Chapter 1. Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura

I'm going to seriously attempt a Naruto characters gender swop!
Get your forehead protectors on, go!
Naruto Uzumaki.
Ahh, Naruto, what the fandom did to you is appalling!
Naruko, seriously? The pigtailed second coming of Tsunade? That girl with large boobs and pigtails, and a tiny body? Ring a bell?
For you here, I suppose yes.
Yeah. I get that you just wanna pair Naruko with Gaara or Sasuke or whatever, but c'mon, that is lazy!
Let's rectify that, shall we?
Names.
Naruko. No! We can't have that!
You just removed the "T", put in a "K", and called it a day.
That's lazy assed writing.
To be honest, it can just stay Naruto. It's only something to do with Raman, it's just our association with the guy Naruto that makes us want to make it a different name. I think it could be a gender neutral name.
You can also use Mito, a really powerful Uzumaki and the wife of the first Hokage's name.
Mito Uzumaki the second, this gal will take the world by storm!
Narumi is also an option. Narumi means growing up beautiful. Your fem Naru could grow up into a beauty when shippuden rolls around haha.
Looks.
Be a bit more creative people! Pigtails and a tiny body is getting old.
She could be a mini Kushina with red hair and violet eyes, she could be a redhead with blue eyes,. Also, she could cut her hair, cause long hair is a drag in a shinobi world. Chin-length might be good? Or tying it into a bun could work. Sakura had to dispose of her long hair when she was grabbed by it. Hell, braids could replace those darn pigtails!
Don't think your fem Naru will be much different.
This goes for both fem Naruto and Sasuke: they both will be pushed harder than they would normally cause a Kunoichi has to truly prove herself in a world of men.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuka. Sasuko. Sasumi. No! Just. No!
Seriously?
Alright.
Names.
here we go!
Okay. Who was Sasuke named after? Sasuke Sarutobi, a legendary ninja.
Any available females? Yes.
Biwako Sarutobi.
So, you could have fem Sasu named after Biwako.
Other name options?
Yes.
You could name her after the first kunoichi in history, Mochizuki Chiyome, she might be the most famous kunoichi.
Or you could name her Satsuki, a name that sounds like Sasuke if you wanna go for sound rather than meanings.
Looks.
Sasuke resembles his mother more, so you could have fem Sasuke a brunette like her father. You could have her cut her hair really short, or maybe a high ponytail?
As for the eyes, they wouldn't really change. They will stay onyx black.
Other things.
Fem Sasuke might be neglected in favor of her prodigy brother Itachi. She might be a supportive sister or resent him for her treatment.

Sakura Haruno
Names.
Sakura's name is a plant name, so you can call male Sakura Ranmaru, (Orchid), Haruki/Haru, (spring), and Kyo, (apricot).
Looks.
I think male Sakura will be a blonde with blue eyes. (Blonde from his mother, blue eyes from his father).
Wow, Kyo will be the nerdy kid in the back of the class haha.
Surprise section: personalities twisted beyond recognition.
Naruko is not sexy. An orphaned twelve year old shouldn't know how to make men fall head over heals in love with her. And what is this about her sweeping every single man off his feet, even Kakashi? Ewww! I would like a Kakashi looks after Narumi, not darn KakaNaru. I dislike teacher x student ships.
Satsuki becoming male Naruto's fangirl. I really like stoic Sasuke thanks, it's scarring to sea Satsuki pining after Naruto and making it known to the whole of Konoha!
Please soften the characters a tiny bit if you're creating a fem Sasuke or Naruto.
Note: This is only one way to do this, I welcome suggestions via reviews.
