Luna and Krum are mates in this story this is chapter 1 out of many chapters and story 1 out of 9 stories I will be writing. In this story Luna Lovegood ,Draco Malfoy,Fred Black,Gerorge Black,Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter hopefully soon Harry Black, and Hermione Black are best friends. Alot of bashing of characters like dumbledore and the weasleys in this story Fred and George are not weasleys they are Blacks and Hermione is the daughter of Bellatrix. Sirius Black was proven innocent after Harry, Luna, and Hermione rescued Sirius and was given custody of Hermione , Fred and George and fighting for custody of Harry. Bellatrix is not a death eater in this story but she died in Godrics hollow when visiting the Potters that very awful night. Hermione was 3 weeks old at the time of her mothers death. Luna is the same age of Fred and George. Which is 15 in this story. Hermione is 13 and so is Harry. Luna is not called loony and she is an orphan living with a foster family and she will be adopted by Sirius soon . Umbridge is in this story she hates dumbledor with a passion but loves and adores Harry and his friends. Draco and Harry are friends in this story but Draco is an asshole to people who are mean to Harry and his friends.I hope you enjoy.

I will be updating this story 2x a day or every other day. But I will try and update 2x a day every day. once in the morning/afternoon and once in the evening/night.

Chapter 1

Harry Potter POV

Its been 2 weeks since Summer vaction started and its been 3 weeks since my God father has been cleared and deemed innocent and that the ministry paid him over 19.8 billion gallons for the mistake and having him in prison illegally for 13 years. He is my legal guardian. Ministry wants me with god father. Dumbledor says I need to stay at the durselys they abuse me and hurt me. I cant stand it here. I have hedwig who is my familair out delievering a letter to Sirius Black. She is supposed to be back soon. I'm locked in the smallest bedroom. I managed to get Hedwigs cage and window unlocked by the magical key Fred and George created and it cant be detected. The ministry said that because I'm the last heir of the Potter family my magic shouldn't be detected. But it is because of dumbledor doing the wards illegal on my aunts house so he can track me. I know Dobby is a free elf. "Dobby can you come here please"? "The great Harry Potter calls on Dobby?" "Yes Dobby I know you are a free elf but I'm willingly to pay you for being my house elf." "It will be honor serving the house of Potter". "Dobby knows Harry Potter sir has 23 house elfs his parents and grandparents left him they have been trying to find you sir and bring to the Potter house. I can bring them here". "I would love that Dobby but before you go we need to go over some rules

1 no punishing yourself ever if you think you made mistake please come talk to me we will fix it together

2 if you want I want you to bond yourself with me so that if anyone ever tries to hurt you or kill you they can't because my magic will protect you

3 I will be paying you 34 gallons a month and you will get every saturday and sunday off. You will be sleeping in a bed not in a cupboard

4 if you think someone is trying to hurt or kill me you tell me so im aware and then you can handle it as we both see fit.

5 If I need to escape I need you to take me to a safe place.

6 call me just Harry we are friends

"Oh harry I would love to be bond to such a kind loving wizard. I will go and get the other elves Harry they will be so happy to see you. Thank you Harry". Dobby left to get the others which is fine. Oh look Hedwig is back. Hey girl. Did you have a good flight and did you eat something?. She responded back to me yes and I have food for you to. Sirius made it where once you touch it you will see the food. We will be out of here soon I promise Harry. Here is the letter. I love you Harry." I love you to Hedwig. As soon as I touch the food package I have enough food to last me 2 weeks I start eating right away I'm so hungry. I eat as I read the letter:

Dear Harry

Im so sorry for everything you going through. The ministry is fighting with Dumbledor regarding your living arrangments. It seems Dumbledor sealed your parents will illegally. The only thing that will unseal it is if you go to gringotts and get an inhertantince test done blood test and unseal the will yourself and then gringotts can send it to the ministry and get you in my custody. Unfourtanly you are being tracked by the order of the phoniex which im not part of. Its dumbledors way to fight the dark lord. I will send you food parcles every 2 weeks to make sure you are feed. Im coming up with a way for you to escape the Durseyls if you can find another way let me know. Send me back a word with Hedwig if you need me to keep her while you figure out a way to get to me before I can get to you. I love you Harry always have always will.
