Authors note: AAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I've started ANOTHER story! How many am I going to start?

I had this idea while reading a completly unrelated fanfic and I wanted to write it down so here it is! If people like it then I might continue, and if people don't like it then I might continue anyway.

I don't own Harry Potter.

Goodbye!

Dani glared across the table at her father.

"Oh, don't give me that look." He almost whimpered.

Dani gave a small smile, "What look?"

"You know first years can't have brooms, I can't just help you smuggle one in."

"You helped Uncle Reggie smuggle one in when he was a first year." Dani said matter of factly.

"Damn, you've caught me." Her father grimaced.

"Ha! Now you'll have to help!" Dani exclaimed.

"Well if you're gonna try then we might as well help Harry smuggle his one in." Her father sighed.

"Then I can show them my skills!" Dani cried jumping down from the table and spreading her arms out like an airplane, (whatever that is.)

She ran around the room grinning, using her arms as wings, hovering a few inches off the ground.

"Dani, you already got in trouble for doing that." Her father smiled anyway.

"It's accidental magic, they can't blame me."

"Well your 'accidental' magic seems to be happening a lot more than usual, especially since, you know, you started flapping your arms like a bird."

"It's not my fault I can fly without a broom and you can't."

"Are you bragging?"

"Are you jealous?" Dani shot back.

"How could you tell?"

"It's one of my many talents." Dani grinned.

At that moment a ten-year-old boy fell out the fireplace, pulling Dani down with him.

A man then stepped out, "You've done it so many times yet you still can't do it."

"It's Mum's fault, she birthed me, she took part in not helping me."

"What's that mean?" James Potter asked.

"She can't manage it either, she passed it on to me, just how you gave me your hair." Harry grabbed a handful of his own hair.

Dani mumbled something incoherent.

"Harry get off Dani, you're suffocating her."

"But then I won't have to worry about getting a spot on the Quidditch team." Harry stated standing up.

"Was that you admitting that I'm better than you?" Dani grinned slyly.

Harry jumped at her and tackled her to the ground.

"You maniac, get off me!" Dani cried.

"Danielle, Danielle, Danielle!" Harry sung gleefully.

"Why you evil, little-" Her father covered her mouth, grimacing.

Dani pulled away from her father's hand, "Dad said we can sneak our brooms into school."

Harry grinned, "See Dad! I told you he'd let Dani do it!"

"Yeah, well, I didn't say he wouldn't let her." James muttered.

"Oh yes you did!" Harry exclaimed pointing a finger at his father, "You said that he's a partypooper because he was an old man who-" It was James who needed to cover his son's mouth then.

"You what?" Dani's father faked hurt.

"He's delusional, Padfoot, don't listen to a word he says, I had to take him to a healer and everything." James Potter said quickly.

"You've already used that excuse Dad, remember?" Harry said pulling his father's hand away.

"Dammit." James muttered running a hand through his hair.

"You've betrayed me, Prongs. I have no choice but to... put you in a time out!" Dani's father exclaimed. Harry and Dani gasped dramatically before bursting into a fit of giggles.

"You've broken them Padfoot." James said looking his son and Dani up and down.

"Oops."

"What do we tell Lily?" James asked.

"Nothing?" Sirius Black whispered.
