The Four Sons
Chapter 10
-Izuku-
Despite being referred to as a 'Hero School', most people overlooked how few 'Hero Students' there were. The General Education, Support, and Management courses all had three classes per year compared to the Hero track's two, that meant that for every forty Hero students there were one hundred and eighty non hero track ones. The Hero course students were trained to handle stressful situations and crises, but the other courses weren't and that was showing clearly as the panic spread rapidly.
"They're going to hurt someone like this!" Izuku was on his feet and moving as he saw the majority of those in the cafeteria stampeding out in a panic, not giving any mind to the other students nearby.
"What's the play?" Denki was at his side in an instant, Ochaco taking Fuyumi to try and funnel out those they could through the doors not experiencing a chokepoint.
"We need to figure out if there's a threat first." Izuku didn't waste a minute as they got into the hall, more and more students pouring in behind them as the hallway became a coffin.
"Fuck!" Denki cursed as they were slammed against the glass, "What the- it's the damned press?"
"Oh, you've got to be kidding me." Izuku grit his teeth, "Denki, get a thunderclap ready."
Calling up the extra arm quirk, Izuku gently pushed the people shoving him against the window back, his hands held out for Denki to step on, the electrification quirk user getting the idea quickly as Izuku hurled his friend up high. The halls of UA, designed to be massive to accommodate any gigantic students, made for a passable echo chamber as Denki slammed his palms together. Electricity coursed through the palms when they met with a loud noise, reminiscent of the thunder the technique was named for. The noise startled the panicking students who recoiled back, giving Izuku the space he needed to raise his extra limbs, catching Denki who landed standing on the open palms.
"Calm down everyone! It's just the press!" Denki's voice carried out to even those who couldn't see him as the students closest to the window took the chance to look out and see he was right.
"The alarms are still going so we do need to leave the building." Izuku added, bringing down his blond best friend, "Those who got hurt in the panic please let someone from your class know where you're going, and we'll work on escorting those who need it to Recovery Girl." With an aggressive panic like that he wouldn't be surprised if there were a few hurt students.
"No need." A loud voice caused him to turn to see a big buff third year, "Thanks for getting everyone's attention, that trick of yours was useful. But let your Senpai handle organization and evacuation from here, alright?"
"Understood." Izuku nodded, accepting that as he saw several of the upper years clearly recognized and respected this blond hero student more than they did Izuku. Leaving the third years to handle things, Izuku and Denki hurried outside, wanting to catch up with the girls.
-Tomura Shigaraki-
Stepping through Kurogiri's warp gate, Tomura didn't bother to restrain his wild grin. In his hand his phone showed several photos taken of the schedule for the first year Hero Course events and lessons that All Might would be involved in. The 'Great Hero' was only focusing on the first years which meant him.
At the thought of his youngest 'brother', Tomura's grin twisted into a scowl of disgust. Tomura had always hated his Master's, his father's, 'true' sons, even before the quirked adoption to make Tomura share All for One's blood. Even after the adoption, after All for One chose Tomura, the man still wasted his time looking into the failed bastards. A Mercenary, a would-be Yakuza heir, and a fucking Hero student. The last one was the worst, the mere thought burning him from the inside.
They weren't here to help father's goals, he was. They took his gifts for granted, squandered the powers his blood gave them, he wasn't. And then there was the youngest bastard, 'Izuku Midoriya'. A stupid waste of space who wanted to be a damned hero.
"Ah, Tomura." His father's voice snapped him from his ruminating thoughts "I see you've returned. Do you have what you went to acquire?"
"Yes Father." Tomura's grin returned "I have the schedule. I can prepare now, and kill All Might." It would be the ultimate proof that he was the true heir of All for One.
"Perfect!" All for One laughed boisterously, "First his reputation dies, then he dies."
"His reputation?" Tomura blinked confused, having wondered if he missed something. Maybe something from those stupid paparazzi at UA? He'd honestly tuned out the buzzing mosquitoes, so he wasn't sure what sort of news had broken.
"I see you weren't watching the news." All for One chuckled, "It would seem that All Might is aware of Izuku's connection to me and made his opinions of that blatantly clear." Tomura felt his jaw stiffen as he heard his father happily talking about the little bastard, his knuckled cracking when he clenched his fist.
"Is that so?" Tomura kept his tone neutral.
"A few comments to Izuku's class about how the family quirk is 'evil incarnate' and guarantees Izuku will be a villain turned the entire class of students against him. Classmates who were very happy to tear All Might a new one live on the news."
All Might's first 'proper' public scandal given the Hero Commission's intense scrubbing of anything that could damage their golden boy's image. It truly was a damaging blow to the man's reputation that would make killing him all the more poignant.
If it only it wasn't because of that fucking shit stain Izuku Midoriya.
"I'll make sure All Might's death is quick and painful." Tomura promised, fully sincere on that, before heading up to his room. It was both to plan things out, and to allow his scowl free at the constant mention of one of the failed bastards.
Glancing down at the schedule, he saw that most of the classes were on the main campus, the exception being Rescue lessons which were held at an off-campus facility that was still within the grounds. One that, if his maps of UA were accurate, was far enough away to require travel by bus. The two Hero courses would each be attending the lessons alone, the only Pro's being All Might, the Homeroom teacher for the class, and Thirteen.
His father had given home one order in the past, to never intentionally go after his siblings. If they started something he could retaliate but he was expected to 'respond appropriately'.
But…if he made it seem like he wasn't sure which class the bastard was in…
He circled the date when Class A would be at the USJ.
All Might and Midoriya were going to die.
AN: Short chapter, I know, but it sets up the next arc. I have a LOT planned for the next few chapters so they're going to be longer and with a lot going on.
