CH.2: Conflict Resolution

It was just a regular day at U.A High School, everyone was just following the regular routine. Get up, leave dorms, head to their classes, training and head on back to the dorms at the end of the day.

"Thwack*

*Thump*

Yep like I said, just a regular day. Especially when Bakugo once again manages to lose his temper.

You see, after classes were done and everyone started to return to their on campus home, Midoryia had decided to pull Bakugo off to the side in the common room. He had noticed that Bakugo's attack forms were becoming a little sloppy and repetitive. Which is why he thought it best to bring it up to the blonde. Try and explain things and give him advice on how to improve himself.

Which is what led to the current predicament.

As soon as Izuku tried saying anything Katsuki that sounded like a judgment of some kind, he was met with a not so friendly fist to the face.

Bakugo had decked the green headed boy. He was laying face down on the ground unconscious.

"You fucking idiot! You think you can tell me what I was doing was wrong! I Do things one way, and that's my way!" Apparently he didn't realize that Izuku wasn't listening. He was off in dream land now.

Katsuki hated when anyone would criticize him. Especially Deku. He would always try saying things to make Bakugo improve himself. From what he could tell he didn't need improvement. That fucking Deku always looking down on him. Thinking he needed advice.

All the noise had drawn some of the other students towards the common room.

"Bakugo what is the meaning of th…" The demanding voice of the class president boomed throughout the dorm, until he laid eyes on his unconscious. "What happened to Midoryia?!"

"Deku was sticking his nose into my business. So I gave him a lesson on why he shouldn't."

The other member of class 1A slowly poured into the room as well. Iida and Uraraka immediately ran to their friend.

Kirishima had shown up and just shook his head frowning. "You really need to stop being violent man. I mean honestly. Clocking someone for no reason isn't manly at all."

The angry expression on Bakugo's face, "I told you he stuck his nose into my business. If he didn't want to get punched he should've minded his own damn business!"

The blonde looked around at her fellow heroes in training. All of them giving him disapproving looks.

"WHAT!"

"He was trying to offer you advice wasn't he?" The spiky red headed teen asked. Bakugo's furrowing brow and prolonged silence was all the answer he needed. *Sigh* "You really need to work on that temper, man. Not only that but you gotta learn to take people's advice and criticism in stride."

Bakugo was about to fire back but was stopped by a green haired frog girl flicking him with her tongue.

"Did you just…?" He tried to ask but was silenced by the tongue again. This indicated that he needed to be quiet and listen.

"Is this seriously how you resolve conflict?" Came Tsuyu's deadpan voice. Though the frown on her face was something new.

Bakugo just grunted. Like that was even a question.

"Everytime someone tries to communicate with you whether it's good or bad you end up being violent. With an attitude like that it's no wonder you're single."

Small gasps could be heard throughout the room. Everyone was wide eyed, and they all had one thought 'So blunt and yet so brave.'

A vein could be seen popping out of Bakugo's head, slight sounds of crackling could be heard and sparks were seen coming from his hands. Oh yeah he was PISSED.

But his ensuing anger was just a lot more ammo for Asui to use. She continued on her little rant.

"See this is exactly what I mean. One thing is all it takes and you turn into a human volcano."

Was she ever right about that, Mount Bakugo was about to blow.

"Like honestly, we say 'Bakugo watch your temper' you get angrier and growl like a wild animal. Also…"

Everyone was listening to Tsu go on and on about him. After about ten minutes her little speech was finally coming to a close.

"Finally if you wish to be a true hero and have people properly respect you, you need to take criticism as it comes and build yourself to be better. Not knocking out those who wish to help you. Honestly, with how you treat him all the time I wonder why he even bothers with you."

The blonde grunted once more, turning away from her and the others. "Tch, whatever. Just keep that fucking nerd out of my business." With that he walked off to his room.

He hated everything that frog face bitch had told him. But somewhere deep, deep, deep down he felt like maybe there was some sort of possibility that it was true.

Back with the others, everyone merely sighed as they watched the explosive boy wander off.

The hardening quirk user once again shook his head, "What are we going to do with him?"

The speckled class president joined in. "Not much we can do but hope that he eventually gets a clue. Even if he has to learn things the hard way."

The frog girl was the last to speak. "Doesn't seem like he even listened to what I said. Just in one ear and out the other." A sad expression fell upon her face. She along with many others of her class knew that Bakugo could be a great hero, but his anger issues and pride always would get in the way of that.

The sound of groaning turned everyone's attention towards the victim of Bakugo"s wrath.

"Ouch! Man that really hurt."

Izuku rubbed his head trying to soothe the pain he was feeling. But to no avail. It was then that he noticed that his fellow classmates were all standing around him with looks of concern on their faces.

"Uuhhhh." This was weird. He sweatdropped from all the attention he was being given. "D-did I m-miss something? Why i-is e-veryone staring at m-me?"

The electric user decided to speak for the first time since he arrived. "We just want to make sure you're all good after getting decked in the head like that."

"But based on your regular stuttering and nervousness I'd say you're just fine." The punk rock girl said nonchalantly.

With a kind smile gracing her features Yaoyorozu bent down, and in a flash of blue a small ice pack appeared in her hand.

Izuku took it and immediately put it on his soar head. "Thanks. But w-what the heck happened?"

And so the other explained how things went while he was unconscious. Izuku was surprised that Kacchan didn't go completely ballistic but was glad the situation was diffused. Although…

"Something tells me that Kacchan is going to be a whole lot rougher with me during training from now on."

A/N So a shout out to Blue Sky Studios for making the Ice Age Movies. I based this little chapter on a scene from Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs. It was the dinner scene where Sid was arguing with Mama Dinosaur. As you can tell it doesn't resemble the scene very well, but more of the arguing kind of aspect. With a little MHA twist thrown into it.

Anyways I hope you enjoyed this little chapter. Please leave a review on what you thought. Till next time.
