Hi!

Welcome to the updated version of this fanfic!

Not much has changed, but it looks cleaner and is less chunky.

I am looking for a beta, please message me if interested.

Without further ado, please enjoy!

It was a normal day at the Camp Half-Blood Infirmary for Will Solace. He was tending to a patient with severe burns when he heard yelling for a medic. He ran out of the infirmary and his heart stopped.

He saw a blonde-haired boy being dragged by two campers. The boy was cut and bleeding, with what looked like acid burns across his legs. He sprinted towards him with a stretcher not far behind and got the kid secured. They got to the infirmary and he immediately got to work. He applied salve to the burns and wounds, dressed them and checked the rest of his body. His pulse was weak but steady and his breathing was even. Will sighed with relief, he had been very close to death. Just as he had finished tying up his bandages, the kid woke up.

"Where am I? Where's Pine Tree?" the boy whispered, clearly scared out of his mind. Will smiled.

"You're in the infirmary at Camp Half-Blood. I don't know who Pine Tree is but I'm Will Solace. Who are you?"

The boy got frustrated and started yelling.

"Pine Tree! I'm here! Where are you? I can't see you! PINE TREE!" Will had to hold him down because the kid was thrashing and trying to get out.

"Katie! Help me keep him down!" Eventually, the boy calmed down and started to cry.

"I can't see, I can't see. Where's Pine Tree? Where's Dipper?" Will had no idea what he was saying but finally got a name out of him.

"Bill. Bill Cipher."

"No, no, no, no! Where is he? He shouldn't be missing!"

Dipper was distraught. It had been 3 days since his boyfriend Bill Cipher had gone missing and he couldn't find him anywhere. He had checked all the usual places that Bill went to hide but couldn't find him anywhere. Mabel was sitting on the armchair, upset that her brother was upset. "Where IS he? He didn't even do that much magic! It was only a teleportation spell! HOW could he have gotten it wrong?"

Dipper was close to tears, but before he could say anything else Ford burst through the door.

"Dipper, I know a way to find him." Dipper looked hopeful but Stan was sceptical.

"Poindexter, how do you suggest we find Bill? The kid could be anywhere, at any time and in any dimension!" Ford sighed

"Oh Stan of little faith, I need something that has Bill's magic on it. It can be literally anything that Bill has ever done magic on. Dipper, can you think of anything?"

Dipper stood still for a minute, lost in thought. Then he snapped his fingers.

"That piece of wood he was lifting before he vanished. That would have the most magic on it, right?" Everyone ran outside and Ford scanned the large tree trunk.

"I got a signal! It's faint, but now we can track him!" Grunkle Ford exclaimed. Dipper ran to Stan's rickety old pickup truck and yelled at everyone to "get in the car! Come on, come on!"

Nico was holding two coffees and had a big smile on his face. What wasn't there to be excited about? It was a sunny day and it was his and Will's second anniversary! Two whole years of gorgeousness that was all his…As he walked into the infirmary, he spotted Will on the far side of the room, chewing on his lip. Uh oh. That meant something was really wrong. As Nico walked across the room he smiled a little and handed Will his coffee.

"Hey Will! Who's your patient?" Nico asked as Will distractedly sipped his coffee. Will sighed.

"His name is Bill Cipher. He won't shut up about pine trees and whenever he's awake weird stuff starts to happen. If he's angry, stuff will float around him. He keeps trying to escape and he actually managed to get across the borders last night. He keeps telling us to find a pine tree! Why is he so obsessed with pine trees?!" Nico grimaced just as Bill started to wake up.

Bill woke up and the first thing he saw was two boys who looked around 16-17, around the age of him, Pine Tree and Shooting Star. They looked like complete opposites but you could tell the small dark one would protect the taller blonde one with his life. Dating, maybe. The thought of dating made him think of Dipper.

"Where's Pine Tree. I need Pine Tree." Bill started to get worked up again. The tall blonde boy started talking in soothing tones.

"Hey, it's ok. We'll find your pine tree and it'll be ok."

Bill calmed down, he wasn't in danger, but damn, he did not know this much pain as possible. Usually, the pain was fun, a stupid little game he was addicted to. But this time it was no game, it felt like lava slowly tricking through his veins turning his insides to charcoal.

"Why...why does my meat sack feel like it's burning from the inside out? Ugghh…" Bill groaned. The tall blonde looked at him and smiled.

"I'm Will, and this is my boyfriend Nico. You're Bill, right?" The dark-haired one smiled a little and was clearly a little shy.

"Dating...like me and Pine Tree. Where am I?" Bill asked, he needed to know if he was anywhere near Oregon.

"You're in the infirmary at Camp Half-Blood." Will smiled like Bill should know that.

"No...which state are we in? Which city? How far away is Oregon?" Bill was panicking now, but before he could get too worked up Will said

"Long Island Sound, about 2,400 miles from Oregon."

I hope you enjoyed that, if you have any suggestions tell me!

Oh, heads up, the next chapter and chapter after that gets a little chunky with not a lot of line breaks. But if you can get through that there is better writing and much more line breaks, I promise.
