while you were talking to Lala about some kinda feelings for me."

Rito said,he had the chance to tell Momo that and that is exactly what he did,he needed to get it off of his chest.

"I have a small confession of my own, at a point there my big sis looked at you in a way and I realised you had been awake."

Momo replied,Rito's surprised look made Momo giggle,Rito basically eavesdropped even if the whole talk was about him too.

"Well then this makes it pretty easy to ask, after that movie I realised what those feelings that you've got for me might be."

Rito said laying it out there even if he didn't directly say what he thought Momo's feelings for him were.

"Then tell me Rito-San which kind of feelings are the ones you currently think I have for you,it is easy really."

Momo said,her heart beating rapidly out of anticipation again,her face once again betraying absolutely none,this was it.

"I,could it be that all the feelings you have for me are of a Romantic nature? I mean... That would explain a lot."

Rito finally asked after a few beats,his voice slightly shaky,he couldn't believe what he thought was about to happen.

"Yes,I'm in love with you,the whole Harem plan... I thought that if you could love all those other girls you could also love me."

Momo said confessing after all of her schemes and bottling all her feelings up,it felt really good to let it all go,let it out.

"I am honestly totally shocked,I only always freak out cause I think you are teasing but to think you actually like me..."

Rito said his heart leaping out of his chest

that a girl who is out of his league like Momo could like him Romantically.

"Make no mistake,all the schemes are only partly from the feelings held by me, what will you do with this information?"

Momo asked,despite the new day she made up she now hoped Rito would accept the Harem plan.

"I think I want to give this whole Harem thing a go,I could learn to love the other girls and you,you are beautiful and kind."

Rito shyly declared,feeling very bold Momo leaned up slowly to give Rito a kiss, he let her,it was short but also wonderful.

Rito and Momo walked back with small smiles on their faces,on the way back home Rito's hand came unglued from Momo's tail,Momo had hope anew for the future,one where she could also be Romantically with Rito as Momo now very happily slid her hand softly into Rito's now free hand,they let go when they got home but the happiness and hope both remained, they smiled at each other.

3 years later

Momo stood in the living room looking at a big photo,in the middle stood Rito with Momo and Nana both hugging an arm of Rito,Lala had her arms around Rito's shoulders from behind,her head on his right shoulder while to Momo's right stood Mikan,Yami,Risa,Run,Kyouko and Oshizu while to Nana's left stood Mea,Haruna, and Kotegawa,Rin and Saki,they all grinned widely,written on the back was...

Hey guys I have now completely finished this,as all of you can now see,this is a oneshot as it was meant to be,I know a lot of ya'll do not like to read oneshots but I hope that most of the readers like this.
