Chapter 1: The General?

Kari frowned as she glared at the masked teen staring her and her friends down. "Hello Princess." The male teen with the faceless mask (1) said smirking. "That mask is creeeppy!" Yolei exclaimed loudly, making the masked teen. "You should show respect to your better's." The General sneered at them. The golden brown eyed male sighed, as he turned on his heel and walked away from the DigiDestened. T.k. growled as he glared angerily at the red haired teen.

"Why would you work for the Emperor? He's evil!" The blonde haired boy snarled at the sligthtly older teen. The red head stopped walking away and turned to stare at the blond. "I'm perfectly aware of what His Imperial Majesty is capable of, Takashi. Trust me if it was up to me I'd destroy this wretched world." The golden eyed boy snarled causing the DigiDestined to eye the boy wearily.

The masked teen stormed off angerily. When he got far enough he vanished in a cloud of golden energy.

Human World, Odaiba, Japan

Daisuke snorted at something Takuya said. "That's so funny, Taki-kun!" The red haired teen said to his best friend, as they walked into the cafeteria of their school. Daisuke looked up from his phone to see a familar brown haired girl waving at him. The two male teens walked over to the girl and sat down.

Golden orbs landed on her blond friend and he sneered slightly but the sneer vanished almost immediately as he smiled. "Yo Hikari." The older boy said smirking at his childhood friend. "Daisuke! Its been years!" Kari squealed at her old friend. "Approximately 5 and a half years." The red head said, making his best friend smirk. "He's been counting every single second so he could be back with you." The brown haired boy said smirking playfully at his best friend.

"Liar! I'm gay." The golden brown eyed teen said offhandedly shocking the brown haired girl. "So what's this about the Digital World that I heard?" Daisuke asked shifting closer to Takuya as he spoke.

"It's a vvideo ggame? Yeah, a video game!" Yolei asked then chirped, making Daisuke & Takuya look at her weirdly. 'Does she honestly think we are that stupid?' The red head asked himself in his head.

"Cool! I'm game." The red head said smiling, as he turned the seat around and sat. Kari's face lost several shades of color. Daisuke frowned at Kari, as he put his hand on her forehead. "Are you okay, Hikari-Chan?" Daisuke asked the brown haired girl, while checking her temperature.

"Hikari-Chan? Are you okay?" Takuya asked worriedly. "Sorry but you can't play the game with us you need a special console that Izzy made for us." T.k. said calmly to the two friends.

"Who's Izzy?" Takuya asked confused. "He's a friend of Taichi-kun." The way Daisuke blushed while thinking of Taichi made the brown haired 15 year old grumble to himself.

After the mahogany haired boy recovered from his little day dream he scowled. "Well I can tell when I'm not wanted." The boy said annoyed, as he turned around. "It's not that I don't want you around-" What ever Kari had been about to say was cut off.

"No I understand you'd rather hang out with these guys than me, Kari." The red haired boy said in a clipped tone, asKari flinched at the tone he used. Takuya looked perplexed as his best friend stormed off.

He glanced at the kids sitting at the table before shrugging his shoulders and running off to catch up with his friend. "Well that went well." Kari said sarcastically, as she lowered her head sadly.

Yutaka's Dorm - Later that same Day

Daisuke sighed happily, as he cuddled into the brown haired college student's arms. The two males were only covered by a blanket. "So I guess you had a shit day then, Dai?" The older male asked his lover, as he flipped through channels on the tv.

The dorm room was pretty boring looking for a dorm room it had a desk with a laptop on it and a nice looking gaming chair in front of it, a twin sized bed, a dresser, and a 40 inch tv and a couch to top it off.

The younger male groaned, as he rested his head on the man's bare chest. "I think I might have fucked things up with Kari. And Taki-Kun is being an asshole about my crush on Taichi-kun. I can't figure out why?" Yutaka raised his eyebrows a bit in surprise at the last bit.

"Sounds like he might be jealous of Tai. Dai-kun." The 20 year old said softly as he dropped the remote to card his fingers through his lovers hair gently. The red haired boy groaned happily as he leaned into the touch.

"Jealous of Tai? Why?" The younger male asked the older boy. "It's pretty obvious that he's been crushing on you since you guys were little." The youngest Motomiya child froze at what his boyfriend said. "Taki is in love with me?" The younger male sounded baffled by the idea of his best friend being in love with him.

"You're an attractive guy so you can't be that stunned another person besides myself would be into you?" The oldest Himi son asked Daisuke.

"Yeah no I'm surprised someone is into me more than it's my best friend that's in love with me." The red haired teen said as lifted his head to stare Yutaka in the eyes.

"Honestly I feel a bit jealous of how much time you two hang out." Yutaka said softly, making Daisuke smile a bit. The younger boy rested his forehead against Yutaka's own forehead.

"You don't have to feel jealous I love you, I always have." Yutaka smiled softly, as he hugged Daisuke.

Author's Note: Do not worry I plan on updating a couple of my stories before Jan 31st. I'm sorry about not giving a whole lot descriptions about rooms or clothes, I tend imagine the scene in my head like a movie and as a result always tend to forget to describe them. I need to work on that.
