As we know it's been 20 years since Hilary's first appearance in Beyblade and her becoming part of the team , our sweet, cute and bossy brunette is not only an essential part of Bladebreakers but also the one who captured hearts of two best friends and best Beybladers of world: team Captain Kai and World Champ Tyson, which led to 20 years of war between the fans of this ships known as :
Kaihil vs Tyhil
In Backyard of Granger Dojo
It was a peaceful Sunday afternoon in Bakuten city. Despite being Sunday streets were almost empty it looked like everyone in the city was chilling out in AC to stay away from the torture of burning sun as it was forecasted today was a hottest day of year, but it didn't affected male residents of Granger Dojo. In Granger's backyard we could see a 16 yr old cute boy with dark blue hair, brown eyes, red jacket and a baseball cap named Tyson trying his hard to send death glares by clenching his fists and tip-toeing at the 17 yr old hot boy with dual hair, amethyst eyes, dark blue jacket on purple jumpsuit and questionably heavy white scarf waving behind him named Kai who was standing in front of him and was keeping his eyes closed and hands crossed in front of his chest. Beside Tyson was a cuter blonde of about his age named Max who was holding a large flag in support of Tyhil as he was president of the fanclub of this ship and was shouting "TYHIL, TYHIL, TYHIL FOREVER" and beside Kai was hot raven haired boy of about Kai's age named Ray who was also holding a flag but in support of Kaihil as he was the president of Kaihil Fanclub and shouting "KAIHIL, KAIHIL, KAIHIL FOR THE WIN" .
Standing between them were a 25 yr old man who was there coach Hiro and a small red haired boy named Daichi who were going to be their audience and Refs. " Today we are gathered here for the finale of epic war of this two ships - which I highly doubt as no one has been able to stop these war - so as requested by both presidents here are the two main rules: '1) Neither Tyson in any condition will emotional blackmail his big brother to make him winner or help him win nor can Max use his cute puppy eyes magic to trick both their opposition and the refs' Do you agree team Tyhil? " at this Kai smirked at Ray's intelligence as avoiding Max's puppy eyes is considered as a sin but he still couldn't get why Ray and Max jumped into battle between him and Tyson. And why the hell was Hiro interested?
" Yes! We do!"
Turning towards Kai and Ray " Rule no. 2 'Neither Ray in any condition can call Mariah to beat shit out of both rival team and Refs nor can Kai hit refs and opposite team with his questionably heavy scarf' so team Kaihil? " Tyson thanked god for giving him a friend like Max as he recalled what happened when Kai had threw his scarf at a thief who then ended up with 15 stitches at back of his head.
" We agree " answered Kai and Ray.
" Ok, hey there's one more rule from both parties...for...Me?...why?!"
"Just read it and follow it!" exclaimed Kai and Tyson in unison.
"Ok... so Rule no 3 'While judging Hiro Granger will not hold any grudge against Kai for defeating his best student Brooklyn and all their previous arguments which Kai always won.' - wait, who told you that you won Kai " he glared at smirking Kai for a sec and then continued "Anyways and also against Tyson 'a) For being their grandpa's and father's and everybody's favourite b) for destroying his car as an 8 y/o kid - that was gifted by their Dad to Hiro on his 17th birthday - while role playing cops on TV shows c) for being cutest baby and smartest boy in Granger family'" at this Hiro and every one except Tyson -who was proudly holding his head high - sweat dropped (-_-'). Then Hiro glared at Tyson and thought ' We will talk about this later lil' bro' and said "Okay... I get it, no grudges".
" Let's begin" Yelled Daichi at top of his lungs, maybe he wants snatch DJ's job.
But why did they wanted to end this war today.
Flashback
When team G revolutions were having lunch Hilary went to kitchen to bring some water, Kai was watching Hilary going and went after her using some excuse - as he wanted to spend some time with her even if it meant just being in same room with silence as he couldn't tell her he likes her as it might harm their friendship - while going he heard the sound of glass breaking from kitchen he went there fast and saw Hilary had accidentally hurt her self while picking up the pieces, he got worried and hold her hand kneeling down and almost scolded her that she should be more careful, she blushed at his concern, " Let's go and let me apply some ointment on your hands " said worried Kai. Just as they were exiting the kitchen Tyson entered and said " Kai, I will take it from here, you go and clean the mess in kitchen", this agitated Kai as he was aware that Tyson also wanted Hilary like him. ' Oh this Tyson always wants to snatch away everything I loved weather it being best at our sport or championship trophy and now he wanted Hilary, my Hilary! no way Tyson you can't win this war, only if he wasn't my best friend then... ' thought Kai and said " Do it yourself Tyson and I will treat her hand " trying to get himself and Hilary out of kitchen and again Tyson jumps in and says,
" No, I will"
" Let me go Tyson"
"No way Kai"
"Stay away Tyson" and they started it again. Frowning Hilary went out of kitchen to treat it herself as she was tired of their day-to-day bickering and also she was also getting late for her movie with Mariah and Marium. She left dojo shortly after that but she had a sweet smile and a little blush on her face but why?... we'll see.
Meanwhile, Tyson and Kai's bickering got extremely serious,
" She loves me " said Tyson.
" No she loves me and I love her, don't interfere between us Tyson" warns Kai.
" No one loves you sourpuss and you came between us she was my classmate". yelled Tyson.
"SHUT THE HECK UP YOU PIG!"
" THAT'S IT KAI! NOW THIS IS A WAR"
" YES IT IS! LET'S END THIS DRAMA ONCE AND FOR ALL"
So that's how it began...
So the Refs were sitting on platform of dojo and Hiro had also brought his favourite flavoured popcorns " Hey, are those caramel flavoured popcorns?" asked Daichi and starts eating them with Hiro even before he answered " ya, Daichi".
Max started " All I want to say is Tyson likes Hilary and she likes him back and there's no need for an 'Iceberg' to try and sink this ship".
" Hilary never said that herself and what about the times like when she blushes like a mad around Kai" fought back Ray, hearing this Kai felt something warming up in his heart.
"She beats up Tyson and argues with him all the time which means she loves him"
"How's that's supposed to be love Maxy? and if that's supposed to be love then, Tyson if you won - which I won't let happen- then please get yourself a good health insurance." said Ray.
"Life insurance too" added Kai with a smirk.
"Ya you're right- No, no you're wrong... hehe" said Max nervously as he almost made a blunder and looked at Tyson who was giving him looks like 'Watch it Dude'.
Clearing his throat Ray said "She also beats Daichi by the way especially when he insults Kai you know why? cuz she loves Kai"
" That doesn't means anything" defended Max. "And when I asked her if she likes Kai she said that 'he's just a friend*'". added Max which almost pissed off Kai and Tyson had ' yes I am winning look'.
(*A/N: that reminds me something)
"Damn, I shouldn't have suggested to binge watch 'Miraculous' on Friday, she is starting to talk like female version of Adrien Agreste" mumbled Ray under his breath which Kai heard and cursed Ray in his mind.
" Yes he is jussst a friend" said Tyson emphasizing more on 'just' recalling how this dialogue has put a hold on Adrinette since last 4 seasons.
"Oh things are getting interesting" said Hiro to Daichi while munching popcorns.
"Okay what about when she tightly hugged Max when Kai won against Brooklyn? I never saw her doing that when Tyson won". Said Ray
" It's just wrongly interpreted she did that cause he's just a friend" said Tyson and Max in unison like they have got an unbeatable weapon against their opponents.
"He's just a friend" repeated Tyson and Max.
Atlast Kai got frustrated and shouted "STOP IT!" which froze everyone even Hiro and Daichi's hands stopped while eating. "Say that dialogue one more time and I will personally call Adrien and tell him that Marinette's ladybug and his fucking father's Hawkmoth and he's just a freaking sentimonster".
" You too Kai! " said Ray as he didn't thought that Kai was even paying attention to it.
" What? you guys were watching it on full volume man"
" No you won't Kai! " Shouted Max and Tyson as they both believed it could be true like little kids.
Surprisingly Hiro stood up and warned "Don't you dare Kai! it can destroy whole universe!" then when he realised what he just said "Sorry I got with the flow" everyone was still giving him weird looks "Come on guys nothing's wrong in watching few episodes" said Hiro cursing his own mouth in his mind "And no more use of that dialogue" said slightly embarrassed Hiro.
(A/N: I don't own Miraculous and Adrien's classic dialogue)
"Ok, so look how cute Tyson and Hilary look together and-".
"Ok let me digest this first before I throw up" Ray said cutting Max in between and started to act like he was going to throw up, at which Kai laughed in mind. Tyson felt little offended.
"Well, no offense Tyson, but come on man, Max just close your eyes and imagine Kai and Hilary together, see how much hot couple they look" said Ray.
"They may look like hottest couple in town and Tyson and Hilary may not but that doesn't mean anything" says Max.
"MAX ! Whose side did you took anyway" shouted Tyson who was now clearly offended.
"Whoops! sorry Tyson my bad, I'm always by your side bud" he bear-hugged angry Tyson.
"Oh just imagine Maxy!" exclaimed Ray.
Max started imagining " Now that you are imagining just think about their daughter, a little baby girl with cute slate and chocolate brown dual hair and Amethyst eyes" that was exactly what he wanted as Max about to do this...
"OMG, OMG,Oh so cute, oh so cute, oh so cute!" squeals Max he looked like he was gonna have a heart attack by cuteness.
(A/N : you guys can refer to Kaihil fanfiction's Hikari chan who is literally the definition of cuteness)
At this Tyson facepalmed and shouted "Max what the hell are you doing?"
"Sorry Tyson hehehe, but that was so cute and Ray you can't do this it's not allowed"
At this Ray got frustrated as to their every argument they had same types of answers 'not allowed, wrongly interpreted, this doesn't mean anything, etc ' all illogical remarks, he wanted to pull his own hair as he remembered what elders say in his village 'Never argue with idiots' and that was exactly what he was doing.
Now this was too much, Tyson and Max were arguing about Max's loyalty, Ray looked like he was gonna have a panic attack, Daichi was repeatedly asking Hiro about why he was laughing at them. This was Kai's breaking point.
"SILENCE " just like he shouted at crowd before his match with Max everyone stopped again and looked at Kai.
"That's it I can't take this stupid argument anymore let's do it like men Tyson, let our beyblades speak ourselves " at this Tyson looked delighted as he too was fed up by this.
Meanwhile in bit beast language,
Dragoon: so today's menu is a KFC chicken, you are soo dead Dranzy.(craving for winning against his and his master's favourite opponents).
Dranzer: (keeping her calm like her master, she knew she has to win as her master loved that girl soo much) even I was thinking about trying the new reptile recipe I saw Bear Grylls making on Discovery.
At about 5:30 pm Kenny entered dojo and asked Hiro what's going on "Oh nothing new, it's just Kai and Tyson having a fight " said Hiro.
"Oh, hey are those caramel flavoured popcorns" asked Kenny taking one from bucket at which Hiro frowned and nodded ' Everyone wants my popcorns,damn it' (T_T)
"Kai you know you can't beat me it's impossible for you, you know" said Tyson confidently Dragoon started emerging behind him.
"So was beating Brooklyn Tyson but I did, didn't I ? Don't forget I'm Kai I invented the word impossible". Kai said with determined expression as Dranzer was emerging behind him in her full glory.
"Let it-" they started in unison but got interrupted as Hilary entered dojo and asked what's going on.
"Nothing, they're having a battle, anyways we are supposed to go on our date Hils and you aren't ready" said... Kenny.
"Oh sorry Kenny just give me few minutes" said Hilary.
"WHAT!?" shouted everyone except Hilary and Kenny ofcourse.
"This can't be happening, our ships, oh Nooo..." Ray and Max fell down on ground. Hiro smirked but why?
"What's happening...guys " said worried Hilary.
"What's happening, You tell us what's happening how can you do this to me Hils didn't you think about us for a little bit Hils." said Tyson and Kai was totally shocked he looked very much hurt than Tyson.
"Listen Tyson, it's not like that... I love you" and this time Hilary shocked everyone even Kenny then continued " but like a sister loves her brother" she said putting a hand on his shoulder "think about it a this way Tyson and you'll get what I'm saying" Kenny sighed in relief and Tyson thought about it for a minute ' we fight daily, argue all the times, annoy each other, tease each other just like ... 'siblings' how come I never thought about this'.
"Ya Hils, if I think 'bout it that way then even I feel like I'm your brother, sorry Hils" he said giving her a bear hug.
"tis ok Tyson" said Hilary and started to go in her room now Kai came back to reality and said "Hilary, you can't do this!".
Now Hilary took a deep breath and turned around to face him and said "What Kai? I liked you, I've been waiting for you all this time but your first priority is always competing with Tyson no matter what happens even today you got into fight with him instead of helping me, it was Kenny who came and helped me and made me realise that it was him who was always with me on sidelines when you guys are blading and then he asked me out and I said YES " said Hilary at this Kai felt anger and he charged at Kenny.
"YOU LITTLE COMPUTER KID! " Hilary jumped between them and Kai stopped. Kenny was scared for his dear life.
"Do not touch him or you know how much scary I can be" said Hilary with dark aura around her . Kai backed off and Hilary went inside.
Finally Hiro decided to ask " Well now Kenny tell me how the hell is this happening?"
Kenny started his story " So guys, it's like I always loved Hils as we were in same class, we were both good at studies, we used to work in same groups even we were kidnapped together and I thought one day I will tell her this, my equation of love was perfect until this variable named Kai arrived the second when she saw his picture she said 'he's cute' even then there was no problem as I thought it will only be one sided and she'll come around but after he saved her life on that island he started to fall for her too, I felt devastated but then I decided I won't lose to him and brought another variable Tyson to cancel him out as he was safest option cuz Ray's taken, Max is soo cute that she might fall for him and I knew Hils thought of Tyson like a brother, so I asked dizzy to help me out and she made various comments which led Tyson and Kai to believe it's a war between them and my calculations were correct like always and now I'm going out with Hils". Everyone was like 'WTF!' they were still in shock.
"How could you?" asked Kai who never thought that this little nerdy boy can be a sadist like this he was even worst than Boris and Voltaire.
"Sorry man but you gotta respect girl's decision" said Kenny as he knew no-one could touch him due to Hilary's threat.
"Pay up guys, I told you both of them will get nothing" said Hiro putting his both hands on Ray and Max's shoulders .
Frowning they both gave him their all pocket money as they had a three way bet about Kaihil vs Tyhil with Hiro and he won as he had said None of these.
So that's why they jumped in .
"Don't be sad guys, let's go to Ice-Cream parlour, my treat and Crystal is gonna join us too" said Hiro as to cheer them up.
Suddenly Tyson grabs Kai's collars and starts leaning towards him, everyone was looking at them with shocked expressions.
Max and Ray also started to eat Hiro's caramel flavoured popcorns while watching the scene that was unfolding before them 'is it gonna end up as TyKa' they thought. Hiro looked pale seeing this but then thought ' I'd support my brother no matter what'.
" What the hell are you doing Tyson" Kai said in disgust pushing him with force which made him land on his butt.
" What wrong with you Kai? I was just looking at your eyes " said Tyson groaning in pain.
"Why were you looking at his eyes Tyson?" asked Daichi.
" Oh, his eyes reminded me of some ice cream I and Max saw on trending page yesterday but I couldn't recall it's name so I was focusing on his eyes so it might help me to recall, come Maxy take a look".
Max takes a look at Kai's eyes as he was told and says "you're right man, his eyes does reminds me of Ube ice-cream". Max said with a grin.
"We've decided our flavour Hiro, let's go " said Max and Tyson cheerfully and quickly ran towards Hiro's car. To which everyone sweat dropped .
Hilary came out of house and waved at everyone as she was going to her date with Kenny .
Kai felt like going into void as he saw them going away, he became sad just like he was after his first loss to Brooklyn and started mumbling "I lost Hilary to Kenny" repeatedly.
Ray and Hiro try to soothe him by rubbing his back " Come on Hiro, let's take Kai to your car, he will feel better after eating some chocolate ice-cream" said Ray and Hiro agreed by nodding.
And that's how it ends.
Author: (peeking from behind the curtains sees the fans of both ships with tomatoes and eggs in their hands) they are still here? but Kenny fans will save me right?
Hiro: Ya, looks like they won't forgive you for what you did and how do you think non-existing people will save you shows her results of fanpop polls in which Kenny's score was nil, it will be fun to watch what they do to you.
Author:gulps hard and then smirks Oh is that Crystal? Hiro comes to look and Author pushes him infront of crowd and shouts Kill him, kill him guys he is the one responsible.
Hiro: Oh shit ! I HATE YOU! tries to runaway for his dear life.
