I do NOT own Kim Possible OR John Carter of Mars, or any of the characters. I am NOT getting paid for this. Also, any people or places mentioned are coincidence, as this is a work of fiction.

As stated before, I do have a permanent Traumatic Brain Injury, so there may be spelling mistakes, updates may be slow or sporadic, and things may not flow correctly.

There may be occasional Author's Notes both at the beginning and at the end of chapters.

This story is loosely based on the John carter of mars story. This is an AU.

Our story starts in a world much like ours. A planet of blue and green, albeit much bigger, orbiting a purple sun. A population of 18 billion. People mill about without a care in the world, looking at their phones like their lives depend on it. Unlike our world however, there are super villains who try their hardest to destroy the peace that humans believe they deserve.

Spread across the world are leagues of super-villains that are always thwarted by a red haired heroine and a moron of a sidekick, carrying a pale pink rat. These "heroes" tend to fight off against a green hued woman with her blue haired moron sidekick.

The world would celebrate these heroes and watch their fights broadcasted all over the world. The blonde sidekick would always talk about how he was in love with his girlfriend. And the red haired woman would smile and empty smile, then go into a corner and cry. She would cry because no one knew that her heart was a;ready taken by someone else. When they first met 21 years ago, as one was just an infant and the other just a few months older. Yet they were instantly in love with each other. A red haired baby and a green hued protector.

Only one person knew the truth of the red haired woman, and that was her mother. They would talk on the phone all night, and her mother would urge her to confess how she felt to her long lost love and best friend, before it was too late.

The green hued woman always suspected that the red haired woman loved her, especially when she heard the red haired one murmur her name in her sleep. One could say that watching over someone when they're sleeping is creepy, but the green hued woman had this irresistible pull to protect her enemy. Even if she couldn't protect her from her dreams, she could protect her from the world.

It was one such night when the green hued woman cloaked herself and watched as the red haired one came out of the shower with tears falling down her face. The green haired woman wished she could say she didn't feel anything, but she felt a pull in her heart, as well as her lower regions, as she watched the red haired woman dry herself, and pull on an oversized green t-shirt.

As the red haired one crawled into bed and fell into a deeper sleep, the green hued one walked over and smoothed out the red haired one's hair. She wished she could deny the love and attraction she felt to her enemy, but she couldn't. She also couldn't deny that she was very turned on by her almost naked body.

As the green hued one was lost in her own fantasy, the red haired one suddenly woke up and looked into the darkness of her room. She could swear she felt a calming presence, and desperately looked around her room for something. The green hued one stilled her breath, as she was just a mere few inches from her enemy and crush.

The red haired one sighed and settled back down to go back to sleep. And as she did, she whispered her confession into the cosmic void, wishing that she could say it face to face. "I love you Shego. I've always loved you. And I can never be with you because of who we are. And that is my curse."

As she fell back into a deep sleep, the green hued one's breath caught. She loves me? So maybe we can be together. As Shego started to think about being with her love, she started formulating a plan. A way for her to disappear, become someone else, and then find her love. Cause she would do anything for her love.

As she walked out of the room, she turned around and whispered into the room. "I love you too Kimmie." Unbeknownst to her, the red haired one smiled for some unknown reason, but she was at peace.

As Shego slipped out the front door, she looked up towards the sky. Past the pale moon, around the blue asteroids, laid a red planet. She had always vowed to make the trip one day, but for now she had other plans.

"Ok, time to get to work."

This is the introduction, being told from a 3rd person view. Going forward the chapters will be in a 1st person view, possibly changing from Shego and Kim's perspective.
